The other end of the brace member is inserted and fixed in an opening in an external component of the saddle riding type vehicle.Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent No. 6553109SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONHowever, with the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, when it is desired to increase the rigidity and precision in mounting the strut member to the external component, the outer diameter of the strut member needs to be increased, or the external component needs to be made thicker. It is the object of the present invention to provide a light source supporting structure for a saddle riding type vehicle, which is capable of solving the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, improving the precision and rigidity in mounting the stay member of the flasher lamp, and downsizing the external component and the flasher lamp and reducing the weight thereof. To achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention is characterized by a light source supporting structure for a saddle riding type vehicle (1) including: a housing (7b) accommodating a light source (56); a brace member (50) including one end supporting the housing (7b) and the other end inserted into a mounting hole (41a) provided in an external component (40); and a holder (60) inserted into an inner periphery of the stay member (50), wherein the light source support structure further includes a holder mounting portion (96) supported on a vehicle body side inside the external component (40), and the stay member (50) is fixed together with the holder mounting portion (96) and the holder (60) by a locking member (52).The second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that it further comprises a headlight stay (S) supported at the vehicle body side in front of a head pipe (F1) constituting the vehicle frame (F) of the saddle riding type vehicle (1), the headlight stay (S) supporting a headlight (11), the bracket mounting portion (96) being a part of the headlight stay (S).The third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the external component (40) is a cowl (10, 40) that covers the headlight (11), the headlight stay (S) includes a cover mounting portion (97) that supports the cowl (10, 40), the bracket mounting portion (96) is continuous with the cover mounting portion (97) that extends outward in a vehicle width direction and is shaped to bend around from above to a front side of the cover mounting portion (97), and the bracket (60) is fixed to the bracket mounting portion (96) at a front side of the bracket (60).The fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a support member (150) which supports a wire harness (H) supplying power to the light source (56) is mounted on a connection portion (98) which connects the cover mounting portion (97) and the holder mounting portion (96).The fifth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that it further comprises: a front fork (13) that supports a front wheel (WF) and is rotatably supported by the head pipe (F 1); an upper bridge (6) that supports the front fork (13) above the head pipe (F 1); and a lower bridge (12) supporting the front fork (13) below the head pipe (F1), wherein the headlight stay (S) comprises an upper member (80) and a lower member (90), the upper member (80) is supported by the upper bridge (6), the lower member (90) is supported by the lower bridge (12), and the upper member (80) and the lower member (90) are fixed together by connecting an upper connecting portion (81) provided on the upper member (80) to a lower connecting portion (99) provided on the lower member (90).The sixth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that at least a part of the cover mounting portion (97) overlaps with the brace member (50) in a side view of the vehicle body. The seventh aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in a plan view of the vehicle body, the holder mounting portion (96), the cover mounting portion (97), the upper connecting portion (81), and the lower connecting portion (99) are positioned within the space between a front edge (L1) contacting a front end of the flasher lamp (7) and a rear edge (L2) contacting a rear end of the flasher lamp (7).The eighth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the main body portion (70) of the holder (60) includes a protrusion (68) protruding forward from the main body portion (70), an engagement hole (69) for engaging with the locking member (52) is formed in the protrusion (68), and the stay member (50) includes a fitting hole (59) into which the protrusion (68) fits.According to the first aspect, the light source support structure for a saddle riding type vehicle (1) includes: a housing (7b) accommodating a light source (56); a stay member (50) including one end supporting the housing (7b) and the other end inserted into a mounting hole (41a) provided in an external component (40); and a bracket (60) inserted into an inner periphery of the stay member (50), the light source support structure further including a bracket mounting portion (96) supported on a vehicle body side inside the external component (40), and the stay member (50) is fastened together with the bracket mounting portion (96) and the bracket (60) by a locking member (52). Therefore, the rigidity and precision in mounting the brace member to the vehicle body can be increased without increasing the outer diameter of the brace member or the thickness of the external component. This makes it possible to further miniaturize the flash lamp and the external component and reduce the weight thereof. By increasing the support rigidity at a position inside the external component, the appearance of the saddle riding type vehicle is not impaired. Further, since the stay member does not need to be formed in an elliptical cross section or other shape to prevent rotation, design flexibility of the flash lamp can be improved by, for example, assuming a circular cross section for the stay member.According to the second aspect, the structure further includes a headlight stay (S) supported at the vehicle body side in front of a head pipe (F 1) constituting the vehicle frame (F) of the saddle riding type vehicle (1), the headlight stay (S) supporting a headlight (11), the bracket mounting portion (96) being a part of the headlight stay (S). Therefore, the strut member is fixed to the headlight strut supported on the vehicle body side, and the rigidity and precision in assembling the strut member can be increased without the need for additional components.According to a third aspect, the external component (40) is a cowl (10, 40) that covers the headlight (11), the headlight stay (S) includes a cover mounting portion (97) that supports the cowl (10, 40), the holder mounting portion (96) is continuous with the cover mounting portion (97) that extends outward in a vehicle width direction and is shaped to bend around from above to a front side of the cover mounting portion (97), and the holder (60) is fixed to the holder mounting portion (96) at a front side of the holder (60). Therefore, the bracket and the cowl can be fixed to the headlight stay without the need for additional mounting components. The cover mounting portion is disposed close to the holder mounting portion, thereby allowing the risk of misalignment between the fairing and the strut member to be reduced.According to the fourth aspect, a support member (150) holding a wire harness (H) supplying power to the light source (56) is mounted on a connection portion (98) connecting the cover mounting portion (97) and the holder mounting portion (96). Therefore, the harness supporting member is disposed between the cover mounting portion and the holder mounting portion, thereby making it possible to efficiently use a dead space and protect the harness.According to the fifth aspect, the structure further includes: a front fork (13) that supports a front wheel (WF) and is rotatably supported by the head pipe (F 1); an upper bridge (6) that supports the front fork (13) above the head pipe (F 1); and a lower bridge (12) supporting the front fork (13) below the head pipe (F1), wherein the headlight stay (S) comprises an upper member (80) and a lower member (90), the upper member (80) is supported by the upper bridge (6), the lower member (90) is supported by the lower bridge (12), and the upper member (80) and the lower member (90) are fixed together by connecting an upper connecting portion (81) provided on the upper member (80) to a lower connecting portion (99) provided on the lower member (90). Therefore, by partitioning the complex-shaped headlight stay into the upper and lower portions, manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the ease of mounting to the vehicle body can be increased. The headlight stay is supported with the rigid body, i.e., the upper bridge and the lower bridge, therefore, the precision in assembling the flasher lamp and the cowl can be further improved.According to the sixth aspect, at least a part of the cover mounting portion ( 97) overlaps with the brace member ( 50) in a side view of the vehicle body. Therefore, the support structure for the strut member can be made smaller.According to the seventh aspect, in a plan view of the vehicle body, the holder mounting portion (96), the cover mounting portion (97), the upper connecting portion (81), and the lower connecting portion (99) are positioned within the space between a front edge (L1) contacting a front end of the flasher lamp (7) and a rear edge (L2) contacting a rear end of the flasher lamp (7). Therefore, the mounting portions are disposed close to each other in the front-rear direction, thereby making it possible to reduce the front-rear dimension and to support the shroud and the flash lamp in a robust manner.According to the eighth aspect, the main body portion (70) of the holder (60) includes a protrusion (68) protruding forward from the main body portion (70), an engagement hole (69) for engaging with the locking member (52) is formed in the protrusion (68), and the stay member (50) includes a fitting hole (59) into which the protrusion (68) fits. Therefore, by fitting the protrusion of the holder into the fitting hole of the stay member, the precision in assembling the flash lamp can be further improved.Brief Description of the DrawingsFIG. 1 is a left side view of a motorcycle according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view of a portion of the motorcycle; FIG. 3 is an enlarged plan view of a portion of the motorcycle; FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a front turn signal lamp on the right side in the vehicle width direction; FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a holder as viewed from the front; FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the holder as viewed from the rear; FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the front turn signal lamp on the left side in the vehicle width direction; FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating the structure of a headlight stay; FIG. 9 is a front view illustrating the structure of the headlight stay; FIG. 10 is a perspective view illustrating the state in which the front flasher lamp is mounted on the headlight stay; FIG. 11 is a front view illustrating the state in which the front flasher lamp 7 is mounted on the headlight stay; FIG. 12 is a front view illustrating the state in which the brace member is inserted into a cover rear side bulging portion; FIG. 13 is an enlarged right side view of a portion of the motorcycle; FIG. 14 is an enlarged front view of the motorcycle in the state in which the front cowl and the instrument panel are removed; FIG. 15 is a right side view illustrating the mounting state of the headlight stay to the vehicle body; and FIG. 16 is a plan view illustrating the mounting state of the front turn signal lamp to the headlight stay.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONHereinafter, the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. This allows further downsizing and weight reduction of the flash lamp 7 and the rear cover 40. By increasing the support rigidity at a position inside the rear cover 40, the appearance of the saddle riding type vehicle 1 is not impaired. Further, since the stay member 50 does not need to be formed in an elliptical cross section or other shape to prevent rotation, design flexibility of the flash lamp 7 can be improved by assuming, for example, a circular cross section for the stay member 50.The headlight stay S of the saddle riding type vehicle 1 is supported on the vehicle body side in front of the head pipe F 1 constituting the vehicle frame F and supports the headlight 11; and the bracket mounting portion 96 is part of the headlight stay S, whereby the stay member 50 is fixed to the headlight stay S supported on the vehicle body side, and the rigidity and precision in mounting the stay member 50 can be increased without the need for additional components. The headlight stay S includes the rear cover mounting portion 97 that supports the rear cover 40; the bracket mounting portion 96 is continuous with the rear cover mounting portion 97 that extends outward in the vehicle width direction and is shaped to bend around from above to the front of the rear cover mounting portion; and the bracket 60 is fixed to the bracket mounting portion 96 at the front of the bracket 60. Therefore, the bracket 60 and the rear cover 40 can be fixed to the headlight stay S without the need for additional mounting components. The rear cover mounting portion 97 is disposed close to the holder mounting portion 96, thereby making it possible to reduce the risk of misalignment between the rear cover 40 and the brace member 50.The support member 150 that holds the wire harness H supplying power to the light source 56 is mounted on the connection portion 98 that connects the rear cover mounting portion 97 and the holder mounting portion 96. Therefore, the harness supporting member 150 is disposed between the rear cover mounting portion 97 and the holder mounting portion 96, thereby making it possible to efficiently use dead space and protect the harness H.The vehicle includes: the front fork 13 supporting the front wheel WF and rotatably supported by the head pipe F 1; the upper bridge 6 supporting the front fork 13 above the head pipe F 1; and the lower bridge 12 supporting the front fork 13 below the head pipe F 1. The headlight stay S is composed of the upper member 80 and the lower member 90, the upper member 80 being supported by the upper bridge 6, and the lower member 90 being supported by the lower bridge 12. The upper member 80 and the lower member 90 are fixed together by connecting the upper connecting portion 81 of the upper member 80 and the lower connecting portion 99 of the lower member 90. Therefore, by partitioning the complex-shaped headlight stay S into the upper and lower portions, manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the ease of attachment to the vehicle body can be increased. The headlight stay S is supported with the rigid body, i.e., the upper bridge 6 and the lower bridge 12, so that the precision in assembling the flasher lamp 7 and the rear cover 40 can be further improved. In a side view of the vehicle body, at least a part of the rear cover mounting portion 97 overlaps with the brace member 50, thereby allowing downsizing of the support structure for the brace member 50.In a plan view of the vehicle body, the holder mounting portion 96, the rear cover mounting portion 97, the upper connecting portion 81, and the lower connecting portion 99 are positioned within the space between the front edge L 1 contacting the front end of the flasher lamp 7 and the rear edge L 2 contacting the rear end of the flasher lamp 7. Therefore, the mounting portions are disposed close to each other in the front-rear direction, thereby allowing the front-rear dimensions to be reduced and the rear cover 40 and the flash lamp 7 to be stably supported.Further, the main body portion 70 of the holder 60 includes the protrusion 68 protruding forward from the main body portion 70, the engagement hole 69 for engaging with the locking member 52 is formed in the protrusion 68, and the stay member 50 includes the fitting hole 59 into which the protrusion 68 fits. Therefore, by fitting the protrusion 68 of the holder 60 into the fitting hole 59 of the stay member 50, the precision in mounting the flash lamp 7 can be further improved. The configuration and shape of the motorcycle, the flash lamp, the stay member, the bracket, the rear cover, the front cowl, and the headlight stay are not limited to the above embodiment and may be variously modified. For example, the holder may be configured with a tubular main body portion including a protrusion directly provided thereon without a holder bulging portion. The light source support structure of the saddle-riding type vehicle according to the present invention can be applied not only to motorcycle but also to three-wheeler, four-wheeler and various other saddle-riding type vehicles. Further, the present invention is not limited to front direction indicators, and may also be applied to rear direction indicators.Explanation of Reference Numerals1 Motorcycle (saddle riding type vehicle) 6 Upper bridge 7 Front flasher lamp (flasher lamp) 7 b Housing 10 Front cowl 10 aOpen 11 Headlight 12 Lower bridge 13 Front fork 40 Rear cover (external component) 41 aMount hole 50 Stay member 52 Locking member 56 Light source 57 One end of the stay member 58 Other end of the stay member 59 Fitting hole 60 Holder 68 Protrusion 69 Engagement hole 70 Main body portion of the holder 80 Upper member 81 Upper connection portion 90 Lower member 96 Holder mounting portion 97 Rear cover mounting portion 98 Connection portion 99 Lower connection portion 150 Support member F Vehicle frame F 1 Head pipe S Headlight stay WF Front wheel H Harness L 1 Front edge, which front end of the flash lamp contacts L2 rear edge which contacts rear end of the flash lampTo provide a saddle riding type vehicle that improves precision and rigidity in mounting the stay member of the flash lamp, thereby allowing further downsizing and weight reduction of the external component and the flash lamp.
