Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL AREA
[0001] The present utility model relates to the field of ring-shaped jewelry, in particular a modular chain ring. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] The chain ring is a common and popular piece of jewelry in everyday life. It consists primarily of a cord and a series of matching blocks strung on the cord. With the increasing variety of colors, shapes, and textures of these blocks, various chain rings have emerged. Some of these blocks are designed as building blocks of a greater length, and often two cords are used, one threaded through each block at opposite ends along its length. If only a single cord is used to string the blocks into a ring, they can turn inside out when worn, affecting both appearance and comfort. However, when stringing the blocks with two cords, both cords must be held upright to secure the blocks. The user holds the two strings in one hand and uses the other to press the building blocks onto them, one after the other. When assembling the building blocks, one end of each block must be clamped to the first string, then the other end to the second. During this process, the string easily slips out of position and cannot be aligned with the connecting structure on the building block. Adjusting the relative position of the building block and string with a single hand is difficult and extremely inconvenient, and the efficiency of threading multiple building blocks onto a single string is relatively low. CONTENTS OF THE PRESENT USE SAMPLE
[0003] One purpose of the present utility model is to provide a modular chain ring in order to reduce the difficulty of assembling a large number of chain ring kits with a cord and to improve production efficiency.

[0015] In connection with exported embodiments, the technical solution of the present utility model is explained in more detail below, which, however, does not constitute a limitation of the present utility model. Example 1:
[0016] As in Fig. Figures 1 to 7 show a modular chain ring comprising building blocks 1 and a cord 3, wherein a pair of mirror-image and spaced-apart threading sections 13 is arranged on a first side surface of the building block 1, and wherein a threading passage hole 131 is provided on the threading section 13, and wherein the cord 3 is provided with two threading segments 31 and two connecting segments 32, and wherein the two connecting segments 32 and the two threading segments 31 are arranged alternately and connected to each other to form a closed loop structure, and wherein the threading segments 31 correspond one-to-one to the threading sections 13 and are passed through the threading passage hole 131 of the corresponding threading section 13, and wherein a connecting element is arranged between the two connecting segments 32, and wherein the connecting element is detachably connected to each of the two connecting segments 32.
[0017] As in connection with Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3, it is implemented such that when the cord 3 is assembled with a plurality of building blocks 1 in the present technical solution, the plurality of building blocks 1 are lined up so that the threading passage holes 131 of adjacent building blocks 1 correspond one-to-one and are directly opposite each other, and wherein the cord 3 is first threaded through the threading sections 13 on the same side (namely the first side) of the plurality of building blocks 1 and is threaded from the first side of the first building block 1 to the first side of the last building block 1, and wherein a segment of the cord 3 that is threaded through the first side of the plurality of building blocks 1 is the first threading segment 31, after the cord 3 has been led out of the last building block 1, it is wound to the opposite other side of the last building block 1, and the segment is the first connecting segment 32.The cord 3 is then threaded through the threading sections 13 on the opposite side (namely the second side) of the plurality of building blocks 1 and threaded from the second side of the last building block 1 to the second side of the first building block 1. Similarly, a segment of the cord 3 that is threaded through the second side of the plurality of building blocks 1 is the second threading segment 31. After the cord 3 has been led out of the first building block 1, two ends of the cord 3 are joined end to end to form a ring-shaped closed loop. At the same time, a second connecting segment 32 is formed on one side of the first building block 1. Now the cord 3 and the building blocks 1 together form a bracelet on which the building blocks 1 are threaded, and the first connecting segment 32 and the second connecting segment 32 are two ends of the bracelet. After that, the bracelet is joined end to end.by connecting the connecting element to the first connecting segment 32 and the second connecting segment 32, in order to finally form a ring and assemble a chain ring.
[0018] In the above process, the cord 3 only needs to be threaded through both sides of the construction kit 1 one after the other, and then the two ends of the cord 3 are joined by knots, glue, thermoplastic tubing, etc., and the entire process is operated with both hands, and the threading of the cord and the holes do not need to be precisely coordinated, and according to the actual situation, the cord 3 can be twisted and the threading adjusted to reduce the difficulty in assembling a large number of construction kits 1 of the chain ring with the cord 3 and to improve production efficiency.
[0019] In actual use, the chain ring can be a hand chain or a necklace and other ring jewelry, with the present embodiment not imposing too many restrictions.
[0020] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, in the present embodiment the construction kit 1 and the threading section 13 are a one-piece structure; in addition, the construction kit 1 and the threading section 13 can be joined by gluing, hot melting, etc., whereby the present embodiment does not impose too many restrictions.
[0021] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the connecting element in some embodiments is a first connecting block 2, wherein grooves 23 are provided on the outer surface of the first connecting block 1, which surround in the circumferential direction, and wherein the two connecting segments 32 are each placed on the first connecting block 2 and each clamped in the grooves 23.
[0022] As in connection with Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the first connecting block 2 comprises in practice a first locking cover 22 and a second locking cover 21, wherein a first connecting column 221 is rigidly connected to the central part of the first locking cover 22, and wherein a first socket 222 is provided on the first connecting column 221, which is open towards the second locking cover 21, and wherein a second connecting column 212 is rigidly connected to the central part of the second locking cover 21, and wherein the second connecting column 212 is pluggably clamped in the first socket 222, and wherein a cavity is formed between the second locking cover 21 and the first locking cover 22, which surrounds the first connecting column 221 in order to form grooves 23 on the first connecting block 2.
[0023] Preferably the first bushing 222 is a polygonal hole, and correspondingly the second connecting column 212 is a polygonal prism that fits the polygonal hole, thereby avoiding a relative rotation of the first locking cover 22 and the second locking cover 21.
[0024] In another preferred embodiment, the second connecting column 212 is provided with a second bushing 213 which is open towards the first connecting column 221, wherein the second bushing 213 is provided with a positioning column 223 on the axis, and wherein one end of the positioning column 223 is fixedly connected to the first locking cover 22, and wherein the opposite other end is pluggably clamped in the second bushing 213 in order to improve the accuracy of the assembly of the first locking cover 22 and the second locking cover 21.
[0025] In a further preferred embodiment, the second locking cover 21 is provided with an annular positioning groove 211, which is provided on the outside of the second connecting column 212, and wherein the first connecting column 221 is pluggably inserted into the positioning groove 211.
[0026] As in connection with Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, in some embodiments the connecting element is a second connecting block 4, wherein connecting hooks 41 are firmly connected to two opposite sides of the second connecting block 4, which correspond one-to-one to the connecting segments 32, and wherein the connecting segment 32 is clamped on the inside of the corresponding connecting hook 41.
[0027] In a specific implementation, the opening direction of the connecting hook 41 can be provided on both the outside and the inside of the formed chain ring, whereby the present embodiment does not impose too many restrictions.
[0028] In some embodiments, the connecting element is a string that can be detachably tied to the connecting segments 32 on both sides. In other embodiments, the connecting element is a paper clip, with the connecting segments 32 being threaded into the paper clip on both sides.
[0029] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, a further improvement consists in that an opening 132 is provided on one side of the threading section 13 parallel to its axis, the opening 132 being connected to the threading passage hole 131, and the threading section 13 forming a hook-like structure through the opening 132, and a handle end of the threading section 13 being firmly connected to the first side surface of the kit, with the hook tip facing directly towards the first side surface of the kit 1. In addition to assuming a straight tubular structure, the threading section 13 can also assume a hook-like structure, i.e.,, an opening 132 parallel to its axis is cut out on one side of the axis of the threading section 13, and the opening 132 blocks the connection of this side of the threading section 13 with the first side surface of the building block 1, forming a hook-like structure, and the adjustment of the opening 132 allows the cord 3, when threaded through the threading section 13, either to enter through the threading passage hole 131 or to be clamped and pulled out by the opening 132, which makes assembly more flexible and convenient and improves the efficiency of assembly.
[0030] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, the two threading segments 31 and the two connecting segments 32 in the cord 3 are preferably each formed in one piece.
[0031] If the threading section 13 assumes a hook-like structure, the cord 3 can accordingly assume a one-piece formed cord ring, or the cord 3 can first be joined end to end to form a ring-shaped structure, and then the cord is inserted through the opening 132 on the threading section 13 into the threading passage hole 131, so that the chain ring has a variety of accessory options and the manufacturer can select the appropriate accessories or a different assembly sequence of processes according to the market sales situation in order to reduce production costs, increase market share and improve production efficiency.
[0032] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, a further improvement consists in that a convex section 16 is arranged on the first side surface of the construction kit 1, which is located between the two threading sections 13, wherein a predetermined gap 14 is provided between the convex section 16 and the hook tips of the threading sections 13 on both sides, which prevents the threading segments 3 from coming loose.
[0033] In actual use, the opening 132 on the threading section 13 faces the side surface of the convex section 16, and the side surface of the convex section 16 prevents the cord 3 from detaching from the opening 132 of the threading section 13. When the chain ring is worn, the cord 3 is naturally moved or thrown towards the opening 132; when the cord 3 is brought out of the opening 132, it lies against the side surface of the convex section 16. Without human intervention, it is difficult for the cord 3 to detach from the threading section 13 by its own movement. If the cord 3 needs to be pulled out of the opening 132, it is necessary to manually pull the cord 3 into the predetermined slot 14.
[0034] As in connection with Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 8, a further improvement of the present embodiment consists in that a projection 12 for installing a decorative block 5 is arranged on the second side surface of the kit 1, wherein the second side surface and the first side surface of the kit 1 are two opposite sides of the kit 1.
[0035] In actual use, the building block 1 can be inserted through the projection 12 into the installation hole of the decorative block 5, so that the decorative block 5 is attached to the building block 1; in other words, the building block 1 can be connected to various decorative blocks 5 through the projection 12 to create different composition effects and enhance the enjoyment of the product.
[0036] The projection 12 can be either a solid structure or a hollow structure, a dug hole structure, etc., whereby the present embodiment does not impose too many restrictions; in some embodiments, the projection assumes a dug hole structure, in particular, the projection is provided with a blind hole on a side facing away from the building block, and the blind hole can not only reduce the dead weight but also be used for the decorative block 5 to be inserted into the blind hole for fastening.
[0037] As in connection with Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 8, in some embodiments the projections 12 are provided in a number of at least 2, wherein adjacent projections 12 are arranged at intervals, so that a building block 1 can be connected with two decorative blocks 5 or a large decorative block 5 can be connected by means of more than two projections 12, and wherein the present embodiment does not impose too many restrictions.
[0038] As in connection with Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 8, a further improvement of the present embodiment consists in the fact that a concave section 11 is still provided on the second side surface of the building block 1, wherein the projection 12 is arranged in the concave section 11.
[0039] The arrangement of the concave section 11 limits the decorative block 5 installed on the projection 12, preventing it from falling off immediately under the impact of an external force. Furthermore, when selecting a combination of kits 1 with and without the concave section 11, the concave section 11 allows the chainring to represent a combination layering of the upper and lower misalignments of different decorative blocks 5. It also prevents the decorative blocks 5 from lying on the same curved surface and causing assembly interference.
[0040] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, in the present embodiment the concave section 11 and the convex section 16 can be provided independently of each other, but also in combination with each other, e.g. the concave section 11 and the convex section 16 are combined to form a bending structure, i.e. the center of the second side surface of the building block 1 is concave to a certain depth, and the second side surface projects out of the concave area to a corresponding height, ultimately forming a bending structure in the center of the building block 1 where one side is recessed and an opposite side is projecting.
[0041] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the construction kit 1 in the present embodiment is provided with notches 15 on the edges, wherein the notches 15 are provided on two side surfaces of the construction kit 1 in the width direction and in the middle of the construction kit 1, and wherein the threading section 13 is provided on two opposite sides of the construction kit 1 in the length direction.
[0042] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, in some embodiments the two side surfaces are inclined surfaces in the width direction of the construction kit 1, arranged as mirror images of each other, and the distance between the two inclined surfaces gradually decreases from the first side surface to the threading section 13.
[0043] The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present utility model, but the embodiments of the present utility model are not limited by the above embodiments, and all other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, simplifications made without deviation from the intellectual essence and principles of the present utility model are equivalent replacement methods and are all included in the scope of protection of the present utility model.
[0044] The present utility model relates to the field of ring-shaped jewelry and discloses a modular chain ring comprising building blocks and a cord, wherein a pair of mirror-image and spaced-apart threading sections is arranged on a first side surface of the building block, and wherein a threading passage hole is provided on the threading section, and wherein the cord is provided with two threading segments and two connecting segments, and wherein the two connecting segments and the two threading segments are arranged alternately and connected to each other to form a closed loop structure, and wherein the threading segments correspond one-to-one to the threading sections and are passed through the threading passage hole of the corresponding threading section, and wherein a connecting element is arranged between the two connecting segments.and wherein the connecting element is detachably connected to the two connecting segments; the present solution reduces the difficulty of assembling a large number of chain ring kits with a cord and improves production efficiency.
