Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present disclosure relates to a door trim.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONJP 2014-151 592 A discloses a door trim including a resin core member and a skin attached to a surface of the resin core member. The resin core member has a corner portion, a first vertical wall, and a second vertical wall, and has a three-dimensional shape. The corner portion is located at an edge of the resin core member. The first vertical wall extends from an edge of the resin core member at a side of the corner portion. The second vertical wall extends from an edge of the resin core member at another side of the corner portion. The skin has at least a first vertical wall skin portion and a second vertical wall skin portion. The first vertical wall skin portion is disposed on the first vertical wall of the resin core member, and the second vertical wall skin portion is disposed on the second vertical wall portion of the resin core member.As disclosed in the above patent document, the resin core member (a trim panel) has a three-dimensional shape having a corner portion defined by three surfaces. It may be that the skin must be shaped to follow the three-dimensional shape of the resin core member. However, the skin need not be freely molded, and the resin core member may have a restricted shape. If the resin core member has a three-dimensional shape and a protrusion protruding into an interior of a vehicle compartment, wrinkles may be generated on the skin or the skin may crack or gloss may be generated on the skin or gloss of the skin may be enhanced when the skin is previously formed to follow the three-dimensional shape by vacuum forming. In order to prevent such problems, it is required that a protrusion amount of the protrusion is decreased.From the publication FR 2 916 821 A1 a multi-part corner structure is known which clamps the skin on the surface of the wall element directed towards the interior. This document is considered as the closest prior art.It is the object of the present invention to provide a door trim which is freely designed and excellent in design.The object of the invention is achieved by a door cladding according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONA door trim according to the present invention includes a trim panel having a plate shape extending in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the trim panel having a protrusion portion that protrudes toward a vehicle inner side so as to be curved with respect to the first direction and the protrusion portion extends straight in the second direction, a skin that covers a vehicle inner side surface of the trim panel while following a shape of the protrusion portion, and a wall member that is attached to an end portion of the protrusion portion with respect to the second direction, an edge portion of the skin being held between the wall member and the trim panel.According to the present technology, the wall member is mounted on the trim panel with the edge portion of the skin located between the wall member and the trim panel. According to such a configuration, the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion is increased, and a door trim with excellent configuration is obtained. The skin may cover the vehicle interior side surface of the trim panel and a surface of the side wall of the protrusion portion. In such a configuration, if the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion is large, the skin is shaped to follow a three-dimensional shape formed by the protrusion portion and the wall surface (defined by three surfaces). Wrinkles may be caused on the skin, or tear or gloss may be caused on the skin, or the gloss of the skin may be enhanced when the skin is previously shaped to follow the three-dimensional shape by vacuum forming. In the present technology, the wall surface of the wall member is not covered with the skin. Therefore, wrinkles are less likely to be caused on the skin and tear or gloss is less likely to be caused on the skin, or the gloss of the skin is less likely to be enhanced regardless of the protrusion height of the protrusion portion when the skin is previously formed by vacuum forming. Accordingly, the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion of the trim panel is less likely to be limited due to the limitation of the molding of the skin.In the above configuration, the wall member may include stoppers fixed to the trim panel, and the stoppers may be spaced apart from each other along the end portion of the protrusion portion.According to the above configuration, the wall member is fixed to the trim panel, and the edge portion of the skin is pressed by the wall portion along the end portion. Therefore, wrinkles or peeling are less likely to be caused on the skin.In the above configuration, the first direction may be a vehicle up-down direction and the second direction may be a vehicle front-rear direction, the trim panel may include an upper panel disposed in an upper portion of a vehicle and a lower panel disposed in a lower portion of a vehicle and disposed on a lower side with respect to the upper panel, and the upper panel and the lower panel may be separate components. The protrusion portion may be included in at least a vehicle front portion of the upper plate, and the wall member may be disposed at a vehicle front side with respect to the upper plate.According to the above configuration, the door trim has the protrusion portion in the vehicle upper portion and the vehicle front portion of the door trim so as to be easily seen by occupants, and this provides a novel configuration. The wall member not covered by the skin is disposed on the vehicle front side of the trim panel and is less likely to be seen by occupants.In the above configuration, the trim panel has an upper surface portion and a main surface portion. The upper surface portion extends in a vehicle front-rear direction that is the second direction, and has a width extending in a vehicle width direction. The upper surface portion has long edges extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and has short edges extending in the vehicle width direction, the long edges having a vehicle-inside long edge and a vehicle-outside long edge. The main surface portion extends downward in the first direction from the vehicle-interior-side long edge of the upper surface portion. The upper surface portion and the main surface portion form the protrusion portion.According to the above configuration, the trim panel having the protrusion portion extending straight in the vehicle front-rear direction is provided simply by the main surface portion and the upper surface portion.In the above configuration, the main surface portion has short edges that respectively extend from the short edges of the upper surface portion. The short edges of the main surface portion and the upper surface portion on the vehicle front side form the end portion of the protrusion portion, and the end portion has an opening.According to the above configuration, the protrusion portion has the opening defined by the short edges of the main surface portion and the upper surface portion. As the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion is increased, wrinkling, detachment, or tearing is less likely to be caused.The wall member is mounted on the end portion of the protrusion portion, is inserted into the opening, and closes the opening.According to the above configuration, the edge portion of the skin is held between the wall member and the trim panel, so that wrinkling or detachment is less likely to be caused on the skin.In the above configuration, the skin may include a skin upper surface portion disposed on the upper surface portion and a skin main surface portion disposed on the main surface portion. The skin upper surface portion may extend in a vehicle front-rear direction that is the second direction, and may have a width extending in a vehicle width direction. The skin upper surface portion may have long edges extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and may have short edges extending in the vehicle width direction, and the long edges may have a vehicle inner side long edge and a vehicle outer side long edge. The skin main surface portion may extend downward in the first direction from the vehicle-inside long edge of the skin upper surface portion. The short edges of the skin upper surface portion and the skin main surface portion on the vehicle front side may form the edge portion, and the edge portion of the skin may be wound around the end portion of the protrusion portion and overlap with a rear surface of the end portion.According to the above configuration, wrinkling, detachment, or tearing is less likely to be caused as the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion is increased.In the above configuration, the door trim may further include a wall member mounting portion that closes the opening of the end portion of the protrusion portion. FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a top plate, a skin, and the wall member.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTSReferring to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment, a side trim will be described as an example of a door trim 10. In FIG. 1, a left side corresponds to a vehicle front side and a right side corresponds to a vehicle rear side. In FIG. 2, the directions UP, UN, FR indicate a vehicle upper side, a vehicle inner side, and a vehicle front side, respectively.The door trim 10 is disposed opposite to a door inner panel (a vehicle panel) that is not illustrated, and is mounted on the door inner panel on the vehicle inner side with respect to the door inner panel. Thus, the door trim 10 and the door inner panel form a vehicle door. The vehicle door is disposed on a side of a seat on which an occupant sits, and is used as a vehicle side door.As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the door trim 10 has a main surface 10A having a substantially rectangular shape having a substantially same size as that of the door inner panel. The door trim 10 further includes an upper surface 10B, side surfaces 10C, and a lower surface extending from respective four sides (peripheral edges) of the main surface 10A toward a rear surface side (a vehicle outer side). The main surface 10A and the upper surface 10B of the door trim 10 are design surfaces that are likely to be seen by the occupant. The vehicle front side surface 10C of the door trim 10 is less likely to be seen by the occupants when the vehicle door is closed, and the vehicle front side surface 10C is located opposite an opening edge surface of a door opening of a vehicle. However, the vehicle front side surface 10C is a design surface seen by a person through a space between the opening edge surface of the door opening and the vehicle front side surface 10C when the vehicle door is open.As illustrated in FIG. 2, the door trim 10 includes a trim panel 11, a skin 40, and a wall member 50. the trim panel 11 has a plate shape extending in a vehicle up-down direction (corresponding to a first direction) and in a vehicle front-rear direction (corresponding to a second direction). A surface 20A of the trim panel 11 (a vehicle-interior panel surface 20A) of an upper panel 20 described later is covered by the skin 40. The wall member 50 is mounted to the trim panel 11 (the top panel 20) with an edge portion 45 of the skin 40 interposed therebetween. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper plate 20 is covered with the skin 40, and therefore, components of the upper plate 20 are denoted by dotted line reference numerals.The trim panel 11 may be made by molding a resin material or a mixture of a resin material and a natural fiber (such as kenaf) into a plate shape. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the trim panel 11 includes an armrest 13, an inner handle hole 14, a speaker grill 15, and a door bag 16.As illustrated in FIG. 1, the trim panel 11 includes the upper panel 20 disposed at a vehicle upper side and a lower panel 18 disposed at a vehicle lower side with respect to the upper panel 20. The upper plate 20 and the lower plate 18 are separate components forming the trim panel 11. The upper panel 20 constitutes a main part of a door trim upper portion 17, and the upper panel 20, the skin 40, and the wall member 50 constitute the door trim upper portion 17. the upper panel 20 has a panel mounting lower portion 27 (see FIG. 3 ) at a vehicle lower portion of the upper panel 20 and an upper edge 20C at a vehicle upper edge thereof. The lower plate mounting portion 27 has mounting holes 27A at which mounting projections (not shown) of the lower plate 18 are inserted into the respective mounting holes 27A. The upper plate 20 is mounted to the lower plate 18. The lower panels 18 form most of the door trim 10 except for the upper door trim portion 17 and may be referred to as a main panel.As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 5, the trim board 11 has a protrusion portion 25 protruding toward the vehicle inner side so as to be curved with respect to the vehicle up-down direction. The protrusion portion 25 extends substantially straight in the vehicle front-rear direction. The protrusion portion 25 of the trim panel 11 has a "blowout" shape or a half pipe shape extending in the vehicle front-rear direction. The protrusion portion 25 forms a part of the upper plate 20 of the cowl panel 11, and a vehicle front end portion of the upper plate 20 (an end portion 25A of the protrusion portion 25) has a substantially V shape protruding toward the vehicle inner side (see FIG. 5 ). The protruding portion 25 protrudes from the upper edge 20C or the lower plate mounting portion 27 (a lower portion of the upper plate 20) at an end portion 25A thereof furthest toward the vehicle inner side. That is, the end portion 25H has a largest protruding amount from the upper edge 20C or the lower plate mounting portion 27 (the lower portion of the upper plate 20). The protruding amount of the protruding portion 25 gradually decreases from the end portion 25A toward the vehicle rear portion of the protruding portion 25. That is, the upper plate 20 has the protrusion portion 25 at least in the vehicle front portion thereof. In this specification, "a substantially straight shape" includes a shape smoothly curved such that the skin 30 is freely shaped. "curved" means that a curved surface has two planar surfaces intersecting each other, and also means that a curved surface is curved to be round.More specifically, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 5, the upper plate 20 has a plate main surface portion 21 and an upper plate surface portion 23. the plate main surface portion 21 extends in the vehicle up-down direction, and the skin 40 is disposed on the surface 20A of the plate main surface portion 21. Thus, the panel main surface portion 21 having the skin 40 forms the main surface 10A of the door trim 10 thereon. The upper plate surface portion 23 extends from an upper edge of the plate main surface portion 21 toward the vehicle exterior side, and the skin 40 is disposed on the surface 20A of the upper plate surface portion 23. The upper panel surface portion 23 having the skin 40 thereon forms an upper surface 10B of the door trim 10. As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 5, the upper plate surface portion 23 has long edges extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and short edges extending in the vehicle width direction. The long side edges include an inside-vehicle long edge and an outside-vehicle long edge. The vehicle front portion of the panel main surface portion 21 extends from the panel mounting lower portion 27 (the upper panel lower portion 20) toward the vehicle upper side, being curved toward the vehicle inner side. In other words, the plate main surface portion 21 extends downward from the vehicle-inside long edge of the upper plate surface portion 23.The protrusion portion 25 is curved with respect to the vehicle up-down direction such that the plate main surface portion 21 and the plate upper surface portion 23 intersect each other to form a corner portion (see FIG. 3 ). The plate main surface portion 21 and the plate upper surface portion 23 extend substantially straight in the vehicle front-rear direction. A vehicle front side portion of the protruding portion 25 has such a conical shape that an inner space defined by the plate main surface portion 21 and the plate upper surface portion 23 becomes smaller the closer it is to the vehicle inner side, that is, the closer it is to a protruding end. The protrusion portion 25 has an opening at its front side portion so that a front end (a front short side edge) of the disk main surface portion 21 and a front end (a front short side edge) of the upper disk surface portion 23 form the opening. According to such a configuration, the door trim 10 has the protrusion portion 25 that is clear and provides a new configuration.As illustrated in FIG. 5, the upper plate 20 has a wall member mounting portion 31 to which the wall member 50 is attached. The wall member mounting portion 31 is located at the vehicle front portion of the protrusion portion 25 so as to close the opening defined by the panel main surface portion 21 and the top panel surface portion 23. Components of the wall member mounting portion 31 and the attachment of the wall member 50 to the top plate 20 will be described later.As illustrated in FIG. 5, the skin 40 is attached to the surface 20A of the disk main surface portion 21 and the disk upper surface portion 23 of the upper plate 20 following the shape of the protrusion portion 25. More specifically, the skin 40 has a skin main surface portion 41 located on the plate main surface portion 21 and a skin upper surface portion 43 located on the plate upper surface portion 23. The skin surface upper portion 43 extends continuously toward the vehicle exterior side from an upper edge of the skin main surface portion 41. That is, the skin 40 has a shape curved with respect to the vehicle up-down direction and extends substantially straight in the vehicle front-rear direction according to the shape of the protrusion portion 25. A blade member is curved with respect to a first direction and is straight elongated in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The sheet member is not partially overlapped with itself or a plurality of sheet pieces are not used or the sheet member is not partially expanded and deformed to arrange the sheet member to a trim panel having a protrusion portion. The skin 40 is formed to follow the shape of the protrusion portion 25, and wrinkles and asperities are less likely to be generated, and partial expansion or deformation is less likely to be caused, and accordingly partial quality change is less likely to occur.The skin 40 is previously formed into a three-dimensional shape following the three-dimensional shape of the upper plate 20 by vacuum forming before being attached to the upper plate 20. A shape of the skin 40 that can be formed by vacuum forming is limited according to its material. If the skin 40 is formed into a three-dimensional shape having a corner defined by three surfaces, a length of one of lateral dimensions constituting the corner is limited. That is, the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion is limited. In this embodiment, the skin 40 extends substantially straight in the vehicle front-rear direction and has a corner portion which is defined by two surfaces at the vehicle front end portion (the plate main surface portion 21 and the plate upper surface portion 23) and which is open at the vehicle front end portion. Wrinkling, tearing, or gloss is less likely to be caused on the skin 40, or gloss of the skin is less likely to be enhanced, unlike the three-dimensional shape with the corner portion defined by the three surfaces. Therefore, the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion 25 can be increased.The upper plate 20 coated with adhesive in advance is placed on a rear surface of the molded skin 40. Thus, the skin 40 is attached to the surface of the trim panel 11. The adhesive need not be applied to the surface 20 aof the top plate 20, but may be applied to a back surface of the skin 40.As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the skin 40 is applied to the upper plate 20 such that the peripheral edge portions of the skin main surface portion 41 and the skin upper surface portion 43 are not disposed on a vehicle inner side surface of the door trim 10. The peripheral edge portions 45 of the skin 40 include a lower edge portion 45A located on the vehicle lower side, an upper edge portion 45B located on the vehicle upper side (on the vehicle outer side), and a front edge portion 45C located on the vehicle inner side (on the vehicle front side). An upper edge portion of the lower plate 18 overlaps with the lower edge portion 45A on the vehicle inner side with respect to the lower edge portion 45A. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the upper edge portion 45B overlaps with the upper edge 20C of the upper panel 20 at the rear surface of the upper panel surface portion 23. the front edge portion 45C overlaps with the wall member 50, and is interposed between the wall member 50 and the upper panel 20 of the trim panel 11. The wall member 50 is disposed at the front edge portion 45C on the vehicle front side with respect to the front edge portion 45C. Thus, the edge portions 45 of the skin 40 are covered with the wall member 50 and are not seen from the vehicle inner side. In FIG. 2, an outer shape of the front edge portion 45C covered with the wall member 50 is indicated by a dotted line.Next, configurations of the wall member 50 and the wall member mounting portion 31 and the attachment of the wall member 50 to the top plate 20 will be described.As illustrated in FIG. 2, the wall member 50 is configured to cover the end portion 25A of the protrusion portion 25 with respect to the vehicle front-rear direction. The wall member 50 has a wall surface 51A facing the vehicle front side or the vehicle inner side (a surface 51A of a skin body 51 described later), and the wall surface 51A forms a side surface 10C of the door trim. With such a wall member 50, even if the protrusion portion 25 has a large protrusion amount, the inside of the vehicle door (a space between the inner panel and the door trim 10) is less likely to be seen through a gap between the end portion 25A of the protrusion portion 25 and the inner panel, or foreign materials are less likely to enter the inside of the vehicle door through the gap.As illustrated in FIG. 4, the wall member 50 includes the main body 51 having a plate shape and stoppers 52 disposed on a rear surface 51B of the main body 51.The wall member 50 is attached to the top plate 20 via the stops 52. The rear surface 51B of the main body 51 faces the vehicle exterior side and an inner space defined by the plate main surface portion 21 and the plate upper surface portion 23. The main body 51 has an outer shape surrounded by the vehicle front end portion 25A of the protrusion portion, and has a front surface 51A that is a planar design surface. The main body 51 is inserted into the opening defined by the plate main surface portion 21 and the plate upper surface portion 23. The front surface 51A of the main body 51 faces the vehicle inner side and is opposed to the rear surface 51B. The wall member 50 has positioning members 53 and ribs 54. the positioning members 53 project from the rear surface 51B of the main body 51 toward the vehicle rear side as positioning projections 53, and the ribs 54 are disposed in the outer circumferential edge portion of the rear surface 51B and are elongated along the end portion 25A of the projection portion 25.The stoppers 52 are stopper protrusions that protrude from the rear surface 51B of the main body 51 toward the vehicle rear side. The stoppers 52 are disposed in the outer circumferential edge portion of the rear surface 51B, that is, the stoppers 52 are disposed along the end portion 25A of the protruding portion 25 while being spaced apart from each other. The stops 52 include stops 52A, 52B, 52C, 52D, and 52E. The stopper 52A is adjacent to a front edge of the upper plate surface portion 23 of the upper plate 20. The stopper 52B is adjacent to a corner between the upper plate face portion 23 and the plate main face portion 21. The stoppers 52C and 52D are adjacent to the front edge of the disk main surface portion 21. The stopper 52D is located in a lower portion of the main body 51, and the stopper 52C is located between the stopper 52B and the stopper 52D. The stopper 52E is substantially a center of the main body 51 and is located between the stoppers 52A and 52D.As illustrated in FIG. 5, the wall member mounting portion 31 has a plate shape as a whole with an opposing surface 32 opposing the main body 51. The wall member mounting portion 31 has stopper receiving portions 33 and positioning member receiving portions 34 in the opposing surface 32. the stoppers 52 are mounted on the respective stopper receiving portions 33, and the positioning members 53 are mounted on the respective positioning member receiving portions 34. The stopper receiving portions 33 and the positioning member receiving portions 34 are holes in the opposing surface 32. each stopper protrusion 52 is stopped by an opening edge of each stopper receiving portion (stopper hole) 33, and each positioning protrusion 53 is inserted into a respective positioning member receiving portion (positioning hole) 34.When mounting the wall member 50 to the upper plate 20, the wall member 50 is placed on the end portion 25A side of the protrusion portion 25 (an upper plate 20 side) from the vehicle front side such that the rear surface 51B of the wall member 50 faces the opening defined by the end portion 25A. Thus, the wall member 50 is moved closer to the top plate 20 to which the skin 40 is attached. The positioning protrusions 53 are inserted into the corresponding positioning holes 34 so that the wall member 50 is positioned with respect to the wall member mounting portion 31 of the upper plate 20. Then, the wall member 50 is moved closer to the opposing surface 32 so that the stopper protrusions 52 are stopped by the respective stopper receiving portions 33, and the edge portions 45 of the skin 40 are wound around the upper edge 20C of the upper plate 20 and overlap with a rear surface 20B of the upper plate 20, The edge portion 45 (the edge portion 45C) of the skin 40 is interposed between a side surface 51C of the wall member 50 and the rear surface 20B of the upper plate 20, and the edge portion 45 (45C) is pressed toward the opposing surface 32 of the wall member mounting portion 31 by the ribs 54 of the wall member 50. Thus, the edge portion 45 (45C) is interposed between the wall member 50 and the wall member mounting portion 31 of the upper plate 20 as shown in FIG. 2. In this embodiment, the wall member 50 is mounted to the top plate 20 from the side of the top plate 20 and presses the edge portion 45 ( 45C) toward the opposing surface 32 of the wall member mounting portion 31. Wrinkles are less likely to be caused at the edge portion 45 and the skin 40 compared to a mounting configuration in which the wall member is slid along a vehicle front end portion of the protrusion portion from a rear surface side (a vehicle outer side) of the upper plate. Thus, the wall member 50 is mounted on the top plate 20.Next, advantageous effects of the door trim 10 of this embodiment will be described. According to this embodiment, the door trim 10 has the trim panel 11 with the protrusion portion 25, the skin 40, and the wall member 50. The protrusion portion 25 is curved with respect to the vehicle up-down direction and protrudes toward the vehicle inner side, and the protrusion portion 25 extends substantially straight in the vehicle front-rear direction. The skin 40 covers the surface 20A of the trim panel 11 following the shape of the protrusion portion 25. The wall member 50 is a wall that closes the opening defined by the end portion 25A of the protrusion portion 25. The wall member 50 is mounted to the trim panel 11 having the edge portion 45 of the skin 40 between the wall member 50 and the trim panel 11.According to this embodiment, the wall member 50 is mounted to the trim panel 11 having the edge portion 45 of the skin 40 between the wall member 50 and the trim panel 11. According to such a configuration, the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion 25 is increased, and the door trim 10 having an excellent configuration is obtained. The skin may cover the vehicle interior side surface of the trim panel and a surface of the side wall of the protrusion portion. If the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion is large in such a configuration, then the skin is shaped to follow a three-dimensional shape formed by the protrusion portion and the wall surface (defined by the three surfaces). Wrinkles may be formed on the skin and tear or gloss may be formed on the skin, or the gloss of the skin may be enhanced when the skin is previously formed by vacuum forming so as to follow the three-dimensional shape. In this embodiment, the wall surface of the wall member 50 is not covered with the skin 40. Therefore, wrinkles are less likely to be generated on the skin 40, and the tear or luster is less likely to be generated on the skin 40, or the luster of the skin is less likely to be enhanced regardless of the protrusion height of the protrusion portion 25 when the skin 40 is previously formed by vacuum forming. Accordingly, the protrusion amount of the protrusion portion 25 of the trim panel 11 is less likely to be limited due to the limitation of the molding of the skin 40.In this embodiment, the wall member 50 has the stoppers 52 fixed to the trim board 11, and the stoppers 52 are disposed along the end portion 25A of the protruding portion 25 while being spaced apart from each other. According to such a configuration, the wall member 50 is fixed to the trim panel 11, and the edge portion 45 of the skin 40 is pressed by the wall member 50 along the end portion 25A. Therefore, wrinkles are less likely to be caused on or detachment of the main.In this embodiment, the trim panel 11 has the upper panel 20 disposed at the vehicle upper side and the lower panel 18 disposed at the vehicle lower side of the upper panel 20, and the upper panel 20 and the lower panel 18 are separate components. The protrusion portion 25 is included in at least the vehicle front portion of the upper plate 20, and the wall member 50 is disposed on the vehicle front side of the upper plate 20. The door trim 10 has the protrusion portion 25 in the vehicle upper portion and the vehicle front portion of the door trim 10 so as to be easily seen by occupants, and thereby a novel configuration is provided. The wall member 50 not covered by the skin 40 is disposed on the vehicle front side of the trim panel 11, and is less likely to be seen by occupants.Further Exemplary EmbodimentsThe present technology is not limited to the description described above with reference to the drawings. For example, the present technology may include the following embodiments.(1) In the above embodiment, the side trim constituting a side door is used as the door trim. However, the door trim may be a part of a rear door.(2) In the above embodiment, the first direction coincides with the vehicle up-down direction, and the second direction coincides with the vehicle front-rear direction. However, the first direction and the second direction may be different directions as appropriate.(3) In the above embodiment, the wall member is mounted on the front portion of the upper plate. The wall member may be mounted on a vehicle rear portion of the trim panel (an upper trim). If the second direction coincides with the vehicle up-down direction in the other embodiment (2), the wall member may be mounted on a vehicle upper portion or a vehicle lower portion of the trim panel.(4) In the above embodiment, the trim panel includes the upper panel and the lower panel, which are separate components. However, the trim panel may be a panel member that is a component. The trim panel may have a vehicle front portion and a vehicle rear portion which are separate components, or may have three separate components forming a panel member.(5) Unlike the above embodiment, a shape and a configuration of the protrusion portion may be changed as required. The protrusion portion may be formed to have a U-shaped vertical sectional shape along a vehicle width, and the U-shaped cross sectional shape that is a part of a square or a trapezoidal shape has three sides surrounding a space. The protrusion portion does not necessarily have to have a corner portion. However, the protrusion including at least one corner portion having a cross section along the vehicle width direction with an acute angle is preferable for the configuration of the present technology. The protrusion portion does not necessarily have to protrude toward the vehicle inner side, but may be configured to be a recessed portion in the panel main surface portion opposite to an instrument panel. The recessed portion may be recessed toward the vehicle exterior side following an exterior shape of the instrument panel. The protrusion portion may not necessarily be open toward the vehicle exterior side. The protrusion portion may be configured to have the aforementioned surface shape having a solid configuration.(6) Unlike the above embodiments, the protrusion portion may be included in various positions as required. The protrusion portion may be configured to extend from the vehicle front side to the vehicle rear side with a constant protrusion amount in the second direction.(7) Unlike the above embodiments, a mounting configuration, the arrangement, and the number of stoppers may be changed as required. The stops may be mounting bosses that are heat-caulked to the top plate. The stopper protrusions included as the stoppers improve the operability in mounting the wall member to the top plate, as compared with the mounting bosses.(8) In the above embodiments, the skin after the molding is adhered to the trim panel by vacuum molding. Claims

A door trim (10) for a vehicle, comprising: a trim panel (11) having a panel shape extending in a first direction (UP) and a second direction (FR) perpendicular to the first direction (UP), wherein the trim panel (11) includes a protrusion portion (25) protruding toward a vehicle inner side so as to be curved relative to the first direction (UP), and wherein the protrusion portion (25) extends straight in the second direction (FR); a skin (40) covering a vehicle inner side surface (20A) of the trim panel (11) while following a shape of the protrusion portion (25); and a wall member (50) attached to an end portion (25A) of the protrusion portion (25) in the second direction (FR), wherein an edge portion (45C) of the skin (40) overlaps with the wall member (50) and is held between the wall member (50) and the trim panel (11), characterized in that the trim panel (11) includes: an upper surface portion (23) that extends in a vehicle front-rear direction that is the second direction (FR) and that has a width that extends in a vehicle width direction (IN), the upper surface portion (23) having long edges that extend in the vehicle front-rear direction and short edges that extend in the vehicle width direction (IN), the long edges having a vehicle inner side long edge and a vehicle outer side long edge; and a main surface portion (21) extending downward from the vehicle-inside long edge of the upper surface portion (23) in the first direction (UP), the upper surface portion (23) and the main surface portion (21) forming the protrusion portion (25), the main surface portion (21) having short edges respectively extending from the short edges of the upper surface portion (23), the short edges of the main surface portion (21) and the upper surface portion (23) on the vehicle front side forming the end portion (25A) of the protrusion portion (25), the end portion (25A) having an opening, and the wall member (50) is mounted on the end portion (25A) of the protrusion portion (25), inserted into and closing the opening.The door trim (10) according to claim 1, wherein the wall member (50) includes stoppers (52) fixed to the trim panel (11), and the stoppers (52) are spaced apart from each other along the end portion (25A) of the protrusion portion (25).The door trim (10) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first direction (UP) is a vehicle up-down direction, the trim panel (11) includes an upper panel (20) disposed in an upper portion of the vehicle and a lower panel (18) disposed in a lower portion of the vehicle and disposed on a lower side with respect to the upper panel (20), the upper panel (20) and the lower panel (18) are separate components, the protrusion portion (25) is included in at least a vehicle front portion (20C) of the upper panel (20), and the wall member (50) is disposed on a vehicle front side with respect to the upper panel (20).The door trim (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the skin (40) includes: a skin upper surface portion (43) disposed on the upper surface portion (23), the skin upper surface portion (43) extending in the vehicle front-rear direction that is the second direction (FR) and having a width extending in the vehicle width direction (IN), the skin upper surface portion (43) having long edges extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and short edges extending in the vehicle width direction (IN), the long edges including a vehicle inner side long edge and a vehicle outer side long edge; and a skin main surface portion (41) disposed on the main surface portion (21), the skin main surface portion (41) extending downward from the vehicle-inside long edge of the skin upper surface portion (43) in the first direction (UP), the short edges of the skin upper surface portion (43) and the skin main surface portion (41) on the vehicle front side forming the edge portion (45C), and the edge portion (45C) of the skin (40) being wound around the end portion (25A) of the protrusion portion (25) and overlapping with a rear surface of the end portion (25A).The door trim (10) according to claim 1, further comprising a wall member mounting portion (31) that closes the opening of the end portion (25A) of the protrusion portion (25), wherein the wall member (50) is attached to the wall member mounting portion (31), and the wall member (50) is located on the vehicle front side of the wall member mounting portion (31).
