Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a seat-chair, in particular a chair, the seat surface and backrest of which is spanned by a fabric panel.Aside from hammocks, camping chairs are known in which a fabric web is suspended in a frame and forms the seating or reclining surface. In camping chairs, the racks are often made of pipes and are foldable, foldable or disposable. Camping chairs of the 70th and 80th years were collapsible. These chairs comprise a tubular frame which forms the fabric web, the seat surface and the backrest, has a rectangular cross section and, at two edges of the rectangle, a respective loop with which it is fastened to the tube which wraps around it. At the edge between the seat surface and the backrest, it comprises a further loop which contains a rod to which springs are hooked, with which the fabric web is tensioned.Camping chairs appeared thereafter, having rectangular panels of fabric suspended only at the four corners, the panel of fabric being attached at each corner to a point of the rack and to a pipe end of the rack, respectively. The fabric web hangs through between the corners and thus forms the seat surface. The two rear suspension points are located higher than the two front ones, so that a backrest is formed with the rear part of the track, and the seat surface with the front part.Such camping chairs have also already been realized with nearly triangular fabric panels, in which the front corners span the seat surface and the individual rear corner spans the back part. In these chairs as well, the rear corner is fastened further up.DE 20 2021 001 080 U1 discloses a hanging seat which is suspended at two corners of the seat surface and at the upper end of the back surface at strings. The suspension seat is not directly supported by a frame. Armrests are not formed.DE 1 799 864 U discloses a tripod chair with a rectangular fabric web. Two legs support the seat surface at the front corners, a longer leg support the back of the fabric panel at its upper end. There, a cross bar is arranged in a horizontal pocket, which is supported by the longer leg. Armrests are formed by lateral straps.A similar chair is known from US 4 605 261 A. In the latter, the frame is designed with more tubes and the tube carrying the seat track back part is designed to be telescopic. Armrests are not formed.A similar chair is also known from AT 392 578 B. In this case, the fabric web is pentagonal and suspended at its upper corner from a back bar.EP 0 139 306 A1 also shows a similar chair with a rectangular fabric panel. In the four corners of the web there are pockets in which the ends of the tubes of the tube frame are inserted. Point attachments are formed via these pockets. Armrests are not formed.EP 0 252 170 A1 describes tripod and four-leg pants in which a fabric web is stretched over a frame at three or four corners. The pants do not have either back parts or armrests.U.S. Pat. No. 5,944,381 A discloses a hanging seat which is suspended at the four corners of a seat track and in which the corners are spread apart by means of three rods.GB 2 360 446 A discloses a folding chair with a triangularly stretched seat track, wherein the triangle is stretched upwards and a backrest is thus formed. The object of the invention is to achieve seating furniture with a particular and in particular individually adjustable comfort. To achieve the object, the seat-type furniture item described in claim 1 is specified. Advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims.Exemplary EmbodimentThe object according to the invention of achieving a special, individually adjustable comfort is illustrated by means of the following exemplary embodiment: FIG. 1 : The furniture for seating in FIG. 1 consists of a base frame with the pipes 1, 2, 3 which span a 3-corner with the corner points 4, 5, 6, and with the vertical supports 7, 8, 9 and their end points 11, 12, 13 to which the fabric web 10 is fastened. On the support 8 there is the line fastener 20 between the upper end point 13 and the lower end point 14, the position of which is dependent on the variable length of the fastener, the individual length of which is made possible, for example, by a rice shutter. This produces a bag which is closed at the top and is placed over the support 8. The support 9 with its end point 11 is longer than the supports 7 and 8, so that the fabric web fastened to the end point 11 forms a backrest. The marginal line of the fabric web 15 (between the end points 13 and 11) and the marginal line 16 (between the end points 11 and 12) form the arm rests on the left and right sides of the seat-chair. The edge line 17 between the end points 12 and 13 forms the support for the upper legs. The connecting line 18 between the points 12 and 14 represents the enveloping line of the seat dome. The line 19 represents the solder from the corner point 6 onto the pipe 1 and determines the depth of the seating furniture. FIG. 2 : In FIG. 2, the fabric web forming the seat depression is illustrated. A seating position is felt more comfortable the more evenly the seat pressure is distributed to the buttocks. This is achieved in the present invention by sewing the fabric web together from several pieces, the edges of the individual pieces at which they are assembled running curved or arcuate (fastening line dashed between the fastening points 11- 12), so that the web obtains a profile or forms a spherical cap which thereby comes close to a buttocks shape (FIG. 2 ). In the present case, a light fabric as the top side and a dark fabric as the bottom side of the fabric panel are sewn together and placed one above the other. The seam between points 13 and 14 is shown in dashed lines. FIG. 3 : In FIG. 3 it is shown that the shape of the seat trough can be changed by changing the lengths of the tubes 1, 2, 3. The tubes 1, 2, 3 are configured telescopically for this purpose. The body shapes of the buttocks vary widely from narrow to wide. The seat furniture item is adapted to this by the triangle formed from the tubes 1, 2, 3 in plan view being telescopic in its side lengths and the 3 way corner connections 4, 5, 6 allowing variable angular positions in the plan view plane (FIG. 3 ). Individual basic triangular cracks can thus be produced which enable comfortable seating positions even for wide or narrow buttocks (width of the front side 4 - 5 of the frame) or, in the case of a large body length, with long legs (depth of the piece of furniture 19 = height to the front side 1 of the triangle). FIG. 4 : In FIG. 4 it is shown that the supports 7, 8 are telescopic. A seating position is in particular also perceived as comfortable if the thighs can rest as close as possible to the knee joint. Since legs can be angled in different positions in the seat, an individual adjustment of the height of the thigh support line is provided in the present invention to achieve a feeling of comfort. According to the present invention, this is achieved in that one of the supports 7 or 8 is telescopic, in the present case the support 7. The thigh support line 17 thus also increases into the position 17* (dashed line), and the thighs receive a support depending on the bending of the legs, which support is perceived as a gain in comfort (FIG. 4 ) FIG. 5 : FIG. 5 shows the change in the shape and position of the armrest 16 by changing the length or telescoping of the support 7. Depending on the seat or reclining habit, the height of the arm rest 16 (dashed line) can also be individually adjusted in order to achieve a feeling of comfort in the present invention. By lengthening the support 7 (telescoping), the end and fastening point of the fabric web 12 is raised to the height 12*. The armrest thus also rises as boundary line 16 into the position 16* (dashed). This supports the left arm individually at a higher position (FIG. 5 ). FIG. 6 : A further special feature which leads in double terms to the individual setting of a comfortable seat feeling as well as a lying feeling, is the linear fastening or line fastening 20 between the points 13 and 14 on the support 8, a bag closed at the top, which can still be changed in its length, for example by a zipper (see FIG. 6 ). As a result, individual height differences can be achieved between the armrest 15 (fastening between the points 13 and 11) and the enveloping line 18 of the seat dome. The deeper the point 14 migrates, the higher the leaning area becomes to the support line 15, so that a back leaning area can thereby be produced for the entire upper body. Due to the 3-sided basic design of the seat-chair, an individual reclining position can even be produced in an oblique seating position and a contact with the edge line 15 in such a way that one or both legs are laid over the support line 16 and thus higher than in the case of the thigh support line 17, which ensures well-being by an additional relief of the legs (FIG. 6 ). FIG. 7 : To achieve a delicate appearance, the tubes or rods of the base forming the triangle can themselves be mounted on 3 tubes or rods (FIG. 7 ). The supports 7, 8, 9 are each inclined obliquely outwards.List of reference characters1, 2, 3 Pipes or rods 4, 5, 6 corner points 7, 8, 9 supports 10 fabric web 11, 12, 13 upper end points of the supports or fastening points 14 lower end point of the line fastening / pocket 15, 16, 17 edge lines of the fabric web 18 connecting line or enveloping line 19 line 20 closed at the top placed over the support as a line fastening
