Abstract

Modular electronic system comprising a first module (10) having a first electrical contact (11) and a second electrical contact (12) on a first side (10a) of the first module (10) and a third electrical contact (13) and a fourth electrical contact (14) on a second side (10b) of the first module (10); and a second module (20) having a first electrical contact (21) and a second electrical contact (22) on a first side (20a) of the second module and a third electrical contact (23) and a fourth electrical contact (24) on a second side (20b) of the second module (20); wherein a surface of the first side (10a) of the first module (10) is substantially parallel to a surface of the second side (10b) of the first module (20);wherein a surface of the first side (20a) of the second module (20) is substantially parallel to a surface of the second side (20b) of the second module (20); wherein the modules (10, 20) are configured to be lined up next to each other and to be positively connected perpendicular to their surfaces when lined up next to each other; wherein the third electrical contact (13) of the first module (10) and the first electrical contact (21) of the second module (20) are in contact when the second module (20) is lined up next to the first module (10); wherein the fourth electrical contact (14) of the first module (10) and the second electrical contact (22) of the second module (20) are in contact when the second module (20) is lined up next to the first module (10); wherein the second module (20) is configured to be connected via the first electrical contact (21) of the second module (20) and the second electrical contact (22) of the to be supplied with energy to the second module (20);characterized in that the second module (20) is further configured to receive and / or send initial data via the first electrical contact (21) of the second module (20) and the second electrical contact (22) of the second module (20).
