Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a fastening arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 and according to claim 10 to a vehicle with such a fastening arrangement.
[0002] A generic fastening arrangement for attaching a net partition in a vehicle comprises, each as a bent sheet metal part, a base part and a lashing part with a lashing element, such as a lashing eye. During vehicle assembly, the base part is first attached to the vehicle body and then the lashing part is screwed to the base part. However, in order to be able to screw the base part to the lashing part in the correct position and orientation in a final assembly step, the lashing part must first be manually pre-positioned and pre-oriented on the base part by a worker in a pre-assembly step. Since the pre-assembly step in this fastening arrangement is carried out manually, errors in the positioning and orientation of the lashing part relative to the base part can occur, which can result in incorrect installation of the lashing part on the base part. The disadvantage of this fastening arrangement is that the assembly of the lashing part is faulty.
[0003] From DE 10 2019 112 227 A1 a vehicle with a mounting arrangement for hanging a component is known.
[0004] An object of the invention is to provide a fastening arrangement which can be mounted quickly and error-free compared to known fastening arrangements.
[0005] This object is achieved by the features of the independent claims. Preferred developments of the invention are disclosed in the subclaims.
[0006] According to the invention, a fastening arrangement for fastening a net partition in a vehicle is proposed, comprising a base part and a lashing part. According to the invention, the lashing part and the base part are designed and / or suitable for the lashing part to be correctly suspended and / or locked onto the base part in a predefined position. This ensures that the lashing part is already pre-fixed to the base part in the correct position before the lashing part is finally screwed to the base part. Incorrect assembly of the lashing part, in particular with regard to an error in the angle of rotation relative to the base part, can thus be reliably prevented, or at least reduced. Consequently, consistent assembly quality of the fastening arrangement is advantageously ensured.
[0007] In an exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that the lashing part and the base part are designed and / or suitable for the lashing part to be hooked and / or locked to the base part in a predefined position in the correct position and / or in a predefined orientation. Preferably, it can be provided that the lashing part and the base part are designed and / or suitable for the lashing part to be screwed to the base part in the correct position and orientation in a final assembly step following the pre-assembly step. The means for pre-assembling the lashing part in the correct position and orientation can be manufactured with filigree, since the forces introduced via the net partition are largely absorbed by the screw connection after completion of the final assembly step. The base part and the lashing part are therefore particularly material-saving and easy to manufacture compared to a fastening arrangement in which no screw connection is provided.
[0008] In an exemplary embodiment, the lashing part may comprise a lashing element, and the lashing element may be formed by a lashing eyelet or a lashing hook, wherein the lashing eyelet may preferably be formed by a wire loop. Depending on the application, the lashing element can therefore be easily replaced. The fastening arrangement can therefore be adapted to different applications simply by modifying the lashing part, thus making it simple and cost-effective.
[0009] In a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that, in a suspended state of the lashing part, in which the lashing part is preferably suspended from the base part, the lashing part, preferably a lashing part plate of the lashing part, and the base part, preferably a base part plate of the base part, are in contact in a contact plane. This flat contact ensures that the lashing part remains reliably suspended from the base part until the lashing part is screwed to the base part. The worker thus has both hands free when screwing the lashing part.
[0010] In a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the base part has a fork-shaped base part leg which outwardly delimits a leg opening assigned to the base part leg, preferably a leg notch, wherein it can preferably be provided that the base part leg has two base part fork tines which delimit the leg opening on two opposite sides. The leg opening thus serves as a receptacle for the lashing part tab. The base part fork tines and the lashing part tab can be so tightly tolerated that the lashing part tab is advantageously guided by the base part fork tines in the leg opening. The pre-assembly of the lashing part on the base part in the correct position and orientation can thus ideally be achieved using the base part leg or its structural design.
[0011] For example, the base part leg can be provided in a positive vertical axis direction of the base part to adjoin the base part plate at the top and / or extend in a leg plane, which leg plane extends perpendicular to the contact plane in which the base part and the lashing part are in surface contact when the lashing part is suspended. Thus, the base part leg forms a support surface for the lashing part. Furthermore, the base part leg contributes significantly to the component stability of the base part.
[0012] In an exemplary embodiment, the lashing part can be provided with a lashing part tab, by means of which the lashing part can be suspended from the base part, preferably by the lashing part tab engaging, preferably without play, into the leg opening, and / or preferably by the lashing part tab extending, preferably without play, into the leg opening. Thus, the lashing part tab can engage in the leg opening without play, whereby the lashing part is held in the correct position and orientation on the base part after completion of the pre-assembly step.
[0013] For example, it can be provided that the lashing part tab has a lashing part tab width which is equal to a width of the leg opening, preferably a width of the leg notch, and / or that the lashing part tab has a close tolerance with the leg opening, preferably the leg notch.
[0014] In a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the lashing part has two lashing part forks, wherein it can preferably be provided that, when the lashing part is suspended, the lashing part forks extend at right angles to the contact plane, and / or wherein it can preferably be provided that, when the lashing part is suspended, each of the lashing part forks rests on exactly one of the base part forks. The lashing part is supported on the base part via the lashing part forks. This advantageously ensures that the lashing part strap is not loaded in the positive direction of gravity and that such loads are instead absorbed by the lashing element forks.
[0015] In an exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that the lashing part, preferably a lashing part plate of the lashing part, delimits an additional opening, preferably an additional notch, to the outside. It is provided that, when the lashing part is in the suspended state, the base part tab engages, preferably without play, in the additional opening, and / or it is provided that, when the lashing part is in the suspended state, the base part tab extends, preferably without play, into the additional opening. The base part tab makes it possible to align the lashing part plate even more precisely with respect to the base part plate.
[0016] By way of example, it can be provided that the base part tab has a base part tab width which is equal to a width of the additional opening, preferably a width of the additional notch, and / or that the base part tab has a close tolerance with the additional opening, preferably the additional notch.
[0017] According to the invention, a vehicle with a fastening arrangement as described above is also proposed.
[0018] For example, it can be provided in the vehicle that the base part vertical axis direction extends parallel to a vehicle vertical axis direction of the vehicle, and / or that the lashing part vertical axis direction extends parallel to a vehicle vertical axis direction of the vehicle.
[0019] Embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying figures.
[0020] They show: Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of a fastening arrangement; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a base part of the fastening arrangement; Fig. 3 in a perspective view a lashing part of the fastening arrangement, and Fig. 4 in a perspective view the fastening arrangement after the lashing part has been hooked onto the base part.
[0021] In the Fig. Figure 1 shows a fastening arrangement 1 for attaching a net partition (not shown) in a vehicle (not shown). The fastening arrangement 1 comprises a base part 3, a lashing part 5, a screw 7, and a nut 9 as separate parts.
[0022] Based on the Fig. 2, the base part 3 is described in detail below. The base part 3 is formed, here merely by way of example, from a bent sheet metal part and has a base part plate 11. In addition, the base part 3 has two fastening flanges 13, each protruding outward from the base part plate 11, by means of which the base part 3 can be fastened to a vehicle body. The base part plate 11 radially delimits a centrally arranged base part opening 15, which, here merely by way of example, is formed by a circular bore.
[0023] In a positive base part vertical axis direction HB at the top, a fork-shaped base part leg 17 with two base part fork tines 19 adjoins the base part plate 11. The base part leg 17 extends essentially in a base part leg plane that extends perpendicular to the base part plate 11. The base part leg 17 protrudes from the base part plate 11 on the same side as the fastening flanges 13, i.e., to the rear with respect to the base part 3.
[0024] The base part leg 17 defines a leg opening 21 associated with the base part leg 17 on three sides, which is formed here merely by way of example by a leg notch. The two base part fork tines 19 define the leg opening 21 on two opposite sides. The leg opening 21 is open to the outside in the positive base part vertical axis direction HB and in the negative base part vertical axis direction HB.
[0025] The base part 3 also has a base part tab 23, which, viewed in the negative base part vertical axis direction HB, is arranged behind the base part opening 15. Viewed in the base part vertical axis direction HB, the base part opening 15 is thus arranged between the base part leg 17 and the base part tab 23. The base part tab 23 extends parallel to the base part leg plane. Furthermore, the base part tab 23 protrudes from the component plate 11 on the side of the base part plate 11 that is opposite the base part leg 17, i.e., forward with respect to the base part 3.
[0026] Based on the Fig.3, the lashing part 5 is described in detail below. The lashing part 5 is formed, here merely by way of example, from a bent sheet metal part. The lashing part 5 has a lashing part plate 41, a lashing element 43, a lashing part tab 45, and two lashing part forks 47. The lashing element 43 is formed here merely by way of example from a lashing eye made from a wire bracket. Of course, with this or another embodiment of the lashing part 5, it is also possible to provide, for example, a lashing hook instead of the lashing eye.
[0027] The lashing part plate 41 radially delimits a lashing part opening 49, which is arranged approximately centrally with respect to the lashing part plate 41. For example only, the lashing part opening 49 is formed by a circular bore. In a positive lashing part vertical axis direction HV at the top, the lashing part tab 45 and the lashing part fork tines 47 adjoin the lashing part plate 41.
[0028] The lashing part forks 47 protrude from the lashing part plate 41, specifically on the side of the lashing part plate 41 opposite the lashing element 43. The lashing part forks 47 extend in a plane that extends perpendicular to the lashing part plate 41.
[0029] The lashing part tab 45 extends between the lashing part fork tines 47, specifically in a tab plane that forms an approximately 45° angle with both the plane in which the lashing part fork tines 47 extend and the lashing part plate 41. The lashing part tab 45 is spaced from the lashing part fork tines 47 by one slot. The lashing part tab 45 can have a lashing part tab width that is equal to the width of the leg opening 21.
[0030] The lashing part 5 is also assigned an additional opening 51, which, here merely by way of example, is formed by an additional notch. The additional opening 51 is bounded outwards on three sides by the lashing part plate 41. The additional opening 51 is arranged behind the lashing part opening 49 and at the bottom of the lashing part plate 41, as viewed in the negative lashing part vertical axis direction HV. This means that the lashing part opening 49, as viewed in the lashing part vertical axis direction HV, is arranged between the lashing part fork tines 47 and the additional opening 51. The additional opening 51 is open outwards on the side of the lashing element 43 and on the side of the lashing part fork tines 47. The additional opening 51 can preferably have an additional opening width which is equal to a width of the base part tab 23.
[0031] When assembling the fastening arrangement 1, the base part 3 is first fastened to the vehicle body. The lashing part 5 is then brought into contact with the base part plate 41 and the lashing part 5 is displaced relative to the base part 3 in the negative base part vertical axis direction HB until the lashing part 5 is hooked into the leg opening 21 and the lashing part forks 47 rest flat on the base part forks 19. The lashing part 5 is thus pre-fixed to the base part 3 in the correct position and orientation and is in the hooked-in state. In the hooked-in state, the base part tab 23 extends into the additional opening 51, with the lashing part plate 41 being supported on the base part tab 23 in the area of the additional opening 51. In addition, the lashing part plate 41 rests flat on the base part plate 11 in a contact plane. The lashing part opening 49 and the base part opening 15 are aligned with each other. The lashing part 5 is then clamped against the base part 3 between the screw 7 and the nut 9, forming the fastening arrangement 1.
