Abstract
Description
Described are an assembly device for the secure connection of a line to a connection assembly, a connection assembly and a motor vehicle.Mounting devices for the secure connection of a line to a connection assembly, connection assemblies and motor vehicles of the type mentioned at the beginning are known in the prior art. Many units in the motor vehicle require connections for fluid lines, for example compressed air lines or liquid lines. If such a line is not correctly connected, this can lead to the failure of the motor vehicle in the worst case. Even when new motor vehicles are initially installed, it may happen that assembly instructions are not correctly followed, or that such lines are disconnected again, which leads to a customer's inconvenience. From DE 20 2013 010 098 U1, an exhaust gas turbocharger is known having a turbocharger housing with at least one media line which is attached to the turbocharger housing by means of a plug connection; and having a securing element which secures the at least one media line to the turbocharger housing against the plug connection being released, characterized in that - the securing element is designed as a securing clip which has a holding region for the media line which is provided on both sides with a respective fixing device which interacts with a respective associated holding element which is attached to the turbocharger housing. The object is thus to further develop mounting devices for the secure connection of a line to a connection assembly, connection assemblies and motor vehicles of the type mentioned at the beginning, to the effect that a mounting device which is simple to secure and which is easy to operate and which ensures correct connection of a line in any case is specified. The object is achieved by a mounting device for the secure connection of a line to a connection assembly according to claim 1, a connection assembly according to subordinate claim 8 and a motor vehicle according to subordinate claim 10.Described is an assembly device for the secure connection of a line to a connection assembly, wherein the assembly device is arranged on the connection assembly, wherein the connection assembly has at least one line connection with connection of the line to a line end, wherein the line has an arc in the vicinity of the line end, wherein the assembly device has a securing bracket arranged rotatably on the connection assembly, wherein the securing bracket is held in a release position by means of a latching lock, wherein the latching lock is releasable by means of the line during the assembly of the line, such that the securing bracket can be rotated from the release position into a securing position, wherein the line is secured by means of the securing bracket against slipping off from the line connection in the securing position of the securing bracket.A corresponding line connection can be, for example, a snap-in closure, screw closure, plug closure or the like. The line can be a hose line or a pipeline. The bow may be rigid or flexible. In the case of a flexible line, too, the bend can be rigid. With the aid of the mounting device, the securing bracket of which is held in the release position, in which the line can be mounted and removed, it is possible to connect, for example plug-on, the line with its line end to the line connection. When connecting the line, the latching lock, which holds the securing bracket in the release position, is released and can be rotated into a securing position, wherein the line is fixed to the line connection in the securing position. As soon as the assembler rotates the securing bracket accordingly from the release position into the securing position after the line has been plugged on, the line is captively fixed on the connection unit.In a first further embodiment, it is provided that the securing bracket protrudes from the connection unit in the release position. This can ensure that the assembly of the motor vehicle cannot be continued or carried out completely, because the securing bracket prevents, for example, the assembly of other components of the motor vehicle. In the exemplary case of an air conditioning unit which is arranged in a footwell of the motor vehicle and is intended to be connected, the safety bracket or brackets can prevent a carpet from being able to be laid correctly as long as the safety bracket is not in the securing position. At the latest when laying the carpet, it will therefore be noticed that the mounting device is not correctly closed and the securing bracket still has to be transferred into the securing position. In this way, it can be achieved that in all cases a proper locking is performed, whereby the risk of failure of the motor vehicle due to incorrect fluid connection is significantly reduced. In a further development, it is provided that the securing bracket has a locking catch which, in the securing position, is latched to a corresponding mating catch contour. This prevents accidental detachment during further assembly or during operation of the motor vehicle. In a further refinement, it is provided that the mating latching contour is arranged on the line and / or on the connection unit. Thus, secure locking of the securing bracket in the securing position can be achieved. In a further development, it is provided that the locking catch and / or counter-catch contour can be manually disengaged in order to be able to transfer the securing bracket from the securing position into the release position. In this way, maintenance and replacement of the lines and or of the assembly is possible without damaging the mounting device. In a further development, it is provided that the latching lock has a latching pawl and a flexible latching arm, wherein the latching pawl and the latching arm can be disengaged from the line during the connection of the line. The securing bracket can be held securely in the release position as long as the line is not plugged onto the line connection or is connected to the line connection. Only by connecting the line is the corresponding latching connection of the latching lock canceled and the securing bracket can be moved. In a further development, it is provided that the securing bracket produces a positive connection with the line in the securing position. It can thus be achieved that the line is correctly mounted, because the form fit can only be produced when the line is in the correct position. In some embodiments, the securing clip can also serve to press the line into the correct position.A first independent object relates to a connecting unit having at least one mounting device of the type described above.Such a connection unit can be, for example, an air conditioning unit of the motor vehicle, which must be connected to fluid lines. In a first further embodiment, it is provided that the connection assembly has at least one line which is secured to the line connection by means of the mounting device.A further independent subject matter relates to a motor vehicle having a connection assembly of the type described above.Further advantages, features and details are evident from the following description, in which--possibly with reference to the drawing--at least one exemplary embodiment is described in detail. Identical, similar and / or functionally identical parts are provided with the same reference numerals. They show schematically: FIG. 1 shows a connecting unit with an assembly device; FIGS. 2-3 show the connection assembly from FIG. 1 with a line during different phases of connection of the line; FIG. 4 shows the connection unit from FIG. 1 in a perspective view, and FIG. 5 shows the connection assembly from FIG. 1 in a perspective view with mounted lines. In the exemplary embodiments described below, identical or identically acting components or elements are provided with the same reference numerals for improved readability.FIG. 1 shows a connection unit 2.The connection unit 2 is an air conditioning unit of a motor vehicle. The connection unit 2 has a line connection piece 4, to which a line, not shown in FIG. 1, is to be connected. For securing the connected line, an assembly device 6 is provided. The mounting device 6 has a securing bracket 6.1, which is rotatably mounted on the connection assembly 2 by means of a bearing 6.2. The securing clip 6.1 is in the release position in FIG. 1, in which the relevant line can be placed on the line connection piece 4 and fastened thereto. The securing bracket 6.1 is secured in the release position shown in FIG. 1 by means of a latching pawl 6.3 which is in engagement with a latching arm 8 on the connection unit 2.The securing bracket 6.1 furthermore has a locking catch 6.4, which interacts with a catch projection 10 of the connection assembly as soon as the securing bracket 6.1 is in a securing position, which can be seen in FIG. 3 and in FIG. 5 and is described in more detail. The securing bracket 6.1 furthermore has an abutment contour 6.5, which serves for abutment on the line and forms a positive fit therewith, as is explained in more detail in connection with FIG. 3.In certain embodiments, the mounting device 6 can have a base on which the latching means, latching arm 8 and latching projection 10, are arranged. Such a base can be fastened to the connection unit 2 for example by means of one or more screws, wherein the screw can be guided for example through the bearing 6.2. This can have advantages with regard to tolerances and maintainability, since the mounting device 6 is then replaceable as a whole in the event of a defect. The bearing 6.2 can be arranged on the base in such an embodiment.FIG. 2 shows the connection unit 2 during the assembly of a line 12.The line 12 is pushed with its line end 12.1 onto the line connection piece 4, which is no longer visible in FIG. 2. By means of a jacket 12.2 of the line 12, the latching between the latching pawl 6.3 and the latching arm 8 is released and released, so that the securing bracket 6.1 is released and can be rotated, as shown by the arrow. In this case, the securing bracket 6.1 is rotated via a bend 12.3 of the line 12.As shown in FIG. 3, in a securing position, the securing bracket 6.1 bears completely with the contact contour 6.5 (see FIGS. 1, 2 ) against the bend 12.3 of the line 12 and thus forms a positive fit 14 with the line 12.Furthermore, the locking catch 6.4 is latched to the latching projection 10, whereby the securing bracket 6.1 is locked in the illustrated securing position. Due to the configuration of the locking catch 6.4 and the catch projection 10, the catch can be released by a sufficiently strong tension on the securing bracket 6.1 and the securing bracket 6.1 can be rotated back into the release position, which allows the line 12 to be released from the line connection piece 4.FIG. 4 shows a motor vehicle 16 in which the connection unit 2 is installed. The connection unit 2 has in each case two line connection pieces 4 and two mounting devices 6, wherein the mounting devices are in each case mirror-inverted with respect to one another. The mounting devices 6 are shown in the release position in FIG. 4, so that lines can be pushed onto the line connectors 4 and fixed by means of the mounting device 6. The respective securing brackets 6.1 of the mounting devices 6 protrude, whereby a correct mounting of a carpet in the interior of the motor vehicle 16 is prevented.FIG. 5 shows the assembled state of the lines 12, in which the assembly devices 6 have been transferred in each case into securing positions in which the securing brackets 6.1 bear against the arches 12.3 of the lines 12 and thus fix these to the respective line connection piece 4. In the securing position shown, installation of the carpet is possible.Although the invention has been illustrated and explained in more detail by preferred exemplary embodiments, the invention is not restricted by the disclosed examples and other variations can be derived therefrom by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
