Small preform inversion demolding device, inversion demolding system and production line

Abstract

The application discloses a small prefabricated part overturning and demolding device, an overturning and demolding system and a prefabricated part production line, which comprise a bearing frame, a conveying device, a lifting driving device and an overturning driving device; the bearing frame is provided with a mold table holding and placing device which can hold and place a mold table in a mold table placing area; the bearing frame has a first position and a second position which is overturned to one side of the mold table placing area; the conveying device is configured to receive and convey the small prefabricated part after demolding; the conveying device is connected with the bearing frame through the lifting driving device; the overturning driving device is in driving connection with the bearing frame so as to drive the bearing frame to be in the first position or the second position; when the bearing frame is in the first position, the conveying device is located directly above and opposite to the mold table placing area; when the bearing frame is in the second position, the conveying device is located directly below the overturned mold table. The small prefabricated part overturning and demolding device can better meet the production requirements of the small prefabricated part and the larger prefabricated part.
