Abstract

This utility model discloses an extrusion structure, including an extrusion cylinder and an extrusion screw rotatably installed inside the extrusion cylinder. A feed funnel is located at the rear top of the extrusion cylinder, and a mold carrier plate is located at the front. The mold carrier plate has four annularly distributed mounting slots, each containing a different type of mold. Each of the four molds has a through cavity on both sides. A fixing structure is located at the front bottom of the extrusion cylinder, and a driving structure is located at the front top top of the extrusion cylinder. Eight sets of limiting structures are located inside the through cavities. Each of the four mounting slots has a limiting groove on both sides, and each of the eight limiting grooves has a quick-release structure. This utility model, through the cooperation of the quick-release and limiting structures, allows for easy installation by simply placing the molds into the mounting slots. Telescopic limiting blocks automatically insert into the limiting grooves, completing the mold installation. Simultaneously pressing two pressing blocks activates a release rod, pushing the limiting blocks to retract into the through cavities. The molds are detachable, the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient.
