Business user social meeting graphical user interface for electronic devices

Abstract

1. Name of the product in this design: A graphical user interface for social communication in electronic devices. 2. Purpose of this design: An electronic device. 3. The key design features of this product are the graphical user interface displayed on the screen panel of the electronic device. 4. The image or photograph that best illustrates the design points: 6. Layout diagram of the changing states. 5. This electronic device is of conventional design, therefore other views are omitted. 6. Purpose of the graphical user interface: The graphical user interface on the product interface of this design is used for business communication and discussion among business users. 7. Description of the graphical user interface's changing states: The main view displays the entry point for business users to discuss and communicate, showcasing the available tools for the current project. Users can scroll down the main view to enter state change diagram 1, which displays other available tools for the current project, including discussion tools. Clicking the discussion button at the bottom of state change diagram 1 leads to state change diagram 2, displaying ongoing discussion items, meeting timestamps, and initiation dates. Clicking the plus sign at the top right of state change diagram 2 leads to state change diagram 3, where users can create new discussion titles for the current project and enter discussion channels. Clicking the plus sign in the middle of state change diagram 3 leads to state change diagram 4, where users can select participants. Clicking the "OK" button at the bottom of state change diagram 4 allows users to enter the next state change. The first state diagram (Figure 5) shows the selected user's avatar and identity category. When a user triggers the "Create and Enter Discussion" button at the bottom of Figure 5, they enter the expanded state diagram (Figure 6), where they can chat and initiate forms, polls, ratings, and other functional cards. The second state diagram (Figure 7) shows the polls already initiated in the current discussion channel and user voting status. The third state diagram (Figure 8) shows the available poll titles, descriptions, and countdowns. The fourth state diagram (Figure 9) shows the "Add Member" button below Figure 8, where users can fill in the desired poll title, description, countdown, and information such as the avatars and identities of added members.
