A new type of industrial air cooler

Abstract

A novel industrial air cooler includes a mounting base and a cooler body. Ventilation windows and filter covers are provided on both the left and right sides of the cooler body. The filter covers are equipped with an activated carbon layer mesh and a filter screen. Connecting structures are provided on the front and rear outer walls of the filter covers. Each connecting structure includes a connecting plate and a U-shaped handle. The connecting plate has two internal connecting structures. Each connecting structure includes an inner cavity, a sleeve, a first spring, a first inclined surface, a plug rod, and a slider. The U-shaped handle includes a vertical tube and two horizontal tubes. A pressing rod is slidably connected inside the horizontal tubes, and a pressing block is fixed to one end of the pressing rod. A second inclined surface is provided on the pressing block. A linkage structure is provided inside the vertical tube. A connecting frame is fixed to the outer wall of the cooler body, and a plug hole is provided on the inner wall of the connecting frame. This invention allows for the disassembly and assembly of the filter covers without the need for any tools, and the process is simple and convenient, greatly improving the ease of replacing the activated carbon layer mesh.
