A wear-resistant and noise-reducing belt pulley assembly for textile machines

Abstract

This application provides a wear-resistant and noise-reducing pulley assembly for textile machines, relating to the field of pulley technology. It includes a connecting seat, a mounting shaft at the center of the left end of the connecting seat, a pulley hub surrounding the mounting shaft, a belt groove at the center of the inner side of the pulley hub, a shock-absorbing rubber ring between the pulley hub and the mounting shaft, the shock-absorbing rubber ring being installed in the inner cavity of the pulley hub and fitted onto the outer surface of the mounting shaft, and a fixing ring at the center of the left end of the pulley hub, which is fitted onto the mounting shaft. This invention enhances the stability of the limiting and locking mechanism by setting the mounting shaft as a square column structure, enabling a limiting connection with the pulley hub. Furthermore, the fixing ring, with bolts at both ends to secure it to the mounting shaft, further enhances the stability of the pulley hub installation, effectively preventing slippage between the pulley hub and the mounting shaft.
