A cooling device for plastic products

Abstract

This utility model relates to the technical field of cooling devices, and in particular to a cooling device for plastic products. The device includes a water-cooling tank filled with water. Activating the water-cooling components circulates and cools the water inside the tank. After processing, the plastic products fall into the water under their own weight for timely cooling and shaping. A mesh belt conveyor is then activated, transporting the plastic products from the inside of the tank to a higher position, improving cooling efficiency and ensuring timely cooling. The device includes a water-cooling tank, a support frame, and a mesh belt conveyor. One end of the mesh belt conveyor is located inside the water-cooling tank, and its bottom is supported by multiple sets of supports. It also includes a water-cooling component and an air-cooling component. The water-cooling component is mounted on the water-cooling tank, and multiple sets of air-cooling components are mounted on the mesh belt conveyor.
