Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]The invention relates to snow glasses with an integrated ventilation and replacement pane structure, in particular to a system which not only simplifies the installation of the glass panes, but also uses a two-stage pressure relief method. This method allows a small gap between the lens and the frame of the spectacles to ensure effective ventilation and air permeability. Moreover, it allows the quick and convenient removal of the lens to facilitate easy replacement. Overall, the snow glasses according to the invention increase the practical utility and functionality.[Prior Art]In the design of the snow glasses, it is usual for a through, perforated opening for inserting the lens to be provided on the front side of the frame of the glasses. Around this opening there is a groove into which the disc is inserted and anchored at the edge with this groove in order to ensure a secure hold. This allows the eyeglasses to fit tightly around the user's eyes while wearing, with the inserted lens shielding the eyes, allowing the user a clear view of the environment, and at the same time providing eye protection.DE 10 2014 201 968 A1 and CN 2 19 184 498 U show spectacles with detachable or replaceable viewing panes. However, the mounting of the spectacle lens, since it is placed in the opening and its edge is anchored with the groove to the edge of the opening, proves to be less practicable. When the lens needs to be disassembled or replaced, this requires that the eyeglass frame be strongly pulled apart on both sides to release the lens from the groove. This is often laborious, time-consuming and generally requires the use of additional tools. Also, inserting a new disk is impractical.[Object of Invention]The object of the invention is to provide snow glasses with an integrated ventilation and interchangeable pane structure which is distinguished not only by simplified assembly of the glass panes but also by a two-stage pressing and unlocking method which creates a gap between the glass pane and the frame of the glasses, as a result of which effective ventilation and air permeability is ensured. In addition, the construction facilitates the quick and convenient removal of the eyeglasses to facilitate their replacement, and thus enhances the practical applicability and functionality of the eyeglasses as a whole.[Technical Solution]This object is achieved according to the invention by snow glasses with an integrated ventilation and replacement pane structure, which have the features specified in claim 1. Further advantageous developments of the invention emerge from the features of the dependent claims.According to the invention, there is provided snow glasses with an integrated ventilation and replacement pane structure, which has a spectacle frame, a positioning device and a spectacle pane, characterised in that the spectacle frame has a through-opening for the spectacle pane on its front side, wherein corresponding receiving slots are formed on both sides of this opening in the spectacle frame, mounting parts protruding outwards being located in the centre of said receiving slots, wherein two opposite holes are also formed in the mounting parts, which holes extend continuously from the mounting parts in the direction of the receiving slots, and wherein an elastic support element protrudes between these two holes in the mounting parts;the positioning means comprises a positioning base adapted to the receiving slot of the eyeglass frame for receiving and connecting, wherein through holes are provided in the positioning base corresponding to the holes in the mounting parts opposite to each other, and wherein between these through holes the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are arranged inside the positioning base both inside and outside, and wherein the positioning base is provided for a fixed connection to a connecting piece, and wherein the connecting piece is designed such that it comprises a depression on one side of the positioning base, and wherein corresponding guide grooves are provided on the upper and lower sides of the depression, and wherein a movable pressure block is placed inside the depression, which comprises limiting projections on its upper and lower ends, which are movable within the range of movement of the guide grooves, and wherein an elastic member is inserted between the inner end surface of the recess and the movable pressing block, and a pressure control member is provided which is provided with an inner first pressing part and an outer second pressing part, respectively, with respect to the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion, both of which penetrate the holes in the mounting parts, the inside of the pressure control member being pressable outward by the elastic support member of the mounting parts; andthe lens has insertion parts on both sides which can be inserted between the positioning base and the connecting piece of the positioning device, and wherein the movable pressure block can be pressed inward, and wherein a positioning element is located in the middle of the insertion parts, which positioning element is designed to be movable in such a way that it can be connected to and positioned either with the first positioning section or the second positioning section.[Brief Description of Drawings]The invention and its embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. On both sides of this opening 11 in the spectacle frame 1 are formed corresponding receiving slots 12, in the middle of which are outwardly projecting mounting parts 13. In the eyeglass frame 1, mounting holes 14 are provided at the upper and lower ends of these mounting members 13. In addition, two opposing holes 131 are formed in the mounting parts 13, which extend continuously from the mounting parts 13 in the direction of the receiving slots 12. Between these two holes 131 in the mounting parts 13 projects an elastic support element 132. On the sides of the opening 11 in the eyeglass frame 1 corresponding to the mounting parts 13, there are recesses 111 for connection. The positioning device 2 includes a positioning base 21 having mounting holes 211 corresponding to the mounting holes 14 of the eyeglass frame and through holes 212 corresponding to the opposing holes 131 of the mounting members 13.Inside the positioning base 21, between the two through holes 212 on both the inside and outside, a first positioning portion 213 and a second positioning portion 214 are disposed. Further, in the positioning base 21, at least a screw hole 215 and an insertion hole 216 are provided, which are provided for firmly connecting with a connector 22. The connector 22 is formed to have a recess 221 on one side of the positioning base 21. On the inner end surface of this recess 221, a plurality of protruding first terminal protrusions 222 are attached. In addition, on the upper and lower surfaces of the recess 221, respective guide grooves 223 are provided. On the connecting piece 22, a male protruding projection 224 is provided which can be fitted into the male hole 216 of the positioning base 21. This enables a firm and interlocking connection between the connector 22 and the positioning base 21. An elastic member 23 is attached to the first terminal protrusion 222 of the connector 22. Inside the recess 221 is a movable pressing block 24 having, at its upper and lower ends, restricting projections 241 which fit in the corresponding guide grooves 223. This allows the pressing block 24 to slide within the predetermined limits of the guide grooves 223. Also attached to the pressing block 24 is a second connection protrusion 242 that serves for connection to the other end of the elastic member 23. In addition, a pressure control member 25 is provided which is located opposite the first positioning portion 213 and the second positioning portion 214 of the positioning base 21. This pressure control member 25 is composed of a first pressing part 251 and a second pressing part 252 which are respectively disposed inside and outside. Between these two pressing members is provided a locking projection 253 which, after passing through the corresponding holes 131 in the mounting members 13, locks into the through hole 212 and makes a firm connection. The inner side of the pressure control member 25 is thereby pushed outward by the elastic support member 132 of the mounting parts 13. Fitting to the mounting parts 13, a cover cap 26 is provided, which has latching projections 261 at its upper and lower ends. These projections fit through the mounting holes 14 and snap into the positioning holes 211 of the positioning base 21. On the cover cap 26 there is a depression 262 which is provided for the actuation of the pressure control element 25. At the rear end of the cover cap 26, there is also provided a mounting groove 263 for connection to a band 4.The eyeglass lens 3 has insertion portions 31 on both sides thereof which are inserted through the recesses 111 in the eyeglass frame 1 and inserted between the positioning base 21 and the connecting piece 22 of the positioning device 2. In addition, the movable pressing block 24 is pressed inward. At the center of the male members 31, there is a positioning member 32 slidably connected to the first positioning portion 213 and the second positioning portion 214.In this manner, the lens 3 is inserted so that the insertion portions 31 on both sides of the lens 3 are inserted through the recesses 111 of the lens frame 1 into the space between the positioning base 21 and the joint 22 of the positioning device 2. In this state, the insertion parts 31 press the movable pressing block 24 inward, thereby compressing or urging the elastic member 23. When the insertion parts 31 are fully depressed, the positioning member 32 moves and firmly connects to the second positioning member 214, whereby the eyeglass lens 3 is reliably and accurately positioned and fixed in the opening 11 of the eyeglass frame 1.Referring to the illustration of the first use state in the sectional view of the invention [see FIG. 5 ], when the pressure control member 25 is pushed inward, the second pressing part 252 will press the positioning member 32 located on the second positioning portion 214 outward. As a result, the positioning element 32 is released from the connection to the second positioning section 214. In this state, the movable pressing block 24 is pushed outward by the spring force of the elastic member 23, which in turn causes the pressing block 24 to press the insertion parts 31 outward and the lens 3 to be released from the firm connection with the lens mounting hole 11. At the same time, the inside of the pressure control member 25 is pushed out by the elastic support member 132 of the mounting parts 13 and thus returned to the initial position. The positioning member 32 then moves to the first positioning portion 213 and is fixed there, thereby forming a gap 5 between the lens 3 and the lens mounting hole 11 to allow ventilation and air permeability [see also FIG. 6 for illustrating the structure of the first use state of the invention].Referring to the illustration of the second use state in the perspective sectional view of the invention, as shown in FIG. 7, when the pressure control member 25 is pressed inward again, the first pressing part 251 will press the positioning member 32 located on the first positioning portion 213 outward. As a result, the positioning element 32 is released from its connection to the first positioning section 213. In this state, the movable pressing block 24 is pushed outward by the spring force of the elastic member 23, which in turn causes the pressing block 24 to press the insertion parts 31 outward and thus to completely release the eyeglass lens 3 from the opening 11 [see also FIG. 8 for an illustration of the structure of the second use state of the invention]. At the same time, the inside of the pressure control member 25 is pushed out by the elastic support member 132 of the mounting parts 13 and thus returned to the initial position, whereby the eyeglass lens 3 can be replaced by the user. From the above description of the practical application of the invention it is evident that this is characterized in particular in that the assembly of the lens is simpler and more convenient than existing technical solutions. In addition, the two-stage pressing and unlocking method allows a gap to be formed between the lens and the frame of the spectacles, which provides a ventilation and ventilation function. Furthermore, the invention allows a quick and simple removal of the spectacle lens, which facilitates the replacement of the lens and overall increases the practical applicability and functionality of the spectacles.
