Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a plant for generating solar power, a mounting system for erecting a plant for generating solar power and a method for constructing the plant.
[0002] In light of the planned energy transition, it is necessary to provide as much land as possible for the generation of solar energy.
[0003] The installation and connection of large elements is challenging and requires heavy machinery.
[0004] Scalable construction is particularly necessary for the implementation of photovoltaic parking lot roofs.
[0005] In this case, the assembly of small individual elements on site is less efficient than the modular prefabrication and assembly of already complete main elements.
[0006] Currently, the installation of solar power generation systems is carried out by specialist companies, which, given the growing shortage of skilled workers, are increasingly having to deal with difficulties in processing pending orders due to longer installation times.
[0007] It is therefore desirable to have a prefabricated and modular photovoltaic system that can be installed by anyone, e.g. by untrained or semi-skilled workers, with minimal effort and use of materials. Description of the invention
[0008] It is an object of the invention to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a system for generating solar power, a mounting system for erecting a system for generating solar power and a method for constructing the system, wherein the modular system can be constructed with minimal use of tools and skilled workers.
[0009] This problem is solved by the features listed in the claims.
[0010] A horizontal structure is defined as one that is essentially horizontal. Essentially, this means that a corresponding horizontal angle, the angle between a perfectly horizontal line and a longitudinal axis of the horizontal structure, is between 0 and 30°, preferably between 5 and 25°, and preferably between 10 and 20°.
[0011] The object is achieved by a system for generating solar power, wherein the system for generating solar power has at least one support system and at least one solar power system. The at least one support system has at least one vertical support structure which is provided on its upper side for receiving a first horizontal support structure. The first horizontal support structure has at least one device for connection to the at least one solar power system on both sides, orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure. The at least one solar power system has at least one second horizontal support structure. The at least one second horizontal support structure is aligned orthogonal to the first horizontal support structure. At least one end of the at least one second horizontal support structure is provided for connection to the first horizontal support structure by means of the at least one device for bilateral connection. At least one photovoltaic module is connected to an upper side of the at least one second horizontal support structure.
[0012] In an advantageous embodiment, the at least one solar power system has at least two second horizontal support structures which are connected to one another in an articulated manner along their longitudinal axis.
[0013] This can be achieved by using a suitable folding mechanism, for example a folding hinge. For this purpose, a plurality of folding mechanisms can be provided along the longitudinal axis of the at least two second horizontal support structures. If two or three or more second horizontal support structures are connected to one another in this way, an arbitrarily large area can be reduced to a small pack size by folding them together, for example for transporting the system for generating solar power from the production site to the place of use. Care must be taken to ensure that adjacent (parallel aligned) second horizontal support structures have an alternating folding direction, so that a first segment can, for example, be folded upwards, while a second segment can be folded downwards, while the third segment can be folded upwards again, and so on. This achieves a maximum reduction in pack size.According to a further advantageous embodiment, the at least one device for connecting on both sides is an H-shaped connecting element when unfolded.
[0014] For this purpose, the H-shaped connecting element is preferably bent four times on one side, wherein a width of a central region of the H-shaped connecting element corresponds to a width of the first horizontal support structure that can accommodate the H-shaped connecting element. Furthermore, beveled surfaces of the H-shaped connecting element preferably have bores for connecting the at least one solar power system on both sides orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure, for example by a shear connection using screws. The at least one second horizontal support structure of the at least one solar power system has corresponding bores, which can be provided with threads. The opposing beveled surfaces of the H-shaped connecting element are spaced apart in such a way that, depending on their positioning within the solar power generation system, they accommodate the ends of one or two second horizontal support structures. The solar power generation system preferably therefore has small and large devices for connecting on both sides.
[0015] The H-shaped connecting element can be manufactured individually so that it can be adapted, for example, to different widths of existing roof structures in order to retrofit the system according to the invention for generating solar power.
[0016] In an advantageous embodiment, the H-shaped connecting element is designed to be divisible into two T-shaped connecting elements. For this purpose, the H-shaped connecting element can have a predetermined breaking point along the width of the central region of the H-shaped connecting element, for example in the form of a notch. The T-shaped connecting elements then serve to fix the at least one solar power system on one side orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure, provided no second solar power system is provided. Furthermore, the T-shaped connecting elements serve to fix the at least one solar power system orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure on the outer sides of a series of solar power systems, for example a first and last parking lot roof of a plurality of parking lot roofs arranged in a row.
[0017] According to a further embodiment, the at least one solar power system has a system for removing rain and / or melt water.
[0018] The system for draining rain and / or meltwater is preferably a gutter. Furthermore, the system for draining rain and / or meltwater is preferably arranged on a lower edge of the at least one solar power module, such that rain and / or meltwater flowing along a surface of the at least one solar power module by gravity is collected. The rain and / or meltwater can be drained, for example, through a downpipe into a designated collection device.
[0019] Advantageously, the at least one vertical support structure, the first horizontal support structure and / or the at least one second horizontal support structure are designed as hollow bodies with a rectangular cross-section, although other support structure profiles are also conceivable.
[0020] Hollow bodies reduce the overall weight of the system compared to solid material and thus contribute to simplified transport of the system with reduced greenhouse gas emissions and simplified assembly of the system. Furthermore, a design of the at least one vertical support structure, the first horizontal support structure and / or the at least one second horizontal support structure as a hollow body allows for simple connection of different elements, for example by providing bores in individual elements which can have threads for screwing. Unsightly screw heads can also be accommodated in the hollow bodies, for example by providing a bore along a longitudinal axis of a screw on a side facing a screw head in an outer wall of the hollow body, through which bore a screw can be inserted and locked using an appropriate tool.
[0021] A rectangular cross-section increases the contact surface at the connection points between the individual elements and thus contributes to the stability of the system.
[0022] The elements of the solar power generation system, in particular the at least one vertical support structure, the first horizontal support structure, and / or the at least one second horizontal support structure, can be made of aluminum to keep the overall weight of the system low. Other materials, such as plastic, are also conceivable.
[0023] When selecting suitable materials and their design, for example, in terms of cross-section and / or wall thickness, it is important to consider that an outdoor carport must be as weather-resistant as possible to minimize the time between repair cycles. Furthermore, the material must be able to support at least one solar power system. Potential wind and / or snow loads under appropriate weather conditions must also be taken into account.
[0024] Accordingly, the at least one solar power system can have a plurality of second horizontal support structures to ensure secure fixation of the at least one photovoltaic module, even under higher snow loads.
[0025] Furthermore, the at least one solar power system can have one or more third horizontal support structures for this purpose, which are arranged parallel to the first horizontal support structure of the at least one support system and specifically serve to accommodate the at least one photovoltaic module. When designing the third horizontal support structure(s), care must be taken to ensure that a folding mechanism between the at least two second horizontal support structures is not impaired, for example by ensuring that the third horizontal support structure(s) have a suitable length that is no greater than a distance between the at least two second horizontal support structures. Alternatively, the third horizontal support structure(s) can also be designed to be foldable and, for this purpose, have hinges, for example.
[0026] Advantageously, the third horizontal support structure(s) is / are also formed as a hollow aluminum body with a rectangular cross-section.
[0027] In a preferred embodiment, the support system has a foundation connection on its underside for detachably connecting the support system to a foundation. The foundation connection can, for example, be a metal plate welded to the support system, which has holes by means of which the support system can be fixed to the foundation. Screw dowels, for example, can be used for this purpose. Screw foundations are preferred because they allow for the fastest assembly. Other designs of the foundation connection are also conceivable, for example in the form of concrete-encased threaded rods onto which the support system is screwed.
[0028] The problem is further solved by a mounting system for erecting a solar power generation system. The mounting system has at least one lifting connection and at least one pulling device. The lifting connection is provided for connection to an underside of the at least one second horizontal support structure of the at least one solar power system and is shaped to accommodate the pulling device.
[0029] According to an advantageous embodiment, the mounting system further comprises at least one lifting device.
[0030] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the mounting system further comprises at least one deflection system. The at least one deflection system is shaped to accommodate the traction device and is provided for connection to an upper side of the first horizontal support structure of the at least one carrier system, such that a deflection movement occurs orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure.
[0031] In an advantageous embodiment, the deflection system is a deflection roller system.
[0032] A pulley system consists, for example, of a pair of pulleys that are jointly fixed to a suitable structure, such as a U-profile. Screw connections, among others, can be used for this purpose. The U-profile advantageously has a width that corresponds to the width of the first horizontal support structure. The pulley system can thus be plugged / clamped onto the first horizontal support structure and used for the installation of the solar power generation system. Sufficiently large side surfaces of the U-profile prevent the pulley system from slipping off the first horizontal support structure. After successful installation, the pulley system can be easily removed and used for installation elsewhere.Alternatively, a screw connection can be used to temporarily fix the deflection system to the first horizontal support structure, although this increases the effort required for assembly and disassembly. Other connection types are also conceivable. The deflection pulley system can also be designed as a freely suspended deflection pulley with appropriate fixation to the first horizontal support structure. Free movement of the deflection pulley is enabled by a combination of the deflection pulley with a leg, which in turn is connected to an eyelet attached to the first horizontal support structure. Drill holes can be provided for this purpose, for example. This design allows loads to be lifted regardless of angle.
[0033] In a further advantageous embodiment, the lifting connection is a square tube, which preferably has at least one eyelet.
[0034] Furthermore, the pulling device is preferably a wire rope or any other form of rope.
[0035] The problem is further solved by a method for assembling the solar power generation system. The method comprises the following steps: a. Assembly of at least one support system, b. unfolding the at least one solar power system next to the at least one support system or within an area defined by two support systems, such that the at least one second horizontal support structure is aligned orthogonally to the first horizontal support structures, c. Mounting the at least one mounting system to the at least one support system and the at least one solar power system, d. Lifting the at least one solar power system such that, in an end position, the at least one second horizontal support structure rests directly against corresponding sections of the at least one device for connecting the at least one support system on both sides, e. Producing a positive and / or non-positive connection between the at least one second horizontal support structure of the at least one solar power system and the at least one device for connecting the at least one support system on both sides and f. Dismantling of at least one assembly system.
[0036] The lifting connection serves to lift the at least one solar power system to a level that corresponds to the level of the device for the bilateral connection. Each side of the lifting connection has a stop to prevent the at least one solar power system from slipping sideways off the lifting connection. The lateral stops can be welded and / or screwed and / or fixed in another suitable way. For example, protruding screws can be inserted into provided holes to create a stop. The lifting connection can have further elements for safely lifting the at least one solar power system, for example welded and / or screwed and / or fixed in another suitable way. For example, protruding screws are conceivable.A first free end of the pulling device, for example a first free end of the wire rope, is connected to the at least one eyelet of the lifting connection. In the simplest case, a second free end of the pulling device is guided directly over the first horizontal support structure. To facilitate lifting, the at least one pulling device can be guided over the at least one deflection pulley system. A pull on the second free end of the pulling device then causes the at least one solar power system to be lifted. An advantageous arrangement of the pulling device around the at least one solar power system makes it possible to lift the at least one solar power system evenly using just one pulling device and just one deflection system. Alternatively, two or more pulling devices can be used to ensure even lifting. The use of two or more deflection systems is also conceivable.
[0037] The at least one pulling device can be operated manually by pulling directly on the at least one pulling device. However, it is also conceivable to operate the at least one pulling device by means of the at least one lifting device, which can be temporarily fastened, for example, to the ground or to the first horizontal support structure or to the at least one vertical support structure of the at least one carrier system. The lifting device can, for example, be a crank, the actuation of which results in the pulling device being wound up. Electrical assistance during lifting, for example by an electric cable winch, is also conceivable. In any case, the lifting connection, lifting device, deflection system, and pulling device are dismantled after the at least one solar power system has been secured to the carrier system and are available for another use.Installation is therefore only temporary, and elements not required for the functioning of the solar power generation system are dismantled.
[0038] According to various embodiments, the unfolding of the at least one solar power system comprises the following method steps: a. Providing the solar power system in a transport mode, wherein the solar power system has pulling devices which connect adjacent second horizontal support structures at the ends opposite the folding mechanisms and serve as resistance for a targeted unfolding, b. Folding out the solar power system into a triangular shape, with lower second horizontal support structures mounted on a rolling base, c. Further unfolding of the solar power system using an angle that prevents the solar power system from tipping over, d. Further unfolding of the solar power system by extending the lower pulling device e. Placing the outer second horizontal support structure on a rolling bearing and connecting an upper joint of the solar power system to a deflection system by means of a pulling device f. Lower the upper joint until the solar power system is fully unfolded.
[0039] The system for generating solar power according to the invention provides, due to prefabricated solar power systems, a scalable solution for covering larger areas with photovoltaic systems.
[0040] A support system can accommodate a solar power module on each side. The solar power generation system can thus be expanded modularly by adding additional support systems.
[0041] The assembly system is extremely simple and requires no specialist personnel. Only the electrical connection should be carried out by appropriately trained personnel.
[0042] The elements required for the structure can be quickly assembled and disassembled, making them available for the installation of additional solar power modules. No separate mounting system is required for each individual solar power module, which significantly reduces costs for larger roof areas.
[0043] The folding mechanism reduces the packing dimensions for transporting the solar power modules to an absolute minimum.
[0044] Private individuals can also benefit from the mounting system according to the invention, for example, by renting it only for the purpose of installing the solar power module and not necessarily having to purchase it for individual use. Implementation of the invention

In this regard, directional terminology such as "top," "bottom," etc., is used with reference to the orientation of the described drawings. The directional terminology is for illustrative purposes and is in no way limiting.
[0047] It is understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural or logical changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is understood that the features of the various exemplary embodiments described herein may be combined with one another unless specifically stated otherwise. The following detailed description is therefore not to be taken in a limiting sense, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims.
[0048] In the figures, identical or similar elements are provided with identical reference numerals where appropriate.
[0049] The system for generating solar power according to the invention is Fig. 1. The system for generating solar power has at least one support system 1 and at least one solar power system 2. The at least one support system 1 has at least one vertical support structure 10, which is provided on its upper side for receiving a first horizontal support structure 11. The first horizontal support structure 11 has at least one device for bilateral connection 12 to the at least one solar power system 2, orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure 11. The at least one solar power system 2 has at least one second horizontal support structure 20. The at least one second horizontal support structure 20 is aligned orthogonal to the first horizontal support structure 11. At least one end of the at least one second horizontal support structure 20 is provided for connection to the first horizontal support structure 11 by means of the at least one device for bilateral connection 12.At least one photovoltaic module 21 is connected to an upper side of the at least one second horizontal support structure 20.
[0050] In an advantageous embodiment, the at least one solar power system 2 has at least two second horizontal support structures 20, which are connected to one another in an articulated manner along their longitudinal axis. In the embodiment according to Fig. 1, the solar power system 2 comprises six second horizontal support structures 20, wherein the two closely adjacent second horizontal support structures 20, which are located between the two of the total of four vertical support structures 10 on one side of the solar power system 2, are hingedly connected to one another (best shown in Fig. 2B).
[0051] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the at least one device for the bilateral connection 12 is an H-shaped connecting element. In the embodiment according to Fig. 1, the system for generating solar power has a total of eight devices for bilateral connection 12, with four devices for bilateral connection 12 each arranged on one of the two first horizontal support structures 11. The two inner ones of the four devices for bilateral connection 12 are larger than the corresponding outer ones of the four devices for bilateral connection 12, since they accommodate two second horizontal support structures 20 instead of one, which are connected to one another in a hinged and foldable manner. Four beveled surfaces of the eight devices for bilateral connection 12 each have three holes (twelve holes per device), which correspond to corresponding holes in the second horizontal support structures and serve for connection to them, for example by means of screw connections.
[0052] The solar power system 2 may include a system for draining rain and / or meltwater (not shown here). For example, the system for draining rain and / or meltwater may be arranged along a lower side of the solar power system 2 (for example, along reference numerals 20, 21 and 2 in Fig. 1) to collect and drain water flowing down the solar power system 2. A gutter combined with a downpipe and a water collection container is suitable for this purpose.
[0053] Fig. 2A to 2E illustrate the assembly of the solar power system 2 of the solar power generation system. A corresponding assembly system 3 for erecting a solar power generation system comprises at least one lifting connection 30 and at least one pulling device 32. The lifting connection 30 is provided for connection to an underside of the at least one second horizontal support structure 20 of the at least one solar power system 2 and is shaped to accommodate the pulling device 32.
[0054] The mounting system 3 for erecting a solar power generation system can further comprise at least one deflection system 31. The at least one deflection system 31 is shaped to receive the traction device 32 and is provided for connection to an upper side of the first horizontal support structure 11 of the at least one support system 1, such that a deflection movement occurs orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure 11.
[0055] The mounting system 3 for erecting a system for generating solar power may further comprise at least one lifting device.
[0056] According to the embodiment according to the Fig. 2A to 2E, the solar power generation system comprises four mounting systems 3. Each of the four mounting systems 3 comprises a lifting connection 30, a deflection system 31, and a traction device 32. The traction device can be a rope or a wire rope or have another suitable design. The lifting connections 30, which are advantageously shaped as square tubes, have lateral stops at their ends, as best shown in Fig. 2D. The lateral stops of the lifting connections 30 each comprise three second horizontal support structures 20 of the solar system 2 during assembly, both two internal and hingedly connected second horizontal support structures 20, as well as an external second horizontal support structure 20. Eyelets 33 are attached centrally to the top sides of the four lifting connections 30 (best in Fig. 2D), whereby other means for receiving the pulling device 32 are also conceivable, for example hooks, holes or the like. In an advantageous embodiment, the deflection systems 31 are deflection roller systems, which are mounted on the upper side of the two first horizontal support structures 11 of the two support systems 1. For this purpose, holes can be provided in the first horizontal support structures 11 for a screw connection (preferably in Fig. 1). However, the deflection systems 31 can also be connected to the first horizontal support structures 11 in other ways, for example by means of clamps.
[0057] The process for assembling the solar power generation system includes the following steps: a. Assembly of the at least one support system 1, wherein the at least one vertical support structure 10 of the at least one support system 1 may have foundation connections, as in Fig. 1 shown. b. Unfolding the at least one solar power system 2 next to the at least one support system 1 or within an area defined by two support systems 1, such that the at least one second horizontal support structure 20 is oriented orthogonally to the first horizontal support structures 11. According to the embodiment according to the Fig. 2A to 2E, the solar power system 2 is unfolded between two support systems 1 ( Fig. 2A, Fig. 2B, Fig. 2C). c. Mounting the at least one mounting system 3 to the at least one carrier system 1 and the at least one solar power system 2. According to the embodiment according to the Fig. 2A to 2E, four mounting systems 3 are mounted on two support systems 1 and a solar power system 2 ( Fig. 2D). d. Lifting the at least one solar power system 2 such that in an end position the at least one second horizontal support structure 20 directly abuts corresponding sections of the at least one device for bilateral connection 12 of the at least one support system 1. According to the embodiment according to Fig. 2A to 2E, a solar power system 2 is lifted such that the six second horizontal support structures 20 are directly adjacent to corresponding sections of the eight devices for bilateral connection 12. For this purpose, in the illustrated embodiment, four manually operated cable winches are used as lifting devices, which are attached to the four vertical support structures 10 of the two support systems 1 ( Fig. 2D, Fig. 2E). e. Producing a positive and / or non-positive connection between the at least one second horizontal support structure 20 of the at least one solar power system 2 and the at least one device for bilateral connection 12 of the at least one support system 1. According to the embodiment according to Fig. 2A to 2E, a positive and / or non-positive connection is established between the six second horizontal support structures 20 of one solar power system 2 and the eight devices for bilateral connection 12 of the two support systems 1 ( Fig. 2E). f. Disassembly of the at least one assembly system 3. According to the embodiment according to the Fig. 2A to 2E, the four mounting systems 3 are dismantled so that the system for generating solar power according to Fig. 1 results.
[0058] Fig. 3A to 3F show the method of unfolding the folded solar power system 2. The unfolding process of the folded solar power system 2 can be summarized in six steps A to F and is carried out by means of two pulling devices 32 pre-assembled on the solar power system 2, which connect adjacent second horizontal support structures 20 at the ends opposite the folding mechanisms and serve as resistance for a targeted unfolding. The pulling devices 32 can be, for example, ropes. In step A, the solar power system 2 is prepared in a folded transport mode. In step B, the solar power system 2 is unfolded into a triangular shape, wherein lower second horizontal support structures 20 are mounted on a rolling base. For this purpose, as in Fig. 3, rolling boards are used. This enables transport at the installation site. In step C, the solar power system 2 is further unfolded. A specific angle is used to prevent the solar power system 2 from tipping over. In step D, the solar power system 2 is further unfolded by extending the lower cable pull. In step E, the outer second horizontal support structure 20 is placed on a rolling bearing. Furthermore, an upper joint 22 of the solar power system 2 is connected to a deflection system by means of a pulling device. This allows a targeted lowering of the upper joint 22 in step F until the solar power system 2 is fully unfolded.
[0059] Fig.4 shows an embodiment of the device for bilateral connection 12 in the form of an H-shaped connecting element. For this purpose, the H-shaped connecting element is bent four times on one side (bend in one direction), with a width of a central region of the H-shaped connecting element 13 corresponding to a width of the first horizontal support structure 11, which can accommodate the H-shaped connecting element. The bent surfaces of the H-shaped connecting element each have two bores for bilateral connection of the at least one solar power system 2, orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the first horizontal support structure 11. The undersides of the bent surfaces of the device for bilateral connection 12 are rubberized to prevent damage to the first horizontal support structure 11 under stress.
