Abstract

The present invention describes a vehicle (100). The vehicle (100) includes a body frame (102), a front frame (126), a steering element (112), a swingarm (136), a rear suspension element (142), and a suspension support element (206). The front frame (126) extends rearward from a steering tube (110) of the body frame (102) to attach one or more components of the vehicle (100), such as a battery (124) and a motor (122). The steering element (112) passes through the steering tube (110). The rear suspension element (142) extends obliquely rearward and upward from the swingarm (136) and is positioned substantially parallel to the steering element (112).The suspension support element (206) includes a connecting portion (244) adapted to connect the suspension support element (206) to the body frame (102) and a mounting portion (240) adapted to mount the suspension support element (206) to the rear suspension element (142).
