Abstract

The utility model relates to the technical field of tactile sensor, and disclose a novel flexible tactile sensor, including setting in the middle position's flexible base, the upper surface and the bottom of flexible base all are provided with pressure response layer, two pressure response layers mutually far apart's one side all are provided with electrode layer, the most outside of flexible base is provided with encapsulation layer. This novel flexible tactile sensor, through adopting polydimethylsiloxane as flexible base, combines pressure response layer and flexible electrode layer, makes sensor have excellent flexibility, can closely fit complex curved surface object, adapts to a variety of application scenarios, and the three-dimensional conductive network structure formed by carbon nanotube in elastomer can realize high-precision perception and accurate measurement to pressure, touch and other tactile information, each layer material all adopts common and the material of lower cost, has simplified the manufacturing process, has reduced production cost, is favorable to large -scale production and popularization and application.
