Abstract

This utility model discloses a drying tank, including a drying tank shell and an inner liner assembly disposed within the drying tank shell. A longitudinally penetrating air outlet pipe is provided in the middle of the inner liner assembly, and a molecular sieve is filled within a quasi-annular cavity formed by the inner side of the inner liner assembly and the outer side of the air outlet pipe. An air inlet is provided on the bottom surface of the inner liner assembly corresponding to the quasi-annular cavity, and an air outlet is provided on the top surface of the inner liner assembly corresponding to the quasi-annular cavity. An air passage cavity exists between the top of the inner liner assembly and the drying tank shell, and the air outlet and the air outlet pipe are respectively connected to the air passage cavity. The gas flow channel design of this utility model conforms to the gravity characteristics of high-pressure drying gas rising and water settling. Moisture and oil are deposited at the bottom of the inner liner due to gravity, resulting in better gas drying effect. During downward backflushing, it is easier to separate moisture and oil from the molecular sieve, and there are no dead zones during backflushing, which helps to extend the product's service life.
