Abstract

This invention provides a vehicle control method and a vehicle control device, wherein, in response to a sensitivity mode set by a user, at least one sensitivity condition corresponding to the sensitivity mode is determined; and the vehicle's environment is detected based on the at least one sensitivity condition, and it is determined that the environment simultaneously fulfills the at least one sensitivity condition; and a reaction measure corresponding to the sensitivity mode is executed. The invention enables environmental monitoring according to the sensitivity level set by the user to meet the user's individual requirements.
