Description

The invention relates to seating furniture having a seat part, a backrest and a linkage connecting the seat part to the backrest, on which linkage a multiplicity of load-receiving segments is fastened, with which the seat part and the backrest are formed.A large number of different seating furniture is known which differ significantly from one another in function and construction depending on their field of application. Seating furniture on which especially long dinner is being scoured are so-called office chairs which have a multiplicity of adjustment possibilities. These chairs can thus be adapted to the individual requirements of their users. However, it is known that changing sitting positions and movement associated therewith can especially alleviate and even prevent back discomfort, muscle tension and concentration weakness. Such movements make possible, for example, seating furniture which is designed as so-called free oscillators or lathes. However, so-called knee chairs also animate their users for the continuous change of their posture. Due to the large offer of diverse seating furniture, persons who are splending sitting activity often require several different seating furniture if they want to move to the maximum during their sitting activity.Often, however, working rooms and offices are not spacious enough to accommodate a plurality of seating furniture without problems. The invention is therefore based on the object of showing a seating furniture of the type mentioned at the beginning on which the bandwidth of possible seating positions is increased. This object is achieved according to the invention by an item of seating furniture having the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements of the invention are specified in the dependent claims. The seating furniture according to the invention is distinguished in that at least one carriage guide running through the backrest, the seat part and a base region is formed with the linkage, and in that the load-receiving segments are carriages held in the carriage guide. With this combination of features, the seating furniture according to the invention advantageously has the possibility of adjusting the size of its seat part and of its backrest. For this purpose, if necessary, individual load-receiving segments are moved into the base region or out of the latter again. With this size adjustment, the seating furniture according to the invention has a high conversion capability, with which users are enabled to advantageously assume different seating positions.According to a first development of the seating furniture according to the invention, the linkage has at least two linkage sections running parallel to one another, wherein the linkage sections are guide rails forming the carriage guide. The linkage is preferably formed from steel pipe or shaped laminated wood. However, other materials, in particular a combination of different materials, are also conceivable.According to a next development of the invention, the load-receiving segments are padded roller bodies. The roller bodies have sufficient strength to introduce the weight force of a person taking place on the seating furniture item into the linkage without damage. If necessary, the roller bodies have a reinforced core for this purpose. With their roller shape, the roller bodies can advantageously be guided through curves formed in the carriage guide without resistance, since the roller bodies roll on one another in the curves of the carriage guide and cannot tilt relative to one another. Various materials are suitable for cushioning, as they are already widely used in the furniture industry. For fastening the load-receiving segments in the carriage guide, it is proposed that the load-receiving segments each have at least two through-holes, wherein one of the two through-holes is traversed by one of the linkage sections, and the respective other through-hole is traversed by the other of the two linkage sections. The guide rails formed with the rod sections run with the through holes in the interior of the seat part and the backrest, so that the seating furniture item as a whole acquires the residential character of a chair. However, it is within the scope of the invention to equip the load-receiving segments with guide structures with which the guide rails run on the outer edges of the seat part and backrest, so that a more or less open view of the guide rails and thus of large parts of the linkage is provided.According to another development of the invention, the linkage has at least one linkage bracket connecting the two linkage sections to one another. Such a linkage advantageously enables the linkage to be manufactured by bending a single rod. The bending radii make it possible to form a rounded linkage, with which the risk of damage to other equipment objects is reduced. It is of course also within the scope of the invention to connect the linkage sections to one another by means of two linkage brackets to form a shaped ring.It is preferably proposed that the linkage bracket is part of the backrest. However, it is likewise possible for this linkage bracket or a further linkage bracket to be part of a furniture foot formed in the base region. It would also be conceivable for the linkage to have cross struts connecting the two linkage sections to one another, and for the carriage guide to be designed in such a way that the load-receiving segments designed as carriages do not collide with these cross struts.According to a next development of the invention, the load-receiving segments have releasable connecting means for connecting mutually adjacent load-receiving segments. Such connecting means are intended to prevent load-receiving segments, in particular load-receiving segments forming the seat part, from drifting apart when the seat part is loaded by a person sitting on the seating furniture according to the invention.A further development provides that the connecting means have magnetic properties. Sufficient binding forces can be realized by means of so-called magnetic tapes or magnetic rails. However, it is within the scope of the invention to design the connecting means in the manner of hook and loop fasteners, zippers, overturn loops or pushbuttons.According to a particularly advantageous development of the invention, a lower leg support is formed with load-receiving segments moved into the base region via the carriage guide. For this purpose, the carriage guide preferably has rod sections running through the base region with a vertical directional component, at which stacked load-receiving segments form the lower leg support, which can also be referred to as knee support. By returning the rod sections passing through the base region among the rod sections passing through the seat region, the bearing surface of the lower leg support can be increased considerably, so that a type of knee chair is formed. An embodiment of the invention, from which further inventive features emerge, is illustrated in the drawing. The following are shown: FIG. 1 : a perspective view of a seating furniture item according to the invention in an adjustment for a first seating position; and FIG. 2 : a perspective view of the seating furniture according to FIG. 1, but in a setting for a second seating position.FIG. 1 shows the seating furniture according to the invention with a seat part 1, a backrest 2 and a linkage 3 connecting the seat part 1 to the backrest 2, on which linkage a plurality of load-receiving segments 4 is fastened, with which the seat part 1 and the backrest 2 are formed. A carriage guide running through the backrest 2, the seat part 1 and a base region 5 is formed with the linkage 3, wherein the load-receiving segments 4 are carriages held in this carriage guide. The linkage 3 has two linkage sections 6 running parallel to one another, wherein these linkage sections 6 are guide rails forming the carriage guide. The load-receiving segments 4 are padded roller bodies and each have two through-holes 7, 8, wherein each of the two through-holes 7 and 8 is traversed by one of the two rod sections 6. Furthermore, the linkage 3 has a linkage bracket 9 which connects the two linkage sections 6 to one another and is part of a furniture foot formed in the base region 5.FIG. 2 shows the seating furniture according to the invention in an adjustment for a second seating position, in which a lower leg support 10 is formed with load-receiving segments 4 moved into the base region 5 via the carriage guide. Identical components are provided with identical reference numerals.
