Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of zippers, in particular to an extendable locking pull and a slider containing the extendable locking pull. STATE OF THE ART

[0002] Currently, most suitcases are equipped with a combination lock and a zipper for opening and closing the suitcase. A locking head is attached to a pull tab of the zipper. The combination of the locking head and the combination lock locks the suitcase, improving its security during use.

[0003] In addition, some suitcases have an expansion function. If fewer items are being placed in a suitcase, the expansion function is not necessary. The first distance is the vertical distance between the main body of the zipper slider for opening and closing the suitcase and the combination lock. If more items need to be placed in the suitcase, the expansion function must be used to increase the internal storage space of the suitcase. The second distance is the vertical distance between the main body of the zipper slider for opening and closing the suitcase and the combination lock.Generally, the first pitch of the suitcase in a non-expanded state is smaller than the second pitch of the suitcase in an expanded state, which requires that a position of the locking head in a longitudinal direction of the pull piece be variable to accommodate the connection between the locking head and the combination lock simultaneously at the first pitch and the second pitch. However, in prior art zippers, the locking head is usually integrally formed at an outer end of the pull piece, so that the position of the locking head in the longitudinal direction of the pull piece is clearly fixed. As a result, the locking head cannot be well used in the above-mentioned suitcases with the expansion function.

[0004] In addition, after the zipper is sewn onto the suitcase, the actual sewing position of the zipper may deviate from the ideal position. Zippers with a locking head whose position cannot be changed pose the problem that the locking head cannot be easily inserted into the combination lock during subsequent use. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] To achieve the above-mentioned objects, the present invention provides an extendable locking pull rod comprising: a pull rod main body having a slider connecting portion at one end thereof; a locking head;and a position limiting buffer member, wherein the pull-piece main body is provided with a sliding groove extending in a longitudinal direction thereof, the locking head is movably connected to the sliding groove in an extending direction of the sliding groove, the pull-piece main body is provided with an attachment opening portion communicating with the sliding groove at one end, the locking head is connected to the sliding groove through the attachment opening portion, the position limiting buffer member is fixed to the pull-piece main body and blocks the attachment opening portion, the pull-piece main body and the locking head are both metal parts, and the position limiting buffer member is a plastic part or a rubber part.

[0006] In the extendable locking pull, the locking head is movably connected to the slide groove in the extension direction of the slide groove, and thus, a position of the locking head in the extension direction of the slide groove is variable, that is, the position of the locking head in a longitudinal direction of the extendable locking pull is variable. Thus, when a zipper equipped with the extendable locking pull is used to open and close a suitcase with an expansion function, a distance between the locking head of the zipper and the slider main body is variable, and thus, the locking head can be well connected to a combination lock on the suitcase in a non-expanded state and an expanded state of the suitcase, thereby improving ease of use.On the other hand, regardless of whether a suitcase has the expansion function, when a zipper provided with the extendable locking puller is used to open and close the suitcase, a deviation of an actual sewing position of the zipper can be well compensated by means of the variable position of the locking head, and thus the locking head can be well connected with a combination lock on the suitcase, thereby improving the convenience of use.

[0007] Furthermore, by providing the attachment opening portion, the locking head can be conveniently connected to the slide groove. After the locking head is attached, the position limiting buffer member is used to block the attachment opening portion to prevent the locking head from being separated from the slide groove, thereby reliably maintaining the slidable connection between the locking head and the slide groove. In later use, when the locking head slides with respect to the slide groove, a sliding part in the slide groove abuts against the position limiting buffer member. The position limiting buffer member is a plastic part or a rubber part and has a certain elasticity, which plays a good buffering role.In addition, the pull rod main body and the locking head are both metal parts, which effectively improve the structural strength and wear resistance of the pull rod main body and the locking head, that is, improve the overall structural strength and wear resistance of the extendable locking pull rod and make the extendable locking pull rod durable.

[0008] In the extendable locking pull of the present application, the locking head may be directly connected to the sliding groove, or the locking head may be indirectly connected to the sliding groove via other components. Two preferred configurations are described below.

[0009] Structure 1: The locking head is indirectly connected to the slide groove via a sliding intermediate member. On this basis, the extendable locking pull piece further includes the sliding intermediate member movably mounted in the slide groove along the extending direction of the slide groove. The locking head is integrally formed at one end of the sliding intermediate member and is located outside the pull piece main body. Another end of the sliding intermediate member is attached to the slide groove through the attachment opening portion, and the sliding intermediate member is a metal part. By providing the sliding intermediate member, the locking head can be arranged outside the slide groove, and the position of the locking head can be within a required range without increasing the length of the pull piece main body, that is, a length of the pull piece main body can be made relatively short.Furthermore, since the locking head is positioned outside the sliding groove, the connection between the locking head and the combination lock is performed outside the pull-piece main body, and the pull-piece main body does not interfere with the locking of the locking head, thus facilitating the locking action of the locking head. Meanwhile, the sliding intermediate member and the locking head are an integrally formed structure, which is a one-piece metal part with high structural strength, wear resistance, and product durability.

[0010] In the above technical solution, a preferable structure of the sliding intermediate member attached to the sliding groove through the attachment opening portion is as follows. Along a width direction of the pull piece main body, a width of the sliding groove is smaller than a width of the attachment opening portion, and thus the pull piece main body includes sliding support portions on both sides in a width direction of the sliding groove. The sliding intermediate member includes an intermediate member main body portion, a connecting column portion, and a position limiting shield portion. The locking head is integrally formed at one end of the intermediate member main body portion. The connecting column portion and the position limiting shield portion are integrally formed at another end of the intermediate member main body portion sequentially in a thickness direction of the pull piece main body. The attachment opening portion allows the connecting column portion and the position limit shield portion to pass through it. The connecting column portion is movably received in the slide groove. The intermediate link main body portion and the position limit shield portion serve to clamp each of the slide support portions from two sides thereof in the thickness direction of the tension member main body. Thus, the slide intermediate link is securely held in the slide groove.

[0011] A preferred solution of the above technical solution is as follows. The connecting column portion and the slide groove are in clearance fit, which can not only enable the sliding intermediate member to slide smoothly in the slide groove, but also prevent the sliding intermediate member from having a large deviation in the width direction of the slide groove.

[0012] A preferred solution to the above technical solution is as follows. A surface of the tension member main body is provided with a guide groove parallel to the slide groove, and the intermediate link main body portion is slidably received in the guide groove. The guide groove serves to better guide the movement of the sliding intermediate link in the slide groove, thereby better preventing the sliding intermediate link from exhibiting a large deviation in the width direction of the slide groove.

[0013] Design 2: The locking head is directly connected to the slide groove, and thus the locking head is mounted in the slide groove. The design is simple. Although the main body of the pull rod needs to be made longer, the number of parts in the extendable locking pull rod is reduced, thus reducing costs.

[0014] In the above technical solution, a preferable structure of the locking head attached to the slide groove through the attachment opening portion is as follows. Along a width direction of the pull piece main body, a width of the slide groove is smaller than a width of the attachment opening portion, and thus the pull piece main body includes slide support portions on both sides in a width direction of the slide groove. The locking head includes a locking head main body portion and a locking head connecting portion that are sequentially connected. The attachment opening portion allows at least one of the locking head main body portion or the locking head connecting portion to pass therethrough. The locking head connecting portion is provided with a connecting clamping groove extending parallel to the slide groove. Each of the sliding support sections is clamped into the connecting clamping groove. This securely holds the locking head in the sliding groove.

[0015] In the above technical solution, the attachment opening portion is provided at one end of the slide groove close to the slider connecting portion.

[0016] The pull-piece main body is provided with the mounting hole portion only at one end of the slide groove, and the other end of the slide groove is blocked by the inherent structure of the pull-piece main body. When the slide intermediate link abuts the position limit buffer link or when the locking head abuts the position limit buffer link, a minimum clearance exists between the locking head and the slide main body.

[0017] In the extendable locking pulley according to the present application, the position limiting buffer member and the pulley main body are fixed in different ways.

[0018] Method 1: The position limit buffer link is fixed to the pulley main body by injection molding, which makes the fastening more reliable. Furthermore, the pulley main body is provided with a reinforcement connection hole, and the reinforcement connection hole is located on a side of the attachment opening portion opposite the slide groove. After the position limit buffer link is injection molded, a part of the position limit buffer link is embedded in the reinforcement connection hole, which further improves the reliability of the fixed connection between the position limit buffer link and the pulley main body, thereby improving the reliability of holding the sliding intermediate link in the slide groove.

[0019] Method 2: The position limiting buffer member is formed and then clamped to the pulley main body. The position limiting buffer member includes a cover plate portion, side wall portions extending from two sides of the cover plate portion in a thickness direction of the pulley main body, and separation prevention claws each extending from an inner side of a corresponding side wall portion. The cover plate portion covers one surface of the pulley main body, the side wall portions cover side surfaces of the pulley main body, and the separation prevention claws are clamped to a rear surface of the pulley main body, thereby reliably securing the position limiting buffer member to the pulley main body.

[0020] In the extendable locking pulley according to the present application, since the position limiting buffer member is a plastic part or a rubber part, a logo can be easily printed on a surface of the position limiting buffer member. By applying a logo to a surface of the position limiting buffer member, the functions of the extendable locking pulley are enhanced.

[0021] The present application further provides a slider comprising a slider main body and the above-mentioned extendable locking pull piece, wherein the slider connecting portion of the pull piece main body is connected to the slider main body.

[0022] As described above, the extendable locking pull piece and the slider according to the present invention have the following advantageous effects.

[0023] In the extendable locking pull according to the present application, the locking head is movably connected to the slide groove in the extension direction of the slide groove, and thus the position of the locking head in the extension direction of the slide groove is variable, that is, the position of the locking head in the longitudinal direction of the locking pull is variable. Thus, when a zipper provided with the extendable locking pull is used to open and close a suitcase with an expansion function, a distance between the locking head of the zipper and the slider main body is variable, and thus the locking head can be well connected to a combination lock on the suitcase in a non-expanded state and an expanded state of the suitcase, thereby improving ease of use.On the other hand, regardless of whether a suitcase has the expansion function, when a zipper provided with the extendable locking puller is used to open and close the suitcase, a deviation of an actual sewing position of the zipper can be well compensated by means of the variable position of the locking head, and thus the locking head can be well connected with a combination lock on the suitcase, thereby improving the convenience of use.

[0024] Furthermore, by providing the attachment opening portion, the locking head can be conveniently connected to the slide groove. [0029] The present application relates to the technical field of zippers, in particular to a slider for a zipper. As in Fig. 16, the slider includes a slider main body 60 and an extendable locking pull piece, one end of the extendable locking pull piece being attached to a surface of the slider main body 60. For convenience of description, in the following embodiments, directions are defined as follows. A longitudinal direction of the extendable locking pull piece is defined as a front direction, a width direction of the extendable locking pull piece is defined as a left-right direction, and a thickness direction of the extendable locking pull piece is defined as an up-down direction. On this basis, in the Fig. 3 and Fig. In the views shown in Figure 9, a top and a bottom of the blade are in a front direction and a rear direction, respectively, a left side and a right side of the blade are in a left direction and a right direction, respectively, and a front and a rear of the blade are in an upper direction and a lower direction, respectively. Furthermore, a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction of the slider are consistent with the longitudinal direction, the width direction, and the thickness direction of the extendable locking pull piece, respectively.

[0030] As in Fig. As shown in Fig. 16, the slider main body 60 includes an upper shield 61 and a lower shield 62 connected up and down in a thickness direction thereof, a link path 63 formed between the upper shield 61 and the lower shield 62, and a pull-piece connecting portion 64 fixed to an upper surface of the upper shield 61. The pull-piece connecting portion 64 is connected to the extendable locking pull-piece.

[0031] As in Fig. 1 to 3 or in Fig. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, an extendable locking pull according to the present application includes a pull main body 20, a locking head 30, and a position limiting buffer member 40. A front end of the pull main body 20 is provided with a slider connecting portion 10, the slider connecting portion 10 having an annular configuration with an attachment connecting hole 11 in the central portion. The pull main body 20 is provided with a slider groove 21 extending forward and backward along a longitudinal direction thereof, the locking head 30 is connected to the slider groove 21 so as to be movable forward and backward along an extending direction of the slider groove 21, and the locking head 30 is used to be connected to a combination lock on a suitcase to play a locking role.At least one of two ends of the pull-piece main body 20 in a longitudinal direction of the slide groove 21 is provided with an attachment opening portion 22, the attachment opening portion 22 communicates with the slide groove 21, and the locking head 30 is connected to the slide groove 21 through the attachment opening portion 22. After the locking head 30 is attached, the position limiting buffer member 40 is fixed to the pull-piece main body 20 and blocks the attachment opening portion 22. Both the pull-piece main body 20 and the locking head 30 are both metal parts, and the position limiting buffer member is a plastic part or a rubber part. The position limiting buffer member 40 may be made of hard plastic, soft plastic, rubber, and other materials, and accordingly, the position limiting buffer member 40 may be a hard plastic part, a soft plastic part, or a rubber part.

[0032] When the extendable locking puller is connected to the slider main body 60, the slider connecting portion 10 at the front end of the puller main body 20 is inserted into the puller connecting portion 64 of the slider main body 60 through its attachment connection hole 11, and thus the slider main body 20 is connected to the slider main body 60. By holding the extendable locking puller, the slider can be conveniently pulled forward and backward along a longitudinal direction of a zipper, thereby closing or opening the zipper.

[0033] In the above extendable locking pull piece, the locking head 30 is connected to the slide groove 21 in such a way that it is movable forward and backward along the extending direction of the slide groove 21, so that a front-to-back position of the locking head 30 is variable in the extending direction of the slide groove 21, that is, a front-to-back position of the locking head 30 in the longitudinal direction of the extendable locking pull piece is variable, whereby the locking head 30 has an extendable structure in the front-to-back direction. In this way, when a zipper provided with the extendable locking pull piece is used for opening and closing a suitcase with an expansion function, a distance between the locking head 30 and the slider main body 60 can be changed by moving the locking head 30 back and forth. If the case does not require the expansion function, the viewing angle of . Fig. 3 or Fig. 9 as an example, the locking head 30 is moved forward in a direction close to the slider main body 60, and the distance between the locking head 30 and the slider main body 60 is shortened, which is suitable for connecting the locking head 30 to a combination lock on the suitcase in a non-expanded state of the suitcase. When the suitcase requires the expansion function, the locking head 30 is moved rearward in a direction away from the slider main body 60, and the distance between the locking head 30 and the slider main body 60 is increased, which is suitable for connecting the locking head 30 to the combination lock on the suitcase in an expanded state of the suitcase. Therefore, in the present application, by moving the locking head 30 back and forth with respect to the pull-piece main body 20, the locking head 30 can be well connected to the combination lock on the suitcase in both the non-expanded state and the expanded state of the suitcase, thereby improving the convenience of use and satisfying the requirement of the suitcase with the expansion function for the variable position of the locking head 30 in the zipper or the requirement of the suitcase with the expansion function for the variable distance between the locking head 30 and the pull-piece main body 60 in the zipper. In addition, regardless of whether a suitcase has the expansion function, when a zipper provided with the extendable locking puller is used to open and close the suitcase, the position of the locking head 30 can be changed forward and backward, which can well compensate for a deviation of an actual sewing position of the zipper, allowing a larger deviation of the actual sewing position of the zipper, thereby ensuring that the locking head 30 can be well connected to a combination lock on the suitcase, thereby improving operation convenience and operation safety.

[0034] Furthermore, in the above extendable locking pulley, by providing the attachment opening portion 22 on the pulley main body 20, the locking head 30 can be conveniently connected to the slide groove 21. After the locking head 30 is attached, the position limiting buffer member 40 serves to block the attachment opening portion 22 to prevent the locking head 30 from being separated from the slide groove 21, thereby reliably maintaining the slidable connection between the locking head 30 and the slide groove 21. In later use, when the locking head 30 slides back and forth with respect to the slide groove 21, a sliding part in the slide groove 21 abuts against the position limiting buffer member 40 when sliding toward the attachment opening portion 22.The position limit buffer member 40 is a plastic or rubber part, which is a soft member with a certain elasticity and thus plays a good buffer role. The pull-piece main body 20 and the locking head 30 are both metal parts, so the pull-piece main body 20 and the locking head 30 have good inherent structural strength and wear resistance, thereby improving the overall structural strength and wear resistance of the extendable locking pull-piece and making the extendable locking pull-piece durable.

[0035] Furthermore, in the above extendable locking pulley, the locking head 30 may be directly connected to the slide groove 21, and the locking head 30 may also be indirectly connected to the slide groove 21 via other components. The position limiting buffer member 40 may be directly injection-molded onto the pulley main body 20, or it may be first injection-molded and then attached to the pulley main body 20. Based on different connection structures between the locking head 30 and the slide groove 21, and different attachment structures between the position limiting buffer member 40 and the pulley main body 20, the extendable locking pulley has a variety of embodiments. Three preferred embodiments of the extendable locking pulley are provided below. Extendable locking pull piece of a first embodiment

[0036] As in Fig. 1 to 3, in an extendable locking pull of a first embodiment, the locking head 30 is indirectly connected to the slide groove 21 via a sliding intermediate member 50. Thus, the extendable locking pull of the first embodiment includes, in addition to the pull main body 20, the locking head 30, and the position limiting buffer member 40, the sliding intermediate member 50. The sliding intermediate member 50 is mounted in the slide groove 21 such that it is movable forward and backward along an extending direction of the slide groove 21. The locking head 30 is integrally formed at a rear end of the sliding intermediate member 50. The locking head 30 is located outside the pull piece main body 20, that is, the locking head 30 is an external structure with respect to the pull piece main body 20 and the slide groove 21.A front end of the sliding intermediate member 50 is attached to the sliding groove 21 through the attachment opening portion 22, and the sliding intermediate member 50 is a metal part.

[0037] In the extendable locking pull of the first embodiment, the sliding intermediate member 50 is directly mounted in the sliding groove 21, and the locking head 30 is integrally formed at the rear end of the sliding intermediate member 50. Therefore, the locking head 30 slides forward and backward with respect to the sliding groove 21, so that the locking head 30 can extend backward and retract forward with respect to the pull main body 20, and the locking head 30 can be arranged outside the pull main body 20 and the sliding groove 21. When the locking head 30 adopts an external structure, on the one hand, a position of the locking head 30 can be changed in a required front-rear range by using a shorter pull-piece main body 20 and sliding intermediate link 50, and a length of the pull-piece main body 20 is made relatively short without making the pull-piece main body 20 longer. On the other hand, the connection between the pull-piece main body 20 and the combination lock is performed outside the pull-piece main body 20, so that the pull-piece main body 20 does not interfere with the locking of the locking head 30, which facilitates the locking operation of the locking head 30. Meanwhile, the sliding intermediate member 50 and the locking head 30 are an integral structure, which is a one-piece metal part with high structural strength, wear resistance, and product durability.

[0038] Furthermore, the attachment opening portion 22 may be provided at a front end and a rear end of the slide groove 21, or it may be provided only at the front end or the rear end of the slide groove 21. In the extendable locking pull piece of the first embodiment, as shown in Fig. 6, the pull-piece main body 20 is provided with the attachment opening portion 22 only at the front end of the slide groove 21 near the slider connecting portion 10. The pull-piece main body 20 is provided with a blocking end 26 at the rear end of the slide groove 21, and the front end and the rear end of the slide groove 21 are blocked by the position limiting buffer member 40 and the blocking end 26, respectively. In a case where the sliding intermediate member 50 slides forward and backward in the slide groove 21 to allow the locking head 30 to extend and retract with respect to the pull-piece main body 20, the sliding intermediate member 50 slides forward to the front end of the slide groove 21 and abuts against the position limiting buffer member 40, as shown in Fig. 1, the position limiting buffer member 40 can not only play a buffer role, but also limit the further forward movement of the sliding intermediate member 50. There is a minimum distance between the locking head 30 and the slider main body 60. When the sliding intermediate member 50 slides backward to the rear end of the slide groove 21 and abuts against the blocking end 26, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the blocking end 26 limits further rearward movement of the intermediate sliding member 50. A maximum distance exists between the locking head 30 and the main slider body 60.

[0039] Furthermore, a preferred structure of the sliding intermediate member 50, which is attached to the sliding groove 21 through the attachment opening portion 22, is as follows. As shown in Fig. 6, in the left-right direction, a width of the slide groove 21 is smaller than a width of the attachment opening portion 22, and therefore, the pull piece main body 20 includes slide support portions 23 on both the left and right sides in a width direction of the slide groove 21. As shown in Fig. 5, the sliding intermediate link 50 includes an intermediate link main body portion 51, a connecting column portion 52, and a position limiting shield portion 53. The intermediate link main body portion 51 extends forward and backward, the locking head 30 is integrally formed at a rear end of the intermediate link main body portion 51, the connecting column portion 52 is integrally formed at a front end of the intermediate link main body portion 51 and extends upward and downward along a thickness direction of the tension member main body 20, and the position limiting shield portion 53 is integrally formed at a lower end of the connecting column portion 52 along the thickness direction of the tension member main body 20. The attachment opening portion 22 allows the connecting column portion 52 and the position limiting shield portion 53 to pass through it.When attaching the sliding intermediate member 50, first, the position limiting shield portion 53 and the connecting column portion 52 are sequentially inserted into the attachment opening portion 22 at the front end of the sliding intermediate member 50. Then, the sliding intermediate member 50 is moved rearward, thereby receiving the connecting column portion 52 in the sliding groove 21. Finally, the position limiting buffer member 40 is attached to the attachment opening portion 22, thereby completing the attachment of the sliding intermediate member 50 with the locking head 30 at its rear end. After the attachment is completed, the connecting column portion 52 is received in the slide groove 21 so as to be movable forward and backward, and the intermediate link main body portion 51 and the position limiting shield portion 53 are respectively clamped to an upper surface and a lower surface of the slide support portion 23 in the thickness direction of the tension piece main body 20, whereby the slide intermediate link 50 is reliably held in the slide groove 21.

[0040] Preferably, the connecting column portion 52 and the slide groove 21 are in the clearance fit, which not only enables the sliding intermediate member 50 to slide smoothly in the slide groove 21, but also prevents the sliding intermediate member 50 from having a large deviation in the width direction of the slide groove 21.

[0041] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, the intermediate link main body portion 51 is disposed on an upper surface, that is, a front surface, of the tension member main body 20. The upper surface of the tension member main body 20 is provided with a guide groove 24 extending parallel to the sliding groove 21, a rear end of the guide groove 24 penetrating the tension member main body 20 rearward, and the intermediate link main body portion 51 is received in the guide groove 24 so as to be slidable forward and backward. The guide groove 24 serves to provide better guidance for the back-and-forth movement of the sliding intermediate link 50 in the sliding groove 21 and can also prevent the sliding intermediate link 50 from having a large deviation in the width direction of the sliding groove 21.

[0042] Furthermore, in the extendable locking pull of the first embodiment, the position limiting buffer member 40 is fixed to the pull main body 20 by injection molding, which makes the fixing more reliable. In addition, as shown in Fig. 3, a left edge of the position limiting buffer member 40 does not extend beyond a left edge of the drawbar main body 20 to the left, and a right edge of the position limiting buffer member 40 does not extend beyond a right edge of the drawbar main body 20 to the right. Preferably, as shown in Fig. 6, a front end of the pull piece main body 20 is provided with a vertically penetrating reinforcement connection hole 25, and the reinforcement connection hole 25 is located between the attachment connection hole 11 and the attachment opening portion 22, that is, it is located at a front side of the attachment opening portion 22 opposite to the slide groove 21. After the position limiting buffer member 40 is injection-molded, a part of the position limiting buffer member 40 is embedded in the reinforcement connection hole 25, thereby improving the reliability of the fixed connection between the position limiting buffer member 40 and the pull piece main body 20 and further improving the reliability of holding the slide intermediate member 50 in the slide groove 21.Furthermore, in the extendable locking pull of the first embodiment, the pull main body 20 is a one-piece component, and the sliding intermediate member 50 formed with the locking head 30, the connecting column portion 52, and the position limiting shield portion 53 is also a one-piece component. Specifically, the pull main body 20 and the sliding intermediate member 50 are both zinc alloy injection molded parts and are both manufactured by zinc alloy injection molding. Extendable locking pull piece of a second embodiment

[0043] As in Fig. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, in an extendable locking pull of a second embodiment, the locking head 30 is directly connected to the slide groove 21 so that the locking head 30 is mounted in the slide groove 21. The locking head 30 is an integrated structure with respect to the pull-piece main body 20 and the slide groove 21. The structure is simple. Although the pull-piece main body 20 needs to be made longer, the number of parts in the extendable locking pull is reduced, and the cost is lowered. In particular, the integrated structure of the locking head 30 can better prevent the locking head 30 from being separated, deformed, damaged, or the like due to a lateral force.

[0044] As in Fig. 8 and Fig. 10, in the extendable locking pull piece of the second embodiment, the attachment opening portion 22 is arranged in the same manner as in the extendable locking pull piece of the first embodiment, that is, the pull piece main body 20 is provided with the attachment opening portion 22 only at a front end of the slide groove 21 close to the slider connecting portion 10, the pull piece main body 20 is provided with the blocking end 26 at a rear end of the slide groove 21, and the front end and the rear end of the slide groove 21 are blocked by the position limiting buffer member 40 and the blocking end 26, respectively. In a case where the locking head 30 slides forward and backward in the slide groove 21, when the locking head 30 slides forward to the front end of the slide groove 21 and abuts against the position limiting buffer member 40, the position limiting buffer member 40 can not only play a buffering role but also limit the further forward movement of the locking head 30. At this time, a minimum clearance exists between the locking head 30 and the slider main body 60. When the locking head 30 slides backward to the rear end of the slide groove 21 and abuts against the blocking end 26, the blocking end 26 limits the further rearward movement of the locking head 30. At this time, a maximum clearance exists between the locking head 30 and the slider main body 60.

[0045] Furthermore, a preferred structure of the locking head 30, which is attached to the slide groove 21 through the attachment opening portion 22, is as follows. As shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, in the left-right direction, a width of the slide groove 21 is smaller than a width of the attachment opening portion 22, and therefore, the pull piece main body 20 includes slide support portions 23 on both the left and right sides in a width direction of the slide groove 21. As shown in Fig. 14 and Fig. As shown in Figure 15, the locking head 30 includes a locking head main body portion 31 and a locking head connecting portion 32 connected in sequence. The attachment opening portion 22 allows at least one of the locking head main body portion 31 or the locking head connecting portion 32 to pass through it. Left and right sides of the locking head connecting portion 32 are each provided with a connection clamping groove 33 parallel to the slide groove 21, and the connection clamping groove 33 is preferably a circular arc groove. When attaching the locking head 30, the main body portion 31 of the locking head 30 is inserted downward into the attachment opening portion 22 until the connection clamping groove 33 on the locking head connecting portion 32 is aligned with the slide support portion 23.Thereafter, the locking head 30 is moved rearward so that the connecting portion 32 of the locking head is received in the slide groove 21. Finally, the position limiting buffer member 40 is attached to the attachment opening portion 22, thereby completing the attachment of the locking head 30. After the attachment is completed, the locking head connecting portion 32 is received in the slide groove 21 such that it is movable forward and backward, and the slide support portions 23 are clamped in the connection clamping grooves 33 on the left and right sides of the locking head connecting portion 32, thereby reliably holding the locking head 30 in the slide groove 21.

[0046] Furthermore, in the extendable locking pull of the second embodiment, the position limiting buffer member 40 is first injection-molded and then clamped to the pull main body 20. As shown in Fig. 12 and Fig. 13, the position limiting buffer member 40 after injection molding includes a ceiling plate portion 41, side wall portions 42 extending downward from left and right sides of the ceiling plate portion 41 in a thickness direction of the pulley main body 20, and separation preventing claws 43 each extending from an inner side of a corresponding side wall portion 42. The separation preventing claw 43 is arranged at a middle position of the side wall portion 42 in the front direction, the ceiling plate portion 41 covers an upper surface (i.e., a front surface) of the pulley main body 20, and the two side wall portions 42 cover a left side surface and a right side surface, respectively.a right side surface of the pull-piece main body 20, and the separation preventing claw 43 is clamped to a lower surface (i.e., a rear surface) of the pull-piece main body 20, thereby reliably fixing the position limiting buffer member 40 to the pull-piece main body 20 and blocking the attachment opening portion 22. Preferably, as shown in FIG. Fig. 10 and Fig. As shown in FIG. 11, the left and right edges of the pull-piece main body 20 are each provided with a positioning clamping groove 27, and the side wall portions 42 of the position limiting buffer member 40 are clamped in the positioning clamping grooves 27 to facilitate the attachment of the position limiting buffer member 40. The lower surface of the pull-piece main body 20 is provided with claw receiving grooves 28, each of which communicates with the corresponding positioning clamping groove 27, and the separation preventing claws 43 are received in the claw receiving grooves 28, which reduces the feeling of a convex foreign matter on a lower surface of the extendable lock pull-piece and improves operating convenience.

[0047] Furthermore, in the extendable locking pull of the second embodiment, the pull main body 20 is a one-piece component, and the locking head 30 is also a one-piece component. Specifically, the pull main body 20 and the locking head 30 are both zinc alloy injection molded parts and are both manufactured by zinc alloy injection molding. In combination with the built-in structure in which the locking head 30 is directly connected to the slide groove 21, the pull main body 20 encloses the locking head 30. The pull main body 20 and the locking head 30 are both metal parts and have excellent visual integrity.

[0048] Furthermore, in both the extendable locking pull piece of the first embodiment and the extendable locking pull piece of the second embodiment, the attachment opening portion 22 is provided at the front end of the slide groove 21 close to the slider connecting portion 10, that is, the attachment opening portion 22 is provided on a non-extension side of the locking head 30 in a longitudinal direction of the slide groove 21. The extendable locking pull piece is mainly used in a suitcase with an expansion function. When the suitcase is expanded to increase its thickness, the locking pull piece 30 needs to be retracted along the extending direction of the slide groove 21.When the attachment opening portion 22 is located on an extension side (i.e., a rear side) of the locking head 30 in the longitudinal direction of the slide groove 21, the locking head 30 is subjected to stress and damaged, thereby separating the locking head 30 from the attachment opening portion 22. Therefore, in the present application, the attachment opening portion 22 is provided at the front end of the slide groove 21 close to the slider connecting portion 10, and therefore, the locking head 30 can be well prevented from being separated from the attachment opening portion 22. Extendable locking pull piece of a third embodiment and extendable locking pull piece of a fourth embodiment

[0049] The position limiting buffer member 40 in the extendable locking pull piece of the first embodiment is made integrally longer to obtain an extendable locking pull piece of a third embodiment, which Fig. 17. The position limiting buffer member 40 in the extendable locking pull piece of the second embodiment is made integrally longer to obtain an extendable locking pull piece of a fourth embodiment shown in Fig. 18. Therefore, in the extendable locking pull of the third embodiment and the extendable locking pull of the fourth embodiment, a length of the slide groove 21 is shortened and a length of the attachment opening portion 22 in the pull main body 20 is increased, thereby increasing the overall length of the position limiting buffer member 40. In this way, the position limiting buffer member 40 has a larger area, specifically, a larger surface area, and the position limiting buffer member 40 is a plastic part or a rubber part. By increasing the surface area of the position limiting buffer member 40, a logo can be conveniently and easily printed on a surface of the position limiting buffer member 40, and thus, the surface of the position limiting buffer member 40 is provided with a logo or an image that can be more conspicuous, thereby enriching the functions of the extendable locking pull.

[0050] Furthermore, in the extendable locking pull piece of the fourth embodiment, when the position limiting buffer member 40 is integrally made longer, the positioning clamping groove 27 is also made longer accordingly, and thus the area of a clamping portion between the position limiting buffer member 40 and the positioning clamping groove 27 is increased, the fixing reliability of the position limiting buffer member 40 is improved, and separation of the position limiting buffer member 40 is effectively prevented. Extendable locking pull piece of a fifth embodiment and extendable locking pull piece of a sixth embodiment

[0051] The position limiting buffer member 40 in the extendable locking pull piece of the first embodiment is partially made longer to obtain an extendable locking pull piece of a fifth embodiment, which in Fig. 19. The position limiting buffer member 40 in the extendable locking pull piece of the second embodiment is partially made longer to obtain an extendable locking pull piece of a sixth embodiment shown in Fig. 20. Therefore, in the extendable locking pull piece of the fifth embodiment and the extendable locking pull piece of the sixth embodiment, as shown in Fig. 19 and Fig.20, a rear side of the position limiting buffer member 40 is integrally provided with a rearwardly extending buffer member extension portion 44, and the buffer member extension portion 44 covers a front portion of the slide groove 21. By providing the buffer member extension portion 44, a moving range of the locking head 30 can be limited, thereby reducing the moving range of the locking head 30, which is suitable for occasions where the locking head 30 does not need to move too much.
