Abstract
Description
[0001] "Vertical wind turbines are known from, among others, the following prior art: DE 10 2019 122 567 A1, US 1 718 304 A, FR 2 811 720 A1, DE 36 31 709 A1, US 6 097 104 A."
[0002] Today's wind turbines are environmentally damaging, very expensive, and have many disadvantages. They are a major burden on nature because the rotor blades are not recyclable. Furthermore, they pose a significant health risk to people living nearby and cause species mortality.
[0003] The “300-meter-high multi-story wind turbine with generators of different sizes” consists, up to a height of 300 meters, of at least two and up to 30 wind turbines mounted one above the other, all of which produce electricity independently of each other.
[0004] The machine housings (26) are mounted on the steel plates (30) and (31). The simple wind fan wheels (1) are set in motion by the wind up to a height of 300 meters. The wind fan wheels (1) rotate the axles (2), which are guided and secured in covers (3) and support plates (9). The axles (2) are guided by ball bearings (5) in the support structure (6), and by ball bearings (10) in the disk (18) and steel plates (29), up to the angle gears (28). The axles (2) are held in place by double-acting axial bearings (4) via the support structure (6) and steel plates (29).
[0005] The wind fan wheel blades (8) are mounted in covers (3), support plates (9), and support tubes (7). To ensure the wind fan wheels (1) always rotate in the desired direction, wind direction control assemblies (11) are installed. These assemblies consist of support tubes (12), ball bearings (14), gears (13), drives (15), and rollers (17). To ensure the wind direction control assemblies (11) always rotate in the direction of the wind, via the gears (13) and drives (15), wind direction measuring devices (16) are installed to control the drives (15). The wind direction control assemblies (11) concentrate and focus the wind around the wind fan wheels (1) and terminate in a reducer (33), thereby increasing the final wind speed.
[0006] For the LOADING of ALL LAMINATES (8) from the wind fan wheels (1), the wind control constructions (11) are necessary to load all lamellae (8) of the wind fan wheels (1).
[0007] As the installation height increases, so does the wind speed; therefore, differently sized wind turbine wheels, wind control systems, and generators with higher output are installed. The operator can determine the height of the system themselves.
[0008] The size of the wind turbine impellers (1) depends on the size of the generators (27), i.e., on the required torque. A huge advantage of the "multi-story wind turbine with different sized generators" is that high power outputs can be achieved with the large number of generators (27).
[0009] By rotating every second wind direction control (11) 180 degrees around the horizontal axis (X), every second wind fan wheel (1) rotates in the opposite direction, generating opposing forces which is advantageous for the static design of the frame (22). The rotating wind fan wheels (1) rotate the axes (2), which in turn rotate the angle gears (28). The gears (28) drive the variable-speed inverter generators (27) (0.128–0.5 MW) that produce electricity.
[0010] The wind fan wheel (1) is mounted on the hard drive (18) with the bracket (6). Bird protection grids (32) are mounted on the bracket (6) and on the subsequent wind fan wheels (1).
[0011] The hard disk (18) is supported by a framework (22) made of aluminium tubes which are anchored in concrete foundations (23).
[0012] The facility also includes an elevator (24), with grounds (25)
[0013] “The 300-meter-high multi-story wind turbine with different-sized generators” can also be built on a fixedly anchored floating platform or used as an offshore wind turbine.
[0014] Advantages of the "300-meter-high multi-story wind turbine". 1- The facility is environmentally friendly. 2- Can replace up to 30 conventional wind turbines. 3- Can do without up to 30 giant concrete towers. 4- Can eliminate up to 30 giant non-recyclable rotor blades. 5 - Does NOT weigh 30 x 7,000 tons. 6- Can take advantage of high-altitude winds. 7- Manufacturing must be carried out directly on the installation site. 8- ELIMINATE the expensive transportation costs. 9- The facility does not cause species extinction 10-The system can also be built on a floating platform or operated as an offshore wind turbine. 11- Wind turbines installed in the systems produce electricity independently of each other.
