Description

[0001] The invention relates to a fitting for a slide-tilt window or door for moving a sash relative to a frame, with a frame-side fitting part provided for fastening to the frame, with a sash-side fitting part provided for fastening to the sash, with a stay link connecting the fitting parts, with a holding arm of the stay link mounted on both fitting parts, with a control arm of the stay link mounted on the holding arm, wherein the holding arm and the control arm are pivotally mounted with their end facing away from the holding arm on a longitudinally displaceable slider and with a link arranged in the slider for receiving a control pin in the closed position, the stored position and the tilt position, wherein the link has a longitudinal section and an offset leading away from the longitudinal section.

[0002] A fitting for a tilt-and-slide window is known, for example, from WO 2017 / 140573 A1. In this fitting, the control arm has a control arm guide slot in which a guide pin is guided. The control arm guide slot has a bent portion that holds the guide pin in the closed position. A fixed control element has a movable insertion part with an insertion slot for receiving a control pin attached to the control arm.

[0003] WO 2015 / 003872 A1 discloses a fitting in which a bolt penetrating the guide rail limits the movement of the control pin within the guide rail. An actuating element connected to the stay arm allows the bolt to be relocated when the sash is to be tilted, allowing greater movement of the control pin and thus allowing the sash to swing straight out into the tilt position.

[0004] DE 20 2008 004 933 U1 discloses a fitting in which the control arm has a control groove. A slidably mounted guide pin passes through the control groove.

[0005] The invention is based on the problem of developing a fitting of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it has a particularly compact design and malfunctions are reliably avoided.

[0006] This problem is solved according to the invention in that the slider has a locking slide that is spring-loaded in the direction of the bend and the locking slide supports the control pin located in the bend.

[0007] This design allows the locking slide and the guide to be mounted on the same component. This reduces the accumulation of tolerances between different components. This eliminates potential sources of error that could lead to malfunctions. Furthermore, the locking slide is guided directly onto the slider. This makes the fitting particularly compact.

[0008] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the various positions of the fitting can be easily reached if the control pin of the control arm is arranged in the offset in the stowed position and in the longitudinal section in the tilt position. When the sash is moved, the fitting is in the stowed position. Thanks to the invention, the control pin is supported by the locking slide in the offset when the sash is moved, so that the sash is reliably held in its position during movement.

[0009] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the individual positions of the sash can be easily locked if a second scissor stay is supported on the glider, with the second scissor stay having locking means for securing it in the tilted position. This contributes to the ease of use of the fitting because the sash can be locked in the positions on both scissor stays.

[0010] According to another advantageous development of the invention, a rail end stop is particularly simple if the fitting component containing the slider has a fixed stop buffer to support the stop of the slider. The stop buffer supports the slider in the tilted position, so that the sash is reliably held in its position in the tilted position. This contributes to further increasing safety against malfunctions.

[0011] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the ease of use of the fitting is further increased if the locking slide is pre-tensioned by a locking spring and has an inclined ramp for supporting the control pin in the offset.

[0012] According to another advantageous development of the invention, controlling the control pin as a function of the position of the slider is particularly simple if the fitting part having the link has a fixed control unit and if the control unit has a control tip projecting into the movement range of the control pin.

[0013] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the control pin can be moved out of the offset against the holding force of the locking slide if the control tip has a guide bevel and if the guide bevel is inclined from the longitudinal section to the offset. Since the contact of the guide bevel with the control pin can only occur in one end position of the sash during sliding due to the fixed control unit, the control pin can only be pushed out of the offset in one end position of the slider.

[0014] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the support of the control pin by the locking slide is particularly simple if the inclination of the guide slope of the control tip to the longitudinal section of the link is flatter than an inclination of the ramp of the locking slide.

[0015] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the control pin is guided between the tilt position and the closed position in the control unit if the control unit has a control slide with a control tip preloaded by a control spring. This also reduces friction of the control pin between the end positions of the tilt position and the closed position.

[0016] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the movement of the control pin out of the offset is particularly reliable if the preload of the control slide is greater than the preload of the locking slide.

[0017] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the control pin is reliably supported in any position if the slider has a reinforcement part and if the reinforcement part has the contour of the guide. At the same time, the reinforcement part enables height adjustment of the locking slide.

[0018] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the control pin further reduces the risk of malfunctions if it has a wide-diameter support shoulder at the height of a reinforcing bead on the control arm, followed by a small-diameter guide shoulder at least at the height of the guide slot, and then a wide-diameter control shoulder at the height of the control tip. The reinforcing bead and the support shoulder ensure a high degree of stability in the connection between the components. The control shoulder engages behind the guide slot and thus secures the components axially in their position.

[0019] According to another advantageous development of the invention, the fitting is particularly simple in design if the control pin is designed as a bearing axis of the control arm.

[0020] According to another advantageous development of the invention, securing the end of the holding arm mounted on the sash-side fitting part in a vertical position is particularly simple if the sash-side fitting part is connected to a cover panel and if the cover panel has a support web that overlaps the free end of the holding arm.

[0021] The invention permits numerous embodiments. To further clarify its basic principle, one of them is shown in the drawing and is described below. This shows in Fig. 1 a double-leaf sliding-tilt window with a fitting, Fig. 2 schematically shows the fitting of the sliding-tilt window Fig. 1 in a slightly enlarged view, Fig. 3 enlarges a scissor of the fitting from Fig. 2 in storage position in a top view, Fig. 4 the extension scissors Fig. 3 in storage position in a view from below, Fig. 5 a sectional view of the fitting from Fig. 4 along the line V - V, Fig. 6 the fitting Fig. 4 in a tilted position, Fig. 7 the fitting Fig. 4 in a closed position, Fig. 8 shows an enlarged sectional view through a section of the sliding-tilt window with the fitting from Fig. 1 along line VIII - VIII.

[0022] Fig. 1 shows a double-leaf sliding-tilt window with a frame 1, a sliding sash 2 and a fitting 3. The fitting 3 is used to move the sash 2 between a closed position, a stowed position and a tilt position relative to the frame 1. In Fig. 1, the sliding wing 2 is moved with its plane away from the frame 1 into the storage position and can be moved relative to the frame 1.

[0023] Fig. 2 shows an upper left part of the sliding-tilt window from Fig. 1. The tilt-and-slide window has a drive rod fitting 4 with a locking pin 5 that can be moved on the sash 2 and a strike plate 6 attached to the frame 1 for locking the sash 2 in the closed position. To simplify the drawing, the frame 1 and the sash 2 are shown in dot-dash lines, and only one corner area of the drive rod fitting 4 is shown.

[0024] The fitting 3 has a frame-side fitting part 7 with a glider 8 that is guided longitudinally on the frame 1, and a sash-side fitting part 9. Two projection scissors 10, 11 connect the fitting parts 7, 9. The fitting 3 is in the stored position, in which the sash 2 is stored parallel to the frame 1 in its plane. In this position, the sash 2 can be moved relative to the frame 1, with the glider 8 in the frame-side fitting part 7 sliding along the frame 1. One of the projection scissors 10 is connected to a control unit 12 for controlling the sash 2 in the various positions. The other projection scissor 11 has locking means (not shown in detail) for locking it in the various positions.

[0025] Fig. 3 shows an enlarged view of the extension scissor 10 connected to the control unit 12. The extension scissor 10 has a holding arm 13 mounted on the slider 8 and the sash-side fitting 9. A control arm 14 is mounted at one end on the holding arm 13 and the other end is guided via a control pin 15 in a guide rail 16. The guide rail 16 has a longitudinal section 17 and an offset 18. An extension 19 located at the free end of the longitudinal section 17 serves as an assembly aid for the control pin 15. In the illustrated stored position, the control pin 15 is held in the offset 18 and is supported there by a locking slide 20. The control unit 12 has a cover plate 21 firmly connected to the frame 1. In the illustrated storage position, the movable slider 8 can be moved relative to the fixed control unit 12.

[0026] Fig. 4 shows the extension scissors 10 connected to the control unit 12 from Fig. 2 in a view from below. In Fig. In Figure 4, the control arm 14 is shown only in dotted outline to illustrate the underlying components. The locking slide 20 is slidably mounted on the slider 8 and is biased toward the guide 16 by a locking spring 22. A ramp 23 of the locking slide 20, inclined toward the longitudinal section 17, resiliently supports the control pin 15 in the offset 18.

[0027] The control unit 12 has a control slide 24 guided longitudinally on the cover plate 21. The control slide 24 is preloaded by a control spring 25 into the illustrated end position, in which a control tip 26 protrudes into the range of motion of the control pin 15 when the slider 8 is moved. The control tip 26 has a guide bevel 27, which is inclined from the height of the longitudinal section 17 of the link 16 to the offset 18. A comparison of the guide bevel 27 of the control tip 26 to the ramp 23 of the locking slide 24 shows that the guide bevel 27 is more gently inclined. Furthermore, the preload of the control slide 24 is greater than the preload of the locking slide 20.

[0028] Fig. 5 shows a sectional view through the extension scissors 10 with the control unit 12 from Fig. 3 along line VV. Here, it can be seen that a stop buffer 28 designed as a rubber buffer is arranged on the control unit 12. The slider 8 has a stop 29 opposite the stop buffer 28. Furthermore, the slider 8 has a plastic reinforcement part 30 on the guide 16. The control pin 15 is supported in a reinforcement bead 31 of the control arm 14 with a wide-diameter support shoulder 32 and has a small-diameter guide shoulder 33 with which it penetrates the reinforcement part 30 and the guide 16. The locking slide 20 also supports the control pin 15 on the small-diameter guide shoulder 33. A control shoulder 34 arranged at the free end of the control pin 15 is located at the height of the control slide 24.

[0029] If starting from the parking position in Fig. 4 the slider 8 with the control pin 15 located in the bend 18 is moved into the control unit 12, the control pin 15 comes against the guide bevel 27. Since, as explained above, the preload of the control slide 24 is greater than the preload of the locking slide 20 and, in addition, the inclination of the guide bevel 27 is flatter than the ramp 23 of the locking slide 20, the control pin 15 is pressed out of the bend 18. This position is in Fig. 6 and indicates the tilt position.

[0030] In the Fig. 6, the control pin 15 is located in the longitudinal section 17 of the gate 16 and is held in this longitudinal section by the guide bevel 27 of the control slide 24. In the tilted position shown, the slider 8 abuts with its stop 29 against the stop buffer 28. To indicate the position of the control slide 24, the cover plate 21 of the control unit 12 is in Fig. 6 not shown.

[0031] If starting from the tilt position Fig. 6 the sash 2 with the sash-side fitting part 9 is pressed against the frame-side fitting part 7 with the slider 8, the control pin 15 is moved further in the longitudinal section 17 away from the offset 18, as shown in Fig. 7 is shown.

[0032] Fig. 7 shows the fitting 3 in the closed position, in which the sash 2 is in the frame 1 via the Fig. 1 shown drive rod fitting 4. The control pin 15 is held by the control slide 24 with its large diameter control shoulder 34. To indicate the position of the control slide 24, the cover plate 21 of the control unit 12 is Fig. 7 not shown.

[0033] Fig. 8 shows a sectional view through the upper part of the sliding-tilt window from Fig.1 along line VIII-VIII. The sash-side fitting part 9 has a bearing pin 35 for a free end of the retaining arm 13 and a bearing block 36 connected to the sash 2. Furthermore, it can be seen that the slider 8 is guided in the frame-side fitting part 7 perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. The sash-side fitting part 9 and a portion of the frame-side fitting part 7 are arranged below a cover panel 37.

[0034] The cover panel 37 is elongated and extends perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. Two locking hooks 38, 39 of the cover panel 37 are locked to the sash-side fitting part 9. The cover panel 37 also has an apron 40 extending from the upper locking hook 39. A support web 41 projects from a central region of the apron 40 over the free end of the retaining arm 13. The support web 41 extends up to the bearing pin 35 and secures the retaining arm 13 against displacement in the axial direction of the bearing pin 35. As a result, the free end of the retaining arm 13 is held between the support web 41 and the bearing block 36 and thus secured in the axial direction of a bearing 42 formed by the bearing pin 35 and the retaining arm 13. For clarity, the axis of the bearing pin 35 is shown in dash-dotted lines. The cover panel 37 is made of one piece plastic using the injection molding process. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
