Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of bacteriostatic products and in particular to a bacteriostatic agent and its application. BACKGROUND
[0002] On persistently cloudy days or during rainy seasons, it's difficult to air-dry clothes, especially thick clothes, within a short period of time after washing, often resulting in a smelly, irritating garment. A dryer is an ideal solution to this problem. However, drying appliances such as dryers are not very common in many families. To date, there are no suitable solutions for bacteriostasis, odor control, and deodorization of washed laundry.
[0003] In fact, clothes stink because odors spread after fungi multiply and ferment in the clothing. These odors are not only annoying but also have negative health effects. Furthermore, other everyday items such as bedding, napkins, rags, and mops often tend to breed microorganisms and therefore require greater antibacterial agents. SUMMARY
[0004] The present invention relates to a bacteriostatic agent comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 30 parts glycerin, 2 to 10 parts chitosan, 2 to 10 parts methylcellulose, 1 to 5 parts sodium bicarbonate, 1 to 5 parts stannous chloride, 0.5 to 2 parts nanocopper, 0.1 to 2 parts sodium sorbate and 40 to 90 parts water.
[0005] In the present invention, methylcellulose can perform various functions, such as anti-precipitation to maintain the stability of the bacteriostatic agent, cooperate with chitosan to form a network structure, and better load stannous chloride, nanocopper, and sodium sorbate, thereby improving bacteriostatic performance. Sodium bicarbonate can adjust the pH and enhance the bacteriostatic effect. Glycerin can perform a solubilizing function and is combined with water to form a dual solvent system, which can increase the solubility and stability of the entire solution system. Furthermore, all of the aforementioned raw materials are harmless to humans and have no toxicity.
[0006] Preferably, the particle size of the nanocopper in the aforementioned bacteriostatic agent is 20 nm to 300 nm, for example 50 nm, 100 nm, 150 nm, 200 nm or 250 nm.
[0007] Preferably, the aforementioned bacteriostatic agent also comprises an essence.
