Abstract

Screw with a screw shank with right-hand thread and a screw head, wherein the screw head has a central drive profile for receiving a standard tool and comprises a peripheral, cylindrical head area with an external left-hand thread onto which at least one annular extension element with an internal left-hand thread can be screwed, wherein the extension element is designed to increase the bearing surface of the screw head and simultaneously provides a tool receptacle that can be actuated with the same standard tool as the central drive profile.
