Description

The invention relates to a display device for an interior of a motor vehicle having the features of the preamble of claim 1.Such a display device is known from KR 10 2019,0140 806 A. Specifically, a display device in the headliner of an autonomous motor vehicle will be described. The display device has a display unit with two screens and also includes a frame-like position adjustment unit by which a position of the screens can be adjusted. The position adjustment unit has a frame-like guide body with lateral guide rails in which guide rods of the screens are guided. By means of a drive motor, the screens can be adjusted from a non-use position resting on the roof lining of the motor vehicle into a use position in which the screens are lowered in a V-like manner in the direction of the interior.DE 10 2015 005 365 A1 describes a display device on an instrument panel of a motor vehicle, having a flexible display device and an adjusting device which can be covered by a foldable hood. The adjusting device can transfer the display device from a stowage position into a use position and vice versa. The display device is bent and forms a combination instrument for the motor vehicle. The adjustment of the display device from a stowage position into a use position takes place whenever the ignition of the motor vehicle is activated. When the ignition is deactivated, the display device is again adjusted toward the stowage position.A further display device is known from US2018 / 0027689 A1. Specifically, this document discloses a display device including a plurality of screens mounted on a headliner. The screens can be arranged in a longitudinally displaceable manner via a quick connection in a rail which is aligned in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle. In addition, the quick connection is configured such that each screen can perform a 360 degree rotation about a vertical axis and a 180 degree rotation about a horizontal axis.Proceeding from this prior art, the object of the present invention is to provide an easily mountable display device for an interior of a motor vehicle, in which, on the one hand, the space requirement can be kept low in its use position and, on the other hand, appealing optics can be produced in the non-use position. The present object is achieved by a display device having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments or further developments of the invention can be found in the dependent claims.Further objects of the present invention are to provide a motor vehicle with increased passenger comfort and to propose a suitable method for operating the display device in a motor vehicle. The above-mentioned objects are achieved by a motor vehicle having the features of claim 5 and by a method having the features of claim 7.Advantageous embodiments or refinements of the invention can also be gathered here from the respectively dependent claims. The invention is initially based on a display device for an interior of a motor vehicle. The display device has at least one screen which is movable and can thereby be brought into at least two different positions. It is furthermore proposed that the display device comprises two screens which can each assume a predetermined retracted position or predetermined extended position in a positively guided and automatic manner. The screens form a V-like arrangement with one another in their extended position. In their retracted position, the screens form a common plane with one another.By means of such a display device, the comfort for passengers in the interior of the motor vehicle can be increased appreciably. In particular, the V-like arrangement of the screens can ensure good visibility of a screen in each case for all passengers who are located opposite one another in a motor vehicle with a viewing direction in a space-saving manner.Due to the formation of a common plane with each other when the screens are in the retracted position, the prerequisite is created for the screens not to be in any way in the way when not in use.According to a first development of the invention, the screens have ends facing one another and ends facing away from one another. The ends facing each other form an articulated connection with each other. The ends of the screens facing away from each other are movable towards or away from each other via a positive guide. The ends of the screens are to be understood as meaning the longitudinal or transverse sides of the screens which are visible in a plan view of the screens or the longitudinal or transverse sides of the housings which optionally enclose the display areas of the screens. This further development provides a mechanism which can be realized in a simple manner and by means of which the screens can be brought into the predetermined use or retraction position. In order to minimize the space requirement of the display device in the retraction position, it is proposed in another development that the common plane of the screens formed in the retraction position is aligned flush with a surface surrounding the screens. In order that the space requirement can be kept low in the extended position of the screens and an appealing optical system can be produced in the retracted position, it is proposed in a development of the concept of the invention that the forced guidance is arranged in a depression, wherein the depression is covered by the screens in the retracted position of the screens. The depression can be designed, for example, in the manner of a trough. In order to ensure an automatic movement of the screens in a simple and cost-effective manner, the screens can be brought by electric motor from their retracted position into their extended position and vice versa. It is also a feature of the invention to form the display device as a component of an installation module. In this way, the mounting of the display device can be accomplished particularly easily in the interior of the motor vehicle. As already mentioned, the invention is also intended to protect a motor vehicle. Such a motor vehicle is characterized by at least one display device arranged in an interior of the motor vehicle. It is considered to be very advantageous if the display device is arranged in a roof lining and / or in a side cladding of the motor vehicle. The arrangement in a roof lining allows particularly good and central visibility of the display device for passengers who are seated opposite one another in the interior of the motor vehicle, wherein leg rest is in no way restricted by the display device. However, the arrangement of the display device in a side cladding (for example door cladding or wall cladding) can also be expedient, for example when the display device is formed with a touch-sensitive surface (for example as a touchscreen) and good accessibility of the screens is desirable by the passengers. Finally, a suitable method for operating a display device according to the invention in a motor vehicle is also to be proposed. Such a method is characterized in that the display device is automatically moved from its extended position into the retracted position as soon as the motor vehicle is stationary and a door is opened which provides direct access to a region of the interior space having the display device. In this way, it can be ensured that the display device is not obstructive when passengers enter or exit the interior of the motor vehicle. Such a procedure is conceivable in particular in automatically driving motor vehicles which transport a plurality of passengers getting in and out at shorter time intervals in the manner of a taxi, which passengers may not know themselves at all.The method according to the invention also includes the display device being automatically moved from its retracted position into the extended position as soon as all the doors of the motor vehicle are closed and the motor vehicle starts. Such a procedure contributes to a further increase in comfort for passengers of the motor vehicle.Preferred exemplary embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the figures and are explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the figures. This also makes further advantages of the invention clear. Identical reference numerals, also in different figures, relate to identical, comparable or functionally identical components. Corresponding or comparable properties and advantages are achieved in this case, even if a repeated description or reference thereto is not made. The figures are not, or at least not always, true to scale. In some figures, proportions or distances may be exaggerated to more clearly emphasize features of an embodiment. They show, in each case schematically FIG. 1 shows a motor vehicle with a display device in an extended position, FIG. 2 shows the motor vehicle according to FIG. 1, but with the display device in a driving-in position, FIG. 3 shows a detailed representation of the display device formed as a component of an installation module, in various positions, FIG. 4 is a view of a second embodiment of the display device, in different positions; and FIG. 5 shows a representation of a further embodiment of the display device, in different positions.First, reference is made to FIG. 1. This figure shows a motor vehicle K which, in the present exemplary embodiment, is designed as an automatically driving motor vehicle. Passengers P 1 and P 2 have accommodated in an interior 10 of the motor vehicle K, said passengers being located opposite one another and their viewing direction (in the direction of travel or opposite the direction of travel) being directed towards one another.A display device 13 is arranged in the region of a roof lining 11 of the motor vehicle. The display device 13 includes a first screen 13 aand a second screen 13 b.The screens 13 a, 13 bform an articulated connection 14 with one another at ends facing one another. In other words, the articulated connection 14 forms a common axis of rotation of the screens 13 aand 13 bprotruding into the plane of the drawing.Ends 13 cof the screens 13 a, 13 b, which are remote from one another, on the other hand, are held in a positive guide, which is not numbered in any more detail in this figure, and are movable towards one another or away from one another in adjusting movements B 2.It is indicated that the display device 13 can be formed as a component of an installation module 100, which is installed in the roof lining 11.In the position shown, the display device 13 is in an extended position. In this deployed position, the screen 13 afaces the passengers P 1 who are seated in the region of a vehicle front F. The screen 13 bis facing the passengers P 2 who are seated in the area of a vehicle rear H.Furthermore, it can be seen that the screens 13 a, 13 bin the extended position shown (seen from the side) assume a V-like arrangement V with one another. The V-like arrangement V is designed in particular such that a surface normal N of the screens 13 a, 13 bfalls approximately into the visual or head region of the passengers P 1 or P 2. In this way, a particularly good visibility of the respectively displayed screen contents of the screens 13 a, 13 bis ensured.FIG. 2 shows a retracted position of the display device 13. It can be seen that the screens 13 a, 13 b(or housings enclosing the screens 13 a, 13 b) form a common plane E with one another in the retracted position of the display device 13. Preferably, the common plane E lies parallel to the roof lining 11 and close to the roof lining 11 or is even configured flush with a surface of the roof lining 11.In the figures, a further display device 13 is indicated by dashed lines, which is arranged in a side cladding 12 of the motor vehicle K. In the present exemplary embodiment, the side cladding 12 is a wall cladding of the motor vehicle K. However, it is also conceivable for the side cladding 12 to be an inner cladding of a door, for example a sliding door. The display device 13 will now be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 3 a- c.As already mentioned, the display device 13 is formed as a component of an installation module 100. In the installation module 100, a trough-like depression M is formed. In this depression M, a positive guide 19 is arranged, which can be formed, for example, in the manner of a groove. In this positive guide 19, the ends 13 cof the screens 13 a, 13 b, which ends are remote from one another, are held displaceably. Preferably bolt-like drivers 13d are in turn connected to the ends 13c of the screens 13a, 13b, which drivers are in turn coupled in terms of movement to threaded sleeves 16a and 16b.The threaded sleeves 16a, 16b are in turn supported by a threaded rod 15.The pairings of threads of the threaded rod 15 and the threaded sleeves 16 aand 16 bare designed in such a way that, when the threaded rod 15 is rotated, an adjusting movement B 1 results, in which the threaded sleeves 16 a, 16 bare moved towards or away from one another. The adjusting movement B 1 then in turn leads to the adjusting movement B 2 of the ends 13 cof the screens 13 a, 13 bin the positive guide 19. During the adjusting movement B 2, the drivers 13 dlide in the vertical direction within vertically protruding tube-like parts of the threaded sleeves 16 a, 16 b.A rotation of the threaded rod 15 can be effected by an electric motor 17 which has an integrated control unit, not numbered in any more detail. The electric motor 17 is in turn connected to a plug connector 18 via a signal and control line. With the aid of the plug connector 18 and with the aid of latching elements, not shown in more detail, the installation module 100 can easily be connected to an interior trim of the motor vehicle K in the roof lining 11 and / or in the side trim 12 and to an on-board power supply system of the motor vehicle K.In the installed state, the display device 13 can then be very comfortably transferred from its extended position with a V-like arrangement V into its retracted position, in which the screens 13 a, 13 bform a common plane E (cf. FIGS. 3 ato 3 c ). Of course, the transfer of the display device 13 from the retracted position into the extended position is also possible analogously. It should be noted that in the retracted position (FIG. 3 c ) the screens 13 aand 13 bform a common plane E, which lies approximately flush with a surface 21 surrounding the screens 13 a, 13 b. In the assembled state of the installation module 100, the surface 21 is again aligned approximately flush with a surface 11 aof the roof lining 11.With reference to FIGS. 4a-c, a further embodiment of a display device 13' will now be explained. In contrast to the display device 13, the display device 13' has two screens 13a and 13b which are not connected to one another at their mutually facing ends 13e. However, the screens 13 aand 13 bin their retracted position (FIG. 4 a ) also form a common plane E with one another. The plane E is again aligned approximately flush with a surface 23 which surrounds the screens 13 a, 13 b. The surface 23 can be a component of an interior trim or also a component of an installation module that accommodates the screens 13 a, 13 b.In this example, too, the screens 13 a, 13 bin their retracted position cover depressions M 1, M 2.In the depressions M1, M2 there are again groove-like force guides 19', in which mutually remote ends 13c of the screens 13a, 13b are force-guided.In the extended position (FIG. 3 c), the screens 13 a, 13 bin turn assume a V-like arrangement V with one another. In this case, the screens 13 a, 13 bact with their side facing away from the passengers or the interior 10 against a stop formed by the depressions M 1, M 2. In the extended position, the screens 13 a, 13 bare also somewhat recessed in the interior lining, for example in the roof lining 11.The movement of the display device 13' from the extended position into the retracted position and vice versa (compare FIGS. 4a to 4c) is also effected here by an electric motor, not shown in more detail. Finally, a third exemplary embodiment of a display device 13'' is explained with reference to FIGS. 5a-c. In contrast to the display device 13', the screens 13a, 13b are not partially recessed here in a cladding or in an installation module. Rather, in a retracted position (FIG. 5 a), the screens 13 a, 13 bbe located on a surface 23 surrounding the screens 13 a, 13 b. The screens 13 a, 13 bin turn form a common plane E. The plane E is oriented parallel to the surface 23. In this case, the screens 13 a, 13 bb rest against the surface with a surface facing away from the passengers, and the mutually facing ends 13 eof the screens 13 a, 13 bare close to one another or even touch one another. The ends 13c of the screens 13a, 13b facing away from each other are in turn each held in a positive guide 19'', which allows the screens 13a, 13b only to rotate R about an axis of rotation, wherein the axis of rotation runs perpendicular to the image plane and coincides with the ends 13c.In an extended position (FIG. 5 c ), the screens 13 a, 13 bb bear against a stop 24. However, the screens 13 a, 13 btake a V-like arrangement V with one another here too.The automatic adjustment of the display device 13'' from a retracted position into the extended position and vice versa (compare FIGS. 5a to c) is also effected here by an electric motor, not shown in more detail. Finally, it should be pointed out that the display devices 13, 13', and 13'' described can serve, in their retracted position, for the realization of boarding illumination or else for the realization of ambient illumination. For example, it is conceivable that the display device 13 (see FIG. 1 ) installed in the headliner 11 emits a star headliner-like illumination into the interior of the motor vehicle K.List of reference characters10 Interior 11 Roof lining 11 aSurface 12 Side cladding 13, 13', 13" Display device 13 aFirst screen 13 bSecond screen 13 cEnds of screens 13 d Mitnehmer 13 e Zugewandte ends of screens 14 Articulated connection 15 Threaded rod 16 a, b Threaded sleeves 17 Electric motor 18 Plug connectors 19, 19', 19" Forced guidance 21 Surface 23 Surface 24 Stop 100 Installation module B 1-B 3 Adjusting movements E Common plane F Vehicle front H Vehicle rear K Motor vehicle M, M 1, M 2 Depressions N Surface normal P 1, P 2 Passengers R Rotation V V V-like arrangement
