Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to an earthing device for simultaneously earthing several overhead power lines. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for simultaneously earthing several overhead power lines using an earthing device.
[0002] It is known from the prior art that overhead power lines must be grounded when work needs to be carried out in their vicinity, for example, repairs. For this purpose, the respective overhead line is typically grounded via a grounding conductor to ensure that the line is de-energized while work is being performed. Typically, the technician must connect the overhead line to a phase clamp. The grounding conductor is attached to the phase clamp and is also connected to a grounding terminal, thus ensuring proper grounding.
[0003] In the vicinity of overhead power line pylons, particularly high-voltage pylons, multiple overhead lines, also known as bundled lines, are typically used. Working in the vicinity of these pylons increases the effort required to ground these multiple lines, as each one must be grounded separately. Previously, the technician had to attach a corresponding phase clamp to each individual overhead line. The grounding conductors leading from these phase clamps were either connected to earth using separate grounding clamps or first joined together and then connected to earth via a single grounding clamp.
[0004] In any case, the time required to ground the overhead power lines was high, which entailed high costs.
[0005] From DE 10 2021 131 613 A1, a device for the simultaneous grounding of several overhead lines is known, in which a frame is provided to which several clamps are firmly attached. Fastening devices associated with the clamps can be pivoted via a spindle mechanism to clamp the overhead lines.
[0006] The purpose of the invention is to reduce the effort required to ground multiple overhead power lines.
[0007] The problem is solved according to the invention by an earthing device for the simultaneous earthing of several overhead lines. The earthing device has a mounting frame with multiple receptacles for several overhead lines. The earthing device also has an earthing connection for an earthing conductor, for example, an earthing cable. The earthing device has a clamping plate that is movably mounted relative to the mounting frame in order to clamp several overhead lines, which are held in the receptacles, between the clamping plate and the mounting frame simultaneously.
[0008] The basic idea of the invention is to provide a grounding device with multiple terminals for overhead power lines, enabling the simultaneous grounding of more than one line. The grounding device thus functions as a central hub. This reduces the workload for the installer when grounding multiple overhead lines, as each line does not need to be grounded separately. In particular, the grounding device eliminates the need to clamp each line individually. Due to its multiple terminals, the grounding device can be used to ground several overhead lines simultaneously, further reducing the workload.
[0009] Specifically, four mounting points are provided, arranged in a 2x2 grid, i.e., at the corners of a rectangle when viewed from the front of the grounding device. For example, the mounting points are spaced 400 mm apart both horizontally and vertically. Therefore, when viewed from the front of the grounding device, the mounting points are located at the corners of a square.
[0010] At least the mounting frame with the receptacles can be made of an electrically conductive material, such as metal. Therefore, the overhead lines can be coupled to the mounting frame both mechanically and electrically, namely via the receptacles.
[0011] The clamping plate simultaneously clamps the multiple overhead lines held in the mounting brackets, thus securing the grounding device to the multiple lines. The clamping plate can therefore secure the multiple overhead lines within the mounting frame, specifically in the mounting brackets. This means that with this grounding device, only one clamping operation is required to connect multiple overhead lines simultaneously, thereby reducing the effort required for grounding multiple lines.
[0012] The terminal block can also be made of a conductive material, such as a metal.
[0013] The mounting frame can be designed in at least two parts, with the clamping plate being movably mounted between these two parts. The mounting frame parts thus also serve as a guide for the movable clamping plate. Furthermore, this design reduces the overall weight of the mounting frame, particularly compared to a mounting frame made from a single piece of material in which the clamping plate is mounted.
[0014] The mounting frame, and in particular its components, can also have several recesses. This makes the mounting frame lighter. At the same time, the mounting frame offers less surface area for wind to act upon. This improves the handling of the entire grounding device, especially for work at height, as is the case with overhead power lines.
[0015] Another aspect is that the grounding device has a drive element coupled to the clamping plate. Specifically, the drive element comprises a threaded spindle. The clamping plate can be moved relative to the mounting frame via the drive element. In simple terms, this is achieved by rotating the drive element, which moves the clamping plate laterally with respect to the mounting frame. For this purpose, the drive element includes a threaded spindle rigidly connected to the clamping plate, with the threaded spindle guided in an outer tube with an internal thread, which is rotated accordingly to achieve the lateral movement of the clamping plate.
[0016] The clamping plate can have several clamping arms that correspond to the receptacles of the mounting frame, allowing the overhead lines to be clamped securely in the receptacles. In other words, the clamping arms act on the overhead lines held in the receptacles to achieve clamping. The overhead lines can be placed in the receptacles of the mounting frame, for example, by placing the mounting frame onto the overhead lines. The grounding device is then fixed to the overhead lines via the clamping plate, which is moved relative to the mounting frame. This causes the clamping arms to move towards the receptacles, clamping the overhead lines in place. The grounding device is then simultaneously connected (mechanically and electrically) to all overhead lines held in the receptacles of the grounding device. The grounding device is then clamped to the multiple overhead lines, making simultaneous grounding of the multiple overhead lines possible.
[0017] The multiple clamping arms can extend laterally from a base section of the clamping plate, with each clamping arm connected to the base section via a solid-state joint. This results in the lightest possible design of the grounding device. The base section of the clamping plate is a central section from which the clamping arms extend laterally to interact with the receptacles of the mounting frame. Therefore, the base section can be made narrow, thus reducing the weight.
[0018] The clamping plate can therefore essentially have a double-T beam shape. This results in a clamping plate design that is as weight-saving as possible yet still stable.
[0019] Another aspect is that the mounting brackets are essentially V-shaped. This allows the mounting frame to be easily coupled to the overhead lines, as the V-shape makes it easier to insert the lines into the brackets. The widening of the V-shaped brackets towards the free end ensures that the overhead lines can be easily accommodated.
[0020] Another aspect is the design of the grounding connection on the mounting frame. This grounding connection can be coupled to a grounding conductor, particularly a grounding cable, to ground the entire grounding device. Since the multiple overhead lines are clamped to the grounding device, they can all be grounded simultaneously via the grounding connection and the attached grounding conductor.
[0021] The problem is further solved according to the invention by a method for simultaneously grounding several overhead lines using a grounding device of the aforementioned type. The grounding device is moved relative to the overhead lines in such a way that the overhead lines are received into the receptacles of the support frame. This results in the coupling of the several overhead lines with the grounding device in order to ground them accordingly. Therefore, it is only necessary to move the single grounding device relative to the several overhead lines to ground them simultaneously.
[0022] One aspect involves moving a clamping plate relative to the mounting frame, thus clamping the grounding device to the overhead lines held in the frame's receptacles. This results in the grounding device being clamped to multiple overhead lines. Since only the single clamping plate needs to be moved relative to the mounting frame to clamp the multiple overhead lines, the effort required is reduced compared to attaching multiple clamps to each individual line.
[0023] In particular, the grounding device is inserted from above relative to the multiple overhead lines, so that the grounding device is routed between two pairs of overhead lines into a connection area between several overhead lines. The connection area is defined by the overhead lines, which span a rectangular area between them, specifically a cube-shaped area whose base is a square with side lengths of 400 mm. In other words, adjacent overhead lines are spaced 400 mm apart both vertically and horizontally.
[0024] Once the earthing device has reached the connection area, it can be rotated 90 degrees around its longitudinal axis so that the receivers are assigned to the multiple overhead lines, i.e., the opening of the receivers points towards the overhead lines.
[0025] The grounding device, in particular the mounting frame, can then be moved relative to the mounting brackets so that the brackets accommodate the overhead lines. This is easily achieved by lowering the grounding device, as the mounting brackets have their openings facing downwards. In other words, the mounting frame is placed onto the overhead lines via its mounting brackets, so that the lines are held in the brackets.
[0026] In principle, the mounts can also be arranged on a base section of the mounting frame via solid-state joints, resulting in a relative mobility of the individual mounts, for example to compensate for tolerances.
[0027] Once the overhead lines are in the holders, the clamping plate is moved relative to the holding frame, causing the clamping arms to secure the overhead lines in the holders, so that the grounding device is clamped to the multiple overhead lines.
[0028] Further advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description and the drawings, to which reference is made. The drawings show: - Fig. 1 a perspective view of the grounding device according to the invention, - Fig. 2 a sectional view of the grounding device Fig. 1, - Fig. 3 an overview of the assembly process of the earthing device according to the invention on several overhead lines.
[0029] In Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 shows an earthing device 10 which can be used for the simultaneous earthing of several overhead lines 12. The several overhead lines 12 are, for example, bundled lines in the area of an overhead line pylon, in particular a high-voltage overhead line pylon.
[0030] The grounding device 10 comprises a mounting frame 14, which in the illustrated embodiment has a first mounting frame part 16 and a second mounting frame part 18, which are identical in design. The mounting frame parts 16, 18 are essentially plate-shaped and spaced apart from each other, so that a space is formed between the two mounting frame parts 16, 18.
[0031] The space contains a clamping plate 20 which is movably mounted, in particular relative to the holding frame 14, i.e. the holding frame parts 16, 18.
[0032] The clamping plate 20 is coupled to a drive element 22, which, for example, comprises a threaded spindle 24 and a tube 26 with an internal thread in which the threaded spindle 24 is mounted, as shown in particular from Fig. 2 emerges. The threaded spindle 24 is also firmly connected to the clamping plate 20, for example via a T-shaped coupling 27.
[0033] The tube 26 has an axial bearing 28 on the support frame 14. Therefore, rotating the tube 26 causes the threaded spindle 24 to move translationally in the axial direction, i.e., translationally along the axis of rotation of the drive element 22, as will be explained in detail below.
[0034] From the Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 further shows that the mounting frame 14 has several receptacles 30 for the overhead lines 12, the receptacles 30 being V-shaped. The receptacles 30 are arranged in a 2x2 grid, i.e., at the vertices of a rectangle in the front view of the grounding device 10. For example, the receptacles 30 have a distance d of 400 mm from each other in both the horizontal and vertical directions.
[0035] In addition, the mounts 30 are each coupled to a base section 34 of the holding frame 14 via a solid body joint 32, so that the mounts 30 can be moved relative to the base section 34 to compensate for tolerances.
[0036] As explained above, the retaining frame 14 has two retaining frame parts 16, 18 which are identical, such that each of the two retaining frame parts 14, 16 has receptacles 30, solid hinges 32 and a base section 34. This is particularly evident from a comparison of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 clearly, since in Fig. 2. The retaining frame part 18 is not shown, which is in Fig. 1 is shown in the foreground.
[0037] Out of Fig. Figure 2 also shows that the clamping plate 20, arranged between the two support frame parts 16, 18, has a central base section 36 that extends in the axial direction of the grounding device 10. Clamping arms 38 project laterally from the base section 36 at opposite ends of the clamping plate 20, each of which is connected to the base section 36 via solid-state joints 40. In this respect, the clamping plate 20 essentially has a double-T beam shape, which results in a low weight.
[0038] Furthermore, the earthing device 10 includes an earthing connection 42 to which an earthing conductor (not shown), for example an earthing cable, can be connected in order to earth the overhead lines 12 via the earthing device 10. The earthing connection 42 can be formed on the mounting frame 14, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is shown, in particular on one of the retaining frame parts 16, 18 or on both retaining frame parts 16, 18.
[0039] In Fig. Figure 3 shows in five steps how the earthing device 10 is coupled to the multiple overhead lines 12 in order to be able to earth the multiple overhead lines 12 simultaneously.
[0040] In a first step, the grounding device 10 is positioned above a connection area 44, which is defined between the several overhead lines 12, in this case four overhead lines 12. The four overhead lines 12 are each spaced 400 mm apart, so that the connection area 44 is a cube with a square base. As explained above, the receptacles 30 of the mounting frame 14 are also spaced 400 mm apart, both horizontally and vertically. Therefore, the receptacles 30 of the mounting frame 14 are aligned with the position of the overhead lines 12.
[0041] In a second step, the earthing device 10 is introduced into the connection area 44 by lowering the earthing device 10 from above, so that the retaining frame 14 and the clamping plate 20 are at least partially located in the connection area 44, which is defined by the several overhead lines 12.
[0042] In a third step, the earthing device 10 is rotated, in particular by 90 degrees, so that, for example, the laterally projecting clamping arms 38 extend in a direction that is orthogonal to the propagation direction of the overhead lines 12.
[0043] In a fourth step, the grounding device 10 is lowered further so that the overhead lines 12 are inserted into the receptacles 30. As described above, the receptacles 30 are V-shaped, with the openings of the receptacles 30 facing the overhead lines 12, allowing for easy insertion of the overhead lines 12. As the grounding device 10 is lowered, the overhead lines 12 then slide along the V-shaped receptacles 30 into the bend of the V-shaped receptacles 30. In other words, in the fourth step, the retaining frame 14 is placed onto the overhead lines 12 via the receptacles 30.
[0044] In a fifth step, the drive element 22 is actuated to move the clamping plate 20 relative to the support frame 14, thereby clamping the overhead lines 12 between the clamping arms 38 and the receptacles 30. Specifically, the drive element 22 is rotated, as symbolized by arrow D. Due to the axial bearing 28 and the threaded spindle 26 housed in the tube 26, the rotational movement of the tube 26 is transmitted as a translational movement of the clamping plate 20, as indicated by arrow A. Actuating the drive element 22 thus moves the clamping plate 20, in particular pulling it upwards, so that the clamping arms 38 press the overhead lines 12 into the receptacles 30 and secure them there. This establishes both the mechanical and electrical connection between the grounding device 10 and the overhead lines 12.
[0045] After the earthing device 10 was previously earthed via the earthing conductor (not shown here), which is attached to the earthing terminal 42, the overhead lines 12 now coupled to the earthing device 10 are also earthed.
[0046] The effort required to ground several overhead lines 12 is therefore reduced, since only one grounding device 10 needs to be used to ground several overhead lines 12 simultaneously, in particular four overhead lines 12, as is the case in the embodiment shown.
[0047] In principle, the design of the earthing device 10 shown in the figures can also be used to earth three or two overhead lines 12 simultaneously, whereby one or two of the receivers 30 would then not be occupied.
