Description

The present invention relates to a sealing flap for a container, wherein the container is made of a planar element of paper, cardboard or a combination of these materials, and the sealing flap is designed to seal corner regions of a base and / or lid construction of the container, wherein the base and / or lid construction has corresponding lid, base and closure flaps for closing the corresponding end regions of the container. The invention further relates to a container for storing goods, in particular a folding box made of paper, cardboard or a combination of these materials, comprising at least one sealing flap and a blank made of paper, cardboard or a combination of these materials for producing a container for storing goods.Containers or packages made of cardboard, in particular folding boxes, are known in a great variety. For many fields of application, in particular for the packaging of free-flowing goods, such packaging can be used only to a limited extent. In order to be able to pack free-flowing goods securely, i.e. tightly, for example, known containers and packages made of cardboard have additional bags which are arranged inside the containers and packages. These bags are usually made of plastic and ensure a free-flowing storage of the goods within the packaging or the bag. However, a disadvantage of these known containers and packages is that, on the one hand, an additional bag must be provided for holding the goods, which leads to a marked increase in the material costs during the production and also filling of these containers and packages. From an ecological point of view, too, it is undesirable to use such a material mix.It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a sealing flap for a container of the generic type, a container of the generic type and a corresponding blank for producing the container, which sealing flap ensure improved tightness, less complicated filling with goods and a more cost-effective production process. These objects are achieved by a sealing flap having the features of claim 1, a container having the features of claim 10 and a blank having the features of claim 15. Advantageous embodiments of the sealing flap or of the container are to be regarded as advantageous embodiments of the blank and vice versa.A first aspect of the invention relates to a sealing flap for a container, wherein the container is produced from a planar element made of paper, cardboard or a combination of these materials, and the sealing flap is designed to seal corner regions of a base and / or lid construction of the container. The bottom and / or lid construction has respective lid, bottom and closure tabs for closing the respective end portions of the container. According to the invention, the sealing tab is formed as a detachable integral component of the lid and / or bottom tab and is formed by a partial detachment of a predefined material region from the lid and / or bottom tab. Advantageously, the sealing tab according to the invention is formed as part of the lid and / or bottom tab. This embodiment makes it possible to dispense with additional measures for sealing the container, such as, for example, additional receiving bags for goods. As a result, the filling of the container, in particular with free-flowing goods, is significantly simplified. The filling process and the production of the container can be produced more cost-effectively.In advantageous configurations of the sealing tab according to the invention, a periphery of the sealing tab is delimited and defined by at least one first non-separating cut line, scribe line or groove on an inner surface of the lid and / or bottom tab, a bending line between at least one pair of mutually adjoining lid or bottom tabs and closure tabs, and a bending line between the lid and / or bottom tab and a side wall of the container articulated thereto. In addition, it is possible that the bending line between the at least one pair of adjoining cover or bottom flaps and closure flaps merges at least partially in the direction of an outer surface of the container into a second non-separating cutting line, scoring line or groove. This ensures a defined detachment of the sealing tab from the inner surface of the lid and / or bottom tab. The circumference and / or the size of the sealing tab can thereby advantageously be adapted to the individual requirements of the container, in particular to the type of goods to be stored. Said first and second lines may also consist of a combination of at least two of the non-separating cut lines, scribe lines and grooves.Furthermore, there is also the possibility that the sealing tab according to the invention is formed in one or more of the closure tabs. In this embodiment, too, which is encompassed by the present inventive concept, the features and advantages described above result. The perimeter of the sealing flap is also defined as above, wherein according to this embodiment the first non-separating cut line, score line or groove is formed in the corresponding closing flap and not in the bottom and / or lid flap. This embodiment of the invention has an independent inventive idea. The term "bending line" or "bending lines" is understood to mean lines along which corresponding elements of the container having the sealing tab according to the invention can be brought at a predetermined angle to one another. Bend lines are also understood to mean crease or fold lines. Combinations of these lines are also possible. However, it is also possible for the bending, grooving or folding lines to be formed in combination with one or more cut or perforation lines. The term "inner surface" defines a surface facing a storage space of the container having the sealing tab, the term "outer surface" defines a surface facing away from the storage space of the container. The terms "corner region" or "corner regions" are understood to mean those regions of the base and / or lid construction of the container having the sealing tab in which two side walls of the container each adjoin. The term "non-separating" is understood to mean that the corresponding cut line does not produce a complete material separation in the surface element. In further advantageous embodiments of the sealing tab according to the invention, a penetration depth of the first or second cutting line, scoring line or groove is between 10% and 75% of a material thickness of the planar element. There is also the possibility that a base of the sealing tab is formed by a tear surface, wherein a depth of the tear surface in the surface element is defined by the penetration depths of the first and second cutting lines, scribe line or groove. In this case, the first cutting line, scribe line or groove can be formed so as to extend straight, curved, symmetrical, asymmetrical, consisting of one or more subsection or a combination of the preceding configurations. Advantageously, the penetration depth of the first or second cutting line, scribe line or groove can also be predetermined. In this way, the most varied material thicknesses and types can be taken into account without the sealing effect being impaired by the sealing tab. Material thicknesses between 10% and 75% of the material thickness of the planar element mean, for example, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% of the material thickness of the planar element. Intermediate values are also conceivable. The course of the first cut line, scribe line or groove can also advantageously be adapted to the material thickness of the planar element, the size of the packaging to be sealed and other individual parameters. thus an optimum sealing, in particular trickle density, of the corner regions of the container can be achieved by means of the sealing flap according to the invention. In a further advantageous embodiment of the sealing tab according to the invention, at least one additional bending line is formed within the sealing tab. According to the invention, this bending line serves for easier fitting and fitting of the detached sealing tab into the corner regions of the container. In further advantageous embodiments of the sealing tab according to the invention, the sealing tab is coated at least partially on one side or on both sides. It is possible here for the sealing tab to have at least partially a water- and / or moisture- and / or vapor- and / or grease- and / or oil-repellent coating. This advantageously further increases the sealing effect of the sealing tab according to the invention. In addition, a large number of goods can be accommodated in the container, in which hygienically troublefree storage parameters are required.A second aspect of the invention relates to a container for storing goods, in particular a folding box made of paper, cardboard or a combination of these materials, comprising at least one sealing flap according to the first aspect of the invention. Advantageously, in the case of the container according to the second aspect of the invention, too, the sealing tab is formed as a detachable integral component of the lid and / or bottom tab. The sealing tab is in turn formed by an at least partial detachment of a predefined material region from the lid and / or bottom tab. The sealing tab is formed as part of the lid and / or bottom tab. This embodiment makes it possible to dispense with additional measures for sealing the container, such as, for example, additional receiving bags for goods. Dispensing with additional receiving bags or containers for the goods to be stored also simplifies the filling of the container, in particular with free-flowing goods. The filling process and the production of the container can be produced more cost-effectively.In further advantageous embodiments of the container according to the invention, at least one element of the container from the group of side walls which surround a receptacle space for goods, sealing tab, lid base tab or closing tab is coated at least partially on one side or on both sides. The same applies to adhesive flaps or other conceivable elements of the container according to the invention that may be present. At least one element of the container from the group of side walls, sealing tab, lid-base or closure tab can have at least partially a water- and / or moisture- and / or vapor- and / or grease- and / or oil-repellent coating. As a result, the sealing effect of the sealing tab, as well as of the further elements of the container, is advantageously further increased inside and / or outside the container according to the invention. In addition, a large number of goods can be accommodated in the container, in which hygienically troublefree storage parameters are required. In further advantageous embodiments of the container according to the invention, the sealing flap is formed folded in the corner regions of the container. The folding of the sealing tab can be configured such that, in the closed state of the container, the sealing tab comes to lie on the one hand on the inner surface of the lid and / or bottom tab and on the other hand on an outer surface of the corresponding closure tab. Advantageously, this ensures a clearly increased tightness of the container in its corner regions of the base and / or lid construction. The terms "corner region" or "corner regions" are understood to mean those regions of the base and / or lid construction of the container in which two side walls of the container each adjoin. The term "inner surface" also here defines a surface which, in the folded state of the blank, faces a storage space of the container formed, the term "outer surface" defines a surface which, in the folded state of the blank, faces away from the storage space of the container formed. The term "non-separating" is understood to mean that the corresponding cut line does not produce a complete material separation in the surface element.Furthermore, there is also the possibility that the container according to the invention has a sealing tab which is formed in one or more of the closure tabs. This embodiment of the invention has an independent inventive idea.Further features and their advantages of the container according to the invention can be gathered from the description of the first aspect of the invention, wherein advantageous configurations of the first aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantageous configurations of the second aspect of the invention and vice versa. This construction according to the invention advantageously ensures that the container according to the invention can be produced from a blank formed in one piece or in one piece. This results in a significant time saving both in the production process of the container and also during the filling of the container with goods. The container according to the invention can be used for storing a wide variety of goods. In particular, the container according to the invention is suitable for storing bulk material, in particular free-flowing goods.A third aspect of the invention relates to a blank made of paper, cardboard or a combination of these materials for producing a container for storing goods, comprising at least one lid flap and / or bottom flap and at least one sealing flap, wherein the sealing flap is formed as a detachable, integral component of the lid flap and / or bottom flap and is formed by a partial detachment of a predefined material region from the lid flap and / or bottom flap in the folded state of the blank. In the blank according to the invention, the sealing flap is again formed by at least partially detaching a predefined material region from the lid flap and / or bottom flap in the folded state of the blank. The sealing tab is formed as part of the lid and / or bottom tab. This embodiment makes it possible to dispense with additional measures for sealing the container produced from the blank, such as, for example, additional receiving bags for goods. The dispensing with additional receiving bags or containers for the goods to be stored also simplifies the filling of the container produced from the blank, in particular with free-flowing goods. The filling process and the production of the container can be produced more cost-effectively. In addition, the blank according to the invention can be formed in one piece or in one piece. This results in a significant saving in time and material during the manufacturing process of the container. Since the blank according to the invention consists exclusively of paper, cardboard or a combination of these materials, the container produced therefrom can be disposed of without problems and, if appropriate, be recycled. The blank is produced from a planar element. In further advantageous embodiments of the blank according to the invention, a periphery of the sealing flap can be delimited and defined by at least one first non-separating cut line, scribe line or groove on an inner surface of the lid flap and / or bottom flap, a bending line between at least one pair of mutually adjacent lid flaps or bottom flaps and closure flaps, and a bending line between the lid flap and / or bottom flap and a side wall of the container articulated thereto. It is thus advantageously possible to create a sealing flap which reliably seals in particular the corner regions of a container to be produced from the blank. In addition, it is possible that the bending line between at least one pair of adjoining lid or bottom flaps and closure flaps merges at least partially in the direction of an outer surface of the container produced from the blank into a non-separating second cutting or scoring line and / or a second groove. This ensures a defined detachment of the sealing flap from the inner surface of the lid flap and / or bottom flap during a folding of the blank. The circumference and / or the size of the sealing flap can thereby advantageously be adapted to the individual requirements of the container to be produced, in particular to the type of goods to be stored. Said first and second lines may also consist of a combination of at least two of the non-separating cut lines, scribe lines and grooves.Furthermore, there is also the possibility that the sealing flap of the blank according to the invention is formed in one or more of the closure flaps. This embodiment of the invention has an independent inventive idea.In further advantageous embodiments of the blank according to the invention, a penetration depth of the first or second cutting line, scoring line or groove can be between 10% and 75% of a material thickness of the planar element from which the blank is produced. Thus, consideration can be given to the most varied material thicknesses and types of the blank or of the planar element from which the blank is produced without the sealing effect being impaired by the sealing tab. The course of the first cut line, scribe line or groove can also advantageously be adapted to the material thickness of the planar element, the size of the packaging to be sealed and other individual parameters. thus an optimum sealing, in particular trickle density, of the corner regions of the container produced from the blank can be achieved by means of the sealing flap.In further advantageous embodiments of the blank according to the invention, at least one element of the blank from the group of side walls, sealing tab, lid, base or closing tab can be coated at least partially on one side or on both sides. The same applies to possibly present adhesive flaps or further conceivable elements of the blank according to the invention. At least one element of the blank from the group of side walls, sealing tab, lid, base or closing tab can have at least partially a water- and / or moisture- and / or vapor- and / or grease- and / or oil-repellent coating. This advantageously further increases the sealing effect of the sealing flap, as well as further elements inside and / or outside the container produced from the blank according to the invention. In addition, a large number of goods can be accommodated in the correspondingly produced containers, in which hygienically troublefree storage parameters are required. In a further advantageous embodiment of the blank according to the invention, at least one additional bending line can be formed within the sealing flap. According to the invention, this bending line serves for easier fitting and fitting of the detached sealing flap in the folded state of the blank into the corner regions of the container produced from the blank. In further advantageous embodiments of the blank according to the invention, an adhesive flap can be hinged to a side wall of the blank via a bending line. In this case, it is possible for a dust flap to be hinged on the bottom and / or cover end of the adhesive flap via a further bending line. In this case, a further bending line can be present between the lid and / or bottom flap of the side wall and the dust flap for delimiting the circumference of a further sealing flap formed in the lid and / or bottom flap, wherein the latter bending line in turn merges at least partially in turn into a further non-separating second cutting or scoring line and / or a second groove in the direction of an outer surface of the blank or an outer surface of the container produced from the blank. This advantageously ensures that a sealing tab which substantially corresponds to the sealing tab according to the first aspect of the invention can also be formed in these regions. In contrast to the sealing flaps according to the first aspect of the invention described above, a closure flap is not adjacent to the lid flap and / or bottom flap here, but rather the named dust flap. The dust flap is hinged to the lid and / or bottom flap via the named bending line, which is partially provided with the second cut or scribe line and / or a second groove. Said first and second lines may also consist of a combination of at least two of the non-separating cut lines, scribe lines and grooves. The term "bending line" or "bending lines" is also understood here to mean lines along which corresponding elements of the blank can be brought into a predetermined angle with respect to one another. Bend lines are also understood to mean crease or fold lines. Combinations of these lines are also possible. However, it is also possible for the bending, grooving or folding lines to be formed in combination with one or more cut or perforation lines. The term "inner surface" in turn defines a surface which, in the folded state of the blank, faces a storage space of the container formed, the term "outer surface" defines a surface which, in the folded state of the blank, faces away from the storage space of the container formed. The terms "corner region" or "corner regions" are understood to mean those regions of the base and / or lid construction of the container produced from the blank in which two side walls of the container each adjoin. The term "non-separating" is understood to mean that the corresponding cut line does not produce a complete material separation in the surface element. Further features and their advantages can be gathered from the descriptions of the first and second aspect of the invention, advantageous configurations of the first and second aspect of the invention being to be regarded as advantageous configurations of the third aspect of the invention and vice versa.Further features of the invention are evident from the claims, the exemplary embodiments and on the basis of the drawings. The adhesive flap 36 is connected in an articulated manner to the side wall 12 via a bending line 70. In the region of a base structure 84, the blank 82 has base flaps 22, 30 which are connected in an articulated manner to the side wall 12 and the side wall 16 respectively via corresponding bending lines 44, 52. In addition, the base structure 84 has two closure flaps 26, 34, which are connected in an articulated manner to the side wall 14 and the side wall 18 via corresponding bending lines 50, 54. It can furthermore be seen that the blank 82 additionally forms a lid construction 86 which comprises two lid flaps 20, 28 and two closure bottles 24, 32. The cover flaps 20, 28 are connected in articulated fashion via corresponding bending lines 44, 52, and the closure bottles 24, 32 are connected in articulated fashion via bending lines 50, 54 to the respective side walls 12, 14, 16, 18.Furthermore, it can be seen that at the bottom and cover end of the adhesive flap 36, a respective dust flap 62 is linked to the adhesive flap 36 via a bending line 88.It can be seen that the blank 82 has a plurality of sealing flaps 46, wherein the sealing flaps 46 are formed as a releasable integral component of the cover flaps 20, 28 and the base flaps 22, 30. The more detailed configuration of the sealing tabs 46 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG. 2 shows a schematically illustrated detailed illustration of the blank 82 according to FIG. 1, a partial region of the blank 82 along a line A-B shown in FIG. 1 is reproduced in a schematic cross-sectional illustration in FIG. 3.It can be seen that a respective circumference of the sealing flaps 46 is delimited and defined by a first scribe line 42 on an inner surface 76 of the cover and base flaps 20, 28, 22, 30 and a bending line 38 formed in each case between a pair of mutually adjacent cover or base flaps 20, 28; 20, 30 and closure flaps 24, 26, 32, 34, and a further bending line 44, 52 which is bounded and defined between the cover and base flaps 20, 28, 22, 30 and the side wall 12, 16 linked thereto in each case. In addition, a further sealing tab 46 is formed, the circumference of which is defined by the first scoring line 42, the bending line 44 and a bending line 38 formed between the cover tab 20 or the bottom tab 22 and the dust tab 62.It can be clearly seen in particular from FIG. 3 that the bending lines 38 merge at least partially into a second scoring line 40 in the direction of an outer surface 74, 78 of the container 10 produced from the blank 82. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the penetration depth of the first and second scribe lines 42, 40 is approximately 50% of a material thickness of the planar element from which the blank 82 is produced. The scribe lines 40, 42 are not drawn to scale in FIG. 3 for clarity.Furthermore, it is clear from FIG. 3 that a base of the sealing tab 46 is formed by a tear surface 48. The depth of the crack surface 48 is defined in the surface element by the penetration depths of the first and second scribe lines 42, 40 or a corresponding connecting line between the end points of the penetration of the scribe lines 40, 42. The aforementioned scribe lines 42, 40 can also be formed as non-separating cut lines or grooves. Grooves can be generated, for example, by means of laser energy.Furthermore, it can be seen that the cover tabs 20, 28 and the bottom tabs 22, 30 are separated from the respective closure tabs 24, 32, 26, 34 by means of cut lines 56, 58, 60. The cutting lines 56, 58, 60 extend up to the bending lines 38 formed between the mentioned elements. In addition, FIG. 3 shows the spatial relationships in the description of the blank 82. It can be seen that the first scribe line 42 is formed on the inner surface 76 of the lid flap 20 and the second scribe line 40 is formed on an outer surface 74 of the lid flap 20 or between the outer surface 74 of the lid flap 20 and an outer surface 78 of the closure flap 24. The bending line 38 is in turn formed on the inner surface 76 of the cover tab 20 or between the inner surface 76 of the cover tab 20 and an inner surface 80 of the closure tab 24.Furthermore, it can be seen that the first scribe line 42 is formed to extend straight in each case. The sealing surfaces 46 are triangular in the first exemplary embodiment shown. Other profiles of the scribe line 42 and further shapes of the sealing tabs 46 are also conceivable and are shown in FIGS. 6 aand 6 b.FIG. 4 shows a schematic illustration of the blank 82 according to the first embodiment in a partially folded state. The blank 82 is shown in a view onto the base construction 86. It can be seen that when the closing flap 26 is folded in the direction of a receiving space for goods of the container 10 to be produced from the blank 82, the sealing flap 46 is detached from the bottom flaps 22, 30. The tear surface 48 remains in each case in the bottom flaps 22, 30. the formation of the sealing flaps 46 is caused by the fact that they are still connected to the closure flap 26 via the bending lines 38. The detachment of the bottom flaps 22, 30 takes place along the first scoring line 42 and the second scoring line 40. The respective sealing flap 46 is furthermore connected in an articulated manner to the side walls 12, 16 via the respective bending lines 44, 52. The same applies to the cover flaps 20, 28 of the ceiling construction 86.It can also be seen that the sealing tab 46 can have an additional bending line 90. The bending line 90 significantly facilitates folding together the sealing flap 46 and corresponding contact with the inner surfaces of the corresponding side walls (here 16, 18) in the folded state of the blank 82.FIG. 5 shows a schematic illustration of the blank 82 according to FIG. 4 in a further folded state. It can be seen that the closure flaps 26, 34 have already been fully folded in order to close the receiving space of the container 10. By folding the closure flaps 26, 34, the sealing flaps 46 were detached from their respective regions of the bottom flaps 22, 30. The corresponding tear surfaces 48 remain in the bottom flaps 22, 30, and the circumference of the sealing surfaces 46 is defined, as already described above, inter alia by the course of the first tear lines 42 in the respective bottom flaps 22, 30 of the bottom structure 84. It is clear that the sealing flap 46 is formed folded in the corner regions of the container 10. The folding of the sealing tab 46 is configured such that, in the closed state of the container 10, the sealing tabs 46 come to lie on the one hand on the inner surface 76 of the lid and / or bottom tabs 20, 28, 22, 30 and on the other hand on an outer surface 80 of the corresponding closure tabs 24, 26, 32, 34. This provides an extremely effective seal for these areas of the container 10.FIGS. 6 aand 6 b show schematic representations of further possible embodiments of the blank 82, wherein the different embodiments differ in particular by the configuration of the sealing flap 46. In particular, this is determined by the course of the respective scribe line 42. The course of the bending lines 38, 44, on the other hand, does not change. It is clear from FIGS. 6 aand 6 b, which on the one hand represent, by way of example, a cover structure 86 of the blank 82 and on the other hand a base structure 84 of different embodiments of the blank 82, that the first scribe line 42, which can also be referred to as first non-separating cut line or groove, can be formed so as to extend straight, curved, symmetrically, asymmetrically, consisting of one or more subsection or a combination of the preceding embodiments.
