[0019] For a better understanding of the objects, technical solutions, and advantages of the present utility model, a further detailed description of the present utility model follows in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein serve only to illustrate the present utility model and are not intended to limit the present utility model.

[0020] As in the Fig. 1-3, a schematic diagram of a pair of circumaural light-emitting headphones provided by an embodiment of the utility model, the pair of circumaural light-emitting headphones can be worn on the ear and convert wireless audio signals from an electronic device, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a music player, and the like, to be broadcast as sound. The circumaural light-emitting earphone in the present embodiment includes a sound-emitting part 10, a connecting part 20, and a battery part 30. The connecting part 20 is connected between the sound-emitting part and the battery part and has a curved shape adapted to the human ear. The sound-emitting part 10 is provided with a control board, the battery part 30 is provided with a battery, and the control board of the sound-emitting part 10 is electrically connected to the battery part 30 by a cable 23 passing through the connecting part 20, thereby electrically connecting the sound-emitting part 10 to the battery part 30 through the battery part 30.The control board of the sound-generating part 10 is electrically connected to a battery provided in the battery part 30 via the cable 23 running through the connecting part 20, whereby the battery of the battery part 30 supplies the control board with power.

[0021] The above-described sound generating section 10 further includes a main body and a diaphragm sound generating device (i.e., a device that generates sound using a diaphragm, such as a loudspeaker). The main body has a directional sound outlet port 111. The above-described diaphragm sound generating device and a control circuit board are provided in the main body, and the diaphragm sound generating device is electrically connected to the control circuit board. The control board has a wireless communication circuit (e.g., a Bluetooth communication circuit, a 2.4G communication circuit, etc.) and an audio encoding and decoding circuit, etc., and receives audio signals from an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a computer, a music player, etc., via the wireless communication circuit, and then analyzes the received audio signals using the audio encoding and decoding circuit, and sends the received audio signals to the diaphragm sound generating device to convert them into mechanical vibrations of the diaphragm to realize audio reproduction. Furthermore, a charging interface and charging circuit, a microphone, and the like can be integrated into the control board described above. In particular, the sound generating section 10 and the battery section 30 can use the same solutions as those used in existing on-ear headphones and will not be repeated here.

[0022] The aforementioned connecting portion 20 includes, in addition to the cable 23 for connecting the control board and the battery, an elastic housing 21 and a light bar 22. The elastic housing 21 is made of silicone or plastic with a certain degree of elasticity, etc., which can be bent within a certain angle when subjected to an external force (and is in the form of a curved shape adapted to the ear of the human body when not subjected to an external force). The elastic housing 21 is arranged between the sound-generating part 10 and the battery part 30 (both ends of the elastic housing 21 can be connected to the sound-generating part 10 and the battery part 30, respectively), and the elastic housing 21 includes a first hole 213 provided in an axial direction of the elastic housing 21 (i.e.,The first hole 213 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the elastic casing 21, and a wall of the first hole 213 has an axially provided translucent portion. The axially provided translucent portion, i.e., the translucent portion, is in the shape of a strip and is provided along the longitudinal direction of the elastic casing 21. Specifically, the above-mentioned translucent portion can be formed by making the wall of the corresponding portion of the first hole 213 from a transparent or translucent material, or by making the wall thickness of the portion relatively small.

[0023] The light bar 22 includes a flexible line 221, a plurality of light-emitting bodies 222, and a package body 223. The light-emitting bodies 222 can be used as a cold light source such as a light-emitting diode. The flexible line 221 has a strip shape, a plurality of light-emitting bodies 222 are provided on the same surface of the flexible line 221 (a plurality of light-emitting bodies 222 are electrically connected to the flexible line 221), and a plurality of light-emitting bodies 222 are provided along the length of the flexible line 221. The covering body 223 covers the flexible line 221 and the light-emitting body 222, and the part of the covering body 223 corresponding to the light-emitting body 222 is transparent or translucent. In practice, a part of the flexible line 221 may also be partially exposed to the sheath body 223.

[0024] The light bar 22 is threaded into the first hole 213 of the flexible housing 21, with the light-emitting body 222 facing the light-transmitting part. The control board in the sound-emitting part 10 has a light-emitting control circuit (e.g., an LED control circuit), and the flexible line 221 is electrically connected to the light-emitting control circuit on the control board, so that the plurality of light-emitting bodies 222 can emit light under the control of the light-emitting control circuit. The light-emitting control circuit may be specifically based on techniques commonly used in the art and will not be repeated here.

[0025] In the pair of circumaural light-emitting headphones described above, by wrapping the flexible wire 221 incorporating the light-emitting body 222 with the wrapping body 223 to form the light strip 22 (which can be prepared in advance), and then threading the light strip 22 into the flexible sleeve of the connecting portion and providing a light-emitting portion on the wall of the flexible sleeve 21, the light-emitting area of the pair of circumaural headphones is expanded compared to the existing single-point light device in the sound generating portion 10 or the battery portion 30, for example, the light-emitting area can be expanded to the entire connecting portion 20.Since the covering body 223 covers the light-emitting body 222 and the flexible line 221 together, the strength of the light bar 22 is greatly increased, which facilitates the threading operation without the flexible line 221 breaking or the light-emitting body 222 falling off from the flexible line 221 during the threading operation (including dropping or disconnecting the electrical connection), and improves the yield.

[0026] In practice, it is also possible to place the battery inside the main body of the sound-generating part 10, that is, the pair of circumaural light-emitting headphones no longer has the battery part 30, and the connecting part 20 is connected to the sound-generating part 10, and the pair of circumaural light-emitting headphones can be worn through the connecting part 20. Accordingly, there is no need to provide a cable for connecting the battery inside the connecting part 20.

[0027] In one embodiment of the utility model, the above-mentioned light bar 22 can also be injection-molded in one piece with the elastic sheath 21, so that the light exit body 222 is aligned towards the translucent part.

[0028] In order to make the light-emitting region easier and more clearly observable from the outside, in one embodiment of the utility model, the light-transmitting portion of the aforementioned elastic housing 21 has a dimension in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 20 that exceeds half the length of the connecting portion 20, and this light-transmitting portion is located on the side of the elastic housing 21 facing rearward toward the directional sound exit hole 111, that is, on the side facing rearward toward a human body's face when the headphones are worn on one ear, to make the light-emitting region easier and more clearly observable from the outside. Thus, the light-emitting region can be better observed from the outside. In practice, the light-transmitting portion may also be arranged on the outer edge of the arc of the flexible housing 21, such as, for example,at the upper edge of the connecting section 20 in . Fig. 1, that is, when the headphones are worn on the ear, the light-transmitting portion is exposed to the part that comes into contact with the human body, which can also be clearly observed from the outside. In addition, the light-transmitting portion can also be arranged on the same side of the on-ear light-emitting headphones as the directional sound outlet 111, that is, the light-transmitting portion is located on the side facing the face of the human body when the headphones are worn on the ear, and is seen by irradiating the skin of the human body, thereby improving the overall quality of light emission, that is, the light-emitting body 222 on the light bar 22 is not observed in the form of a spot.

[0029] In one embodiment of the utility model, the elastic sheath 21 includes a first tube wall 211 and a second tube wall 212, each provided in the axial direction, and the first bore 213 is enclosed by the first tube wall 211 and the second tube wall 212. For example, the first tube wall 211 and the second tube wall 212 both have a semicircular cross-sectional shape. The light transmittance of the above first tube wall 211 is greater than the light transmittance of the second tube wall 212, and the light transmitting portion is formed by the first tube wall 211. That is, the elastic sheath 21 is integrally molded through the first tube wall 211 and the second tube wall 212, and the light transmitting portion passes axially through the entire elastic sheath 21, so that the light emitting area is maximized.

[0030] In the specific embodiment, the thickness of the first tube wall 211 can be dimensioned such that the first tube wall 211 is translucent depending on the material of the elastic sheath 21, in order to achieve that the first tube wall 211 is translucent and the second tube wall 212 is opaque (or has relatively poor light transmission properties); alternatively, different materials can be used to form the first tube wall 211 and the second tube wall 212, for example, by mixing an opaque pigment with the material used to form the second tube wall 212, whereby the first tube wall 211 becomes translucent and the second tube wall 212 becomes opaque.By providing the second tube wall on the elastic sheath 21 with relatively poor opaque or translucent properties, it is convenient to conceal the contour of the cable 23 or the light bar 21 within the elastic sheath 21 and avoid a cluttered appearance. In practice, the elastic sheath 21 can of course also be made of a material with consistent translucent properties, i.e., the elastic sheath 21 as a whole forms a translucent section.

[0031] In order to stably fix the light bar 22 in the first tube opening 213, in one embodiment of the utility model, the enveloping body 223 is made of an elastic material (e.g., silicone, etc.), and the light bar 22 is firmly attached to the wall of the first tube opening 213 by the enveloping body 223. That is, an external force must be applied when the light bar 22 is threaded into the first tube opening 213 so that it does not rotate after the light bar 22 is threaded into the first tube opening 213, so that the light-emitting body 222 always faces the light-transmitting portion of the light envelope 21. so that the light-emitting body 222 always faces the light-transmitting part of the elastic housing 21.

[0032] In order to facilitate the penetration of the light bar 22 into the first bore 213, the outer diameter of the enveloping body 223 is the same at different locations in the longitudinal direction, ie the part of the light bar 22 within the first bore 213 has a uniform thickness.

[0033] In one embodiment of the utility model, the aforementioned flexible line 221 comprises a flexible substrate and a printed circuit provided on the flexible substrate, and a plurality of light emitters 222 are attached to the flexible substrate or electrically connected to the printed circuit. The flexible substrate can be electrically connected to a control board within the sound generation section 10 (e.g., electrically connected to a light emission control circuit on the control board) via a cable or a connector, so that light emission control of the light emitting bodies 222 can be achieved by the control board. The part of the enclosure 223 located on the light emitting body 222 side is formed of a transparent or translucent material. In addition, the flexible substrate can have a reflective layer, thereby increasing the light efficiency. In order to reduce costs, the part of the enveloping body 223 located on the back of the light-emitting body 222 is made of an opaque material.

[0034] Of course, in practice, the flexible line 221 may also be formed by connecting wires and the like, but its strength is relatively low, and the light-emitting body 222 may easily slip or be separated during threading of the light bar 22 into the first tube opening 213.

[0035] In one embodiment of the utility model, the above-described cable 23 for connecting the control board and the battery is threaded into the first hole 213 together with the light bar 22, and the cable 23 is arranged on the side of the first hole 213 facing the light-transmitting portion so as not to affect the light output of the light bar 22. In this way, the light bar 22 and the cable 23 can be threaded into the first hole 213 together, improving processing efficiency.

[0036] To improve the clamping force of the connecting portion 20 during wear, in one embodiment of the utility model, the connecting portion 20 includes an elastic metal wire 24 that is threaded into the first hole 213 together with the light bar 22. The elastic metal wire 24 is located on the side of the first hole 213 facing backward from the light-transmitting portion so as not to impair the light output of the light bar 22. In this way, the light bar 22 and the elastic metal wire 24 can be threaded into the first hole 213 together, improving processing efficiency. Of course, the light bar 22, the cable 23, and the elastic metal wire 24 can be threaded into the first hole 213 together. In practice, the connecting portion 20 may also be free of the elastic metal wire 24, utilizing the elasticity of the elastic sheath 21 itself for the clamping force of the on-ear headphones.

[0037] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, in one embodiment of the utility model, the elastic sheath 21 may also have a second and a third hole in the axial direction (i.e., in the longitudinal direction), and both the second and third holes are spaced apart from the light-transmitting portion. The above-mentioned cable 23 is threaded into the second hole, and then the elastic metal wire 24 is threaded into the third hole. Since the light bar 22, the cable 23, and the elastic metal wire 24 must each be threaded into the three tube holes, the process is naturally relatively complicated.

[0038] Specifically, the elastic casing 21 includes a first portion 215 and a second portion 216 provided in a longitudinal direction, and the light transmittance of the first portion 215 is greater than the light transmittance of the second portion 216, with the first hole 213 located in the first portion, and the second hole 217 and the third hole 218 both located in the second portion 216. By the above means, the light bar 22, the cable 23, and the elastic wire 24 can be relatively fixed in their positions within the elastic casing 21 to prevent relative movement during use.The cross-sections of the first portion 215 and the second portion 216 described above may be semicircular, and in practice, the size of the radial dimensions of the first portion 215 and the second portion 216 may be adjusted according to the radial dimensions of the light bar 22, the cable 23, and the elastic wire 24, so that the radial dimensions of the first portion 215 are, for example, larger than the radial dimensions of the second portion 216.

[0039] In addition, it is also possible to provide only two holes in the elastic sheath 21 and to provide the light bar 22 and the cable 23 in one of the holes and the elastic metal wire 24 in the other (or the elastic metal wire 24 and the elastic sheath 21 are molded as one piece); or to provide the light bar 22 with the elastic metal wire 24 in one of the holes and the cable 23 in the other; or to provide the elastic metal wire 24 with the cable 23 in one of the holes and the light bar 22 alone in the other; or to provide the light bar 22 with the cable 23 in one of the holes and the light bar 22 with the cable 23 alone in the other. Or the flexible wire 24 and the cable 23 are passed through one of the holes and the light bar 22 through the other hole.In the embodiment without the battery part 30, the light bar 22 and the elastic metal wire 24 may be provided in two separate tube holes, and in the embodiment without the elastic metal wire 24, the light bar 22 and the cable 23 may be provided in two separate tube holes.

[0040] The ear-hanging light-emitting earphone described above may be a circumaural earphone as shown in Fig. 1, wherein the connecting portion 20 of the earphone has the shape of a hook adapted to the shape of the root of the ear contour, the sound generating portion 10 and the battery portion 30 can be adopted in the conventional structure of the existing ear-hanging earphone, and the sound generating portion 10 is arranged on the front side of the ear contour in the wearing state, and the connecting portion 20 is wound from the front side of the ear contour through the top of the ear contour to the back side of the ear contour in the wearing state, and the battery The battery part 30 is located at the back of the auricle in the wearing state.

[0041] The above-mentioned circumaural light-emitting headphones may be clip-on headphones as shown in Fig.Accordingly, as shown in Figure 5, the connecting portion 20 of the earphone has a circular arc shape. The sound-generating portion 10 and the battery portion 30 can adopt the conventional structure of existing clip-on earphones. The sound-generating portion 10 is inserted into the ear cavity in the wearing state, and the connecting portion 20 is wound from the front of the auricle through the side of the auricle to the back of the auricle in the wearing state. The battery portion 30 is located on the back of the auricle in the wearing state.

[0042] The foregoing is merely a better specific embodiment of the utility model, but the scope of protection of the utility model is not limited thereto. Any modifications or substitutions that any person skilled in the art can readily imagine within the technical range disclosed by the utility model should be covered by the scope of protection of the utility model. Therefore, the scope of protection of the utility model should be subject to the scope of protection of the claims.
