Abstract
The invention relates to a device (102) for determining the gaze direction of an eye for data glasses (100), wherein the device (102) comprises a laser device (108) configured to emit a first beam for illuminating the optic nerve of the eye and to determine a first position of a first image of a first reflection beam representing a first reflection of the first beam at the optic nerve, and to determine a second position of a second image of a second reflection beam representing a second reflection from an area of the retina of the eye differing from the optic nerve, and a detection device (110) configured to determine the gaze direction using the first position and the second position.
