A bottled salt packaging transfer mechanism utilizes a bottle-flipping mechanism

Abstract

This application discloses a bottle-flipping mechanism for bottled salt packaging, belonging to the field of automated salt packaging technology. The mechanism includes a frame support. Four sets of guide sleeves are rectangularly arranged on the top panel of the frame support. Each guide sleeve has a guide rod that penetrates the top panel. An adjustment panel is fixedly connected to the lower end of each guide rod. The center of the adjustment panel is sleeved on a lifting screw, and the adjustment panel is adjusted for height via the lifting screw. Two sets of opposing clamping cylinders hold the bottled salt, and a rotating shaft rotates it 90 degrees, uprighting the side-lying bottled salt for easy handling and packaging on the subsequent production line. This design is easy to assemble and maintain, achieving automated bottle flipping of side-lying bottled salt, and is suitable for bottled salt production and packaging lines, greatly improving production and packaging efficiency.
