Description

The hinged spring harrow with locking (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) is designed for ski touring ski with an existing harrow receptacle (03) for PIN ski touring bindings (02 and 03). The manufacturer of the PIN ski touring binding (02 and 03) has no influence on the function. The hinged spring harrow with locking (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) can be used with all common PIN ski tour bindings (02 and 03) with harrow receptacle (03).The hinged spring latching harrow bar (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) is inserted into the existing harrow receptacle (03) of the PIN ski touring bindings (02 and 03).A ski-touring wheel can get into a situation on a ski-touring wheel in which he can only rise with great difficulty or no longer at all because of the underlying surface without harrowing. The climbing skins under the ski have little or no adhesion due to overfrering grass or icing of the snow.Often, the toura geter does not consider at the beginning of the toura that harrows could be needed. Due to the change in climate, the requirements for ski movements become more and more difficult. Rain, rising temperatures during the day and cooling again during the night increasingly leads to a harsh or icy climbing track during ski movements. The change from soft snow which is gripped by climbing skins on climbing can change abruptly within a few metres, so that one suddenly stands in front of difficult ski-tour conditions in which the ski-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour-tour would like harrow below the tour-tour-ski. The harrows are usually packed into the backpack by the ski-toure-type carrier at the beginning of the tour, so that it would be advantageous during the ski-tour in a situation in the harrow to remove the harrow from the backpack, because the ski-toure-type carrier is already standing on steep, hard-standing or ice-plated snow and could lose the grip with the ski when the backpack is put down. Even if the touring ski container has the harrow ready for grip, it can be difficult in the position described to fix the harrows under the ski boots into the harrow receptacle. It is particularly with cold hands or for older touring skiers, it is difficult with fixed touring ski to fix the harrow in the harrow receptacle. The folding spring latching harrow (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) can already be fixed in the harrow receptacle (03) if the ski touring wheel arm assumes that a difficult situation could occur on the ski touring, in which folding spring latching harrow (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) would be advantageous. They are directly ready for use and can be activated by remote triggering. The hinged spring harrow with locking (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) already mounted before the start of the ski return is now used. Without placing the backpack and retrieving the harrow and mounting the harrow on a ground that has remained and icy, which can lead to fatal consequences on steep terrain. There is an ascending position (FIGS. 2 and 3 ) without triggering the harrow cheeks ( 04), referred to here as neutral position (FIGS. 2 and 3 ). The neutral position (FIGS. 2 and 3 ) is also the same as the departure position (FIG. 2 and. FIG. 3 ). There is an ascending position (FIGS. 4 and 5 ) with release of the harrow cheeks ( 04), referred to here as the active position (FIGS. 4 and 5 ).The lock-type folding spring harrow (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) can, by pressing with the ski pole, activate and unlock retaining bolts ( 10) of the lock-type folding spring harrow (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) and be moved from the neutral position (FIGS. 2 and 3 ) to the active position (FIGS. 4 and 5 ).The folding spring harrow with locking (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) is already inserted before the start of the ski tour into the available harrow receptacle ( 03) on the PIN ski tour binding ( 02 and 03). The harrow cheeks (04) provided with spring hinges (13) are brought into the neutral position (FIGS. 2 and 3 ) and are fastened to the touring ski (08) using the retaining bolt (09). The harrow cheeks (04) are now in the neutral position (Figures 2 and 3), which is used for climbing up with climbing skins and for driving down without a sail.If the touring ski container is on rise in exposed, steep and hard terrains and the folding spring wishes to activate the lock harrow iron (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) into the active position (FIGS. 4 and 5 ), it only has to actuate the locking and unlocking retaining bolts ( 10) with the ski pole. The lock-type folding spring harrow (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) is unlocked, jumps up and is in the active position (FIGS. 4 and 5 ). The simultaneously engaging spring pins ( 07) prevent the spring hinges ( 13) from striking the harrow cheeks ( 04), so that even when the ski touring wheel is under heavy load, the folding spring harrow with locking (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) is prevented from folding in.The locking mechanism (05) and the spring pins (07) of the spring hinges (13) now prevent the spring hinges (13) on the harrow cheeks (04) from being pushed aside by pressure and load on the touring wheel and have no adhesion in the underlying surface. The latch-type folding spring harrows (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) now engage the harrow or frozen snow like ordinary harrows. If the folding spring harrows with locking (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) are no longer required to rise in the active position (FIGS. 4 and 5 ), the ski touring wheel has two options: the harrow cheeks (04) can be brought into the neutral position (FIGS. 2 and 3 ) by pressing in the locking mechanism (05) on the spring hinges (13) and can be brought back into the neutral position (FIGS. 2 and 3 ) with the retaining bolt (09). The touring ski can then either travel down without a sail or continue to rise and, if necessary, can re-activate the latch-type spring harrow with a latch (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ). Second possibility: the touring ski boot removes the locking folding spring harrow (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) from the PIN touring bindings (02 and 03) and goes to the ramp. The locking hinged spring harrows in the neutral position (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) do not impair either the departure behavior or the safety function of the PIN ski touring binding (02 and 03).Hinged spring harrows with lock (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) are thus an additional plus safety for ski touring wheels. The hinged spring latching harrows (FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C ) are not usable on rocks, rocks, branches, roots and blanks. Likewise, the latch-type folding spring harrows (FIGS. 1A, 1B, and 1C ) are not suitable for launch.Drawings:Hinged-spring harrow with lockNames:01 PIN-type ski touring binding front jaws 02 PIN-type ski touring binding rear jaws 03 harrow receptacle 04 harrow cheek 05 locking 06 retaining bolt holder 07 spring pins 08 touring ski 09 retaining bolt 10 retaining bolt locking and unlocking 11 harrow splint for harrow receptacle 12 hinge tension spring 13 spring hinge
