cushioning material, and provides a three-dimensional
cushioning material and a method for manufacturing the same. The three-dimensional
cushioning material consists of a base layer 10 and a
composite mesh material 20. The base layer 10 provides the necessary mechanical support for the entire three-dimensional cushioning material. The
composite mesh material 20 is designed to have a porous structure, forming effective
air convection and
diffusion, and preventing the absorption of
moisture and heat and the generation of odors due to long-term contact between the cushioning material and the
human body. The structural design of the
composite mesh material 20 combines multiple mesh materials, and by overlapping mesh materials with different pore sizes in each layer, protrusions 11 are formed on the base layer 10 under the action of an external molding force, and by pushing out the mesh holes, protruding contact points are formed on the mattress material, which buffers the force on the contact surface and creates a pressing effect at the contact points. Furthermore, by optimizing the structural design of the protrusions 11, a cavity structure can be formed, completing the
airflow from the composite mesh material 20 to the base layer 10, and realizing the functions of breathability and
moisture removal.
