Sterilization basket and device for food cans

Abstract

The application provides a sterilization basket and device for food cans, and relates to food processing; wherein the sterilization basket for food cans comprises a basket body, a bottom plate, a handle and multiple groups of isolation components; the basket body is provided with an inlet, and the basket body is in a grid shape, and the maximum aperture of the grid is between the minimum diameter and the maximum diameter of the food cans; the bottom plate is placed at the bottom of the basket body, and the bottom plate is provided with multiple water-permeable holes; the handle is installed on the basket body; multiple groups of the isolation components are arranged at intervals along the feeding direction of the food cans; each group of the isolation components comprises a hole plate and multiple corner codes; multiple corner codes are fixedly connected with the basket body; and one hole plate is placed on multiple corner codes in the corresponding group. Through the design of the water-permeable holes, the hole plate and the grid, the sterilization effect and the loading capacity of the food cans are optimized, and the basket body is prevented from sinking.
