Abstract

A diaphragm pump column processing fixture includes a main body, a first clamping mechanism, and a second clamping mechanism. The main body includes a base plate, a partition plate, and a product positioning block. The first clamping mechanism includes a first fixing frame, a first driving assembly, a first sliding assembly, and a first pushing assembly. Each of the first pushing assemblies includes a first pushing plate, a V-shaped pressure block, and a Y-shaped pressure block. The second clamping mechanism includes a second fixing frame, a second driving assembly, a second sliding assembly, and a second pushing assembly. The second pushing assembly includes a second pushing plate. Compared with the prior art, the diaphragm pump column processing fixture provided by this utility model uses corresponding V-shaped and Y-shaped pressure blocks to clamp the product at both ends, facilitating processing of both ends. Furthermore, by setting the product positioning blocks, the product on both sides of the partition plate is positioned and supported, ensuring the stability of the product clamping.
