Novel material guide chute for a slagging machine

Abstract

The application relates to a novel material guide chute of a slag extractor, relates to the household garbage incineration power generation technical field, and aims to solve the low single material flow direction efficiency of a traditional flow guide chute. The application comprises an upper chute arranged on the slag extractor, the outlet of the upper chute is arranged towards the direction of a slag pit, a middle chute and a lower chute are sequentially arranged below the upper chute, the upper chute, the middle chute and the lower chute are sequentially and communicatively arranged, the upper chute comprises a top cover, a bottom plate I and a bottom plate II, the bottom plate I and the bottom plate II are obliquely arranged at the bottom of the top cover, a material guide channel entrance for communicating with the middle chute is formed between the bottom plate I and the bottom plate II, and an automatic flap device for blocking the material guide channel entrance is arranged between the upper chute and the middle chute. The application can flexibly switch the slag material guide direction, can adopt slag mechanical conveying, improves the slag treatment efficiency, and effectively guarantees the normal operation of a power plant.
