Abstract

This utility model provides a smart valve support system integrated with a filter, relating to the field of valve support technology. It includes a filter body, a smart valve support assembly installed on the left side of the flow pipe, and a smart valve body installed on the left side of the flow pipe. A smart controller is installed on the upper side of the smart valve body, and viscous dampers are installed on the lower side of the smart valve body. Through this smart valve support assembly, the viscous dampers can cut off water flow in the smart valve body. When water hammer occurs, the damping characteristics of the viscous dampers effectively reduce the impact force, protecting the pipeline system. During operation, the viscous dampers promptly feed back the impact force data to the smart controller. Simultaneously, the supporting hydraulic rod can adjust its extension length according to the data fed back by the viscous dampers under the command of the smart controller, ensuring that the smart valve body always remains horizontal.
