Abstract

Multiple placement components for placing paper covers are sequentially arranged around the rotating component. One placement component corresponds to a punching and feeding device, and another corresponds to a feeding device. The placement components between these two components sequentially correspond to a first bottom-folding device, a first preheating device, a second preheating device, a second bottom-folding device, and a knurling device. The openings of the placement components face outwards, and the paper cover, after being placed inside the placement component, is perpendicular to the mounting plate. Therefore, by ensuring the paper cover is perpendicular to the mounting plate (i.e., perpendicular to the ground), the placement components and processing devices (such as the punching and feeding device, preheating device, bottom-folding device, and knurling device) move horizontally relative to the paper cover, thus eliminating the influence of gravity, resulting in lower impact force and less height requirement. Simultaneously, two bottom folds ensure proper bottom forming.
