Safety leash for dogs

Abstract

The invention relates to a safety leash (10) for a handler to lead a dog, comprising a main strand (12) having a first end (14) and a second end (16) opposite the first end (14). The main strand (12) transitions at the first end (14) into a first securing strand (18) and a second securing strand (20). The first securing strand (18) has a first fastening element (24) for attachment to a collar. The second securing strand (20) has a second fastening element (28) for attachment to a harness. The main strand (12) transitions at the second end (16) into a first handler securing strand (30) and a second handler securing strand (32). The first handler securing strand (30) has a hand loop (34). The second handler securing strand (32) has a body strap system (38) for securing the leash to the handler's body.
