Description

Technical area

[0001] The invention relates to a technical device for the automated processing of interaction data for the selection and provision of digital content. The invention belongs to the field of data processing systems, in particular the intelligent control of user interactions in digital platform environments. Object of the invention

[0002] The aim of the invention is to provide a technical solution that enables the automated and user-specific provision of digital content based on the analysis of interaction parameters such as processing time, error rate, or navigation behavior. This should reduce manual control and increase the relevance of the provided content. Solution to the task

[0003] The task is solved by a platform system with the following technical components: • an analysis component for collecting interaction data between user and system; • a control unit with rule-based or AI-supported decision logic for data-based content selection; • a data module for structured storage and categorisation of content using metadata; • an interface component for integrating external data sources via standardized protocols (e.g. API); • a user interface for displaying the system-selected content. Technical effect

[0004] The device described enables automated, adaptive control of content selection based on objectively measurable user data. This improves the efficiency of content delivery, optimizes interaction cycles, and enables real-time system adaptation. Example

[0005] In a specific use case, a user is connected to the system via an input component. The analysis component registers a high error rate in a specific subject area while completing a series of tasks. The decision logic then selects content with a lower level of complexity from a database and hides parallel content. Supplementary material is retrieved from an external source via the API. The user interface displays the selected content directly on the device. With each subsequent interaction step, the content selection is adjusted based on the data.

Claims

[1] Device for the automated selection and provision of digital content, comprising: • an analysis component designed to collect and process user-related interaction data, in particular processing time, error rate and navigation behavior, • a control unit with decision logic that selects further digital content based on the recorded interaction data, either rule-based or using AI algorithms, • a data module for the structured storage and management of content in a content database using metadata, • an interface component for connecting external content sources via standardized protocols, • a user interface for displaying the selected content on a device in real time. [2] The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the analytics component continuously collects the interaction data in real time. [3] Device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the decision logic contains self-learning parameters which are adapted through repeated use. [4] Device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the data module is equipped with a semantic classification function for content-related organization of the stored data. [5] Device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the interface component enables bidirectional communication with at least one external data source.
