Abstract
This description pertains to the polymorph Form 1 of 1H-pyrazol-1-propanenitrile, β-(cyclopentyl-2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-d8)-4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-, (βR)-, phosphate (1:1) (deuruxolitinib phosphate). Methods of treatment using the polymorph of deuruxolitinib phosphate Form 1 and methods for manufacturing the polymorph of deuruxolitinib phosphate Form 1 are also described.
