The invention relates to a device for fixing rails for rail vehicles to sleepers arranged one behind the other by means of a standardized W-fastening, wherein each sleeper has two roughly W-shaped depressions, into which two angle guide plates are inserted and the angle guide plates and clamping clamps are fixed to the sleeper by sleeper screws, and wherein an elastic intermediate layer is provided between the rail and the sleeper.Such a device is known from DE 20 2013 103 459 U1. This device relates to a constant rail fastening on the sleeper that cannot be varied in height with a dowel / clamp screw connection or a sleeper screw connection without dowels, including various fastening elements. An improvement is to be achieved in this case by providing a highly load-bearing guide plate with a further reduced weight as the guide plate, which can also be designed as an angle guide plate. This height compensation by lifting the entire track grid also requires filling the lifted track grid with ballast in order to be able to restore the bedding cross section. The works associated therewith are limited, in particular in the case of upper limits such as, for example, bridges, tunnels, overhead lines and other fixed points. After this maximum height has been reached, the track grid must be lowered again with considerable expenditure of time and costs.The invention is based on the object of configuring a rail fastening for concrete sleepers in such a way that a height compensation of the rail is possible with simple means and the use of large machine technology can be dispensed with.The solution of the stated object consists in a device of the type mentioned at the beginning in that a respective threaded sleeve is screwed onto the end of each sleeper screw or onto both threaded ends of a single arcuate sleeper screw, wherein the inner thread of the sleeve corresponds to the outer thread of the sleeper screws or to the thread of the two ends of the single arcuate sleeper screw, so that by rotating the sleeve the height position thereof relative to the sleeper screws or the single arcuate sleeper screw changes, whereby the height of the rail is variably adjusted.Due to the design of the rail fastening according to the invention, only a relatively low expenditure of time and cost is required for the height adjustment of the rail. A further advantage is that the proven clamping clamps of the W-fastening do not have to be dispensed with. The height position of the rail to be compensated for, caused by track sets, is regulated in a known manner by means of continuously adjustable plastic plates. This system has proven itself and is not modified in the rail fastening according to the invention.In one embodiment of the invention, a lower part is provided below the angle guide plate, the angle guide plate forms a sleeper insert with the lower part, a space is provided in the sleeper whose inner dimensions correspond to the outer dimensions of the sleeper insert, and the sleeper insert is inserted into the space provided in the sleeper. In this case, the angle guide plate is firmly connected to the lower part.By means of the above-described configuration of the device according to the invention, the screw sleeve is held securely, so that the continuous adjustability of the screw sleeve and its fastening at any desired height is ensured.The angle guide plate and the lower part located underneath can be formed from the same material or from different materials. However, it has proven expedient to form at least the lower part of the sleeper insert provided below the angle guide plate from a glass fibre-reinforced polyamide. The lower part of the angle guide plate, which is subject to friction, is therefore very wear-resistant.According to the invention, the screw sleeve is further provided with at least two respectively diametrically opposite flattened portions, so that a turning of the screw sleeve by means of a wrench is made possible in a simple manner.The drawing shows an embodiment of a device for the attachment of rails for rail vehicles.
