Abstract
Description
[0001] This application claims priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2023-0123002, filed in the Republic of Korea on September 15, 2023. BACKGROUNDTechnical field
[0002] The disclosure relates to a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating the same. Discussion of the related field
[0003] Vehicles include a sound device that outputs sound based on an audio signal output from a multimedia device such as a car audio device. For example, the sound device applied to vehicles may include a front speaker and a rear speaker configured as a coil type.
[0004] However, in a vehicle sound device, when outputting realistic sound or multi-channel stereo sound through the front speaker and the rear speaker, the coil-type device may be limited. Furthermore, in a vehicle sound device, stereo sound may be output by increasing the number of speakers. However, due to the size of the speakers based on the coil-type device and the limitation of a space in the vehicle, there is a limitation in increasing the number of speakers, so realistic sound or stereo sound may not be able to be provided using the coil-type device. SUMMARY OF REVELATION
[0005] The inventors of the disclosure have recognized the problems and disadvantages of the related field and have conducted extensive research and experiments to improve the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a sound device for vehicles. Based on the extensive research and experiments, the inventors have invented an improved sound device and an improved vehicle device incorporating it, which can improve the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics.
[0006] One or more aspects of the disclosure are directed to providing a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating the same that can improve sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics.

[0008] In one or more aspects of the disclosure, a vehicle device may include an interior material exposed at an interior space and one or more sound generating devices disposed at the interior material to output a sound to the interior space, wherein the one or more sound generating devices may include a sound device, and the sound device may include a sound generating module including a vibration element and a vibration device configured at the vibration element, and an enclosure connected to the vibration element with an interior space therebetween, wherein a portion of the vibration device may be housed at the vibration element.
[0009] In one or more aspects, a vehicle device may include an interior material exposed at an interior space and one or more sound devices described above disposed at the interior material to output sound to the interior space.
[0010] Details of further exemplary embodiments are included in the detailed description of the disclosure and the accompanying drawings.
[0011] In a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating it of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics may be improved.
[0012] In a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating the same of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a sound band including a sound of a low-pitched sound band can be improved.
[0013] In a sound device and a vehicle device including the same of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, a vibration element including one or more holes may be configured, and thus sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a sound band including a sound of a low-pitched sound band may be improved.
[0014] In a sound device and a vehicle device including the same according to one or more embodiments of the disclosure, a signal supplying element and a vibration generating part may be configured as one part (or one component), thereby realizing an effect of unimaterialization.
[0015] In a sound device and a vehicle device including the same according to one or more embodiments of the disclosure, a protrusion part and a coupling part may be configured as one part (or one component), thereby realizing an effect of unimaterialization.
[0016] In a sound device and a vehicle device including the same of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, since a protection element is configured in the sound device, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics can be more improved, a sound reproduction band can be expanded, and the sound device can be protected.
[0017] In a sound device and a vehicle device including the same of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, since a connecting member is configured between a vehicle interior material and an enclosure, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a sound band including a sound of a low-pitched sound band can be improved.
[0018] In a sound device and a vehicle device including the same of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, since a coupling part having a non-rectangular shape is configured, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a pitch sound band including a sound of a low-pitch sound band can be improved, and a peak and / or a dip in a high-pitch sound band can be improved, thereby improving a balance characteristic of a sound pressure level or a flatness characteristic of a sound pressure level.
[0019] In a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating the same of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, because a width and / or a length of a coupling part is adjusted and configured, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a pitch sound band including a sound of a low-pitch sound band can be improved, and a peak and / or a dip in a high-pitch sound band can be improved, thereby improving a balance characteristic of a sound pressure level or a flatness characteristic of a sound pressure level.
[0020] In a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating the same of one or more embodiments of the disclosure, because a connecting member having different thicknesses is included and configured, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a low-pitched sound band can be more improved.

[0024] Throughout the drawings and detailed description, the same reference numerals should be understood to refer to the same elements, features, and structures unless otherwise described. The sizes, lengths, and thicknesses of layers, regions, and elements, and their depiction, may be clarified, illustrated, and / or exaggerated for convenience. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0025] Reference will now be made in detail to aspects of the disclosure, examples of which may be illustrated in the accompanying drawings. In the following description, where a detailed description of known functions or configurations may unnecessarily obscure aspects of the disclosure, a detailed description of such known functions or configurations may be omitted for brevity. Furthermore, repetitive descriptions may be omitted for brevity. The described sequence of processing steps and / or operations is a non-limiting example.
[0026] The sequence of steps and / or operations is not limited to that set forth herein and may be altered to occur in a different order than any order described herein, except for steps and / or operations that necessarily occur in a particular order. In one or more examples, depending on an involved function or operation, two consecutive operations may be performed substantially overlapping in time, or the two operations may be performed in a reverse order or in a different order.
[0027] Unless otherwise noted, similar reference numerals may refer to similar elements throughout, even if shown in different drawings. In one or more aspects, identical elements (or elements with identical names) in different drawings may have the same or substantially the same functions and characteristics unless otherwise noted. Names of the respective elements used in the following explanations are for convenience only and may therefore differ from those used in actual products.
[0028] Advantages and features of the disclosure and their methods of implementation are illustrated by the aspects described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be construed as limited to the example aspects presented herein. Rather, these example aspects are examples and are provided so that this disclosure may be thorough and complete to assist those skilled in the art in understanding the inventive concepts, without limiting the scope of the disclosure.
[0029] Shapes (e.g., sizes, lengths, widths, heights, thicknesses, locations, radii, diameters, and areas), dimensions, ratios, angles, numbers, and the like disclosed herein, including those illustrated in the drawings, are merely examples, and thus, the disclosure is not limited to the details illustrated. Any implementation described herein as an "example" should not necessarily be construed as preferred or advantageous over other implementations. However, it should be noted that the relative dimensions of the components illustrated in the drawings are part of the disclosure.
[0030] Where a term such as "comprise," "possess," "have," "contain," "constitute," "made of," "formed of," or the like is used with reference to one or more elements, one or more additional elements may be added unless "merely" or the like is used. The terms used in the disclosure are used merely to describe exemplary aspects and are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure. Terms in a singular form may include plural forms unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
[0031] The word "exemplary" is used to mean serving as an example or illustrative, unless otherwise noted. Aspects are exemplary aspects. "Aspects," "examples," and the like are not intended to be preferred or advantageous over other implementations. An aspect, example, exemplary aspect, or the like may refer to one or more aspects, one or more examples, one or more exemplary aspects, or the like, unless otherwise noted. Further, the term "may" includes all meanings of the term "could."
[0032] In one or more aspects, unless explicitly stated otherwise, an element, characteristic, or corresponding information (e.g., a level, extent, extent, size, or the like) is designed to include a margin of error or a margin of tolerance, even if there is no explicit description of such a margin of error or tolerance. An error or margin of tolerance may be caused by various factors (e.g., process factors, internal or external influences, noise, or the like). When interpreting a numerical value, the value is interpreted as including a margin of error unless explicitly stated otherwise.
[0033] When describing a positional relationship, if the positional relationship between two parts (e.g., layers, laminas, regions, components, sections, or the like) is described using, for example, "on," "thereupon," "upon," "over," "under," "above," "beneath," "underneath," "near," "in the vicinity of," "adjacent to," "beside," "adjacent to," "on or to a side of," or the like, one or more other parts may be disposed between the two parts, unless a more restrictive term such as "immediate," "direct," or "near" is used. For example, where a structure is described as being positioned "on," "upon," "on," "over," "under," "above," "below," "underneath," "near," "close to," "adjacent to," "beside," "adjacent to," "on or to a side," or the like of another structure, this description should be construed as including a case where the structures touch each other, as well as a case where one or more additional structures are disposed therebetween or interposed. Furthermore, the terms "front," "back," "rear," "left," "right," "top," "bottom," "downward," "upward," "upper," "lower," "up," "down," "column," "row," "vertical," "horizontal," and the like refer to any frame of reference.
[0034] Spatially relative terms such as "beneath," "under," "lower," "on top," "over," "upper," and the like may be used to describe a correlation between various elements (e.g., layers, laminas, regions, components, sections, or the like) as shown in the drawings. The spatially relative terms should be understood as terms that encompass various orientations of the elements in use or operation in addition to the orientation illustrated in the drawings. For example, if the elements shown in the figures were flipped over, elements described as being "under" or "below" other elements would be oriented "above" the other elements. Thus, the term "below," which is an exemplary term, can encompass all directions of "above" and "below."Similarly, an example term “over” or “on” can contain both senses of “over” and “under.”
[0035] When describing a temporal relationship, if the temporal sequence is described as, for example, "after," "subsequent," "next," "before," "previous," "before," or the like, an instance that is non-consecutive or non-sequential may be included and thus one or more further events may occur in between, unless a more restrictive term such as "exactly," "immediate," or "direct" is used.
[0036] Terms such as "below," "lower," "above," "upper," and the like may be used herein to describe a relationship between one or more elements as illustrated in the drawings. It is understood that the terms are spatially relative and use the orientation depicted in the drawings as a basis.
[0037] It should be understood that although the terms "first," "second," or the like may be used herein to describe various elements (e.g., layers, laminas, regions, components, portions, or the like), these elements are not intended to be limited by these terms, for example, to any particular order, sequence, priority, or number of elements. These terms are used merely to distinguish one element from another. For example, a first element could be referred to as a second element, and correspondingly, a second element could be referred to as a first element, without departing from the scope of the disclosure. Furthermore, the first element, the second element, and the like may be referred to arbitrarily for convenience by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the disclosure. For clarity, the functions or structures of these elements (e.g.,The number of elements (e.g., the first element, the second element, and the like) is not limited by atomic numbers or the names preceding the elements. Furthermore, a first element may contain one or more first elements. Similarly, a second element or the like may contain one or more second elements or the like.
[0038] When describing elements of the disclosure, the terms "first," "second," "A," "B," "(a)," "(b)," or the like may be used. These terms are intended solely to identify the one or more corresponding elements from the one or more additional elements and are not used to define the nature, basis, order, or number of the elements.
[0039] For the expression that an element (e.g., a layer, a lamina, a region, a component, a section, or the like) is described as being "connected," "coupled," "attached," "bonded," or the like to another element, the element may not only be directly connected, coupled, attached, bonded, or the like to another element, but may also be indirectly connected, coupled, attached, bonded, or the like to another element with one or more intermediate elements disposed or interposed between the elements, unless otherwise stated.
[0040] When an element (e.g., a layer, lamina, region, component, portion, or the like) is said to “touch,” “overlap,” or the like with another element, the element may not only directly touch, overlap, or the like with another element or layer, but may also indirectly touch, overlap, or the like with another element or layer, with one or more intervening elements disposed or interposed between the elements, unless otherwise specified.
[0041] The phrase that an element (e.g., a layer, a thin layer, a region, a component, a section, or the like) is "provided," "arranged," or the like in another element can be understood to mean that at least a portion of the element is provided, arranged, or the like in another element, or that the entire element is provided, arranged, or the like in another element. The phase that an element (e.g.,When an element (e.g., a layer, a lamina, a region, a component, a section, or the like) "touches", "overlaps", or the like with another element, it can be understood that at least a portion of the element "touches", "overlaps", or the like with at least a portion of another element, that the entire element "touches", "overlaps", or the like with at least a portion of another element, or that at least a portion of the element "touches", "overlaps", or the like with the entire other element.
[0042] Terms such as a "line" or a "direction" should not be interpreted solely based on a geometric relationship in which the respective lines or directions are parallel or perpendicular to one another. Such terms may connote a broader range of lines or directions in which the components of the disclosure may usefully operate. For example, the terms "first direction," "second direction," and the like, such as a direction parallel or perpendicular to the "x-axis," the "y-axis," or the "z-axis," should not be interpreted solely based on a geometric relationship in which the respective directions are parallel or perpendicular to one another, and may be intended as directions having broader directivities to the extent that the components of the disclosure may usefully operate.
[0043] The term "at least one" should be understood to include all combinations of one or more of the associated listed elements. For example, each of the phrases "at least one of a first element, a second element, or a third element" and "at least one of a first element, a second element, and a third element" may represent (i) a combination of elements provided by one or more of the first element, the second element, and the third element, or (ii) only one of the first element, the second element, and the third element.
[0044] The phrase a first element, a second element, and / or a third element should be understood to include any of the first, second, and third elements, as well as any combinations of the first, second, and third elements. By way of example, A, B, and / or C can include only A; only B; only C; any of A, B, and C (e.g., A, B, or C); some combination of A, B, and C (e.g., A and B; A and C, or B and C); and all of A, B, and C. Furthermore, an expression “A / B” can be understood to include A and / or B. For example, an expression “A / B” can refer to only A; only B; A or B, or A and B.
[0045] In one or more aspects, the terms "between" and "among" may be used interchangeably simply for convenience, unless otherwise noted. For example, a phrase "between a plurality of elements" may be understood as among a plurality of elements. In another example, a phrase "among a plurality of elements" may be understood as between a plurality of elements. In one or more examples, the number of elements may be two. In one or more examples, the number of elements may be greater than two. Furthermore, when an element (e.g., a layer, a lamina, a region, a component, a portion, or the like) is referred to as being "between" at least two elements, the element may be the only element between the at least two elements or may also be one or more intervening elements.
[0046] In one or more aspects, the phrases "each other" and "each other" may be used interchangeably simply for convenience, unless otherwise noted. For example, a phrase "different from each other" may be understood as different from each other. In another example, a phrase "different from each other" may be understood as different from each other. In one or more examples, the number of elements involved in the preceding phrase may be two. In one or more examples, the number of elements involved in the preceding phrase may be greater than two.
[0047] In one or more aspects, the phrases “one or more of” and “one or more of” may be used interchangeably simply for convenience, unless otherwise indicated.
[0048] The term "or" means "inclusive or" rather than "exclusive or." For example, unless otherwise specified or clear from the context, the phrase "x uses a or b" means any naturally inclusive permutation. For example, "a or b" can mean "a," "b," or "a and b." For example, "a, b, or c" can mean "a," "b," "c," "a and b," "b and c," "a and c," or "a, b, and c."
[0049] Features of various aspects of the disclosure may be partially or fully coupled or combined with one another, may be technically linked, and may be operated, connected, or controlled in various ways. Aspects of the disclosure may be implemented or executed independently of one another, or may be implemented or executed together in a mutually dependent or interconnected relationship. In one or more aspects, the components of each device may be operatively coupled and configured according to various aspects of the disclosure.
[0050] Unless otherwise defined, the terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by a person skilled in the art to which exemplary aspects belong. It should further be understood that terms such as those defined in common dictionaries should be interpreted as having a meaning consistent, for example, with their meaning in the context of the relevant field, and should not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense, unless explicitly defined otherwise herein.
[0051] The terms used herein have been chosen to be general in the related technical field; however, additional terms may exist depending on the development and / or change of technology, convention, technician preference, etc. Therefore, the terms used herein should not be construed as limiting technical concepts, but should be understood as examples of terms to describe exemplary aspects.
[0052] Furthermore, in a specific case, a term may be chosen arbitrarily by an applicant, and in that case, its precise meaning is described here. Therefore, the terms used here should be understood not only based on the name of the terms, but also on the meaning and content of the terms.
[0053] As used herein, “X-axis direction,” “Y-axis direction,” and “Z-axis direction” are not intended to be construed by a geometric relationship merely of a mutual vertical relationship, and may have a broader orientation to the extent that elements of the disclosure may appropriately operate.
[0054] In the following description, various exemplary aspects of the disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Regarding reference numerals referring to elements in each of the drawings, the same elements may be illustrated in other drawings, and similar reference numerals may refer to similar elements unless otherwise noted. The same or similar elements may be referred to by the same reference numerals even though they are shown in different drawings.
[0055] In addition, for convenience of description, a scale, extent, size, and thickness of each of the elements illustrated in the accompanying drawings may be different from an actual scale, extent, size, and thickness, and thus aspects of the disclosure are not limited to a scale, extent, size, and thickness illustrated in the drawings.

For example, the vehicle interior material 130 may have a structure that corresponds to a structure (or an inner surface structure) of a corresponding main structure 110, or may have a structure that is different from a main structure 110.
[0072] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may be disposed near the vehicle interior material 130. The sound device 30 may vibrate the vehicle interior material 130 to generate a sound S based on a vibration of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound device 30 may directly vibrate the vehicle interior material 130 to generate the sound S based on a vibration of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound device 30 may be configured to vibrate the vehicle interior material 130 to output the sound S to the interior portion or interior IS of the vehicle 10. Thus, the sound device 30 may use the vehicle interior material 130 as a sound vibration plate, a sound diaphragm, or an acoustic membrane. The vehicle interior material 130 may be a vibration plate, a sound vibration plate, or a sound generation plate for outputting the sound S. [0076] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may be disposed at a region between the main structure 110 and the exterior material 120 and / or a region between the main structure 110 and the vehicle interior material 130 and / or the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound device 30 may be disposed at a region between the main structure 110 and the exterior material 120 and / or a region between the main structure 110 and the vehicle interior material 130 and / or the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 and may be configured to output sound. For example, the sound device 30 may be disposed at a region between the main structure 110 and the exterior material 120 and / or a region between the main structure 110 and the vehicle interior material 130 and / or the exterior material 120 and the vehicle interior material 130, and may indirectly or directly vibrate a region between the main structure 110 and the exterior material 120 and / or a region between the main structure 110 and the vehicle interior material 130 and / or the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 to output sound. For example, the sound device 30 may be disposed in the region between the exterior material 120 and the vehicle interior material 130 and may indirectly or directly vibrate the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 to output sound. For example, the sound device 30 may be disposed at the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 and / or a region between the exterior material 120 and the vehicle interior material 130. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 and / or a region between the exterior material 120 and the vehicle interior material 130 may emit sound based on vibration of the sound device 30.
[0077] The sound devices 30 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may emit sound in a region between the exterior material 120 and the vehicle interior material 130 of the vehicle 10. For example, the sound devices 30 may be connected or coupled to the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 in a region between the exterior material 120 and the vehicle interior material 130, and may indirectly or directly vibrate the exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 to emit sound.
[0078] The exterior material 120 and / or the vehicle interior material 130 of the vehicle 10 may be a vibration plate, a sound vibration plate, or a sound generation plate, or the like, configured to emit sound. For example, each of the exterior material 120 and the vehicle interior material 130 configured to emit sound may have a size larger than that of the sound device 30, and thus may perform a function of a large-area vibration plate, a large-area sound vibration plate, or a large-area sound generation plate, thereby improving the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a sound band including a low-pitched sound band generated by the sound device 30.For example, a frequency of a sound of the low-pitched sound band may be 300 Hz or less, 400 Hz or less, or 500 Hz or less, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0079] Fig. Figure 2 illustrates a sound device for vehicles according to another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates an embodiment that can be realized by changing the vehicle interior material to which the sound device described above with reference to Fig. 1 is described, arranged, implemented. Therefore, in the following description, repeated descriptions of other elements other than a vehicle interior material may be omitted or given briefly.
[0080] With reference to Fig. 2, according to another embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may vibrate a vehicle interior material 130 including one or more of metal, wood, rubber, plastic, carbon, glass, fibers, cloth, paper, a mirror, and leather to output a sound S.
[0081] The vehicle interior material 130 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include a base member 131 and an exterior member 133. For example, the base member 131 may be an injection material, a first interior material, an inner interior material, or a rear interior material, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The exterior member 133 may be a surface member, a second interior material, an outer interior material, a front interior material, an outer surface member, a reinforcement member, or a decorative member, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0082] The base member 131 may include a plastic material. The base member 131 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include an injection material. For example, the base member 131 may be an injection material implemented through an injection process using a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The vehicle interior material 130 or the base member 131 may be configured to cover an interior portion of a vehicle 10. For example, the vehicle interior material 130 or the base member 131 may be configured to cover the main structure 110 and / or the exterior material 120 in an interior IS of the vehicle 10.For example, the vehicle interior material 130 or the base member 131 may be configured to cover a surface (or an inner surface) of one or more of a main frame, a side frame, a door frame, and a handle frame exposed in the interior IS of the vehicle 10.
[0083] The basic element 131 may include a flat portion and / or a curved portion. For example, the basic element 131 may have a structure that corresponds to a structure (or a back structure) of a corresponding main structure 110, or may have a structure that differs from a structure of a corresponding main structure 110.
[0084] The outer member 133 may be arranged on the base member 131. For example, the outer member 133 may be arranged to cover the base member 131. The outer member 133 may cover the base member 131 in the interior portion or interior IS of the vehicle 10 and may be configured to be exposed in the interior portion or interior IS of the vehicle 10. For example, the outer member 133 may be arranged at or coupled to a front surface (or an inner surface) of the base member 131 that is exposed in the interior IS of the vehicle 10.
[0085] The vehicle interior material 130 or the exterior member 133 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include one or more of plastic, glass, fiber, leather, fabric, rubber, a mirror, wood, paper, carbon, and metal, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the exterior member 133 may be a fibrous material. For example, the exterior member 133 containing the fibrous material may include a synthetic fiber and / or a carbon fiber (or an aramid fiber) and / or a natural fiber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the exterior member 133 containing the fibrous material may be a textile sheet, a knitted sheet, or a nonwoven fabric, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the exterior member 133 containing the fibrous material may be a fabric member, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0086] The synthetic fiber may be a thermoplastic resin and may include a polyolefin-based fiber, which is an environmentally friendly material that releases relatively no harmful substance. For example, the polyolefin-based fiber may include a polyethylene fiber, a polypropylene fiber, or a polyethylene terephthalate fiber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The polyolefin-based fiber may be a single-resin fiber or a core-shell fiber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The natural fiber may be a composite fiber of one or two or more of a jute fiber, a kenaf fiber, an abaca fiber, a coconut fiber, and a wood fiber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0087] The sound device 30 may be covered by the vehicle interior material 130. The sound device 30 may be configured to vibrate the vehicle interior material 130, which includes the base member 131 and the outer member 133, to emit a sound S to the interior portion and / or the interior IS of the vehicle 10.
[0088] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may output the sound S to the interior IS of the vehicle 10 using the vehicle interior material 130 as a vibration plate or a sound vibration plate, and may output a realistic sound S or a stereo sound including a multi-channel to the interior IS of the vehicle 10.
[0089] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the acoustic device 30 may be configured to be surrounded by an enclosure. A space may be provided between the acoustic device 30 and the enclosure, and sound (or a sound pressure level) may be output based on vibration of the vehicle interior material 130 based on air between the acoustic device 30 and the enclosure. However, there may be a problem in which a sound of the low-pitched sound band is not output, and there may be a problem in which the flatness of a sound pressure level is reduced because the number of peaks and dips occurring in a reproduction frequency band of a sound (or a sound pressure level) generated based on vibration of the vehicle interior material 130 increases, and each of a highest sound pressure level and a lowest sound pressure level occurring in a reproduction frequency band of a sound (or a sound pressure level) generated based on vibration of the vehicle interior material 130 increases.Peaking can be a phenomenon where a sound pressure level is reflected at a certain frequency, and dipping can be a phenomenon where a low sound pressure level is generated because the occurrence of a sound having a certain frequency is reduced. The flatness of a sound characteristic can be a level of deviation between a highest sound pressure and a lowest sound pressure.
[0090] The inventors of the disclosure have conducted extensive research and experiments to implement a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating the same, which can improve the sound characteristics of the low-pitch sound band and the flatness characteristics of a sound pressure level. Based on the extensive research and experiments, the inventors of the disclosure have invented a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating the same, which can output a sound containing a high-pitch sound band to the low-pitch sound band and can improve the balance characteristics of a sound pressure level or the flatness characteristics of a sound pressure level. This will be described in detail below.
[0091] Fig. 3 illustrates a sonic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of Fig. 3 according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0092] With reference to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, according to one embodiment of the disclosure, the sonic device 30 may include an enclosure 310 and a sound generation module 330. The sonic device 30 may be configured to vibrate a vibrating object or a vehicle structure. For example, the sonic device 30 may be a sound generation device, a sound output device, a speaker device, a vehicle audio device, or an audio device, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0093] The acoustic device 30 may be configured to be connected (or coupled) to a vehicle structure. For example, the acoustic device 30 may comprise a portion of any of the main structure 110, the outer material 120, and the inner material 130 shown in Fig. 1 or Fig. 2, to generate (or emit) sound.
[0094] The sound generation module 330 may vibrate a vehicle interior material 130. Therefore, the sound generation module 330 may generate a sound based on a vibration of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound generation module 330 may be configured to indirectly vibrate the vehicle interior material 130. The sound generation module 330 may generate or output a sound or vibration based on driving (or vibrating or displacing) the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound generation module 330 may be configured to vibrate the enclosure 310 to vibrate the vehicle interior material 130.For example, the sound generation module 330 may be a sound generation unit, a sound generation element, a sound reproduction module, a sound reproduction unit, a passenger car audio module, a passenger car audio unit, a speaker module, or a speaker unit, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0095] The sound generation module 330 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include a vibration element 331 and a vibration device 333 and 335.
[0096] The vibration element 331 can generate vibration or can output sound (or a sound wave) based on the displacements (or driving) of the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, the vibration element 331 can be a plate, a vibration plate, a vibration substrate, a vibration object, a vibration panel, a sound plate, a sound panel, a passive vibration plate, a passive vibration element, a passive vibration panel, a sound output plate, or a sound vibration plate, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0097] The vibration element 331 may include a single non-metal material or a composite non-metal material. For example, the single non-metal material or the composite non-metal material of the vibration element 331 may include one or more of wood, rubber, plastic, carbon, glass, fiber, cloth, paper, mirror, and leather, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the paper may be cone paper for speakers. For example, the cone paper may be pulp or foamed plastic, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0098] The vibration element 331 of an embodiment of the disclosure may be configured in a plastic material such as a plastic material or a styrene material, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0099] The plastic material of the vibration element 331 may be configured in polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polyimide, polypropylene, polyarylate, polyethersulfone, polyethylene naphthalate, polysulfone, cycloolefin copolymer, or carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0100] The styrene material of the vibration element 331 may be an ABS material. The ABS material may be acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene.
[0101] The vibrating element 331 of one embodiment of the disclosure may include a porous material. For example, the vibrating element 331 may include a microcellular plastic material. For example, the vibrating element 331 may be configured in a polyethylene terephthalate material or a polycarbonate material. For example, the vibrating element 331 may be configured in a microcellular polyethylene terephthalate (MCPET) material. The vibrating element 331 configured in the MCPET may have the ability to reproduce high original sound because it has a low density and excellent resilience, thereby improving the quality of sound.
[0102] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the vibration element 331 may include a quadrilateral shape (or a square shape), but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the vibration element 331 may have a rectangular shape including a long side and a short side. For example, the vibration element 331 may include a first surface 331s1 and a second surface 331s2 that is different from (or opposite to) the first surface 331s1. For example, in the vibration element 331, the first surface 331s1 may be a back surface, a rear surface, or a bottom surface, and the second surface 331s2 may be a front surface or a top surface.
[0103] The vibration devices 333 and 335 may be configured to vibrate the vibration element 331. For example, the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be arranged or configured adjacent to the vibration element 331. The vibration devices 333 and 335 may be vibrated (or displaced or driven) based on a drive signal (or a vibration drive signal or a voice signal) applied thereto to vibrate (or displace or drive) the vibration element 331.
[0104] The vibration devices 333 and 335 may correspond to the vibration element 331 or have the same shape as the vibration element 331, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the vibration devices 333 and 335 may have a different shape than the vibration element 331. For example, the vibration devices 333 and 335 may include a rectangular shape or a square shape. For example, the vibration devices 333 and 335 may have a rectangular shape or a square shape smaller than the vibration element 331.
[0105] The vibration devices 333 and 335 of one embodiment of the disclosure may be integrated (or configured) with the vibration element 331 as one body. For example, the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be directly coupled (or attached) to the vibration element 331. For example, the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be directly coupled (or attached) to the vibration element 331 without a separate adhesive element or a separate intervening element (or medium). For example, the vibration devices 333 and 335 and the vibration element 331 may be configured as one body by being coupled or physically coupled to each other without a separate adhesive element or a separate intervening element (or medium). For example, the vibration element 331 may be a vibration plate integrated as a single body with a vibration device, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. Therefore, when the vibration devices 333 and 335 are vibrated (or displaced or driven), vibration of the vibration devices 333 and 335 can be transmitted to the vibration element 331 without loss, and thus, a sound pressure level characteristic of a sound generated by vibration of the vibration element 331 can be improved. Furthermore, because a separate adhesive member or a separate intermediate member for coupling (or adhering) the vibration devices 333 and 335 and the vibration element 331 to each other is omitted, a manufacturing process of the sound device can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the sound device can be reduced.
[0106] The vibration devices 333 and 335 of another embodiment of the disclosure may be coupled (or attached) to the vibration element 331 through an adhesive member. For example, when the vibration devices 333 and 335 are coupled (or attached) to the vibration element 331 through an adhesive member, a sound pressure level characteristic of a sound generated by vibration of the vibration element 331 can be reduced due to the vibration transmission loss caused by the adhesive member and the vibration transmission loss caused by air bubbles generated between the adhesive member and the vibration element 331.
[0107] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a portion of the sound generation module 330 or a portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be configured to be incorporated (or inserted) into the vibration element 331. The portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be directly incorporated (or inserted) into a portion of the vibration element 331 without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium). Therefore, the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be integrated with the vibration element 331 as one body without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium).
[0108] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the vibration element 331 may be configured to receive (or insert) the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, the vibration element 331 may include one or more groove parts 331a and 331b. For example, the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be received (or inserted) into the one or more groove parts 331a and 331b of the vibration element 331. For example, the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be received (or inserted) into the one or more groove parts 331a and 331b of the vibration element 331 without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium). Therefore, the portion of the sound generating module 330 or the portion of the vibrating devices 333 and 335 can be integrated as one body with the one or more groove parts 331a and 331b of the vibrating element 331 without a separate adhesive member or a separate intermediate member (or medium).
[0109] In one embodiment of the disclosure, in a case where the vibration element 331 is configured in a plastic material, the vibration element 331 may be coupled to (or deposited on) the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 in a semi-cured state and may then be cured such that the vibration element 331 may be integrated or connected as one body with the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a portion of the vibration element 331 may be melted by heat and may be deposited or bonded to the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335, and thus the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 or the portion of the vibration element 331 may be integrated or bonded together as one body without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium). For example, the portion of the vibration element 331 into which the portion of the sound generation module 330 or the portion of the vibration devices 333 and 335 is received (or inserted) may configure the one or more groove parts 331a and 331b of the vibration element 331.
[0110] The sound generation module 330 or the vibration devices 333 and 335 of an embodiment of the disclosure may include one or more vibration devices or a plurality of vibration devices. For example, the plurality of vibration devices 333 and 335 may be arranged with the vibration element 331 in between. For example, the sound generation module 330 may include a first vibration device 333 and / or a second vibration device 335. The first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be configured at the vibration element 331.
[0111] Each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 of the vibration device may have the same shape as the vibration element 331 or a different shape. In one embodiment of the disclosure, each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may have a rectangular shape smaller than the vibration element 331.
[0112] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a long side of each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be parallel to the long side of the vibration element 331 and may be spaced from the long side of the vibration element 331 by a first distance (or a first shortest distance). A short side of each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be parallel to the short side of the vibration element 331 and may be spaced from the short side of the vibration element 331 by a second distance (or a second shortest distance). For example, the first distance may be different from the second distance. For example, the first distance may be smaller than the second distance.
[0113] The first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be arranged with the vibration element 331 therebetween. The first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be vibrated (or displaced, or driven) based on drive signals (or a vibration drive signal or a voice signal) applied thereto to vibrate (or displace or drive) the vibration element 331. For example, the drive signals (or the vibration drive signal or the voice signal) applied to the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be the same or different. For example, the drive signals applied to the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may have the same phase or different phases. For example, the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may have a bimorph structure, with the first and second vibration devices 333 and 335 being arranged with the vibration element 331 therebetween. Each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 can vibrate the vibration element 331 independently, and thus, an influence thereof on a sound characteristic based on a material and a property of the vibration element 331 can be reduced. Accordingly, the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the sound device 30 can be improved.
[0114] The first vibration device 333 may be arranged at the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331. The second vibration device 335 may be arranged at the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331.
[0115] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be configured at one of the first surface 331s1 and the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331. For example, the first vibration device 333 may be configured at one of the first surface 331s1 and the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331. For example, the first vibration device 333 may be connected to or configured at the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331. For example, the second vibration device 335 may be connected to or configured at the second surface 331s2, which is different from the first surface 331s1. For example, the second vibration device 335 may be connected to or configured at the first vibration device 333.For example, the second vibration device 335 may be stacked on the first vibration device 333. For example, the second vibration device 335 and the first vibration device 333 may be stacked vertically.
[0116] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a portion of each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be incorporated (or configured) at one of the first surface 331s1 and the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331. For example, the first vibration device 333 may be incorporated (or configured) at one of the first surface 331s1 and the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331. For example, the first vibration device 333 may be connected to or incorporated (or configured) at the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331. For example, the second vibration device 335 may be connected to or incorporated (or configured) at the second surface 331s2, which is different from the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331. For example, the second vibration device 335 may be connected to the first vibration device 333.For example, the second vibration device 335 may be stacked on the first vibration device 333. For example, the second vibration device 335 and the first vibration device 333 may be stacked vertically.
[0117] The first vibration device 333 may be received (or inserted) in a first groove portion 331a formed (or configured) at the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331. For example, the portion of the first vibration device 333 may be received (or inserted) in the first groove portion 331a formed (or configured) at the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331. For example, the portion of the first vibration device 333 may be received (or inserted) in the first groove portion 331a formed (or configured) at the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331 without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium).
[0118] The second vibration device 335 may be received (or inserted) in a second groove portion 331b formed (or configured) at the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331. For example, the portion of the second vibration device 335 may be received (or inserted) in the second groove portion 331b formed (or configured) at the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331. For example, the portion of the second vibration device 335 may be received (or inserted) in the second groove portion 331b formed (or configured) at the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium).
[0119] In the vibration element 331, the first groove part 331a may be formed (or configured) concavely from the first surface 331s1. For example, the first groove part 331a may be formed (or configured) concavely from the first surface 331s1 to have a shape and depth corresponding to the portion of the first vibration device 333. For example, the enclosure 310 may include one or more of a metal material, plastic, fiber, carbon, and wood, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the enclosure 310 may be configured in a metal material such as an aluminum (Al) material or configured in a plastic material such as plastic or a styrene material, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the styrene material may be an ABS material. The ABS material may be acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene. For example, the enclosure 310 may be configured in the same material as the vibrating element 331 or a different material.
[0123] The enclosure 310 may be configured to be connected (or coupled) to the vibration object or the vehicle interior material 130 (see Fig. 1 or Fig. 2). [0124] The enclosure 310 may include an interior space (or an inner space) 313. The enclosure 310 may be at the sound generation module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. For example, the enclosure 310 may be at a rear surface of the sound generation module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. For example, the enclosure 310 may be connected to the sound generation module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. For example, the enclosure 310 may be configured to cover the sound generation module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. For example, the enclosure 310 may be configured to cover a first surface (or a rear surface or a bottom surface) of the sound generation module 330 and a second surface (or a front surface or a top surface) opposite the first surface of the sound generation module 330.The enclosure 310 may be configured to support the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. For example, the sound generating module 330 may be configured in the interior space 313 between the first enclosure 311 and the second enclosure 312. The vibration devices 333 and 335 of the sound generating module 330 may be at the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first vibration device 333 may be between the first enclosure 311 and the vibration element 331.For example, the second vibration device 335 may be between the second enclosure 312 and the vibration element 331. For example, the interior space 313 may be a receiving space, a receiving space, a gap space, an air space, a vibration space, a sound space, a resonator, or a sealing space, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0126] The first enclosure 311 may be at the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. The first enclosure 311 may be connected to the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. The first enclosure 311 may be disposed or connected to a first surface side (or a back surface side or a bottom surface side) of the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. For example, the first enclosure 311 may be connected (or coupled) to a peripheral portion of the first surface of the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. The first enclosure 311 may support the first surface of the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. The first enclosure 311 may be disposed (or configured) in a region between the vehicle interior material 130 and the sound generating module 330.For example, the first enclosure 311 may be configured to surround the first surface of the sound generation module 330. The first enclosure 311 may be configured to cover the first surface of the sound generation module 330.
[0127] The first enclosure 311 may be vibrated based on the driving (or vibration, or displacement) of the sound generation module 330, and the vehicle interior material 130 may be vibrated based on vibration of the first enclosure 311 to generate or output sound. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, sound may be generated based on vibration of the vibrating object or the vehicle interior material 130 having a size larger than that of the sound device 30, thereby improving the sound characteristic and / or the sound pressure level characteristic of a sound band including a low-pitched sound band generated by driving (or vibration, or displacement) the sound device 30.

The second enclosure 312 may be arranged at or connected to a second surface side (or a front surface side or a top surface) opposite the first surface side of the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. For example, the second enclosure 312 may be connected (or coupled) to a peripheral portion of the second surface of the sound generating module 330 with the interior space 313 therebetween. The second enclosure 312 may be configured to surround the second surface of the sound generating module 330.The second enclosure 312 may be configured to cover the second surface of the sound generating module 330.
[0129] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the second enclosure 312 may be configured to have a shape opposite to the first enclosure 311. For example, the first enclosure 311 and the second enclosure 312 may be configured to have a symmetrical shape or a symmetrical structure with the sound generation module 330 therebetween.
[0130] Each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 can vibrate the vibration element 331 to generate a sound (or a sound pressure level, or a sound wave) in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. The enclosure 310 can be vibrated based on the sound (or the sound pressure level, or the sound wave) in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. The vehicle interior material 130 can be vibrated based on the vibration of the enclosure 310 to generate (or output) a sound. For example, the vehicle interior material 130 can be vibrated based on the vibration of the first enclosure 311 to generate (or output) a sound (or the sound pressure level, or the sound wave) generated in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310.
[0131] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 may include a first space 313a and a second space 313b.
[0132] The vibration element 331 can be arranged in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. The vibration element 331 can be arranged in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 and can be connected to the vibration device. For example, the vibration element 331 can be arranged in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 and can be connected to the first vibration device 333 and / or the second vibration device 335. For example, the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 can be arranged with the vibration element 331 in between.
[0133] The vibration element 331 may be arranged or configured in a region between the first enclosure 311 and the second enclosure 312 of the enclosure 310. The vibration element 331 may be configured to divide the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 into the first space 313a and the second space 313b. For example, the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 may be divided into the first space 313a and the second space 313b by the vibration element 331. For example, the first space 313a of the interior space 313 may be provided in a region between the first enclosure 311 of the enclosure 310 and the vibration element 331 and may be covered by the vibration element 331. The second space 313b of the interior space 313 may be provided in a region between the second enclosure 312 of the enclosure 310 and the vibration element 331 and may be covered by the vibration element 331.
[0134] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be located in different spaces within the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first vibration device 333 may be located in the first space 313a. For example, the second vibration device 335 may be located in the second space 313b.
[0135] The first space 313a may be between the sound generating module 330 and the first enclosure 311. For example, the first space 313a may be between the first surface of the sound generating module 330 and the first enclosure 311. The first space 313a may be between the first vibration device 333 and the first enclosure 311. The second space 313b may be between the sound generating module 330 and the second enclosure 312. For example, the second space 313b may be between the second surface, which is different from (or opposite to) the first surface of the sound generating module 330, and the second enclosure 312. The second space 313b may be between the second vibration device 335 and the second enclosure 312.For example, the interior space 313 may be a gap space, an air space, a vibration space, a sound space, a resonator, or a seal space, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0136] The sound generation module 330 may generate a sound pressure level (or a sound or a sound wave) in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 to vibrate the enclosure 310, and may vibrate the vibrating object or the vehicle interior material 130 based on a vibration of the enclosure 310. For example, the sound generation module 330 may be configured to vibrate the first enclosure 311 of the enclosure 310 to vibrate the vibrating object or the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound generation module 330 may generate the sound pressure level (or the sound or the sound wave) in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 to vibrate the first enclosure 311, and may vibrate the vibrating object or the vehicle interior material 130 based on a vibration of the first enclosure 311.
[0137] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first enclosure 311 may include an opening portion 310o.
[0138] The opening part 310o may be configured to pass through (or vertically pass through) the first enclosure 311 in a thickness direction Z (or a vertical direction) of the enclosure 310. The opening part 310o may be connected to (or communicate with) the internal space 313. For example, the opening part 310o may be configured to reduce an air pressure of the internal space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the opening part 310o may be connected to the first space 313a. The opening part 310o may be configured to reduce an air pressure of the first space 313a of the first enclosure 311 or an air pressure of the first space 313a provided between the vibrating element 331 and the first enclosure 311. Therefore, a band of the low-pitch sound band can expand, and thus, a sound characteristic of the low-pitch sound band can be improved. For example, because a pressure (or air pressure) of the first space 313a is reduced by the opening part 310o, the displacement amount (or bending force) of the first vibration device 333 disposed between the vibration element 331 and the first enclosure 311 may increase, and thus a band of the low-pitch sound band may expand, thereby improving sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band. Accordingly, a sound characteristic (or sound pressure level) of the low-pitch sound band generated based on vibration of the first vibration device 333 and / or the second vibration device 335 may be improved.
[0139] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the opening part 310o may be arranged to correspond to a central portion of the sound generation module 330. For example, the opening part 310o may be arranged to correspond to the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, the opening part 310o may be arranged to correspond to a central portion of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335. For example, the opening part 310o may be arranged to correspond to a central portion of each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335. For example, the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 may include a space connected to the opening part 310o. For example, the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 may include the first space 313a connected to the opening part 310o.
[0140] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the opening part 310o may have a size smaller than the first vibration device 333. For example, the opening part 310o may have a size smaller than the first vibration device 333 arranged at the vibration element 331. For example, the opening part 310o may include a line shape having a size (or a length) smaller than the first vibration device 333 arranged at the vibration element 331. For example, the opening part 310o may be a hole, a recess, or a slit, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the opening part 310o may be a sound emission portion, a first sound emission port, a sound output portion, a sound output port, a sound output hole, a channel hole, or a vent hole, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0141] The opening part 310o may be a space in which a sound wave generated based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 propagates (or is transmitted) to the interior IS of the vehicle 10. For example, vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be transmitted to the vibrating object or the interior IS of the vehicle 10 through the opening part 310o. For example, a sound wave (or sound) based on the vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be transmitted (or output, or radiated) to the interior IS of the vehicle 10 through the opening part 310o. Accordingly, a vibration width (or displacement width) of the vibration element 331 may increase based on the vibration of the sound generation module 330, and thus, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics generated based on vibration of the vibration element 331 may be improved.
[0142] The first enclosure 311 including the opening part 310o may be arranged closer to the vehicle interior material 130 than the second enclosure 312. For example, the first enclosure 311 including the opening part 310o may be arranged closer to the vehicle interior material 130 than the second enclosure 312. Accordingly, a sound generated based on vibrations from one or more of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be output to the interior IS of the vehicle 10, and thus, a sound including the low-pitched sound band may be output to the interior IS of the vehicle 10.
[0143] The first enclosure 311 may include a slope surface (or an inclined surface) 311s and an inner side surface 311i. The slope surface 311s may be configured to be inclined between the opening part 310o and the inner side surface 311i of the first enclosure 311. The slope surface 311s may be configured to guide a sound generated based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 to the interior IS of the vehicle 10. Accordingly, the sound generated based on the vibration of the sound generation module 330 can be output to the interior IS of the vehicle 10, and sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a sound including the low-pitched sound band can be more improved. For example, the inclination surface 311s may be a guide surface or a sound guide surface, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0144] The vibration element 331 may be arranged or configured to be spaced from the opening part 310o. The vibration element 331 may be configured in the interior space 313 that is to be spaced from the opening part 310o. For example, the vibration element 331 may be arranged in the interior space 313 and may be configured between the first enclosure 311 and the second enclosure 312. For example, the vibration element 331 may be arranged in the interior space 313 and may be supported by the first enclosure 311 and / or the second enclosure 312. For example, the vibration element 331 may be arranged to cover the interior space 313 and may be supported by the first enclosure 311 and / or the second enclosure 312. For example, the vibration element 331 may be arranged to cover the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310.For example, the vibration element 331 may be supported by the first enclosure 311 and the second enclosure 312.
[0145] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first enclosure 311 of the enclosure 310 may be arranged or configured at the first surface (or the back surface) 331s1 of the vibrating element 331. The first enclosure 311 of the enclosure 310 may be connected (or coupled) to the first surface 331s1 of the vibrating element 331. For example, the first enclosure 311 may be connected (or coupled) to a peripheral portion (or an edge portion) of the first surface 331s1 of the vibrating element 331. The first enclosure 311 may be configured to support the peripheral portion of the first surface 331s1 of the vibrating element 331. For example, the first enclosure 311 may be configured to cover the first surface of the sound generating module 330. For example, the first enclosure 311 may be configured to surround the first surface of the sound generating module 330.
[0146] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the second enclosure 312 may be arranged or configured at the second surface (or the front surface) 331s2 of the vibrating element 331. The second enclosure 312 may be configured to support a peripheral portion (or an edge portion) of the second surface 331s2 of the vibrating element 331. For example, the second enclosure 312 may be connected (or coupled) to the second surface 331s2 of the vibrating element 331. For example, the second enclosure 312 may be connected (or coupled) to the peripheral portion of the second surface 331s2 of the vibrating element 331. For example, the second enclosure 312 may be configured to cover the second surface of the sound generating module 330. For example, the second enclosure 312 may be configured to surround the second surface of the sound generating module 330.
[0147] The acoustic device 30 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may further include a coupling element 320. The coupling element 320 may be configured to connect or couple the vibration element 331 and the enclosure 310. For example, the coupling element 320 may be between the peripheral portion of the vibration element 331 and the enclosure 310. The coupling element 320 may include a first coupling element 321 and a second coupling element 322.
[0148] The first coupling element 321 may be between the vibration element 331 and the first enclosure 311. The first coupling element 321 may be between the peripheral portion of the vibration element 331 and a peripheral portion of the first enclosure 311. For example, the peripheral portion of the first enclosure 311 may be connected or coupled to the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331 by the first coupling element 321. For example, the peripheral portion of the first enclosure 311 may be connected or coupled to the peripheral portion of the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331 by the first coupling element 321.
[0149] The second coupling element 322 may be between the vibration element 331 and the second enclosure 312. The second coupling element 322 may be between the peripheral portion of the vibration element 331 and a peripheral portion of the second enclosure 312. For example, the peripheral portion of the second enclosure 312 may be connected or coupled to the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 by the second coupling element 322. For example, the peripheral portion of the second enclosure 312 may be connected or coupled to the peripheral portion of the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 by the second coupling element 322.
[0150] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling element 320 may be configured to minimize or prevent the transmission of vibration from the vibration element 331 to the enclosure 310. The coupling element 320 may include a material characteristic suitable for blocking (or isolating or reducing) vibration. For example, the coupling element 320 may include a material having elasticity. For example, the coupling element 320 may include a material having elasticity for vibration absorption (or impact absorption). The coupling element 320 of an embodiment of the disclosure may be configured in polyurethane materials or polyolefin materials, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the coupling element 320 may include an adhesive and / or a double-sided adhesive and / or a double-sided adhesive tape and / or a double-sided adhesive tape and / or a double-sided foam adhesive tape and / or a double-sided pressure-sensitive foam tape and / or a double-sided cushion and / or a double-sided foam cushion and / or a double-sided adhesive foam cushion and / or a double-sided cushioning adhesive tape, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0151] The coupling element 320 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may be configured to minimize or prevent the transmission of a vibration of the vibrating element 331 to the enclosure 310 and to reduce the reflection of an incident sound wave generated based on a vibration of the vibrating element 331.
[0152] The sound device 30 of one embodiment of the disclosure may include the sound generation module 330 having the bimorph structure, and thus, the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a sound including the low-pitch sound band can be improved. Because the sound device 30 of one embodiment of the disclosure includes the enclosure 310 including the opening part 310o, the air pressure of the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 can be reduced, and thus, a sound band of the low-pitch sound band can expand, thereby improving the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band.
[0153] In the sound device 30 of one embodiment of the disclosure, due to the integrated structure (or a body structure) of the vibration element 331 and the vibration devices 333 and 335, vibration of the vibration element 331 can be transmitted to the vibration element 331 without loss, and thus, a sound pressure level characteristic of a sound generated by the vibration of the vibration element 331 can be improved. Furthermore, in the sound device 30 of one embodiment of the disclosure, because a separate adhesive member or a separate intermediate member for coupling (or adhering) the vibration devices 333 and 335 and the vibration element 331 to each other is omitted, a manufacturing process can be simplified and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
[0154] Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a vibration device of a sound generating module used in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0155] With reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 5, a sound generation module 330 according to one embodiment of the disclosure may include vibration devices 333 and 335. [0156] The vibration generator 1310 may include a piezoelectric material having a piezoelectric property. The vibration generator 1310 may vibrate (or displace, or drive) a vibrating element (or a vehicle interior material) based on vibration (or displacement, or driving) of the piezoelectric material by an electrical signal (or a voice signal, or a sound signal) applied to the piezoelectric material. For example, the vibration generator 1310 may alternately repeat contraction and / or expansion through a piezoelectric action (or piezoelectric property) to vibrate (or displace, or drive). For example, the vibration generator 1310 may be vibrated (or displaced, or driven) in a vertical direction (or a thickness direction) Z while alternately repeating contraction and / or expansion through an inverse piezoelectric effect. For example, the vibration generator 1310 may be vibrated or mechanically displaced (or vibrated or driven) in response to an electrical signal applied from the outside to the piezoelectric material including a piezoelectric ceramic.
[0157] The vibration generator 1310 may be configured as a ceramic-based piezoelectric material capable of implementing a relatively strong vibration, or may be configured as a piezoelectric ceramic having a perovskite-based crystal structure. [0158] The vibration generator 1310 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include a vibration generating part 1311.
[0159] The vibration generating part 1311 may be configured to vibrate by the piezoelectric action based on a drive signal. For example, the vibration generating part 1311 may include a piezoelectric-type vibration part. The vibration generating part 1311 may include a piezoelectric inorganic material and / or a piezoelectric organic material. For example, the vibration generating part 1311 may be a vibrator, a piezoelectric device, a piezoelectric device part, a piezoelectric device layer, a piezoelectric structure, a piezoelectric vibration part, or a piezoelectric vibration layer, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0160] The vibration generating part 1311 of an embodiment of the disclosure may include a vibration part 1311a, a first electrode part 1311b, and a second electrode part 1311c.
[0161] The vibration part 1311a may include a piezoelectric material or an electroactive material exhibiting a piezoelectric effect. For example, the piezoelectric material may have a property wherein, when a pressure or twisting phenomenon is applied to a crystal structure by an external force, a potential difference occurs due to dielectric polarization caused by a relative position change of a positive (+) ion and a negative (-) ion, thus generating vibration by an electric field based on a reverse bias applied thereto. For example, the vibration part 1311a may be a piezoelectric layer, a layer of a piezoelectric material, an electroactive layer, a piezoelectric composite layer, a piezoelectric composite, or a piezoelectric ceramic composite, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0162] The vibration part 1311a may be configured as a ceramic-based material capable of implementing a relatively strong vibration, or may be configured as a piezoelectric ceramic having a perovskite-based crystal structure. The perovskite crystal structure may exhibit a piezoelectric effect and / or an inverse piezoelectric effect, and may be a plate-shaped structure having an orientation or an alignment. The perovskite crystal structure may be represented by a chemical formula "ABO3." In the chemical formula, "A" may contain a divalent metal element, and "B" may contain a trivalent metal element. [0165] The second electrode part 1311c may be arranged at a second surface (or a bottom surface or a back surface) 1311s2 that is opposite to or different from the first surface 1311s1 of the vibration part 1311a. The second electrode part 1311c may have the same size as the vibration part 1311a or may have a size smaller than the vibration part 1311a. For example, the second electrode part 1311c may be configured to have a pattern shape or a line shape corresponding to at least the portion of the second surface 1311s2 of the vibration part 1311a, and may be connected (or in contact) or directly connected (or in contact) to at least the portion of the second surface 1311s2 of the vibration part 1311a.For example, the second electrode part 1311c may have the same shape as the vibration part 1311a, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0166] The first electrode part 1311b and / or the second electrode part 1311c of an embodiment of the disclosure may be formed from a transparent conductor material, a semi-transparent conductor material, or an opaque conductor material. For example, the transparent conductor material or the semi-transparent conductor material may include indium tin oxide (ITO) or indium zinc oxide (IZO), but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The opaque conductor material may include gold (Au), silver (Ag), platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd), molybdenum (Mo), magnesium (Mg), carbon, or silver (Ag) containing a glass frit or the like, or may be made of an alloy thereof, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, to improve an electrical property and / or a vibration characteristic of the vibration part 1311a, each of the first electrode part 1311b and the second electrode part 1311c may contain silver (Ag) having a low resistivity. For example, the carbon may contain carbon black and / or Ketjen black and / or carbon nanotubes and / or a carbon material containing graphite, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0167] The vibration part 1311a can be polarized (or poled) by a specific voltage applied to the first electrode part 1311b and the second electrode part 1311c in an atmosphere of a specific temperature or an atmosphere of a temperature that can be changed from a high temperature to a room temperature, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a polarization direction (or a pole direction) formed in the vibration part 1311a can be formed or aligned (or arranged) from the first electrode part 1311b to the second electrode part 1311c, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the polarization direction (or the pole direction) formed in the vibration part 1311a can be formed or aligned (or arranged) from the second electrode part 1311c to the first electrode part 1311b.
[0168] The vibration part 1311a can alternately and repeatedly contract and / or expand by an inverse piezoelectric effect based on a drive signal applied to the first electrode part 1311b and the second electrode part 1311c from the outside to vibrate it. For example, the vibration part 1311a can be vibrated in a vertical direction (or a thickness direction) and in a planar direction by the signal applied to the first electrode part 1311b and the second electrode part 1311c. The vibration part 1311a can be displaced (or vibrated or driven) by contracting and / or expanding the planar direction, thereby improving a vibration characteristic including sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the vibration generator 1310.
[0169] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a portion of the vibration generating part 1311 may be incorporated (or inserted) into the vibration element 331. For example, the first surface of the vibration generating part 1311 adjacent to the vibration element 331 may be incorporated (or inserted) into a portion of the vibration element 331. For example, one of the first electrode part 1311b and the second electrode part 1311c may be incorporated (or inserted) into the portion of the vibration element 331. For example, the first electrode part 1311b of the first electrode part 1311b and the second electrode part 1311c may be incorporated (or inserted) into the portion of the vibration element 331. For example, the first electrode part 1311b may be incorporated (or inserted) into groove parts 331a and 331b of the vibration element 331.For example, the first electrode part 1311b may be integrated with the vibrating element 331 or the groove parts 331a and 331b of the vibrating element 331 as one body.
[0170] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first electrode part 1311b in the first vibration device 333 may be received (or inserted) into the first groove part 331a of the vibration element 331. Therefore, the first vibration device 333 may be integrated as one body with the vibration element 331 or the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331 through the first electrode part 1311b being received (or inserted) into the vibration element 331 or the first groove part 331a of the vibration element 331. For example, the second electrode part 1311c in the second vibration device 335 may be received (or inserted) into the second groove part 331b of the vibration element 331.Therefore, the second vibration device 335 can be integrated as one body with the vibration element 331 or the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 through the second electrode part 1311c that is received (or inserted) into the vibration element 331 or the second groove part 331b of the vibration element 331. Accordingly, the vibration of the first vibration device 333 and / or the second vibration device 335 can be efficiently transmitted to the vibration element 331 without loss, and a sound characteristic of a sound generated based on vibration of the vibration element 331 can be improved.
[0171] In one embodiment of the disclosure, in a case where the vibration element 331 is configured in a plastic material, the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331 may be coupled to (or deposited on) the first electrode part 1311b at the first vibration device 333 in a semi-cured state and may then be cured, such that the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331 may be integrated or bonded to the first electrode part 1311b at the first vibration device 333 as one body, and the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 may be coupled to (or deposited on) the first electrode part 1311b at the second vibration device 335 in a semi-cured state and may then be cured, such thatThe second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 may be integrated or connected as one body with the first electrode part 1311b in the second vibration device 335, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the portion of the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331 into which the first electrode part 1311b is received (or inserted) in the first vibration device 333 may configure a first groove part 331a of the vibration element 331, and the portion of the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 into which the first electrode part 1311b is received (or inserted) in the second vibration device 335 may configure a second groove part 331b of the vibration element 331.
[0172] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a portion of the vibration part 1311a in the first vibration device 333 may be in contact with or directly in contact with the vibration element 331. For example, a peripheral portion of the vibration part 1311a in the first vibration device 333 may be in contact with or directly in contact with the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331. Therefore, the vibration of the vibration part 1311a in the first vibration device 333 can be efficiently transmitted to the vibration element 331 without loss. A portion of the vibration part 1311a in the second vibration device 335 may be in contact with or directly in contact with the vibration element 331. For example, a peripheral portion of the vibration part 1311a in the second vibration device 335 may be in contact with or directly in contact with the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331.Therefore, the vibration of the vibration part 1311a in the second vibration device 335 can be efficiently transmitted to the vibration element 331 without loss.
[0173] The vibration generator 1310 (or the sound generation module 330 or the vibration devices 333 and 335) of an embodiment of the disclosure may further include a cover member 1313.
[0174] The cover member 1313 may be disposed on the second surface of the vibration generating part 1311, which is opposite to the first surface of the vibration generating part 1311. [0177] The cover member 1313 (or the first and second cover members) may be connected or coupled to the second surface of the vibration generating part 1311 or the second electrode part 1311c through an adhesive layer 1315. For example, the adhesive layer 1315 may be disposed (or interposed) between the cover member 1313 (or the first and second cover members) and the second surface of the vibration generating part 1311. For example, the cover member 1313 (or the first and second cover members) may be connected or coupled to the second surface of the vibration generating part 1311, which includes the second electrode part 1311c, through a thin-film lamination process using the adhesive layer 1315.
[0178] A peripheral portion of the cover member 1313 (or the first cover member) in the first vibration device 333 may be bonded or coupled to the first surface 331s1 of the vibration element 331, such as the vibration generating part 1311, through the adhesive layer 1315. Therefore, the adhesive layer 1315 may surround the vibration generating part 1311 of the first vibration device 333. For example, the vibration generating part 1311 of the first vibration device 333 may be surrounded or completely surrounded by the adhesive layer 1315.
[0179] A peripheral portion of the cover member 1313 (or the second cover member) in the second vibration device 335 may be bonded or coupled to the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331, such as the vibration generating part 1311, through the adhesive layer 1315. Therefore, the adhesive layer 1315 may surround the vibration generating part 1311 of the second vibration device 335. For example, the vibration generating part 1311 of the second vibration device 335 may be surrounded or completely surrounded by the adhesive layer 1315.

The adhesive layer 1315 between the cover member 1313 (or the second cover member) in the second vibration device 335 and the second surface 331s2 of the vibration element 331 may be a second adhesive layer.
[0181] The adhesive layer 1315 (or a first and a second adhesive layer) of an embodiment of the disclosure may include an electrically insulating material that has adhesive properties and can be compressed and decompressed. For example, the adhesive layer 1315 (or a first and a second adhesive layer) may include an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a silicone resin, a urethane resin, a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), an optically cleared adhesive (OCA), or an optically cleared resin (OCR), but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0182] The adhesive layer 1315 (or a first and a second adhesive layer) of another embodiment of the disclosure may contain an insulating adhesive material. For example, the adhesive layer 1315 (or a first and a second adhesive layer) may contain a thermosetting adhesive and / or a light-curing adhesive and / or a thermosetting adhesive (or a thermally bonding adhesive). For example, the adhesive layer 1315 (or a first and a second adhesive layer) may contain the thermosetting adhesive or the thermosetting adhesive. The thermosetting adhesive may be a heat-active type or a thermosetting type. For example, the adhesive layer 1315 (or a first and a second adhesive layer) containing the thermosetting adhesive may be bonded (or adhered) to the vibration element 331 by heat and pressure such that it surrounds the vibration generating part 1311.
[0183] Fig. 6 illustrates a vibration part that is Fig. 5, a further embodiment of the disclosure.
[0184] With reference to Fig. 6, the vibration part 1311a of another embodiment of the disclosure may include a plurality of first sections 1311a1 and a plurality of second sections 1311a2. For example, the plurality of first sections 1311a1 and the plurality of second sections 1311a2 may be arranged alternately and repeatedly in a second direction Y (or a first direction X).

Each of the plurality of second sections 1311a2 may have a second width W2 parallel to the second direction Y (or the first direction X) and may be extended in the first direction X (or the second direction Y). The first width W1 may be the same as or different from the second width W2. For example, the first width W1 may be greater than the second width W2. For example, the first section 1311a1 and the second section 1311a2 may include a line shape or a stripe shape having the same size or different sizes.
[0188] Each of the plurality of second portions 1311a2 may be configured to fill a gap between two adjacent first portions of the plurality of first portions 1311a1. Each of the plurality of second portions 1311a2 may be configured to fill a gap between two adjacent first portions of the plurality of first portions 1311a1 and may thus be connected or attached to side surfaces of the first portion 1311a1 adjacent thereto. For example, the soft element 360 may be configured at or connected to a back surface of the enclosure 310. For example, the soft element 360 may be provided or configured at a back surface of the first enclosure 311. For example, the soft element 360 may be disposed between the enclosure 310 and a vehicle interior material (or a support object). For example, the soft element 360 may be disposed between the first enclosure 311 and a vehicle interior material (or a support object). For example, the support object may be a structure to which the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 is mounted. For example, the soft member 360 may be disposed between the vehicle interior material and the enclosure 310 or the sound device 30 described above with reference to FIG. Fig. 1 or Fig. 2. For example, the soft element 360 may be a coupling element, an intermediate element, or a buffer element, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0213] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the first enclosure 311 may include an inner surface 311i and an outer surface. The inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311 may face a vibration element 331. The outer surface of the first enclosure 311 may be a surface opposite to the inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311. The soft element 360 may be connected to a periphery of an opening portion 310o of the outer surface of the first enclosure 311.
[0214] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may be configured as a material that is different from a connecting member 350. An elasticity (or elastic modulus) of the soft member 360 may be configured as a material that is different from an elasticity (or elastic modulus) of the connecting member 350. For example, the soft member 360 may be configured as a material that has low elasticity. The soft member 360 may be configured as a soft material. For example, the soft member 360 may be ethylene-propylene rubber or urethane rubber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the ethylene-propylene rubber may be ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM), and when a foaming rate is changed to EPDM, the ethylene-propylene rubber may be configured as an EPDM having low elasticity, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the soft member 360 may include a single-sided adhesive tape, a single-sided sponge tape, a single-sided porous tape, a single-sided cushioning tape, a double-sided adhesive tape, a double-sided sponge tape, a double-sided porous tape, or a double-sided cushioning tape, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0215] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may further include a hole 360o (or a second hole, or an opening hole). For example, the soft member 360 may further include a hole 360o connected to the opening part 310o. The hole 360o may be arranged to correspond to the opening part 310o. Accordingly, sound based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be output to a vehicle interior through (or via) the opening part 310o and the hole 360o. The hole 360o may have the same shape as the opening part 310o, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the hole 360o may be an opening part, an opening hole, a slit, a recess, a communication hole, or an intermediate hole, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The soft element 360 according to an embodiment of the disclosure can absorb external impact and thus protect the sound device 30 from the external impact. For example, the soft element 360 can be a porous element, a buffer element, a protective element, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0216] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may be protected by a thin release layer (or a thin protective layer) 361. The thin release layer 361 may be attached to an adhesive surface of the soft member 360. In a case where the sound device 30 including the soft member 360 is mounted to the vehicle interior material (or the support object) 130, the thin release layer 361 may be released (or removed) from the soft member 360.
[0217] The soft member 360 according to an embodiment of the disclosure can absorb external impact and thus prevent damage to the sound generating module 330. Accordingly, the durability and reliability of the sound device 30 can be improved.
[0218] In a further embodiment of the disclosure, the soft element 360 may be configured in the enclosure 310 or may be connected to the connecting element 350 instead of the connecting element 350 described above with reference to Fig. 8. For example, the connecting element 350 and the soft element 360 may be arranged between the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material (or the support object). For example, the connecting element 350 may be connected to the first enclosure 311, and the soft element 360 may be arranged between the connecting element 350 and the vehicle interior material (or the support object).
[0219] Fig. 10 illustrates a sonic device according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a vibration device of a sound generating module used in Fig. 8, an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0220] With reference to Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include an enclosure 310, a sound generation module 330, and a coupling element 320. Descriptions of the enclosure 310, the sound generation module 330, and the coupling element 320 may be substantially the same as the descriptions provided above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 7, and thus like reference numerals refer to like elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0221] The acoustic device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include vibration devices 333 and 335 that include a plurality of vibration generators 333A, 333B, 335A, and 335B.
[0222] A first vibration device 333 of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may include a plurality of vibration generators 333A and 333B. The first vibration device 333 may include a first vibration generator 333A and a second vibration generator 333B. For example, the first vibration generator 333A may be stacked on the second vibration generator 333B.
[0223] The first vibration generator 333A and the second vibration generator 333B of the first vibration device 333 may overlap or stack with each other to be displaced (or driven or vibrated) in the same direction to maximize an amplitude displacement of a vibration element 331. For example, the first vibration generator 333A and the second vibration generator 333B of the first vibration device 333 may have substantially the same size, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the first vibration generator 333A and the second vibration generator 333B of the first vibration device 333 may have substantially the same size within an error range of a manufacturing process, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. Therefore, the first vibration generator 333A and the second vibration generator 333B of the first vibration device 333 can increase or maximize the amplitude displacement of the vibration element 331.
[0224] The first vibration generator 333A of the first vibration device 333 may be substantially the same as the vibration generator 1310 of the first vibration device 333 described above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 7 and thus the repeated descriptions can be omitted.
[0225] The second vibration generator 333B of the first vibration device 333 may be connected (or coupled) to or attached to the cover member 1313 of the first vibration generator 333A.
[0226] In the first vibration device 333, the second vibration generator 333B may include a vibration generating part 1311 including a vibration part 1311a, a first electrode part 1311b, and a second electrode part 1311c. The second vibration device 333B may further include the cover member 1313. The cover member 1313 may be connected (or coupled) to a second surface of the vibration generating part 1311 through an adhesive layer 1315. The vibration generating part 1311, the cover member 1313, and the adhesive layer 1315 of the second vibration generator 333B may be substantially the same as the vibration generating part 1311, the cover member 1313, and the adhesive layer 1315 of the first vibration device 333 described above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 7 and thus the repeated descriptions can be omitted.
[0227] The first vibration device 333 may further include an intermediate member 333M. In the first vibration device 333, the intermediate member 333M may be disposed or connected between the first vibration generator 333A and the second vibration generator 333B. For example, the intermediate member 333M may be disposed or connected between the cover member 1313 of the first vibration generator 333A and a first surface of the second vibration generator 333B. For example, the intermediate member 333M may be connected (or coupled) to the cover member 1313 of the first vibration generator 333A and may be connected (or coupled) to the adhesive layer 1315 and a second electrode part 1311b of the second vibration generator 333B. Therefore, the second vibration generator 333B may be connected (or coupled) to the first vibration generator 333A through the intermediate member 333M.For example, the intermediate element 333M may be an adhesive element or a connecting element, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0228] The first vibration generator 335A and the second vibration generator 335B of the second vibration device 335 may overlap or stack with each other to be displaced (or driven or vibrated) in the same direction to maximize an amplitude displacement of the vibration element 331. For example, the first vibration generator 335A and the second vibration generator 335B of the second vibration device 335 may have substantially the same size, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the first vibration generator 335A and the second vibration generator 335B of the second vibration device 335 may have substantially the same size within a margin of error in a manufacturing process, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. Therefore, the first vibration generator 335A and the second vibration generator 335B of the second vibration device 335 can more strongly increase or maximize the amplitude displacement of the vibration element 331.
[0229] The first vibration generator 335A of the second vibration device 335 may be substantially the same as the vibration generator 1310 of the second vibration device 335 described above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 7 and thus the repeated descriptions can be omitted.
[0230] The second vibration generator 335B of the second vibration device 335 may be connected (or coupled) to or attached to the cover member 1313 of the first vibration generator 335A.
[0231] In the second vibration device 335, the second vibration generator 335B may include a vibration generating part 1311 including a vibration part 1311a, a first electrode part 1311b, and a second electrode part 1311c. The second vibration device 335B may further include the cover member 1313. The cover member 1313 may be connected (or coupled) to a second surface of the vibration generating part 1311 through an adhesive layer 1315. The vibration generating part 1311, the cover member 1313, and the adhesive layer 1315 of the second vibration generator 335B may be substantially the same as the vibration generating part 1311, the cover member 1313, and the adhesive layer 1315 of the second vibration device 335 described above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 7 and thus the repeated descriptions can be omitted.
[0232] The second vibration device 335 may further include an intermediate member 335M. In the second vibration device 335, the intermediate member 335M may be disposed or connected between the first vibration generator 335A and the second vibration generator 335B. For example, the intermediate member 335M may be disposed or connected between the cover member 1313 of the first vibration generator 335A and a first surface of the second vibration generator 335B. For example, the intermediate member 335M may be connected (or coupled) to the cover member 1313 of the first vibration generator 335A and may be connected (or coupled) to the adhesive layer 1315 and a second electrode part 1311b of the second vibration generator 335B. Therefore, the second vibration generator 335B may be connected (or coupled) to the first vibration generator 335A through the intermediate member 335M.For example, the intermediate element 333M may be an adhesive element or a connecting element, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0233] The intermediate member 333M and 335M according to an embodiment of the disclosure may be configured in a material including an adhesive layer having good adhesion or fastening force with respect to each of the first vibration generator 333A and 335A and the second vibration generator 333B and 335B. For example, the intermediate member 333M and 335M may include a foam pad, a double-sided adhesive tape, a double-sided foam adhesive tape, a double-sided pad, a double-sided foam pad, or an adhesive, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, an adhesive layer of the intermediate member 333M and 335M may include epoxy, acrylic, silicone, or urethane, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the adhesive layer of the intermediate member 333M and 335M may contain a urethane-based material (or substance) having a relative elongation characteristic. Accordingly, the vibration loss caused by displacement interference between the first vibration generator 333A and 335A and the second vibration generator 333B and 335B can be reduced or minimized, or each of the first vibration generator 333A and 335A and the second vibration generator 333B and 335B can be freely displaced (or vibrated or driven).
[0234] In another embodiment of the disclosure, each of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may include the plurality of vibration generators 333A, 333B, 335A, and 335B, and thus one of the first vibration device 333 and the second vibration device 335 may be omitted, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0235] The sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may have the same effect as that of the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 9. Furthermore, the sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include the plurality of vibration generators 333A, 333B, 335A, and 335B stacked (or layered or overlapped) such that the vibrators 333 and 335 are vibrated (or displaced or driven) in the same direction, and thus the displacement amount (or a bending force or a driving force) or a displacement amplitude of the vibrating element 331 can be maximized or increased, thereby improving a characteristic of a low-pitched sound band of a sound generated by the vibration of the vibrating element 331.
[0236] Fig. 12 illustrates a sonic device according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
[0237] With reference to Fig. 12, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include an enclosure 310, a sound generation module 330, and a coupling element 320. Descriptions of the enclosure 310, the sound generation module 330, and the coupling element 320 may be substantially the same as the descriptions provided above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 8, and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or given briefly.
[0238] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may further include a connecting element 350. A description of the connecting element 350 may be substantially the same as the descriptions given above with reference to Fig. 8 and thus the repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0239] The connecting element 350 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may be disposed at a rear surface of the enclosure 310. The connecting element 350 may be disposed between the enclosure 310 and a vehicle interior material 130. For example, the connecting element 350 may be disposed between the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the vehicle interior material 130 may be connected or coupled to the enclosure 310 by the connecting element 350. For example, the vehicle interior material 130 may be connected or coupled to a rear surface of the first enclosure 311 by the connecting element 350. Therefore, the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 may be connected or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 by the connecting element 350.
[0240] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting member 350 may include a relatively rigid material (or a hard material) and may thus transmit vibration of a first enclosure 311 based on vibration of a vibration device to a vehicle interior material 130. Accordingly, the vehicle interior material 130 may be vibrated based on vibration transmitted through the connecting member 350 to generate sound. For example, when the connecting member 350 includes the relatively rigid material (or the hard material), the vehicle interior material 130 connected to the connecting member 350 may be a vibration plate for generating (or outputting) sound. For example, when the connecting member 350 includes the relatively stiff material (or the hard material), vibration of the first enclosure 311 can be transmitted more effectively to the vehicle interior material 130.
[0241] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting element 350 may further include a first hole 350o (or a hole). For example, the connecting element 350 may further include the first hole 350o connected to an opening part 310o in the enclosure 310. The first hole 350o may be arranged to correspond to the opening part 310o. The first hole 350o may have the same shape as the opening part 310o, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the first hole 350o may be an opening part, a slot, a recess, a connecting hole, or an intermediate hole, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0242] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the vehicle interior material 130 may further include a second hole 137 (or a hole, or an opening hole, or a through-hole). The second hole 137 (or the hole) may include one or more holes. For example, the second hole 137, which is a hole, may correspond to (or overlap with) the opening part 310o and the first hole 350o. For example, the second hole 137, which is a hole, may have a size greater than or equal to the opening part 310o and the same size as the first hole 350o. For example, the multiple holes may be arranged at the same or different intervals (or distances). The second hole 137 may be arranged to correspond to (or overlap with) the opening part 310o and / or the first hole 350o. For example, the second hole 137 (or the hole) may be incorporated into the opening portion 310o and / or the first hole 350o (or therein). For example, the second hole 137 may be a through hole, an opening part, an opening hole, a slit, a recess, a sound hole, a sound emission hole, or a sound output hole, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0243] In one embodiment of the disclosure, sound generated based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be output to a vehicle interior through the opening part 310o, the first hole 350o, and the second hole 137. Furthermore, the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 may vibrate the vehicle interior material 130 through the connecting member 350 to output sound based on vibration of the vehicle interior material 130 to the vehicle interior.
[0244] Fig. 13 illustrates a sonic device according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
[0245] With reference to Fig. 13, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include an enclosure 310, a sound generation module 330, and a coupling element 320. Descriptions of the enclosure 310, the sound generation module 330, and the coupling element 320 may be substantially the same as the descriptions provided above with reference to Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0246] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may further include a soft element 360. A description of the soft element 360 may be substantially the same as the description above with reference to Fig. 9 and thus the repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0247] The soft element 360 of another embodiment of the disclosure may be disposed at a rear surface of the enclosure 310. The soft element 360 may be disposed between the enclosure 310 and a vehicle interior material 130. For example, the soft element 360 may be disposed between a first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the vehicle interior material 130 may be connected or coupled to the enclosure 310 through the soft element 360. For example, the vehicle interior material 130 may be connected or coupled to a rear surface of the first enclosure 311 through the soft element 360. Therefore, the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 may be connected or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 through the soft element 360.
[0248] The vehicle interior material 130 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include one or more curved portions (or one or more bendable portions) 136. The soft member 360 may be configured to correspond to the one or more curved portions 136. The soft member 360 may contact the one or more curved portions 136. For example, the vehicle interior material 130 may include one or more curved portions 136 that contact the soft member 360. The soft member 360 may contact an entire vibration range of the vehicle interior material 130. The soft member 360 may directly contact an entire vibration range of the vehicle interior material 130. The soft member 360 may directly contact the one or more curved portions 136.
[0249] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may directly contact the one or more curved portions 136 without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium). For example, the soft member 360 may directly contact the entire vibration range of the vehicle interior material 130 without a separate adhesive member or a separate intervening member (or medium). Vibration generated by the sound generation module 330 may be transmitted through the soft member 360 to the entire vibration range of the vehicle interior material 130, including the one or more curved portions 136 and a planar portion.Accordingly, a sound can be generated (or output) based on vibration of the entire vibration range of the vehicle interior material 130, thereby improving sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a sound band including a low-pitched sound band generated by the sound generation module 330.
[0250] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may include a relatively smooth material (or a soft material) for connecting (or coupling) to the vehicle interior material 130, which includes the one or more curved portions 136 and the planar portion. For example, when the one or more curved portions 136 are included in the vibration range of the vehicle interior material 130, the soft member 360 may include the relatively smooth material (or the soft material). For example, the soft member 360 of another embodiment of the disclosure configured in the relatively smooth material (or soft material) may be an expansion member or a soft member.
[0251] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may be configured in a single-sided adhesive tape, a single-sided sponge adhesive tape, a single-sided porous adhesive tape, a single-sided cushioning adhesive tape, a double-sided adhesive tape, a double-sided sponge adhesive tape, a double-sided porous adhesive tape, or a double-sided cushioning adhesive tape, or the like, which are configured in the relatively smooth material (or the soft material), but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The soft member 360 may be filled into the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130, or may be configured to cover or completely cover the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130.
[0252] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may be disposed between the enclosure 310 and the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130. The soft member 360 may be disposed between the first enclosure 311 and the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound device 30 or the first enclosure 311 may be connected or coupled to the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130 through the soft member 360. Accordingly, the soft member 360 may be filled into the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130 or may cover the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130 and thus may absorb external impact, thereby protecting the sound device 30.
[0253] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the soft member 360 may further include a first hole 360o (or a hole). For example, the soft member 360 may further include the first hole 360o connected to the opening part 310o in the sound generation module 330. The first hole 360o may be arranged to correspond to the opening part 310o. The first hole 360o may have the same shape as the opening part 310o, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the first hole 360o may be an opening part, a slit, a recess, a communication hole, or an intermediate hole, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0254] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the vehicle interior material 130 may further include a second hole 137 (or a hole). The second hole 137 (or the hole) may include one or more holes. For example, the second hole 137, which is a hole, may correspond to (or overlap with) the opening part 310o and the first hole 360o. For example, the second hole 137, which is a hole, may have a size greater than or equal to the opening part 310o and the same size as the first hole 360o. The second hole 137 may be arranged to correspond to (or overlap with) the opening part 310o and / or the first hole 360o. For example, the second hole 137 (or the hole) may be incorporated into (or within) the opening part 310o and / or the first hole 360o.For example, the second hole 137 may be an opening part, an opening hole, a slot, or a recess, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0255] In one embodiment of the disclosure, sound generated based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 can be output to a vehicle interior through the opening part 310o, the first hole 360o, and the second hole 137. Further, the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 can vibrate the one or more curved portions 136 in the vehicle interior material 130 through the soft member 360 to output sound to the vehicle interior based on vibration of the vehicle interior material 130. Furthermore, the soft member 360 can absorb external impact and thus protect the sound device 30 from external impact.
[0256] Fig. 14 illustrates a sonic device according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 15 is an exploded perspective view of a sound device used in Fig. 12, of another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates a method of connecting a sound device to a coupling part of another embodiment of the disclosure.
[0257] With reference to Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include an enclosure 310, a sound generation module 330, and a coupling element 320. Descriptions of the enclosure 310, the sound generation module 330, and the coupling element 320 may be substantially the same as the descriptions provided above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 13, and thus like reference numerals refer to like elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0258] In a case where a sound device 30 is bonded to a vehicle interior material 130, the sound device 30 may be bonded to the vehicle interior material 130 by an adhesive. In a case where the sound device 30 is bonded to the vehicle interior material 130 by the adhesive, there may be a problem in which it is difficult to perform revision or replacement when a failure or malfunction of the sound device 30 occurs, and there may be a problem in which damage to the sound device 30 occurs when performing revision or replacement. Accordingly, the inventors of the disclosure have conducted extensive research and experiments to facilitate the revision or replacement of the sound device 30 bonded to the vehicle interior material 130 and prevent damage to the sound device 30.Based on extensive research and experiments, the inventors of the disclosure have invented a sound device in which the reworking or replacement of the sound device 30 bonded to the vehicle interior material 130 is easily performed, and damage to the sound device 30 does not occur when performing reworking or replacement. This will be described below.
[0259] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may further include a coupling part 500.
[0260] The coupling part 500 may be provided or configured between the vehicle interior material 130 and the sound generation module 330. The coupling part 500 may be at a rear surface of an enclosure 310. The coupling part 500 may be between the rear surface of the enclosure 310 and the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the coupling part 500 may be configured to couple the enclosure 310 and the vehicle interior material 130 (or a support object). The coupling part 500 may be configured to couple the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130 (or the support object) to which the enclosure 310 is mounted. For example, the coupling part 500 may be configured to couple a first enclosure 311 to the vehicle interior material 130 (or the support object) to which the first enclosure 311 is mounted. The coupling part 500 may be configured to connect or couple the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 may be connected or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 through the coupling part 500. Sound based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be output to an interior of a vehicle via the coupling part 500. For example, the coupling part 500 may be a coupling means, a coupling structure, a sound guide element, a waveguide, or an acoustic emission element, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0261] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into an opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. The coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. The coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into a hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130. The coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into the opening part 310o and the hole 137 of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hole 137 (or an opening hole) of the vehicle interior material 130 may be connected to the opening part 310o. For example, the coupling part 500 may be configured to be coupled to the first enclosure 311 through the hole 137 (or an opening hole) of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening part 310o.
[0262] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the enclosure 310 may surround both sides (or a vertical direction (or an up / down direction) with respect to a horizontal direction) of the sound generating module 330, and thus an interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 may be minimized. For example, the first enclosure 311 and a second enclosure 312 may surround the two sides (or the vertical direction (or the up / down direction) with respect to the horizontal direction) of the sound generating module 330, and thus a first space (or a first interior space) 313a and a second space (or a second interior space) 313b of the enclosure 310 may be minimized. Accordingly, a thickness of the sound generating module 330 can be reduced, and thus a thickness of the sound device 30 can be reduced.
[0263] The coupling part 500 of an embodiment of the disclosure may further include a hollow part 501. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the interior space 313 through the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 through the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the first space 313a through the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. Sound based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be output to an interior of a vehicle through (or via) the hollow part 501. For example, the hollow portion 501 may be a sound emission port or a sound output port, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0264] The coupling part 500 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may further include a hollow member 502 and a locking member 503.
[0265] The hollow member 502 may include the hollow portion 501. The hollow portion 501 may be connected or coupled to a hole (or a first hole) 137 of the vehicle interior material 130. The hollow member 502 may be connected or coupled to the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and an opening portion 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the hollow member 502 may be connected or coupled to the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening portion 310o of a first enclosure 311. For example, the hollow member 502 may be received or inserted into the opening portion 310o of the first enclosure 311 through the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 through the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130.
[0266] The locking element 503 may be configured to be connected to or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 (or a support object). For example, the locking element 503 may be configured to be connected to or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 (or a support object) equipped with the enclosure 310. The locking element 503 may be connected to or coupled to a periphery of the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130. The locking element 503 may be connected to or coupled to a back surface (or an inner surface) 130s of the vehicle interior material 130 at a periphery of the hole 137 (or a through-hole) of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the locking element 503 may be a latch or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0267] The coupling part 500 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may further include a hook element 504.
[0268] The first enclosure 311 may include an inner surface 311i and an outer surface. The inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311 may face a vibration element 331. The outer surface of the first enclosure 311 may be a surface opposite to the inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311.
[0269] The hook element 504 may be connected to a first side of the hollow element 502. The hook element 504 may be coupled to the inner surface 311i of the enclosure 310 facing the vibration element 331 in the sound generation module 330 or the sound device 30. The hook element 504 may be coupled to the inner surface 311i or an inclined surface 311s of the enclosure 310 in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. The hook element 504 may be received or inserted into the opening portion 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hook element 504 may be received or inserted into the opening portion 310o of the first enclosure 311 through the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the locking element 503 may be connected to a second side of the hollow element 502.The locking element 503 may be coupled to the back surface (or the inner surface) 130s of the vehicle interior material 130 exposed in an interior of a vehicle. For example, the locking element 503 may be coupled to a surface (or the inner surface or the back surface) 130s of the vehicle interior material 130 exposed in the interior of the vehicle.
[0270] The enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may further include a groove portion 311g. For example, the groove portion 311g may be configured at the inner surface 311i in the interior space 313. For example, the groove portion 311g may be configured at a periphery of the opening portion 310o of the inner surface 311i in the interior space 313.
[0271] The hook member 504 may include a sloped surface 504s. For example, the hook member 504 may include the sloped surface 504s based on a shape of the locking member 503. The sloped surface 504s may be configured to correspond to a shape of the locking member 503. The hook member 504 may be configured to correspond to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 or the enclosure 310. For example, the hook member 504 may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 or the enclosure 310. For example, the hook member 504 may be received (or inserted) into the opening part 310o through the vehicle interior material 130 and may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g.For example, the hook member 504 may be received (or inserted) into the opening portion 310o through the vehicle interior material 130 and may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g through a hook coupling scheme. For example, the groove portion 311g and the slope surface 504s may each be a fastening guide surface with the coupling portion 500. For example, the hook member 504 may be a protrusion or a protrusion portion, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the groove portion 311g may be a concave portion, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0272] With reference to Fig. 13, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 through the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 through the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 (an arrow direction) into the interior of the vehicle. For example, the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 may be inserted (or received) into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 and may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311.For example, the hollow member 502 of the coupling part 500 is inserted (or received) into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311, and thus the hook member 504 of the coupling part 500 is pressed (or compressed) toward a center (or an inner side) of the hollow part 501 by a spring force (a horizontal arrow direction), and can then be elastically returned to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 by an elastic restoring force, and can be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, when the coupling part 500 is inserted into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311, the sloped surface 504s of the hook member 504 can facilitate the insertion of the coupling part 500 and the compression of the hook member 504. For example, the hook member 504 may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311.For example, the hook member 504 may be coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 by a hook coupling scheme.
[0273] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 can be connected or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 through the coupling part 500, and thus, the rework or replacement of the sound device 30 connected to the vehicle interior material 130 can be easily performed, thereby preventing damage to the sound generation module 330 when performing the rework or replacement. In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the coupling part 500 is configured, the sound device 30 can be easily attached or mounted to a narrow surface (or space) between the vehicle interior material 130 and a vehicle structure. In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the sound device 30 is coupled or mounted to the vehicle interior material 130 through the coupling part 500, no vibration sound (or no trill sound) needs to occur between the sound device 30 and the vehicle interior material 130, and thus sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the sound device 30 can be improved.
[0274] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may further include a connecting element 350 as shown in Fig. 16 is illustrated.
[0275] With reference to Fig. 16, the connecting element 350 may be between the vehicle interior material 130 and the enclosure 310. The connecting element 350 may be between the vehicle interior material 130 and a first enclosure 311. The connecting element 350 may further include a second hole (or a hole) 350o. For example, the second hole 350o may be between the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and an opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the second hole 350o may be between the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. The second hole 350o may be connected to the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the second hole 350o may be connected to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. The second hole 350o may be arranged to correspond to the opening part 310o.
[0276] The coupling part 500 can be connected or coupled to the enclosure 310 or the sound device 30 through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 (an arrow direction) in the interior of the vehicle. For example, the hollow member 502 can be received into the opening part 310o through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the second hole (or the connecting hole) 350o. For example, the coupling part 500 can be received or inserted into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the second hole 350o of the connecting member 350 in the interior of the vehicle. For example, the hook member 504 of the coupling part 500 can be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311.For example, the hollow member 502 of the coupling part 500 may be inserted (or received) into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 (an arrow direction), and thus the hook member 504 of the coupling part 500 is pressed (or compressed) toward a center (or an inner side) of the hollow part 501 by a spring force, and may then be elastically returned 511 to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 by an elastic restoring force, and may be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hook member 504 may be coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 by a hook coupling scheme.
[0277] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may further comprise, instead of the connecting element 350 shown in Fig. 16, a soft element 360 is included.

For example, the second hole 360o may be between the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the second hole 360o may be between the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. The second hole 360o may be connected to the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the second hole 360o may be connected to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, the second hole 360o may be arranged to correspond to the opening part 310o.
[0279] The coupling part 500 can be connected or coupled to the enclosure 310 or the sound device 30 through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 (an arrow direction) in the interior of the vehicle. For example, the coupling part 500 can be received or inserted into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the second hole 360o of the soft member 360 in the interior of the vehicle.

For example, the coupling portion 500 may be coupled to the protrusion part 315 and may be connected to the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 through the opening part 310o. For example, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the enclosure 310 in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 through the protrusion part 315 and the opening part 310o.
[0298] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 may include a hollow member 502 and a locking member 503.
[0299] The hollow member 502 may include the hollow part 501. The hollow member 502 may be inserted (or received) into the protrusion part 315. The hollow member 502 may be inserted (or received) into the hollow hole 315o of the protrusion part 315. The hollow member 502 may be inserted (or received) into the protrusion part 315 and may be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311.
[0300] The locking element 503 may be connected to the hollow element 502. The locking element 503 may be configured to be coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 (or the support object). For example, the locking element 503 may be configured to be coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 (or the support object) equipped with the enclosure 310. For example, the locking element 503 may be configured to be coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 (or the support object) equipped with the first enclosure 311.
[0301] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the vehicle interior material 130 may include a first surface and a second surface different from (or opposite) the first surface. The first surface may be a surface facing the enclosure 310. A hole 137 may be configured at the first surface and the second surface. For example, the hole 137 may be configured to pass through the first surface and the second surface. For example, the locking member 503 may be configured to pass through the hole 137 and may be configured to be coupled to the second surface (or an interior surface or a back surface) 130s of the vehicle interior material 130.
[0302] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling portion 500 may include a hook element 504.
[0303] The hook member 504 may pass through the vehicle interior material 130 (or the support object) and the protrusion portion 315, and may be received or inserted into the opening portion 310o of the first enclosure 311. The hook member 504 may be connected or coupled to the inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311. The hook member 504 may be connected or coupled to the inner surface 311i of the enclosure 310 in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the hook member 504 may be connected or coupled to the inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311 facing the vibration element 331 in the sound generation module 330. For example, the hook member 504 may be connected or coupled to a groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hook member 504 may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 by a hook coupling scheme.
[0304] With reference to Fig. 14 and Fig. 20, the hook element 504 may be connected to a first side of the hollow element 502. The hook element 504 may be coupled to the inner surface 311i or the groove portion 311g of the enclosure 310 facing the vibration element 331 in the sound generation module 330. The hook element 504 may be coupled to the inner surface 311i or the groove portion 311g of the enclosure 310 in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the locking element 503 may be connected to a second side of the hollow element 502. The locking element 503 may be coupled to a surface (or an inner surface or a back surface) 130s of the vehicle interior material 130 exposed in an interior of a vehicle.
[0305] With reference to Fig. 20, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the protrusion part 315 of the enclosure 310 through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 (an arrow direction). For example, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the protrusion part 315 of the first enclosure 311 through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130.
[0306] With reference to Fig. 21, the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the protrusion part 315 of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hollow element 502 of the coupling part 500 may be inserted (or received) into the hollow part 501 of the protrusion part 315 of the first enclosure 311 (a vertical arrow direction), and thus the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 is pressed (or compressed) toward a center (or an inner side) (a dotted line direction) of the hollow part 501 by a spring force (a horizontal arrow direction), and then may be elastically returned to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 by an elastic restoring force, and may be connected or coupled to the protrusion part 315 of the first enclosure 311.For example, when the coupling part 500 is inserted into the hollow part 501 of the protrusion part 315 of the first enclosure 311, the sloped surface 504s of the hook element 504 may facilitate insertion of the coupling part 500 and compression of the hook element 504. For example, the hook element 504 may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hook element 504 may be coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 through a hook coupling scheme.
[0307] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may be connected or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 through the coupling part 500. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the enclosure 310 may include the protrusion part 315, and thus the coupling part 500 may be easily connected or coupled to the protrusion part 315. Accordingly, a connection process or a coupling process between the vehicle interior material 130 and the sound device 30 can be simplified.
[0308] The sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may further comprise the connecting element 350 and / or the soft element 360 described above with reference to Fig. 16 or Fig. 17. For example, the second hole 350o of the connecting element 350 and / or the third hole 360o of the soft element 360 may be arranged to correspond to the hollow hole 315o of the protrusion part 315 of the enclosure 310. For example, the second hole 350o of the connecting element 350 and / or the third hole 360o of the soft element 360 may be arranged to correspond to the hollow hole 315o of the protrusion part 315.
[0309] Fig. 22 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 23 illustrates a method for connecting a sound device to a coupling part shown in Fig. 22, a further embodiment of the disclosure.
[0310] With reference to Fig. 22 and Fig. 23, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include an enclosure 310 and a sound generation module 330. [0311] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the enclosure 310 may include a protrusion portion 315. A first enclosure 311 may include the protrusion portion 315. The protrusion portion 315 may protrude from a rear surface (or an outer surface) 311r of the first enclosure 311.
[0312] The first enclosure 311 may include an inner surface and an outer surface 311r. The inner surface of the first enclosure 311 may face a vibration element 331. The outer surface 311r of the first enclosure 311 may be a surface opposite to the inner surface of the first enclosure 311. For example, the protrusion portion 315 may protrude from the outer surface 311r of the first enclosure 311. [0313] The sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include a coupling part 500 connected to the vehicle interior material 130.
[0314] The coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the protrusion part 315. Thus, the coupling part 500 may be configured (or integrated) as one body with the protrusion part 315. For example, the coupling part 500 and the protrusion part 315 may be configured by a double injection molding process using different materials, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 and the protrusion part 315 may be configured as one part (or component), thereby realizing an effect of unimaterialization. Descriptions of the coupling part 500 may be substantially the same as the descriptions described above with reference to Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, and thus like reference numerals refer to like elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0315] The coupling part 500 may include a hollow part 501. The hollow part 501 may be connected or coupled to the protrusion part 315. The protrusion part 315 may surround an opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the protrusion part 315 may surround the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. The protrusion part 315 may include an opening hole (or a hollow hole) 315o corresponding to (or connected to) the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to an interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 through the opening hole 315o of the protrusion part 315 and the opening part 310o. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the interior space 313 of the first enclosure 311 through the opening hole 315o of the protrusion part 315 and the opening part 310o.For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 through the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the coupling part 500 may be configured to be connected to the enclosure 310 through the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130, the opening hole 315o of the protrusion part 315, and the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310. The first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 may be connected to the opening part 310o.
[0316] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 may include a hollow member 502 and a locking member 503.
[0317] The hollow member 502 may include the hollow part 501. The hollow member 502 may be inserted (or received) into the protrusion part 315. The hollow member 502 may be inserted (or received) into the opening hole 315o of the protrusion part 315. The hollow member 502 may be inserted (or received) into the opening hole 315o of the protrusion part 315 and may be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311.
[0318] The locking element 503 may be connected to the hollow element 502. The locking element 503 may be configured to be coupled to the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the locking element 503 may be configured to be coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 equipped with the enclosure 310. For example, the locking element 503 may be configured to be coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 equipped with the first enclosure 311. For example, the locking element 503 may be configured to pass through the opening hole 315o of the protrusion part 315 and may be configured to be coupled to the second surface (or an inner surface or a back surface) 130s of the vehicle interior material 130.
[0319] The locking element 503 of an embodiment of the disclosure may be configured as a flexible material, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the locking element 503 may be configured as rubber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0320] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 and the protrusion part 315 may be connected or coupled to the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 through the hollow part 501 (an arrow direction). For example, the locking member 503 may be configured as the flexible material, and thus, a sound generation module 330 or the sound device 30 may be connected or coupled to the first hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 through the movement (or folding and unfolding) (an arrow direction) of the locking member 503.
[0321] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may be connected or coupled to the vehicle interior material 130 through the coupling part 500. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the protrusion part 315 of the enclosure 310 may be configured (or integrated) as one body with the coupling part 500, thus simplifying a connection process or a coupling process between the vehicle interior material 130 and the sound device 30. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the protrusion part 315 and the coupling part 500 may be configured as one part (or component), thereby realizing a unimaterialization effect.
[0322] The sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may further include the connecting element 350 and / or the soft element 360 described above with reference to Fig. 16 or Fig.
[0323] Fig. 24 illustrates a sonic device according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 25 is an exploded perspective view of a sound device used in Fig. 24, of another embodiment of the disclosure. In particular, Fig. 24 and Fig. 25 an embodiment in which a connecting element in the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 14 and Fig. 16. In the descriptions of the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, the further descriptions except for the descriptions of the connecting element can be found in descriptions of the sound device 30, which are described in Fig. 24 and Fig. 25, and thus, like reference numerals refer to like elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted.
[0324] With reference to Fig. 24 and Fig. 25, in the sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure, a connecting member 380 may be provided or configured between the vehicle interior material 130 and a sound generation module 330. The connecting member 380 may be configured between the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the first enclosure 311 may include an inner surface 311i and an outer surface. The inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311 may face the vibration member 331. The outer surface of the first enclosure 311 may be a surface opposite to the inner surface 311i of the first enclosure 311. For example, the connecting member 380 may be connected to the outer surface of the first enclosure 311. The connecting member 380 may be connected to the outer surface of the first enclosure 311.The connecting element 380 may be a coupling element, an intermediate element, a buffer element, or a pad element, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0325] The connecting member 380 may be configured in a material different from that of the first coupling member 321. For example, the connecting member 380 may be configured in a material having an adhesive force different from that of the first coupling member 321. Because the connecting member 380 is configured in a material having an adhesive force different from that of the first coupling member 321, a separation or detachment process (or reworking) of the connecting member 380 from the vehicle interior material 130 can be easily performed in a separation or detachment process (or reworking) of the sound device 30 attached to the vehicle interior material 130.Accordingly, a process of attaching or mounting the sound device 30 to the vehicle interior material 130 or a process of separating or attaching / detaching the sound device 30 from the vehicle interior material 130 can be easily performed.
[0326] The connecting element 380 may be coupled (or attached) to the back surface of the enclosure 310 and may touch (or make surface contact with) a first surface 130s1 of the vehicle interior material 130, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, in a case where the connecting element 380 is coupled (or attached) to the back surface of the enclosure 310 and simply touches (or makes surface contact with) the first surface 130s1 of the vehicle interior material 130, a process of separating or detaching (or reworking) the connecting element 380 from the vehicle interior material 130 can be easily performed without damaging the sound device 30 or the vehicle interior material 130 in a process of separating and detaching (or reworking) the sound device 30 from the vehicle interior material 130.
[0327] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting member 380 may be configured into a single-sided adhesive tape, a single-sided adhesive tape, a single-sided foam tape, a single-sided pressure-sensitive foam tape, a single-sided cushion, a single-sided foam cushion, a single-sided adhesive foam panel, a single-sided cushion member, a single-sided cushioning member, a single-sided cushioning cushion, or a single-sided cushioning adhesive tape, or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the connecting member 380 may include rubber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the rubber may be ethylene propylene diene rubber (or M-grade ethylene propylene diene rubber), ethylene propylene rubber, or urethane rubber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the ethylene-propylene rubber may be ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM), but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a hardness of the EPDM may be in the range of 40 to 90, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a tensile strength of the EPDM may be in the range of 50 kg / cm. 2 up to 200 kg / cm 2 However, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the connecting element 380 may include a highly elastic rubber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0328] In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the connecting member 380 is configured in rubber or the like, when vibration of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 is transmitted to the inner material 130, the loss of the vibration can be prevented or minimized, and thus sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band can be more improved.
[0329] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting element 380 may be configured in a material different from that of the adhesive layer (1315; see Fig. 5) configured in the sound generation module 330. The connecting element 380 may be configured in a material different from that of the coupled element 320 of the sound device 30.
[0330] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting element 380 may further include a hole 380o (or a fourth hole or an opening hole). For example, the connecting element 380 may further include a hole 380o connected to the opening part 310o in the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311.
[0331] The hole 380o may be arranged to correspond to (or overlap) the opening part 310o. The hole 380o may have the same shape as the opening part 310o, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the hole 380o may have the same shape as the opening part 310o and may have a size larger than that of the opening part 310o. Accordingly, sound based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be output to a vehicle interior through (or via) the opening part 310o and the hole 380o. For example, the hole 380o may be an opening part, an opening hole, a slit, a recess, a communication hole, or an intermediate hole, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0332] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the hole 380o may correspond to (or overlap with) the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130. The hole 380o may be between the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening portion 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the hole 380o may be between the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the opening portion 310o of the first enclosure 311. The hole 380o may be connected to the opening portion 310o of the enclosure 310. For example, the hole 380o may be connected to the opening portion 310o of the first enclosure 311. The hole 380o may be arranged to correspond to the opening portion 310o. The hole 380o of the connecting member 380 may have the same size as each of the opening part 310o and the hole 137, or may have a size larger than each of the opening part 310o and the hole 137.Accordingly, a sound based on a vibration of the sound generation module 330 can be output to an interior IS of a vehicle through (or via) the opening part 310o, the hole 380o, and the hole 137.
[0333] A thickness T1 of the connecting element 380 may differ from that of the first coupling element 321 and / or the second coupling element 322. For example, the thickness T1 of the connecting element 380 may be thicker than that of the first coupling element 321 and / or the second coupling element 322. The thickness T1 of the connecting element 380 may be 0.5 mm or more, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the thickness T1 of the connecting element 380 may be in the range of 0.5 mm to 3 mm, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0334] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting element 380 may have a compressive force (or a contraction force) and an elastic restoring force, and may be contracted or compressed by a coupling between the coupling part 500 and the first enclosure 311. A length (or a thickness) of the connecting element 380 may be less than or equal to a length (or a thickness) of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the length (or the thickness) of the connecting element 380 may be less than or equal to a length (or a thickness) of the first enclosure 311.
[0335] The connecting element 380, which in Fig. 25, the initial thickness T1' may have a value prior to compression (or contraction) and may be compressed (or contracted) based on a pressure exerted by the enclosure 310 through a coupling (or connection) between the coupling part 500 and the enclosure 310 to have a deformed thickness (or a compression thickness) T1, which in Fig. 24. For example, when the sound device 30 is connected to the vehicle interior material 130 by the coupling part 500 or the assembly and / or reworking is completed, a thickness of the connecting member 380 can be compressed from the initial thickness T1' to the compression thickness T1, and thus, vibration of the enclosure 310 can be efficiently transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130. For example, when the sound device 30 is separated (or detached) from the vehicle interior material 130 by detaching the coupling part 500, the connecting member 380 can be restored from the deformed thickness (or the compression thickness) T1 to the initial thickness T1' by an elastic restoring force.
[0336] The coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the sound device 30 through the second hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130, the hole 380o of the connecting member 380, and the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 (an arrow direction). For example, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 through the second hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the hole 380o of the connecting member 380 in the vehicle interior. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 through the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 (an arrow direction) in the vehicle interior. For example, the coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into the hole 380o of the connecting member 380 and the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 through the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 in the vehicle interior. For example, the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 may be inserted (or received) into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 and may be connected or coupled to a groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 through a hook coupling scheme.
[0337] Fig. 26 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
[0338] With reference to Fig. 26, the vehicle interior material 130 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include one or more curved portions (or bendable portions) 136. The connecting member 380 may be configured to correspond to the one or more curved portions 136. The connecting member 380 may contact the one or more curved portions 136. The connecting member 380 may directly contact the one or more curved portions 136. For example, the connecting member 380 may directly contact the one or more curved portions 136 without a media or intermediary member.
[0339] The sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 may be connected or coupled to the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130 by the connecting member 380. For example, the connecting member 380 may be disposed between the enclosure 310 and the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the connecting member 380 may be disposed between the first enclosure 311 and the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the first enclosure 311 may be connected or coupled to the one or more curved portions 136 of the vehicle interior material 130 by the connecting member 380.
[0340] A thickness T1 of the connecting element 380 may differ from that of the first coupling element 321 and / or the second coupling element 322. For example, the connecting element 380 may have the thickness T1 that differs from an initial thickness T1' shown in Fig. 25, is compressed (or contracted) by a coupling force between the coupling part 500 and the first enclosure 311. Accordingly, the connecting element 380 can contact the surface of the vehicle interior material 130, which includes one or more curved portions 136, based on the coupling force between the coupling part 500 and the first enclosure 311.
[0341] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a sound based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 may be output to an interior of a vehicle through (or via) the opening part 310o, the hole 380o, and the second hole 137.In addition, vibration of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 based on sound (or a sound pressure level or a sound wave) based on vibration of the sound generation module 330 can be efficiently transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 including the one or more curved portions 136 through the connecting member 380 without vibration loss, and the vehicle interior material 130 including the one or more curved portions 136 can be vibrated for output to an interior of a vehicle based on the vibration of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 transmitted through the connecting member 380, and thus sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band can be more improved.
[0342] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may include the enclosure 310 and the connecting member 380. Accordingly, the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band can be more improved, and the attachment or detachment process of the sound generation module 330 attached to the vehicle interior material 130 can be easily performed by the connecting member 380 configured in a rubber material.
[0343] Fig. 27 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 28 illustrates an interior of a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure. In particular, Fig. 27 and Fig. 28 an embodiment in which at least one hole in the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 26 is additionally configured. In the descriptions of the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 26, the further descriptions except for the descriptions of at least one hole in descriptions of the sound device 30, which in Fig. 27 and Fig. 28, and thus, like reference numerals refer to like elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted.
[0344] With reference to Fig. 27 and Fig. 28, a sonic device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may further include one or more holes 331o.
[0345] The one or more holes 331o may be configured in a vibration element 331. The one or more holes 331o may be configured to pass through the vibration element 331. The one or more holes 331o may be configured to pass through the vibration element 331 in a thickness direction Z of the vibration element 331. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be formed to pass vertically through the vibration element 331 in a thickness direction Z of the vibration element 331.
[0346] A sound generation module 330 of an embodiment of the disclosure may include the vibration element 331 including the one or more holes 331o, and vibration devices 333 and 335 configured at the vibration element 331.
[0347] The one or more holes 331o may be configured to adjust an air flow in an interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the one or more holes 331o may perform a control such that air flows into the interior spaces 313 of the enclosure 310, which are spatially separated from each other by the vibration element 331. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be configured to adjust an air flow between a first space 313a and a second space 313b, which are spatially separated from each other by the vibration element 331 in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be a first hole, a vent hole, an air flow hole, a ventilation hole, a channel hole, a first connection hole, a first communication hole, or a first space connection part, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0348] The one or more holes 331o of an embodiment of the disclosure may be configured in a polygonal shape such as a circular shape, an oval shape, or a square shape, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0349] The one or more holes 331o may be configured to reduce an air pressure of the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be configured to connect the first space 313a and the second space 313b, which are spatially separated from each other by the vibration element 331, in the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first space 313a and the second space 313b of the interior space 313 in the enclosure 310 may be connected (or connect to each other) by the one or more holes 331o. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be configured to reduce an air pressure of the first space 313a of the first enclosure 311 or of the first space 313a provided between the vibration element 331 and the first enclosure 311.Accordingly, a band (a playback band) of a low-pitch sound band can be expanded, and thus the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band can be improved. Furthermore, the sound generation module 330 can be vibrated more stably by the one or more holes 331o in the vibration element 331, and thus the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics can be further improved.
[0350] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the interior space 313 may be between a first surface of the sound generating module 330 and the first enclosure 311 and may be connected to the opening part 310o. The interior space 313 may be connected (or communicate with each other) through the one or more holes 331o. The enclosure 311 may include the second space 313b between the second enclosure 312 and a second surface, opposite the first surface, of the sound generating module 330. The interior space 313 and the second space 313b may be connected (or communicate with each other) through the one or more holes 331o.
[0351] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the one or more holes 331o may be disposed adjacent to the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be disposed at a periphery of each of the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be disposed adjacent to a side surface of each of the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, a distance between the one or more holes 331o and each of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be less than a distance between the one or more holes 331o and a side wall (or side surface) of the enclosure 310.For example, when the one or more holes 331o are arranged at a position farther away from each of the vibrators 333 and 335, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band can be more improved.
[0352] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the one or more holes 331o may be configured in the vibration member 331 adjacent to the vibration devices 333 and 335 with the vibration devices 333 and 335 therebetween. For example, the vibration member 331 may include a first circumferential region adjacent to a first side surface of each of the vibration devices 333 and 335 and a second circumferential region opposite a second side, which is opposite to a first side, of each of the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, with respect to a first direction X, the vibration member 331 may include the first circumferential region, a vibration region, and the second circumferential region. For example, in the vibration member 331, each of the first and second peripheral regions may be a hole region or a non-arrangement region of each of the vibration devices 333 and 335, and the vibration region may be a configuration region (or an arrangement region) of the vibration devices 333 and 335. For example, the one or more holes 331o in each of the first peripheral region and the second peripheral region of the vibration member 331 may be configured to have a symmetrical structure (or a horizontally symmetrical structure or a left / right symmetrical structure) or an asymmetrical structure (or a horizontally asymmetrical structure or a left / right asymmetrical structure) with respect to the vibration devices 333 and 335.
[0353] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the vibration devices 333 and 335 may each include a long side and a short side. A distance (or a separation distance or a shortest distance) between the one or more holes 331o and the short side of the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be a ratio of a length of the short sides of the vibration devices 333 and 335. In one embodiment of the disclosure, a distance between the one or more holes 331o and the vibration devices 333 and 335 may be 60% or less of the short side length of the vibration devices 333 and 335.
[0354] The one or more holes 331o may be arranged closer to the vibrating devices 333 and 335 than a coupling element 320. The coupling element 320 may include a first coupling element 321 and a second coupling element 322. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be arranged closer to the vibrating devices 333 and 335 than the first coupling element 321 and the second coupling element 322. Accordingly, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band may be improved.
[0355] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the one or more holes 331o do not need to overlap with an opening part 310o. For example, the one or more holes 331o may be arranged to be spaced apart from the opening part 310o. Accordingly, sound generated based on vibration (or driving) of each of the vibration devices 333 and 335 in the second space 313b can be output to the first space 313a through the one or more holes 331o, and sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band can be improved.
[0356] Each of the one or more holes 331o of an embodiment of the disclosure may be configured in a polygonal shape such as a circular shape, an oval shape, or a square shape, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0357] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a sound generated based on vibration (or driving) of each of the vibration devices 333 and 335 at a back surface of the vibration element 331 or the second space 313b of the enclosure 310 can be output to the first space 313a through the one or more holes 331o and can be output (or radiated) through the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 and a hollow part 501 of a coupling part 500, and thus sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band can be more improved.
[0358] Fig. Figure 29 illustrates a sonic device according to another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates an embodiment obtained by modifying the enclosure of the sonic device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 28. In the following description, the enclosure is therefore described in detail, the other elements may be substantially the same as the descriptions given above with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 28, and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0359] With reference to Fig. 29, in the sonic device of another embodiment of the disclosure, the enclosure 310 may include a first enclosure 311. For example, the second enclosure 312 in the enclosure 310 described above with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 28, and thus the enclosure 310 may be configured with only the first enclosure 311.
[0360] The enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may be connected to a sound generation module 330 with an interior space 313 therebetween. The enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may be connected to a rear peripheral portion of a vibration element 331 with the interior space 313 therebetween.
[0361] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the vibration element 331 may be configured to cover the interior space 313 of the first enclosure 311. For example, the vibration element 331 may be configured to cover a portion of the interior space 313 of the first enclosure 311. The vibration element 331 may be configured to cover the first space 313a of the first enclosure 311. For example, the vibration element 331 may be configured to cover a portion of the first space 313a of the first enclosure 311.
[0362] In a case where the enclosure 310 is configured with the first enclosure 311, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a sound device 30 can be improved more than in a case where the enclosure 310 is configured with the first enclosure 311 and the second enclosure 312. For example, in a case where the enclosure 310 is configured with the first enclosure 311, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a medium / low pitch sound band, e.g., 2 kHz or less, can be improved more, and a sound reproduction band can be further expanded.
[0363] In another embodiment of the disclosure, because the sound device 30 includes the first enclosure 311 and the connecting member 380, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of each of a low-pitch sound band and a medium-pitch sound band can be more improved, a sound reproduction band can be expanded, and an attachment or detachment process of the sound generation module 330 attached to the vehicle interior material 130 can be easily performed.
[0364] Fig. Figure 30 illustrates a sonic device according to another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates an embodiment in which one or more holes in the sonic device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 29. In the following description, the one or more holes are therefore described in detail, the other elements may be substantially the same as those of the descriptions given above with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 29 and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0365] With reference to Fig. 30, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may further include one or more holes 331o. The one or more holes 331o may be configured at a vibration element 331. A description of the one or more holes 331o may be substantially the same as the description of Fig. 27 and Fig. 28 and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0366] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may include a first enclosure 311 and the one or more holes 331o, or may include the first enclosure 311. When the sound device 30 includes the first enclosure 311 and the one or more holes 331o, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of each of a low-pitch sound band and a mid-pitch sound band can be more improved, and a sound reproduction band can be expanded. When the sound device 30 includes the first enclosure 311, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a mid- / low-pitch sound band can be more improved, and a sound reproduction band can be expanded.
[0367] In another embodiment of the disclosure, because the sound device 30 includes the first enclosure 311 and / or the one or more holes 331o and / or the connecting member 380, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of each of a low-pitch sound band and a medium-pitch sound band can be more improved, a sound reproduction band can be expanded, and an attachment or detachment process of the sound generation module 330 attached to the vehicle interior material 130 can be easily performed.
[0368] Fig. Figure 31 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates an embodiment in which a protective element 410 is used in the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 29 is additionally configured. In the following description, the protective element 410 is therefore described in detail, the other elements may be substantially the same as those of descriptions made above with reference to Fig. 29 and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0369] With reference to Fig. 31, the sound device 30 of an embodiment of the disclosure may further include a protective element 410.
[0370] The protective element 410 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may be arranged at a sound generation module 330. For example, the protective element 410 may cover the sound generation module 330. For example, the protective element 410 may be arranged at a second vibration device 335. For example, the protective element 410 may cover the second vibration device 335.
[0371] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the protective member 410 may be configured in rubber or sponge or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the rubber may be ethylene propylene diene rubber (or M-class ethylene propylene diene rubber), ethylene propylene rubber, or urethane rubber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the protective member 410 may contain rubber or may be configured in ethylene propylene diene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, or urethane rubber. For example, the ethylene propylene rubber may be ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a hardness of the EPDM may be in the range of 40 to 90, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a tensile strength of the EPDM may be in the range of 50 kg / cm 2up to 200 kg / cm 2 However, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a minimum elongation rate of the EPDM may be 200%, however, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a usage temperature of the EPDM may be in the range of -30°C to 110°C, however, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the protective member 410 may be configured in high-elastic rubber or low-elastic rubber, however, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a thickness of the protective member 410 may be in the range of 0.5 mm to 2 mm, however, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0372] In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the protective element 410 is configured in the sound generation module 330, the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band can be further expanded, and the sound device 30 can be protected. For example, the protective element 410 can be a sealing element, an encapsulating element, a buffer element, or an impact absorption element, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0373] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the protective element 410 may be configured in a material different from that of the first coupling element 321. For example, the protective element 410 may be configured in a material having an adhesive force different from that of the first coupling element 321. The protective element 410 may be configured in a material having an adhesive force different from that of the first coupling element 321 and / or the second coupling element 322, and thus the protective element 410 may protect the sound device 30. For example, the protective element 410 may be configured in rubber such as EPDM and thus may amplify a sound pressure level of the low-pitched sound band and may protect the sound device 30.
[0374] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the protective element 410 may be connected or coupled to the vibration element 331 and / or the vibration device 330. The protective element 410 may be connected or coupled to the vibration element 331 and / or the second vibration device 335. For example, the protective element 410 may be configured to protect or secure the vibration element 331 and / or the vibration device 330. The protective element 410 may be secured to the vibration element 331 and / or the second vibration device 335 to protect the vibration element 331 and / or the second vibration device 335.
[0375] The vibration element 331 may include a first surface and a second surface different from (or opposite) the first surface. For example, the enclosure 310 may be connected or coupled to the first surface of the vibration element 331. The protective element 410 may contact the second surface of the vibration element 331 and the second vibration device 335. For example, the protective element 410 may be configured to cover the second surface of the vibration element 331 and the second vibration device 335.
[0376] The protective element 410 may have the same size as the vibration element 331, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the protective element 410 may have a size larger than that of the vibration devices 333 and 335 and smaller than that of the vibration element 331, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0377] In another embodiment of the disclosure, because the sound device 30 includes the first enclosure 311 and / or the connecting member 380 and / or the protecting member 410, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of each of the low-pitch sound band and a medium-pitch sound band can be more improved, a sound reproduction band can be expanded, and the sound device 30 can be protected from an external impact.
[0378] Fig. 32 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates an embodiment in which a protective element 410 is used in the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 30 is additionally configured. In the following description, the protective element is therefore described in detail, the other elements may be substantially the same as those of the descriptions made above with reference to Fig. 30 and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0379] With reference to Fig. 32, a protective element 410 of an embodiment of the disclosure may be arranged at a sound generating module 330. For example, the protective element 410 may cover the sound generating module 330. For example, the protective element 410 may be arranged at a second vibration device 335. For example, the protective element 410 may cover the second vibration device 335. The protective element 410 may be the same or substantially the same as the protective element 410 described above with reference to Fig. 31 and thus the repeated descriptions can be omitted.
[0380] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may further include at least one hole (or a communication hole) 410h in the protective member 410.
[0381] The at least one hole 410h of the protective element 410 may be configured to correspond to one or more holes 331o in the vibration element 331. For example, the at least one hole 410h of the protective element 410 may be connected to one or more holes 331o in the vibration element 331. For example, the at least one hole 410h may be a second hole, a vent hole, an air flow hole, a channel hole, a second connection hole, a second communication hole, or a second space connection portion, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0382] In another embodiment of the disclosure, because the sound device 30 includes a first enclosure 311 and / or the one or more holes 331o and / or the at least one hole 410h of the protection member 410, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of each of the low-pitch sound band and a medium-pitch sound band can be more improved, and a sound reproduction band can be expanded.
[0383] The inventors realized that a sound characteristic is changed based on the structure of the coupling part 500. Therefore, the inventors conducted various research and experiments on the structure of the coupling part 500. Based on the extensive research and experiments, the inventors invented a sound device including the coupling part 500 for improving sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics, and a vehicle device including the sound device. This will be described below.
[0384] Fig. 33 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 34 illustrates a coupling portion of another embodiment of the disclosure. In particular, Fig. 33 and Fig. 34 shows an embodiment obtained by modifying the coupling part 500 in the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 14 to Fig. 32. In the following description, the coupling part 500 is therefore described in detail, the other elements may be substantially the same as those of descriptions made above with reference to Fig. 14 to Fig. 32, and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0385] With reference to Fig. 33 and Fig. 34, in the sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure, descriptions of the coupling part 500 may be substantially the same as the descriptions of Fig. 14 to Fig. 32 and thus similar reference numerals refer to similar elements and repeated descriptions may be omitted or are given briefly below.
[0386] The coupling part 500 may further include a chamfer portion 503a.
[0387] The coupling part 500 may include a hollow part 501 connected to an interior space 313 of an enclosure 310 and including the chamfered portion 503a. The chamfered portion 503a may be configured at the hollow part 501. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the interior space 313 of the enclosure 310 through an opening part 310o of the enclosure 310.
[0388] The vehicle interior material 130 may include a first surface and a second surface different from (or opposite) the first surface. The first surface may be a surface facing the enclosure 310. The vehicle interior material 130 may include a hole 137 configured at the first surface and the second surface. For example, the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 may be configured to pass through the first surface and the second surface. For example, the locking element 503 may pass through the hole (or a through-hole) 137 and may be coupled to the second surface (or an inner surface or a back surface) 130s of the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the locking element 503 may include the chamfer portion 503a. For example, the locking element 503 may overlap with the second surface 130s of the vehicle interior material 130.
[0389] The chamfer portion 503a according to another embodiment of the disclosure may include a non-rectangular shape (or a non-rectangular shape). For example, the chamfer portion 503a may include a curved shape (or a round shape) and / or an inclined surface. For example, the chamfer portion 503a may have a curvature. Sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics may be changed based on a curvature of the chamfer portion 503a. For example, compared to a case where the chamfer portion 503a has a rectangular shape, in a case where the chamfer portion 503a has a non-rectangular shape, it can be seen that a peak and / or a dip in a range from a low-pitch sound band to a high-pitch sound band are improved, thereby improving a balance characteristic of a sound pressure level or a flatness characteristic of a sound pressure level.Furthermore, as the curvature of the chamfer portion 503a increases, a flatness characteristic of a sound pressure level and / or a sound pressure level characteristic in a high-pitch sound band can be further improved. Therefore, according to one embodiment of the disclosure, because the coupling part 500 is configured to have a round shape or a sloped surface, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a low-pitch sound band including a sound of a low-pitch sound band can be improved, and a peak and / or dip in a high-pitch sound band can be improved, thereby improving a balance characteristic of a sound pressure level or a flatness characteristic of a sound pressure level.
[0390] With reference to Fig. 34, the coupling part 500 may include a first lateral portion (or a lower surface) 500a and a second lateral portion (or an upper surface) 500b. The second lateral portion 500b may be opposite to the first lateral portion 500a. For example, the chamfer portion 503a may be configured in a region between the second lateral portion 500b and the hollow part 501. For example, the chamfer portion 503a may be configured in a non-rectangular shape in a region between an inner surface (or an inner surface) of a hollow member 502 and an upper surface of the hook member 503. For example, the hollow part 501 may be connected to the interior space 313 through the opening part 310o of the enclosure 310.
[0391] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the hollow portion 501 may have an "I" shape, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. The hollow portion 501 may have a "I" shape that is parallel to a direction of the short side of the enclosure 310 or a second direction Y, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the hollow portion 501 may have a slot shape that includes a short axis and a longitudinal axis, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the longitudinal axis of the hollow portion 501 may be parallel to the direction of the short side of the enclosure 310 or the second direction Y, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the short axis of the hollow portion 501 may be parallel to a first direction X or a direction of the long side of the enclosure 310, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the hollow portion 501 may have a "*" shape or a "+" shape, as described above with reference to FIG. Fig. 18 and Fig. 19, however, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. A shape of the chamfer portion 503a can be identically applied based on various shapes of the hollow part 501.
[0392] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 may be configured to have a width W. For example, the coupling part 500 may include a locking element 503 having the width W. For example, the locking element 503 may be configured to have the width W. For example, the width W of the locking element 503 may be a length extending from an outer surface (an outer peripheral surface) of the hollow part 501 in a direction (or a first direction X) parallel to the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the width W of the locking element 503 may be a length extending from a lower outer surface of the hollow member 502 in the direction (or the first direction X) parallel to the vehicle interior material 130.The locking element 503, which has the width W, may overlap with the vehicle interior material 130 and / or a connecting element 380 and / or an enclosure 310. For example, the width W of the locking element 503 may be equal to a length of the short side of the hollow part 501. The width W of the locking element 503 or the length of the short side of the hollow part 501 may be 1 mm or more, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the width W of the locking element 503 or the length of the short side of the hollow part 501 may be in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0393] In one embodiment of the disclosure, as a width W of the locking element 503 increases, a sound pressure level can be improved and dust or particles flowing in from the outside can be reduced or minimized. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the width W of the locking element 503 can be 1 mm or more, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the width W of the locking element 503 can be in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0394] In one embodiment of the disclosure, because a width W of the locking member 503 is configured to be 1 mm or more, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a pitch sound band including a sound of a low-pitch sound band can be improved, and a peak and / or a dip in a high-pitch sound band can be improved, thereby improving a balance characteristic of a sound pressure level and / or a flatness characteristic of a sound pressure level. In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the width W of the locking member 503 is configured to be 1 mm or more, dust or particles flowing in from the outside can be reduced or minimized.
[0395] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the coupling part 500 may be configured to have a length L. The length L of the coupling part 500 may be a length that allows the sound device 30 to be provided with the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the length L of the coupling part 500 may be smaller than a sum of thicknesses of the vehicle interior material 130, the connecting element 380, and the enclosure 310. With respect to a thickness direction Z of the vehicle interior material 130, the length L of the coupling part 500 may correspond to a length of the hollow part 501. The length L of the coupling part 500 may correspond to a length between the locking element 503 and the hook element 504.For example, the length L of the coupling part 500 may be a length between an upper surface of the locking element 503 that contacts the inner material 130 and a lower surface of the hook element 504 that contacts the enclosure 310. The length L of the coupling part 500 may be 10 mm or more, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the length L of the coupling part 500 may be in the range of 10 mm to 19 mm, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0396] In another embodiment of the disclosure, the sound device 30 may be configured to include a shape of the coupling part 500 and / or the width W of the coupling part 500 and / or the length L of the coupling part 500, thereby providing the sound device 30 in which sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics are more improved. For example, as a length L of the coupling part 500 decreases, a sound pressure level characteristic may be improved. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the length of the coupling part 500 may be 10 mm or more, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the length L of the coupling part 500 may be in the range of 10 mm to 19 mm, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, when the length L of the coupling part 500 is less than 10 mm, the dip and / or peak of a sound can be improved, but there may be a problem where it is difficult to mount a sound device in a roof panel of a vehicle device. In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the length L of the coupling part 500 is configured to be in the range of 10 mm to 19 mm, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics in a pitch sound band including a sound of a low-pitch sound band can be improved, and a peak and / or dip in a high-pitch sound band can be improved, thereby improving a balance characteristic of a sound pressure level or a flatness characteristic of a sound pressure level.
[0397] The coupling section 500 described above with reference to Fig. 33 and Fig. 34 can be applied to the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 26 to Fig. 32. For example, the coupling portion 500 of the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 26 to Fig. 32, to the coupling section 500 described above with reference to Fig. 33 and Fig. 34. For example, in the descriptions of the sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 26 to Fig. 32, the further descriptions except the descriptions of the coupling section 500 in descriptions of the sound device 30 described in Fig. 33 and Fig. 34, and thus the repeated descriptions may be omitted. For example, the sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include the first enclosure 311 and / or the one or more holes 331o and / or the at least one hole 410h of the protection member 410, and may be configured to include the shape of the coupling part 500 and / or the width W of the coupling part 500 and / or the length L of the coupling part 500, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of each of a low-pitch sound band and a medium-pitch sound band may be more improved, and a sound reproduction band may be more expanded.
[0398] Fig. Figure 35 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates another embodiment of the connecting element 380 described above with reference to Fig. 24. Therefore, in the following description, repeated descriptions of the other elements other than the connecting element 380 are omitted or briefly given below.
[0399] In a case where the connecting element 380 of Fig. 24, the inventors of the disclosure have recognized that sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics are reduced because a peripheral portion of a connecting member 380 is not bonded to or in contact with a vehicle interior material 130. For example, the inventors of the disclosure have recognized that loss of sound (or vibration transmission) occurs due to the peripheral portion of the connecting member 380 not bonded to or in contact with the vehicle interior material 130. Therefore, the inventors of the disclosure have recognized that sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of a low-pitched sound band are reduced. Accordingly, the inventors conducted extensive research and experiments.Based on extensive research and experiments, the inventors of the disclosure have invented a sound device and a vehicle device incorporating it that can more effectively improve the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitched sound band. This is described below.
[0400] With reference to Fig. 35, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may further include a connecting element 380.
[0401] The connecting element 380 may include a first portion and a second portion. The second portion may be a peripheral portion of an enclosure 310. The second portion may be a portion (or a region) between the vehicle interior material 130 and the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310. The first portion may be the further portion other than the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310. For example, the first portion may correspond to a central portion of the enclosure 310 surrounded by the second portion corresponding to the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310.
[0402] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first portion of the connecting element 380 may include an opening hole 380o that is connected to an interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first portion of the connecting element 380 may include an opening hole 380o that is connected to an interior space 313 of a first enclosure 311.
[0403] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may include one or more regions. For example, the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may include a first region A1, a second region A2, and a third region A3.
[0404] The first region A1 may correspond to a central portion of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311. The first region A1 may be in the central portion of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311. The second region A2 may correspond to a peripheral portion surrounding the central portion of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311. The third region A3 may be between the first region A1 and the second region A2. For example, the first portion of the connecting element 380 may be in the first region A1 and the third region A3. For example, the second portion of the connecting element 380 may be in the second region A2.
[0405] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first portion and the second portion of the connecting element 380 may have different thicknesses. For example, the connecting element 380 may include the first portion and the second portion having different thicknesses. In the connecting element 380, a thickness T1 of the first portion may differ from a thickness "T1 + T2" of the second portion. For example, in the connecting element 380, the thickness "T1 + T2" of the second portion may be thicker than the thickness T1 of the first portion. For example, the thickness T1 of the connecting element 380 in the first region A1 may differ from the thickness "T1 + T2" of the connecting element 380 in the second region A2. At least one of the thicknesses of the connecting elements 30 in each of the first and third regions A1 and A3 may differ from the thickness "T1 + T2" of the connecting element 380 in the second region A2.For example, the thickness “T1 + T2” of the connecting element 380 in the second region A2 may be thicker than the thickness T1 of the connecting element 380 in the first region A1.
[0406] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the second portion of the connecting member 380 may have a thickness "T1 + T2," which is thicker than the first portion, and thus the peripheral portion of the connecting member 380 may be connected to or contact with the vehicle interior material 130 without being partially detached (or lifted). Therefore, the peripheral portion of the connecting member 380 may be prevented from being partially detached (or lifted) from the vehicle interior material 130, and vibration in a peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 may be transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 without loss of vibration (or vibration transmission) in the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310. Vibration in the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 may increase a vibration range of the vehicle interior material 130 and thus may more enhance or amplify a sound characteristic of a low-pitched sound band. Therefore, sound generated from vibration of the sound device 30 can be transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 without being lost, and thus sound of the low-pitch sound band can be more enhanced. For example, sound generated from vibration of the sound device 30 can be transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 and the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 through the opening part 310o, and thus the vibration efficiency transmitted from the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130 can be increased, thereby more enhanced sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band.
[0407] The connecting element 380 according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include a first connecting element 381 and a second connecting element 382.
[0408] The first connecting element 381 may be in the first section and the second section. The first connecting element 381 may be connected to the enclosure 310. The first connecting element 381 may be connected to (or attached to) the first enclosure 311. The first connecting element 381 may be connected to (or attached to) a back surface of the first enclosure 311. The first connecting element 381 may be connected to (or attached to) the first to third regions A1, A2, and A3 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first connecting element 381 may be connected to (or attached to) the entire back surface of the first enclosure 311.
[0409] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first connecting element 381 may include an opening hole 380o that is in the first section and is connected to an interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first connecting element 381 may include an opening hole 380o that is in the first section and is connected to the interior space 313 of the first enclosure 311.
[0410] The second connecting element 382 may be in the second section. The second connecting element 382 may be connected to a section of the first connecting element 381. The second connecting element 382 may be on the first connecting element 381 in the second section. For example, the first section may include only the first connecting element 381, the first connecting element 381, and the second connecting element 382. The first connecting element 381 and the second connecting element 382 may be together in the second section. For example, the second section may include all of the first connecting element 381 and the second connecting element 382. For example, the first connecting element 381 and the second connecting element 382 may be together in the second region A2.
[0411] The first portion and the second portion of the connecting element 380 may have different widths (or sizes). In the connecting element 380, a width of the first portion may be smaller than that of the second portion. For example, widths of the connecting element 380 in the first regions A1 and the third regions A3 may be smaller than a width of the connecting element 380 in the second regions A2. Accordingly, the connecting element 380 may include the first portion and the second portion having different sizes (or widths) and different thicknesses.
[0412] The second connecting element 382 may be at a periphery of the first connecting element 381. The second connecting element 382 may be configured to be stacked on the first connecting element 381 in the second section. The second connecting element 382 may be configured to be stacked on the first connecting element 381 in the second region A2. Accordingly, the thickness "T1 + T2" of the second section of the connecting element 380 may be thicker than the thickness T1 of the first section, and thus the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 may be connected to (or contact) the vehicle interior material 130 without being partially detached (or lifted). For example, the second connecting element 382 may be a cushioning element or a padding element, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0413] The first connecting element 381 may be substantially the same as the connecting element 380 described above with reference to Fig. 24, and thus the repeated descriptions may be omitted.
[0414] The second connecting element 382 may include the same material (or substance) as the first connecting element 381, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, one of the first connecting element 381 and the second connecting element 382 may be configured in a material having a relatively high elasticity (or a relatively high elastic modulus). One of the first connecting element 381 and the second connecting element 382 may be a highly elastic rubber, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. One of the first connecting element 381 and the second connecting element 382 may include a material having a relatively high elasticity (or a relatively high elastic modulus) and may be configured in a material having a relatively high tensile strength. For example, one of the first connecting member 381 and the second connecting member 382 may include a rubber material, or may include ethylene propylene diene rubber (or M-class ethylene propylene diene rubber), ethylene propylene rubber, or urethane rubber. For example, the ethylene propylene rubber may be ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a hardness of the EPDM may be in the range of 40 to 90, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a tensile strength of the EPDM may be in the range of 50 kg / cm. 2 up to 200 kg / cm 2However, embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a minimum elongation rate of the EPDM may be 200%, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, a use temperature of the EPDM may be in the range of -30°C to 110°C, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0415] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a coupling element 320 may be configured in a material different from that of the connecting element 380. For example, one of the first connecting element 381 and the second connecting element 382 may be configured in a material having an elasticity (or elastic modulus) greater than that of the coupling element 320.
[0416] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a width of the connecting element 380 in the second section may be greater than a width of the coupling element 320. For example, the width of the connecting element 380 in the second region A2 may be greater than the width of the coupling element 320.
[0417] In one embodiment of the disclosure, each of the first connecting member 381 and the second connecting member 382 of the connecting member 380 may have a compressive force (or a contraction force) and an elastic restoring force, and may be contracted or compressed by a coupling between the coupling part 500 and the first enclosure 311. For example, the first connecting member 381, which is arranged (or interposed) between the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130, may have a first thickness T1 obtained by compression by a pressing force of the first enclosure 311. The second connecting member 382, which is arranged (or interposed) between the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130, may have a second thickness T2 obtained by compression by a pressing force of the first enclosure 311.
[0418] The first thickness T1 of the first connecting element 381 may be the same as or different from the second thickness T2 of the second connecting element 382. The first thickness T1 of the first connecting element 381 and the second thickness T2 of the second connecting element 382 may each be 0.5 mm or more, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the first thickness T1 of the first connecting element 381 and the second thickness T2 of the second connecting element 382 may each be in the range of 0.5 mm to 3 mm, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0419] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may further include an air gap AG in a region between the enclosure 310 and the vehicle interior material 130. For example, the air gap AG may be in a region between the vehicle interior material 130 and the first portion of the connecting element 380 or a region between the first portion and the second portion of the connecting element 380. For example, the air gap AG may be in the third region A3 between the first region A1 and the second region A2 of the enclosure 310. For example, the air gap AG may be in a region between the third region A3 of the enclosure 310 and the vehicle interior material 130.For example, the air gap AG may be provided in the third region A3 between the first region A1 and the second region A2 of the enclosure 310, and thus minimizes separation or interference between vibration of the first region A1 and vibration of the second region A2, thereby increasing a vibration force (or the magnitude of vibration) transmitted from the second region A2 (e.g., the peripheral portion) of the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130. Accordingly, a band (a reproduction band) of a low-pitch sound band can be expanded, and thus sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band can be further improved.
[0420] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting member 380 may be configured to include the first and second portions having different thicknesses, thereby providing the acoustic device 30 in which sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band are more enhanced. In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the second connecting member 382 is configured, a vibration area (or vibration range) of a roof panel of a vehicle device can be expanded when the acoustic device 30 is coupled to the roof panel of the vehicle device, and thus the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band can be more enhanced.
[0421] Fig. 36 illustrates a connection method between the sound device and the coupling part shown in Fig. 35, a further embodiment of the disclosure.
[0422] With reference to Fig. 35 and Fig. 36 of an embodiment of the disclosure, the first connecting element 381 of the connecting element 380 may be connected (or attached) to the back surface (or the first portion and the second portion) of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 such that the hole 380o overlaps (or is connected) to the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311, and the second connecting element 382 of the connecting element 380 may be connected (or attached) to the peripheral portion (or the second portion) of the first connecting element 381.
[0423] The enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may be arranged on the vehicle interior material 130 such that the opening part 310o overlaps (or is connected to) the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130. The coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 through (an arrow direction) the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 in an interior of the vehicle. For example, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 through (an arrow direction) the second hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the hole 380o of the first connecting member 381 in the interior of the vehicle. For example, the coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130, the hole 380o of the first connecting member 381, and the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 in the vehicle interior. For example, the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311. For example, the hook element 504 of the coupling part 500 may be inserted (or received) into the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 and may be connected or coupled to the groove portion 311g of the first enclosure 311 based on a hook coupling scheme.
[0424] Accordingly, the first enclosure 311 may be connected to (or contact with) the vehicle interior material 130 through the first connecting member 381 and the second connecting member 382 and coupled to the coupling part 500, and may vibrate the vehicle interior material 130 to output a sound based on vibration of a vibration device.
[0425] The first connecting member 381 may have an initial thickness T1' before compression (or contraction) and may be compressed (or contracted) to have a deformed thickness (or compression thickness) T1 based on a pressure applied by the enclosure 310 through coupling (or connection) between the coupling part 500 and the enclosure 310. For example, when the coupling part 500 is coupled (or connected) to the enclosure 310, a thickness of the first connecting member 381 may be compressed from the initial thickness T1' to the compression thickness T1 based on a pressure applied by the enclosure 310, and thus, vibration of the first region A1 in the first enclosure 311 may be efficiently transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 through the first portion of the first connecting member 381.For example, when the sound device 30 is separated (or detached) from the vehicle interior material 130 by detaching the coupling part 500, the first connecting member 381 can be restored from the deformed thickness (or the compression thickness) T1 to the initial thickness T1' by an elastic restoring force.
[0426] The second connecting member 382 may have an initial thickness T2' before compression (or contraction) and may be compressed (or contracted) to have a deformed thickness (or a compression thickness) T2 based on a pressure exerted by the enclosure 310 through coupling (or connection) between the coupling part 500 and the enclosure 310.For example, when the coupling part 500 is coupled (or connected) to the enclosure 310, a thickness of the second connecting member 382 can be compressed from the initial thickness T1' to the compression thickness T1 based on pressure exerted by the enclosure 310, and thus, vibration of the second region A2 at the first enclosure 311 can be efficiently transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 through the first connecting member 381 being compressed (or contracted) and the first portion of the second connecting member 381. For example, when the sound device 30 is separated (or detached) from the vehicle interior material 130 by detaching the coupling part 500, the second connecting member 382 can be restored from the deformed thickness (or compression thickness) T2 to the initial thickness T2' by an elastic restoring force.
[0427] The vehicle interior material 130 connected to (or in contact with) the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 can be deformed to include a bendable portion or at least one curved portion based on a coupling (or connection) between the coupling part 500 and the enclosure 310, and thus partial peeling occurring between the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130 can be prevented by the second portion of the connecting member 380 having a relatively thick thickness.Accordingly, vibration at the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 can be transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 without loss of vibration (or vibration transmission) in the peripheral portion of the first enclosure 311, and thus vibration efficiency transmitted from the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130 can increase, thereby further improving sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitched sound band.
[0428] The sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 35 and Fig. 36 may further include the one or more holes 331o described above with reference to Fig. 30 may further include the protective element 410 described above with reference to Fig. 31, or may further include the one or more holes 331o, the protective element 410 and the at least one hole 410h of the protective element 410 described above with reference to Fig. 32, and thus, the repeated descriptions may be omitted. For example, the sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may include the first enclosure 311 and / or the one or more holes 331o and / or the at least one hole 410h of the protection member 410, and may be configured to include the shape of the coupling part 500 and / or the width W of the coupling part 500 and / or the length L of the coupling part 500, sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of each of a low-pitch sound band and a medium-pitch sound band can be more improved, and a sound reproduction band can be more expanded.
[0429] Fig. Figure 37 illustrates a sound device according to another embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates another embodiment of the connecting element 380 described above with reference to Fig. 35 and Fig. 36. Therefore, in the following description, repeated descriptions of the other elements except the connecting element 380 are omitted or can be given briefly below. Descriptions of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 and descriptions of the connecting element 380 described above with reference to Fig. 35 and Fig. 36 can be found in descriptions of Fig. 37 should be included.
[0430] With reference to Fig. 37, a sound device 30 of another embodiment of the disclosure may further include a connecting element 380.
[0431] The connecting element 380 may include a first portion and a second portion. The first portion of the connecting element 380 may include an opening hole 380o connected to an interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first portion of the connecting element 380 may include an opening hole 380o connected to the interior space 313 of the first enclosure 311. The enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may include a first region A1, a second region A2, and a third region A3.
[0432] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first portion and the second portion of the connecting element 380 may have different thicknesses T3 and T4. For example, the connecting element 380 may include the first portion and the second portion having different thicknesses T3 and T4. In the connecting element 380, a thickness T3 of the first portion may differ from a thickness T4 of the second portion. For example, in the connecting element 380, the thickness T4 of the second portion may be thicker than the thickness T3 of the first portion. For example, the thickness T3 of the connecting element 380 in the first region A1 may differ from the thickness T4 of the connecting element 380 in the second region A2. For example, the thickness T4 of the connecting element 380 in the second region A2 may be thicker than the thickness T3 of the connecting element 380 in the first region A1.For example, the connecting element 380 does not have to be arranged in the third region A3 between the first region A1 and the second region A2 or in a section between the first section and the second section.
[0433] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the second portion of the connecting member 380 may have a thickness T4 that is thicker than the first portion, and thus the peripheral portion of the connecting member 380 may be connected to or contact with the vehicle interior material 130 without being partially detached (or lifted). Therefore, sound generated by vibration of the sound device 30 can be transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 without being lost, and thus sound of the low-pitch sound band can be further improved. For example, sound generated by vibration of the sound device 30 can be transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 and the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 through the opening part 310o, and thus the vibration efficiency transmitted from the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130 can be increased, thereby further improving sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band.
[0434] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting element 380 may include a first connecting element 383 and a second connecting element 384.
[0435] The first connecting element 383 may be connected to the enclosure 310. The first connecting element 383 may be in the first section. The first connecting element 383 may be only in the first section of the first section and the second section. The first connecting element 383 may be connected to (or attached to) the first enclosure 311 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first connecting element 383 may be connected to (or attached to) a back surface of the first enclosure 311. The first connecting element 383 may be connected to (or attached to) the back surface of the first enclosure 311 that corresponds to the first section of the first section and the second section. For example, the first connecting element 383 may be connected to (or attached to) a center section (or a rear center section) of the first enclosure 311.For example, the first connecting element 383 may be connected (or attached) to only the first region A1 of the first to third regions A1, A2 and A3 of the enclosure 310.
[0436] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the first connecting element 383 may include an opening hole 380o located in the first section and connected to an interior space 313 of the enclosure 310. For example, the first connecting element 383 may include an opening hole 380o located in the first section and connected to the interior space 313 of the first enclosure 311.
[0437] The second connecting element 384 may be in the second section. The second connecting element 384 may be only in the second section of the first section and the second section and may be spaced from the first connecting element 383. The second connecting element 384 may be in the second section of the first section and the second section to surround the first connecting element 383 with an air gap AG therebetween. The second connecting element 384 may be connected to (or attached to) the second surface A2 of the enclosure 310. For example, the second connecting element 384 may be connected to (or attached to) the back surface of the first enclosure 311 corresponding to the second section of the first section and the second section. For example, the second connecting element 384 may be connected to (or attached to) a peripheral portion (or a rear peripheral portion) of the first enclosure 311.For example, the second connecting element 384 may be connected to (or attached to) only the second region A2 of the first to third regions A1, A2 and A3 of the enclosure 310.
[0438] The first portion and the second portion of the connecting element 380 may have different widths (or sizes). A width of the first portion may be smaller than a width of the second portion. For example, a width of the first connecting element 383 in the first regions A1 may be smaller than a width of the second connecting element 384 in the second regions A2. Accordingly, the first connecting element 383 and the second connecting element 384 may have different sizes (or widths) and different thicknesses.
[0439] Each of the first connecting element 383 and the second connecting element 384 may be a cushioning element or a pad element, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.
[0440] The first connecting element 383 may include the same material (or substance) as the second connecting element 384. Each of the first connecting element 383 and the second connecting element 384 may be a highly elastic rubber or the like, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, each of the first connecting element 383 and the second connecting element 384 may include a rubber material or may be configured in ethylene propylene diene rubber (or M-class ethylene propylene diene rubber), ethylene propylene rubber, or urethane rubber.
[0441] In one embodiment of the disclosure, a width of the connecting element 380 in the second section may be greater than a width of the coupling element 320. For example, a width of the connecting element 380 in the second region A2 may be greater than the width of the coupling element 320.
[0442] In one embodiment of the disclosure, each of the first connecting element 383 and the second connecting element 384 of the connecting element 380 may have a compressive force (or a contraction force) and an elastic restoring force, and may be contracted or compressed by a coupling between the coupling part 500 and the first enclosure 311. For example, the first connecting element 383, which is arranged (or interposed) between the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130, may have a first thickness (or a third thickness) T3 obtained by compression by a pressing force of the first enclosure 311.The second connecting member 384 disposed (or interposed) between the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130 may have a second thickness (or a fourth thickness) T4 obtained by compression by a pressing force of the first enclosure 311.
[0443] The first thickness T3 of the first connecting element 383 may be different from the second thickness T4 of the second connecting element 382. The first thickness T3 of the first connecting element 383 and the second thickness T4 of the second connecting element 384 may each be 0.5 mm or more, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the first thickness T3 of the first connecting element 383 and the second thickness T4 of the second connecting element 384 may each be in the range of 0.5 mm to 3 mm, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, the first thickness T3 of the first connecting element 383 and the second thickness T4 of the second connecting element 384 may have different thicknesses in the range of 0.5 mm to 3 mm. For example, the second thickness T4 of the second connecting element 384 may be in the range of 0.5 mm to 3 mm thicker than the first thickness T3 of the first connecting element 383.
[0444] The sound device 30 according to another embodiment of the disclosure may further include an air gap AG. For example, the air gap AG may be in a region between the second region A2 of the enclosure 310 and the vehicle interior material 130.For example, the air gap AG may be provided in the third region A3 between the first region A1 and the second region A2 of the enclosure 310, and thus minimizes separation or interference between vibration of the first region A1 and vibration of the second region A2, thereby increasing a vibration force (or the magnitude of vibration) transmitted from the second region A2 (e.g., the peripheral portion) of the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130. Accordingly, a band (a reproduction band) of a low-pitch sound band can be expanded, and thus sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band can be further improved.
[0445] In one embodiment of the disclosure, the connecting member 380 may be configured to include the first and second connecting members 383 and 384 having different thicknesses T3 and T4, thereby providing the acoustic device 30 in which sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band are more improved. In one embodiment of the disclosure, because the second connecting member 384 is configured, a vibration area (or vibration range) of a roof panel of a vehicle device can be expanded when the acoustic device 30 is coupled to the roof panel of the vehicle device, and thus the sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitch sound band can be more improved.
[0446] Fig. 38 illustrates a connection method between the sound device and the coupling part shown in Fig. 37, a further embodiment of the disclosure.
[0447] With reference to Fig. 37 and Fig. 38 of an embodiment of the disclosure, the first connecting element 383 of the connecting element 380 may be connected (or attached) to the central portion (or the first portion) of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 such that the hole 380o overlaps (or is connected) to the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311, and the second connecting element 384 of the connecting element 380 may be connected (or attached) to the peripheral portion (or the second portion) of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311.
[0448] The enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 may be arranged on the vehicle interior material 130 such that the opening part 310o overlaps (or is connected to) the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130. The coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 through (an arrow direction) the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 in an interior space (or an inner space) of the vehicle. For example, the coupling part 500 may be connected or coupled to the sound device 30 or the enclosure 310 through (an arrow direction) the second hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130 and the hole 380o of the first connecting member 383 in the interior space of the vehicle. For example, the coupling part 500 may be received or inserted into the hole 137 of the vehicle interior material 130, the hole 380o of the first connecting member 383, and the opening part 310o of the first enclosure 311 in the interior of the vehicle.
[0449] Accordingly, the first enclosure 311 may be connected to (or contact with) the interior material 130 through the first connecting member 383 and the second connecting member 384 and may couple to the coupling part 500, and may vibrate the vehicle interior material 130 to output a sound based on vibration of a vibration device.
[0450] The first connecting member 383 may have an initial thickness T3' before compression (or contraction) and may be compressed (or contracted) to have a deformed thickness (or compression thickness) T3 based on a pressure applied by the enclosure 310 through coupling (or connection) between the coupling part 500 and the enclosure 310. For example, when the coupling part 500 is coupled (or connected) to the enclosure 310, a thickness of the first connecting member 383 may be compressed from the initial thickness T3' to the compression thickness T3 based on a pressure applied by the enclosure 310, and thus, vibration of the first region A1 in the first enclosure 311 may be efficiently transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 through the first connecting member 381.For example, when the sound device 30 is separated (or detached) from the vehicle interior material 130 by detaching the coupling part 500, the first connecting member 383 can be restored from the deformed thickness (or the compression thickness) T3 to the initial thickness T3' by an elastic restoring force.
[0451] The second connecting member 384 may have an initial thickness T4' before compression (or contraction) and may be compressed (or contracted) to have a deformed thickness (or compression thickness) T4 based on a pressure applied by the enclosure 310 through coupling (or connection) between the coupling part 500 and the enclosure 310. For example, when the coupling part 500 is coupled (or connected) to the enclosure 310, a thickness of the second connecting member 384 may be compressed from the initial thickness T4' to the compression thickness T4 based on a pressure applied by the enclosure 310, and thus, vibration of the second region A2 at the first enclosure 311 may be efficiently transmitted to the inner material 130 through the second connecting member 384 being compressed (or contracted). For example, when the sound device 30 is separated (or detached) from the vehicle interior material 130 by detaching the coupling part 500, the second connecting member 384 can be restored from the deformed thickness (or the compression thickness) T4 to the initial thickness T4' by an elastic restoring force.
[0452] The vehicle interior material 130 connected to (or in contact with) the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 can be deformed to include a bendable portion or at least one curved portion based on a coupling (or connection) between the coupling part 500 and the enclosure 310, and thus partial peeling occurring between the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 and the vehicle interior material 130 can be prevented by the second connecting member 384 having a relatively thick thickness.Accordingly, vibration in the peripheral portion of the enclosure 310 or the first enclosure 311 can be transmitted to the vehicle interior material 130 without the loss of vibration (or vibration transmission) in the peripheral portion of the first enclosure 311, and thus the vibration efficiency transmitted from the enclosure 310 to the vehicle interior material 130 can increase, thereby more improving sound characteristics and / or sound pressure level characteristics of the low-pitched sound band.
[0453] The sound device 30 described above with reference to Fig. 37 and Fig. 38 may further include the one or more holes 331o described above with reference to Fig.
[0454] Fig. 39 illustrates a vibration device according to an embodiment of the disclosure and illustrates an embodiment in which at least one hole 410h is a signal supply element in the sound generating module of the sound device described above with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 38 is additionally configured. The signal supplying element 1320 may be electrically connected to the first electrode part 1311b and the second electrode part 1311c of the vibration part 1311a.
[0457] In each of the first and second vibration devices 333 and 335, a portion of the signal supplying member 1320 may be housed (or inserted) between the cover member 1313 and the vibration member 331. An end portion (or a distal end portion or side) 1320e of the signal supplying member 1320 may be arranged or inserted (or housed) between an edge portion (or a peripheral portion) of the cover member 1313 and the vibration member 331. A portion between the one edge portion of the cover member 1313 and the vibration member 331 may house or vertically (or up and down) cover the end portion 1320e of the signal supplying member 1320. Accordingly, the signal supplying member 1320 may be integrated (or configured) as one body with the vibration generating part 1311.Therefore, the sound generation module 330 or the first and second vibration devices 333 and 335 may be implemented in a thin film type integrated with the signal supply element 1320. For example, the signal supply element 1320 may be configured as a part (or component) with the vibration generation part 1311, thereby realizing a unimaterialization effect. For example, the signal supply element 1320 may be configured as a signal cable, a flexible cable, a flexible printed circuit cable, a flexible flat cable, a single-sided flexible printed circuit, a single-sided flexible printed circuit board, a flexible multilayer printed circuit, or a flexible multilayer printed circuit board, but embodiments of the disclosure are not limited thereto.

For example, each of the first signal line 1321 and the second signal line 1322 may be individually curved or bent.
[0460] The first signal line 1321 may be electrically connected to the first electrode part 1311b of the vibration generating part 1311. For example, the first signal line 1321 may be electrically connected to at least a portion of the first electrode part 1311b of the vibration generating part 1311 at the one edge portion of the cover member 1313, or may be electrically and directly connected. For example, the first signal line 1321 may be directly connected to or in direct co...
