However, when stretched earlobes are irritated or inflamed, treatment with ointments or disinfectants is often only possible if the tunnel is removed. [0004] The invention consists of a tunnel with: - a central, continuous opening at the front through which an ointment or liquid can be introduced using a cannula or small syringe, - several openings located laterally along the surface of the tunnel, through which the substance can be evenly distributed in the stretched earlobe.

[0005] The tunnel can be made of a skin-friendly material such as TPU or medical-grade silicone. The shape can be slightly tapered to ensure a better fit in the earlobe. Optionally, the central opening can be fitted with a closable cover or cap.
