Abstract
Description
[0001] Normally, spray pumps in the cosmetics business, The nozzle and pump body are each covered with an aluminum part. The two aluminum parts are manufactured separately and mounted on the nozzle and pump body. However, you cannot see whether the product has already been used before use.
[0002] With my invention it is different. Here the nozzle cap (4) and sleeve (5) are manufactured in one part, as nozzle sleeve (1). The nozzle cap area is punched out (perforated) on the shoulder (8) of the nozzle sleeve (1), but remains connected to the lower part of the nozzle sleeve (1) as a sleeve (5) by thin webs (6).
[0003] The nozzle (2) is mounted in the nozzle cap area and pre-assembled together with the nozzle sleeve (1) on the pump (3). ( Fig. 4.1)
[0004] To attach it to the bottle (9), the pre-assembled pump (3) is placed on the bottle (9) and the nozzle sleeve (1) is pushed onto the bottle shoulder, thus firmly attaching the pump (3) to the bottle (9). The nozzle (2) is threaded into the nozzle tube (10) when pushed on. Fig. 4.2)
[0005] When used for the first time, the nozzle cap (4) is pushed downwards by axial pressure, the webs (6) are separated to form the shoulder (8), and the nozzle cap (4) now sits on the nozzle tube (10) in the correct position, the pump (3) can now be operated by pressing the nozzle cap (4). Since the bars (6) are broken, you can see that the product has already been used.( Fig. 4.3)
[0006] Another advantage is that the product does not need to be protected from originality by additional packaging. Since the entire manufacturing process is carried out as a single part, this also offers organizational and manufacturing advantages. This is particularly advantageous in the anodizing process, when coloring, as the parts are 100% identical in color after separation.
[0007] It is also possible to separate the nozzle sleeve from the nozzle cap and sleeve during assembly by applying axial pressure to the nozzle cap. The pump with sleeve and nozzle cap can then no longer be distinguished from the usual pumps. But the advantage was used in the manufacturing process.
[0008] The invention is based on the Fig. 1 to 4 explained.

Claims
[1] Nozzle sleeve (1) for spray pump characterized by that • nozzle sleeve (1) as a one-piece component which integrates the nozzle cap (4) and sleeve (5) in one component, wherein the nozzle cap (4) is connected to the sleeve (5) by thin webs (6). [2] Nozzle sleeve (1) for spray pump, according to one of the preceding claims characterized by that • The design allows the visible recognition of the first use by separating the webs (6) when the pump (3) is operated for the first time. [3] Nozzle sleeve (1) for spray pump, according to one of the preceding claims characterized by that • the nozzle sleeve (1) is pre-assembled and is attached to the pump (3) by axially moving it onto the bottle (9), whereby the nozzle (2) is automatically positioned correctly. [4] Nozzle sleeve for spray pump, according to one of the preceding claims characterized by that • due to the one-piece manufacturing process, in particular the advantages in anodizing and color uniformity after separation.
