Abstract

The application provides an ultrasonic flaw detection water tank, belonging to the technical field of flaw detection water tanks. The ultrasonic flaw detection water tank comprises a tank box, an angle adjusting assembly and a feeding and discharging assembly. The angle adjusting assembly comprises a rotating disc, a rotating plate, a clamping plate and a clamping frame. The clamping frame is provided with multiple clamping frames, and the clamping frames are of multiple specifications. The feeding and discharging assembly comprises a moving lifting frame, a first rotating frame, a second rotating frame and a gripper. The moving lifting frame is rotatably connected with the first rotating frame. The second rotating frame is rotatably connected with the first rotating frame. The gripper is symmetrically arranged and fixedly connected with the second rotating frame. Through the series of processes, most of the residual water in the workpiece is discharged in advance, effectively reducing the amount of water droplets falling to the ground during the workpiece transfer process, thereby reducing the risk of ground water and the safety hazard of personnel slipping.
