New type of automatic furnace plugging device

Abstract

This disclosure provides a novel automatic liquid-blocking device for a furnace, comprising: a base, a liquid-blocking mechanism, and a self-locking mechanism. The base is fixedly connected to the furnace body and is positioned above the liquid outlet. The liquid-blocking mechanism includes a connecting frame, a first driving component, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a plug rod, and a plug. The connecting frame is hinged to the base. The first driving component includes a first cylinder and a first telescopic rod. The first cylinder is hinged to the connecting frame. The first telescopic rod is connected to the first connecting rod, and the middle part of the first connecting rod is hinged to the connecting frame. The second connecting rod is hinged to the first connecting rod, and the second connecting rod is hinged to the third connecting rod. The third connecting rod is connected to the plug rod via a connecting component, and the plug rod is connected to the plug. The connecting component is equipped with a hook engagement component. The self-locking mechanism includes a fixed support, a pressure rod, a rotating shaft, and a hook. The rotating shaft passes through the fixed support, one end of which is fixedly connected to the pressure rod. The hook is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft and is used to hook the hook engagement component.
