Abstract

This utility model discloses a fixture for quickly detecting the center pitch of a track link, comprising a base, a tread bolt hole reference block, a pin sleeve hole positioning pin, a depth vernier caliper, and a pin shaft hole positioning pin. The pin shaft hole positioning pin is fixedly mounted on the base, and the pin sleeve hole positioning pin is connected to the other end of the base opposite to the pin shaft hole positioning pin, with the pin sleeve hole positioning pin and the pin shaft hole positioning pin arranged parallel to each other. The depth vernier caliper is disposed in the groove of the pin sleeve hole positioning pin and is perpendicular to the pin shaft hole positioning pin. The tread bolt hole reference block is disposed in a groove on one side of the base. This application utilizes the precise guidance of the pin shaft hole positioning pin and the pin sleeve hole positioning pin to quickly position the track link on the fixture, eliminating the need for cumbersome clamping and alignment processes. The depth vernier caliper directly reads the values, eliminating the need for multiple scribing and calculations, thus significantly shortening the detection time.
