Description

Field of the invention

[0001] The present disclosure belongs to the field of strollers and, more particularly, to a push release device with memory function for a stroller and a stroller frame. State of the art

[0002] A stroller is a convenient vehicle for young children on the go and enjoying outdoor activities. To facilitate carrying and transportation, strollers are usually foldable. For ease of use, a release switch for folding the entire stroller is usually located on the handle of the frame. For example, CN116605278A describes a stroller folding mechanism that features a one-handed button in the center of the handle unit as the release switch. After unlocking, subsequent folding steps are performed sequentially. Similar push-to-unlock methods require that the next operation be performed immediately after unlocking or that the pressed state be maintained during the handle movement, otherwise the frame will be locked again and the folding process cannot be completed. Object of the invention

[0003] The present disclosure is primarily concerned with unlocking stroller frames and provides a shock-type unlocking device with a memory function for strollers. The device has a shock-type unlocking mechanism and can maintain the unlocked state for an extended period after unlocking until a locking element is released from the base's holder and released when the rotating base rotates a certain angle. However, when the locking element rotates back into the base together with the rotating base, it retracts into the base and gradually moves under the pressure of the base's internal structure until a third inclined portion of the locking element engages the locking recess, restoring the locked state.

[0004] The object of the present disclosure is achieved by the following technical solutions: a shock unlocking device with memory function for a stroller, comprising a base, a rotatable part hinged to the base and rotatable relative to the base; the rotatable portion includes a rotatable base provided with a trigger element configured to withstand impacts; a transmission assembly adjacent to or connected to the trigger element, and a locking assembly driven by the transmission assembly to achieve unlocking; a locking recess mateable with the locking assembly to achieve locking is provided on the base; and a limiting assembly for maintaining an unlocked state is provided at a contact part between the transmission assembly and the locking assembly.

[0005] When an impact occurs on the trigger element, the trigger element moves, setting the transmission assembly in motion. The transmission assembly drives the locking assembly in motion, thereby unlocking the frame. Under the action of the limit assembly, the transmission assembly and the locking assembly remain stationary and maintain the unlocked state.

[0006] Preferably, the transmission assembly comprises a transmission element and a first elastic element arranged between the transmission element and the rotatable base. The transmission element overcomes the resistance of the first elastic element and moves under the drive of the trigger element. The first elastic element can be a spring element or an elastic element made of elastic material with elastic recovery properties.

[0007] Preferably, the locking assembly comprises a locking element and a second elastic element disposed between the locking element and the rotatable base. The locking element overcomes the resistance of the second elastic element and retracts to achieve unlocking by driving the gear assembly. The second elastic element may be a spring element or an elastic element made of elastic material with restoring properties.

[0008] Preferably, one end of the transmission member near the locking member is formed as an inclined surface called a first inclined portion, and a concave restricting groove is arranged on the transmission member at a position near the first inclined portion.

[0009] Preferably, the locking member is provided with a second inclined portion corresponding to the first inclined portion, and one end of the second inclined portion is provided with a limiting member projecting and corresponding to the limiting groove; the limiting member can engage with the limiting groove to maintain the unlocked state of the locking member.

[0010] When an impact occurs on the trigger element, the first inclined portion of the transmission element and the second inclined portion of the locking element engage with each other and move rapidly relative to each other, so that the limiting element at the end of the second inclined portion engages the limiting groove at the end of the first inclined portion; thereafter, the transmission element is extended outward.

[0011] Preferably, a projection is provided near the locking recess on the base for pushing or pushing the locking element to disengage and release the limiting element and the limiting groove. When the rotatable base rotates, the retracted locking element disengages from the locking recess. When the locking element encounters the projection outside the locking recess, the projection pinches one end of the locking element, and the locking element is retracted slightly inward, so that the limiting element of the locking element disengages from the limiting groove of the transmission element, and the limiting effect between the transmission element and the locking element is canceled. At this moment, the transmission element returns to its original position under the action of the first elastic element, and the locking element is effectively no longer in the unlocked state. The locking element tends to expand outward under the elastic restoring action of the second elastic element, but cannot do so due to the constraints imposed by the internal structure of the base and appears to remain in the unlocked state. The locking element can only be extended when it is fully protruded from the rotating base.

[0012] Preferably, an exposed end of the locking element is formed as an inclined surface, referred to as a third inclined portion. During the return of the rotatable base from the rotated and folded state to the unfolded state, the inclined end of the locking element enables smooth retraction of the locking element thanks to the guiding action of the inclined surface. When the third inclined portion abuts the base, the locking element can be gradually retracted inward until the third inclined portion reengages the locking recess and is locked.

[0013] Preferably, the rotatable base is provided with a guide arrangement for limiting the direction of movement and the range of movement of the trigger element, for example a guide groove, a guide column and the like.

[0014] A stroller frame includes a front leg, a rear leg, and a handlebar. It also includes the aforementioned stroller shock release device. The front leg is connected to the lower front of the base, the rear leg to the lower rear of the base, and the handlebar to the upper end of the rotating base. The trigger element is located at the bottom of the vertical handlebars. The upper part of the handlebar has a drive section for applying a shock to the trigger element. The drive section includes a crossbar of the handlebar and striker rods extending downward from both ends of the crossbar. The lower ends of the striker rods can apply a shock to the upper end of the trigger element.

[0015] The aforementioned stroller frame is equipped with an instantaneous release device. The handlebar bumpers are configured to apply a shock to the release element to cause the release. After the shock is applied, the unlocked state can be maintained without further operation until the handlebar is rotated to a certain angle, releasing the locking element from the base to reveal it again and complete the subsequent folding process of the frame. Conversely, when the handlebar is rotated in the reverse direction to the unfolded state, the locking element extends back into the base, abuts against the internal structure of the base, is pushed by it, and gradually retracts until the frame is locked again.

[0016] Compared to the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantageous effects: The impact release device of the present disclosure features an impact-activated release structure that maintains the unlocked state for an extended period of time after unlocking. Therefore, after applying a single-handed impact, the hand can be removed without requiring further pressing or switching. The handlebar can be rotated directly to complete the subsequent folding operation. Description of the preferred embodiments

[0018] The present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings: Embodiment 1

[0019] As in the Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, a shock release device with a storage function for a stroller includes a base 1, an installation space and a movable cavity within the base 1, a rotatable portion rotatably hinged to the base 1, a rotatable portion main body as a rotatable base 2, and a trigger member 3, a transmission assembly 4, and a locking assembly 5 mounted within the rotatable base 2.

[0020] The trigger element 3, which absorbs the impact, can be made of metal. It has a guide groove on the trigger element 3 and a matching guide column in the rotating base 2. The guide groove and guide column limit the direction and range of movement of the trigger element.

[0021] The transmission assembly 4 consists of a transmission element 40 and a first elastic element 41. The first elastic element 41 is a spring element. It lies between the rotatable base 2 and the transmission element 40. One end of the transmission element 41 contacts the trigger element 3, and the other end is formed as an inclined surface, referred to as the first inclined portion 42. At the end of the first inclined portion 42 is an inwardly recessed limiting groove 43.

[0022] The locking unit 5 is arranged perpendicular to the gear unit 4. It consists of a locking element 50 and a second elastic element 51. The second elastic element 51 is a spring element. It lies between the rotatable base 2 and the locking element 50. The central part of the locking element 50 has an end portion, the so-called second inclined portion 52, which corresponds to the first inclined portion 42, and a protruding limiting element 53, which corresponds to the above-mentioned limiting groove 43. The limiting element 53 engages the limiting groove 43 to maintain the unlocked state.

[0023] One end of the locking member 3 for the locking operation is an inclined surface called a third inclined portion 54, and a protruding end of the third inclined portion 54 is a rounded arc end 55.

[0024] A concave locking recess 10 is provided inside the base 1, and the locking recess 10 corresponds to the third inclined portion 54 of the locking member 50, so that the third inclined portion 55 can engage with the locking recess 10 for the locking operation.

[0025] Additionally, a protrusion 11 is provided in the base 1 near the locking recess 10. This protrusion 11 pinches the curved end 55 of the locking element 50 and slightly compresses the locking element 50, so that the limiting element 53 and the limiting groove 43 are separated and released. To ensure that the limiting element 53 and the limiting groove 43 can be separated by gently compressing them, the depth of the limiting groove 43 is relatively small.

[0026] In this embodiment, the rotating part consists of a rotating base 2 and an armrest connecting base 7. The armrest connecting base 7 serves to accommodate the seat armrest 71 of the stroller. The armrest connecting base 7 is connected to the base 1 via a shaft, and the rotating base 2 is connected to the armrest connecting base 7 via a shaft. The two hinge parts are located on different axes. When the rotating base 2 rotates, the armrest connecting base 7 also rotates. Embodiment 2

[0027] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the rotating part of this embodiment 1, in comparison to the first embodiment, consists of a rotating base 2 and an armrest connecting base 7. The armrest connecting base 7 serves to accommodate the armrest 71 of the stroller. The armrest connecting base 7 is connected to the base 1 via a shaft, and the rotating base 2 is also connected to the base 1 via a shaft. The armrest connecting base 7 and the rotating base 2 are mounted on the same axis. When the rotating base 2 rotates, the armrest connecting base 7 also rotates. Embodiment 3

[0028] As in Fig. 8, the folding part in this embodiment 1 consists of only a rotatable base 2 compared to the embodiment 1, and the rotatable base 2 is pivotally connected to the base 1 via a shaft. Embodiment 4

[0029] As in Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig.11, a stroller frame is equipped with the impact release device described above. The front legs 61 of the frame are connected to the lower front of the base 1, the rear legs 62 are connected to the lower rear of the base 1, and the handlebar 63 is connected to the upper end of the rotating base 2. The trigger element 3 is located in the lower part of a vertical rod of the handlebar 63. A driving part 64 is located at the upper part of the handlebar 63 and serves to trigger the trigger element 3. The driving part 64 consists of a crossbar of the handlebar 63 and impact rods extending downward from both ends of the crossbar. The lower ends of the impact rods can exert an impact on the upper end of the trigger element 3.

[0030] The unlocking and folding process is described below.

[0031] By holding the middle part of the handlebar 63 with one hand, the handlebar 63 and the striking rods on both sides can be pulled upward, and then a light downward blow is applied to the trigger member 3; the trigger member 3 moves downward under the blow, and the lower end of the trigger member 3 strikes the transmission member 40, so that the transmission member 40 overcomes the resistance of the first elastic member 41 and moves downward toward the locking member 50; the first inclined portion 42 of the transmission member 40 and the second inclined portion 52 of the locking member 50 are quickly slid and fit together, and the limiting member 53 at the end of the second inclined portion 52 is engaged with the limiting groove 43 of the first inclined portion 42, thereby completing the unlocking operation and maintaining the unlocked state. When the handlebar 63 is rotated forward and the third inclined portion 54 of the locking member 50 is released from the locking recess 10, the projection 11 on an outer side of the locking recess 10 compresses the arc end 55 at the upper end of the third inclined portion 54, so that the restricting member 53 is released from the restricting groove 43. When the handlebar 63 is further rotated forward and downward, the rotatable base 2 is exposed from the base 1, and the third inclined portion 54 of the locking member 50 is also extended outward and exposed from the rotatable base.

[0032] Conversely, when the frame is unfolded, the handlebar 63 is rotated upward and backward to move the rotatable base 2 into the base 1, and the third inclined portion 54 of the locking member 50 abuts and is pressed by the internal structure of the base 1 and gradually retracts until it re-engages the locking recess 10, thereby locking the frame.

[0033] The embodiments described herein are merely examples of the spirit of the present disclosure.
