[0005] To accurately measure biological sound, it is necessary to bring a contact surface of the biological sound measuring device into contact with the body surface of a living body in a suitable state. When the subject is an infant or the like, the subject may move frequently. Therefore, it is desirable for a measuring person to be able to concentrate on maintaining a contact state between the device and the body surface. Furthermore, since the measuring person must concentrate on maintaining the contact state between the device and the body surface for a certain period of time, it is desirable to inform the measuring person of a biological sound measurement result without burdening the measuring person. Patent Document 1 does not recognize these problems.

[0006] In view of the foregoing, it is an object of the present invention to provide a biological sound measuring apparatus capable of smoothly performing the tasks from the initiation of the measurement to the confirmation of the result. Solution to the problem(1)

[0007] A biological sound measuring device is configured to measure a biological sound of an individual, and includes a sound measuring unit including a contact surface configured to be brought into contact with the body surface of the individual, a gripping portion supporting the sound measuring unit and configured to be gripped by a measuring person, and a display unit provided on the gripping portion and configured to display a result of analysis of the biological sound measured by the sound measuring unit, wherein the gripping portion is configured to be gripped by the measuring person in a state where an index finger of the measuring person is placed on a back side of the sound measuring unit, and the display unit is provided on a surface of the gripping portion on the body surface side in a statein which the contact surface is in contact with the body surface.,

[0008] According to (1), during the measurement of biological noise using the noise measurement unit, the display unit is not visible to the measuring person, allowing the measuring person to concentrate on the measurement task. This can increase the measurement accuracy of the biological noise. Furthermore, the result of the analysis of the biological noise is displayed on the display unit provided on the surface of the gripping portion on the body surface side, and thus the measuring person can check the display unit without changing a gripping posture of the gripping portion. This makes it possible to smoothly perform tasks from the initiation of the biological noise measurement task to the confirmation of the analysis result, reducing the burden on the measuring person.

[0009] The biological sound measuring device further includes an operating unit provided on the surface of the gripping portion on the body surface side in a state where the contact surface is in contact with the body surface, the operating unit being configured to turn on and off at least one power source.

[0010] Accordingly, the operation unit is positioned in a position where it is less likely to come into contact with the operator's hand during the biological noise measurement task. This can prevent misoperation during the measurement task. Furthermore, since the display unit and the operation unit are located on the same surface, tasks such as operating the operation unit to turn off the power source after checking the display unit can be performed smoothly, thus making it possible to reduce the burden on the operator. The display unit is provided between the noise measurement unit and the operation unit. This makes the display unit less likely to be obscured by the operator's finger, enabling smoother confirmation of the analysis result. (2)

[0011] The biological sound measuring device according to (1), wherein the display unit includes one or a plurality of light-emitting elements and is configured to display the analysis result by changing a light-emitting position or a light-emitting color of the one or the plurality of light-emitting elements.

[0012] According to (2), it is possible to reduce the size of the gripping section, reduce costs, and save energy. Furthermore, assuming, for example, that the device is used while an infant or the like is sleeping, the analysis result is displayed by dim light from the one or more light-emitting elements, thereby preventing the infant from being disturbed. (3)

[0013] The biological sound measuring device according to any one of (1) to (2), wherein the gripping portion includes a depressed portion for placing the index finger, and the display unit is provided adjacent to a region of the surface overlapping the depressed portion in a state of viewing from a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the gripping portion.

[0014] According to (5), the display unit is less likely to be obscured by a finger of the measuring person, thus enabling a smoother confirmation of the analysis result. Advantageous effects of the invention

[0015] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a biological sound measuring apparatus capable of smoothly performing tasks from initiation of measurement to confirmation of the result. DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Overview of the Biological Sound Measuring Device of the Embodiment First, an overview of an embodiment of a biological sound measuring device according to the present invention will be described. The biological sound measuring device according to the embodiment is configured to measure a lung sound from an individual such as a person as an example of a biological sound, and to notify a measuring person of the occurrence of wheezing when it is determined that wheezing is included in the measured sound. In this way, it is possible to assist in determining the need for medication for the person being measured, determining whether or not to hospitalize the person, and the like.

[0017] The biological sound measuring device according to the embodiment includes a sound measuring unit including a contact surface configured to be brought into contact with the body surface of an individual such as a person, and a gripping portion supporting this sound measuring unit and configured to be gripped by a measuring person. The gripping portion is provided with a display unit configured to display a result of analysis of the biological sound measured by the sound measuring unit on a surface facing the body surface side in a state where the sound measuring unit is in contact with the body surface of the individual.

[0018] With such a configuration, the display unit is in a state where the contact surface of the noise measurement unit is in contact with the body surface, in a state invisible to the measuring person, allowing the measuring person to focus on the measurement task and thus increasing measurement accuracy. Furthermore, the process from the completion of the measurement task to the confirmation of the analysis result can be carried out smoothly, thereby reducing the burden on the measuring person.

[0019] A specific configuration example of the biological sound measuring apparatus according to the embodiment will be described below. EMBODIMENT

[0020] Fig. 1 is a side view schematically illustrating an outline configuration of a biological sound measuring apparatus 1, which is an embodiment of the biological sound measuring apparatus according to the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the Fig. 1 illustrated device for measuring biological sounds 1 viewed from the side of the measuring person in a direction B. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the Fig. 2 illustrated device for measuring biological sounds 1 viewed from the side of the test person. Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a noise measuring unit 3 of the Fig. 1 illustrated device for measuring biological sounds 1.

[0021] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. As illustrated in Figure 3, the biological sound measuring device 1 includes a gripping portion 10 having a columnar shape extending in a direction A and composed of a box body made of a resin, a metal, or the like. A head portion 11 is provided at one end side of this gripping portion 10. The gripping portion 10 is a portion gripped by the measuring person.

[0022] An integrated control unit (not illustrated) configured to control the entire biological sound measuring device 1 in an integrated manner, a battery (not illustrated) configured to provide a voltage required for operation, a Fig. 3 and the like are provided within the gripping portion 10.

[0023] The integrated control unit includes various processors, random access memories (RAM), read-only memories (ROM), and the like, and performs control and the like of the individual hardware elements of the biological sound measuring device 1 according to a program.

[0024] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4, the head section 11 is provided with the noise measuring unit 3, which is directed to one side (lower side in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4) protrudes in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction A of the gripping portion 10. A contact surface 30 configured to be brought into contact with the body surface S of the individual is provided at a tip end of this noise measuring unit 3.

[0025] The contact surface 30 is formed by a, for example, circular pressure receiving area 3a (see Fig. 3) and an, for example, ring-shaped extended area 3b (see Fig. 3). The pressure receiving portion 3a is a flat surface required to receive pressure from the body surface S, and the extended portion 3b is a flat surface formed around the pressure receiving portion 3a and provided to increase a contact area with the body surface S. In the example of Fig. 1 and Fig. 4, the pressure receiving area 3a extends slightly further toward the side of the body surface S than the extended area 3b, but can be formed on the same plane as the extended area 3b. Fig. 1 is a direction perpendicular to the contact surface 30 and intersects the longitudinal direction A of the gripping portion 10.

[0026] As in Fig. 2, in a viewing state in the direction B perpendicular to the contact surface 30, on a surface 10a of the gripping portion 10 opposite the side of the noise measuring unit 3 at a portion overlapping the noise measuring unit 3, a depressed portion 12 for placing an index finger F, for example, a hand Ha of the measuring person is formed.

[0027] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the biological sound measuring device 1 is used in a state where the index finger F of the measuring person's hand Ha is placed in the recessed portion 12 of the gripping portion 10 and the gripping portion 10 is gripped by the hand Ha, with the contact surface 30 including the pressure receiving portion 3a of the sound measuring unit 3 being pressed against the body surface S by the index finger F.

[0028] As in Fig. 4, the noise measuring unit 3 includes the noise detector 33 such as a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) type microphone or a capacitive microphone, a casing 32 having a bottomed tubular shape forming an accommodating space 32b for accommodating the noise detector 33 and an opening 32a, a cover 34 closing the opening 32a from outside the accommodating space 32b and forming the pressure receiving portion 3a for receiving pressure from the body surface S, and a box body 31 supported by the gripping portion 10 and accommodating the casing 32 and the cover 34 in a state where the cover 34 is exposed.

[0029] The housing 32 is made of a material with higher acoustic impedance than air and high rigidity, such as resin or metal. The housing 32 is preferably made of a material that reflects sound in a detection frequency range of the noise detector 33 when the housing 32 is sealed, so that no outside noise is transmitted into the interior of the receiving space 32b.

[0030] The cover 34 is a member having a bottomed tubular shape, and a shape of a hollow portion thereof substantially matches an outer wall shape of the housing 32. The cover 34 is made of a material that has flexibility, an acoustic impedance close to that of the human body, air, or water, and favorable biocompatibility. Examples of the material of the cover 34 include silicone and an elastomer.

[0031] The housing 31 is made of resin, for example. The box body 31 is formed with an opening 31a at an end portion opposite the gripping portion 10, and a portion of the cover 34 is in a protruding and exposed state from this opening 31a. A front surface of the cover 34 exposed from this box body 31 forms the above-described pressure-receiving portion 3a.

[0032] When the pressure receiving portion 3a is brought into close contact with the body surface S, the vibration of the body surface S generated by the lung sound of the living body causes the cover 34 to vibrate. When the cover 34 vibrates, an internal pressure of the receiving space 32b fluctuates due to this vibration, and through this internal pressure fluctuation, an electrical signal corresponding to the lung sound is detected by the sound detector 33.

[0033] An outer surface of the portion of the box body 31 protruding from the gripping portion 10 is formed by the above-described extended portion 3b, which is formed of a flat surface having a ring shape, and a tapered surface 3c connecting an outer peripheral edge of the extended portion 3b and the gripping portion 10. The tapered surface 3c is a surface having an outer diameter that continuously increases from the gripping portion 10 side to the extended portion 3b side.

[0034] As in Fig. 2, the noise measuring unit 3 and the gripping section 10 partially overlap. In Fig. 2, a non-overlapping portion 31b of the noise measuring unit 3, which is located outside the gripping portion 10, includes the above-described contact surface 30. At this time, a width of the non-overlapping portion 31b in a direction parallel to the contact surface 30 is largest at a first position, which is a position of the contact surface 30 in the B direction (defined as the position of the extended area 3b). Further, at a position closer to the gripping portion 10 than the first position in the B direction, the width of the non-overlapping portion 31b in the direction parallel to the contact surface 30 is smaller than the width at the first position.

[0035] In other words, a cross-sectional area of a cross section of the non-overlapping portion 31b parallel to the contact surface 30 (area of the region surrounded by an outer edge of the non-overlapping portion 31b) is largest at the first position and smaller than the cross-sectional area at the first position at a position closer to the gripping portion 10 than the first position.

[0036] As in Fig. 3, the display unit 21 and an operation unit 20 are provided on a surface 10b of a front surface of the gripping portion 10 on the body surface S side in a state where the contact surface 30 has been brought into contact with the body surface S.

[0037] The display unit 21 includes light-emitting units 21a and 21b, which include light-emitting elements such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs). On the surface 10b of the gripping portion 10, the characters "panting" are printed adjacent to a top surface of the light-emitting unit 21a and the characters "no panting" are printed adjacent to a top surface of the light-emitting unit 21b.

[0038] The above-described integrated control unit incorporated in the gripping portion 10 also notifies a result of detection of the wheeze (result of analysis of the biological sound) through the display unit 21. Specifically, in a case where the integrated control unit analyzes the lung sound detected by the sound detector 33 and determines as a result that a wheeze is included in the lung sound, the integrated control unit turns off the light-emitting unit 21b and causes the light-emitting unit 21a to emit light, thereby notifying the measuring person that a wheeze has been detected.Furthermore, in a case where it is determined that no wheezing is included in the lung sound, the integrated control unit turns off the light-emitting unit 21a and causes the light-emitting unit 21b to emit light, thereby notifying the measuring person that no wheezing has been detected. Note that only the light-emitting unit 21a can be used as the display unit 21, and the integrated control unit can notify the presence or absence of wheezing by changing the light emission color of the light-emitting unit 21a according to the measurement result.

[0039] As in Fig. 3, in the biological sound measuring device 1, in a viewing state in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction A of the gripping portion 10 (direction from the front to the back of the paper in Fig. 3) the display unit 21 is provided adjacent to a portion of the surface 10b of the gripping portion 10 that overlaps the recessed portion 12, and the operation unit 20 is provided at a position on the surface 10b on the other end side of the gripping portion 10 with respect to the display unit 21.

[0040] The control unit 20 is an interface configured to perform various operations, such as turning on a power source of the device, turning off the power source of the device, and initiating the measurement of the biological sound. The control unit 20 must be configured, at a minimum, to turn the power source of the device on and off. The control unit 20 is formed from a button or switch capable of inputting a command by pressing, or a sensor capable of inputting a command by touching. Effects of the device for measuring biological sounds 1

[0041] As described above, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, the display unit 21 configured to display the result of the analysis of the biological sound is provided on the surface 10b of the gripping portion 10 on the side of the body surface S. That is, the display unit 21 is not visible to the measuring person while the contact surface 30 is brought into contact with the body surface S and the biological sound is measured. Thus, the measuring person can concentrate on measuring the biological sound. Therefore, an event such as a change in the contact state between the contact surface 30 and the body surface S during the measurement can be prevented, and the measurement accuracy of the biological sound can be ensured.

[0042] Furthermore, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, the result of the biological sound analysis is displayed on the display unit 21 provided on the surface 10b of the gripping portion 10 on the body surface S side. Therefore, the measuring person can check the display unit 21 without changing a gripping posture of the gripping portion 10. This makes it possible to smoothly perform tasks from the initiation of the biological sound measurement task to the confirmation of the analysis result, and reduce the burden on the measuring person.

[0043] Furthermore, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, the display unit 21 is provided adjacent to the area of the surface 10b of the gripping portion 10 that overlaps the recessed portion 12, in other words, near the sound measuring unit 3. Thus, even in a state where the measuring person grips the gripping portion 10 with the hand Ha, the display unit 21 is less likely to be obscured by the hand Ha. Accordingly, the analysis result can be confirmed more smoothly.

[0044] Furthermore, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, the display unit 21 includes the one or a plurality of light-emitting elements and is configured to display the biological sound analysis result by changing a light-emitting position or a light-emitting color of the one or a plurality of light-emitting elements. Thus, it is possible to reduce the size of the gripping portion 10, reduce costs, and save energy. Furthermore, assuming, for example, that the biological sound measuring device 1 is used while an infant or the like is sleeping, the analysis result is displayed by dim light of the one or a plurality of light-emitting elements, thereby preventing the infant's sleep from being disturbed.

[0045] Furthermore, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, the operation unit 20 is provided on the surface 10b of the gripping portion 10 on the side of the body surface S. Thus, while the contact surface 30 is brought into contact with the body surface S and the biological sound is measured, the measuring person's finger is less likely to touch the operation unit 20, and misoperation during measurement can be prevented. Furthermore, after the measurement is completed, the measuring person can check the display unit 21 and then operate the operation unit 20 with a thumb, for example, and easily turn off the power source. In this way, the tasks from confirming the measurement result to turning off the power source can be performed smoothly, and convenience can be improved.

[0046] Furthermore, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, in a state where the contact surface 30 of the sound measuring unit 3 is in contact with the body surface S, the outer edge of the non-overlapping portion 31b, which does not overlap the gripping portion 10 of the sound measuring unit 3, is the outer edge of the contact surface 30 and is visible. Therefore, the contact state between the contact surface 30 and the body surface S can be easily confirmed. This makes it easy to achieve a favorable contact state, thereby improving the measurement accuracy of the biological sound.

[0047] Furthermore, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, the side surface of the sound measuring unit 3, except for the contact surface 30 of the box body 31, is the tapered surface 3c, the diameter (width) of which decreases from the contact surface 30 to the gripping portion 10. This makes it possible to secure space to avoid interference with clothing, bones, and the like between the tapered surface 3c and the gripping portion 10, while increasing the area of the contact surface 30 to enable stable contact with the body surface S. As a result, preparatory work before starting the biological sound measurement can be performed smoothly. In particular, in a device configured to detect a wheeze from a lung sound, the subject is presumably an infant or the like.An infant is likely to move frequently, so the person taking the measurements can be relieved by the smooth work.

[0048] Furthermore, according to the biological sound measuring device 1, the longitudinal direction (direction A) of the gripping portion 10 and the contact surface 30 intersect. Thus, in a state where the contact surface 30 is in contact with the body surface S, the gripping portion 10 is not parallel to the body surface S. In such a configuration, the outer edge of the non-overlapping portion 31b becomes visible as the outer edge of the contact surface 30, and regardless of the orientation of the gripping portion 10, the contact state between the contact surface 30 and the body surface S can be intuitively determined. This makes it possible to improve the measurement accuracy of the biological sound while reducing the burden on the measuring person. Modification example of the biological device for measuring biological sounds 1

[0049] Fig. Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a biological sound measuring apparatus 1A, which is a modification example of the biological sound measuring apparatus 1 of Fig. 1 and corresponds to Fig. 2., Except that three light-emitting units 40 were added to the non-overlapping portion 31b, the biological sound measuring device 1A has the same configuration as the biological sound measuring device 1.

[0050] The light-emitting units 40 are configured to emit light through light-emitting elements such as LEDs and are embedded in the box body 31, for example, in a partially exposed state. The light-emitting units 40 are controlled by the integrated control unit.

[0051] For example, the integrated control unit detects a state of close contact between the contact surface 30 and the body surface S, and if it is determined that the close contact state is not suitable for measuring biological sound, causes light to be emitted from the light-emitting units 40. Alternatively, the integrated control unit performs control to cause the three light-emitting units 40 to sequentially emit light in a predetermined pattern to notify the measuring person that the measurement is in progress during the biological sound measurement process. During the biological sound measurement process, the integrated control unit may perform control to increase the number of light-emitting units 40 that emit light.

[0052] Since the light-emitting units 40 are located in the non-overlapping portion 31b so as to be visible to the measuring person even in a state in which the contact surface 30 has been brought into contact with the body surface S, even if the biological sound measuring device 1A as shown in Fig. 5, by which the hand Ha is largely obscured, various notifications other than the analysis result can be communicated to the measuring person. In the biological sound measuring device 1A, the display unit 21 provided on the surface 10b displays the analysis result, and the light-emitting units 40 provide notifications to the measuring person during the biological sound measurement, thereby allowing the measuring person to smoothly confirm the measurement result while concentrating on the measurement task to improve measurement accuracy.

[0053] It should be noted that the number of light-emitting units 40 included in the biological sound measuring device 1A is not limited to three and may be one, two, or four or more. Other variation examples

[0054] The display unit 21 may be any unit as long as it is capable of informing the measuring person of the result of the analysis of the biological sound, and may display the analysis result as an image through, for example, an organic electroluminescence (EL) panel or a liquid crystal display panel.

[0055] The positions of the display unit 21 and the control unit 20 can be interchanged. Furthermore, it is sufficient to provide at least the display unit 21 on the surface 10b, and the control unit 20 can be provided, for example, on the surface 10a.

[0056] In the biological sound measuring device 1 and 1A, the longitudinal direction (direction A) of the gripping portion 10 and the contact surface 30 may be configured in parallel. Furthermore, the side surface of the box body 31 may be, for example, a surface parallel to the direction B, rather than the tapered surface 3c. Furthermore, the sound measuring unit 3 may be configured to be completely hidden by the gripping portion 10 (configured without the non-overlapping portion 31b) when viewed from the direction B.

[0057] Although various embodiments have been described with reference to the drawings, the present invention is of course not limited to these examples. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made within the scope of the claims, and it is understood that these are within the technical scope of the present invention. Furthermore, each of the components of the above-described embodiments can be arbitrarily combined within a range that does not deviate from the spirit of the present invention.
